Abstract

Resilience in SMEs is explained based on the results of the research that has been done represented by three aspects, first Resilience is more studied with a focus on the theme of Sustaibanilitas in tourism sector SMEs. Second, during the Covid-19 period, traditional retail SMEs were vulnerable to supply chain problems and were dominantly studied in relation to strategies to survive. And third, innovation and sustainability are seen by researchers as key concepts for success in building SME resilience. This research is a qualitative research with systematic literature review method. This research presents a text analysis so that it is expected to bring up the current state of resilience studies in SMEs. Based on the results of text analysis, it is also known that the emerging issues on business resilience in SMEs are still dominated by Covid-19 issues. Empirical gaps that can be followed up in future research include those related to the ability of SMEs to improve their business resilience by adopting post-Covid-19 innovation and sustainability theory. Especially related to changes in supply and demand behavior as described in the introduction.

Abstract

This research uses bibliometric analysis to reveal state-of-the-art entrepreneurial competencies in the context of entrepreneurship. The method used in this research is quantitative research with the use of Scopus database assistance as well as VosViewer as an analysis tool. The limitation specified in this research is scientific publications published from 2013 to 2023. Countries with the highest productivity three largest rankings contributing to the theme of entrepreneurial competencies research are Malaysia, the United States, and India. The results of the bibliometric analysis reveal co-citation, bibliographical coupling, authors' keywords, and co-occurrence of all keywords. Further research in the future is expected to be able to investigate entrepreneurial competencies with novelty.

Abstract

Social media marketing memiliki peran penting dalam strategi pemasaran modern, terutama dalam industri pelayanan kesehatan. RSU Pindad Bandung telah memanfaatkan platform Instagram untuk meningkatkan interaksi dan kepercayaan konsumen, namun efektivitasnya perlu di evaluasi. Dengan mempertimbangkan brand trust sebagai variabel mediasi, penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh marketing sosial media Instagram terhadap proses keputusan pembelian layanan kesehatan di RS Umum Pindad Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif, dengan desain eksplanatori dan jenis penelitian survei yang digunakan. Penelitian ini memiliki 100 orang sebagai responden dari populasi 17.469 pengikut akun Instagram @rspindad, dan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan penelitian kepustakaan. WMS dan SEM-PLS digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran media sosial memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap proses keputusan pembelian. Penelitian menemukan bahwa pemasaran media sosial memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap kepercayaan merek dengan pengaruh tinggi, dan kepercayaan merek memiliki efek positif terhadap proses keputusan pembelian dengan pengaruh sedang. Kepercayaan merek juga berfungsi sebagai faktor intervensi yang signifikan dalam peran mediasi yang sedang dalam pengaruh sosial media.

Abstract

In this study, we explore the intersection of sustainable entrepreneurship and public service using a bibliometric analysis of the Scopus database from 1985 to 2023.Our findings highlight a significant development in research productivity since 2015, reflecting a focus on sustainability and governance. United States and China dominate the research landscape, this is a research gap where this research can be done in other countries as new research. The study highlights the potential for sustainable entrepreneurship to enhance public service delivery through innovation, governance, and technology. It also outlines future research directions and policy recommendations to promote sustainable practices within public services. The novelty of this paper is that it explores an interdisciplinary approach, using tools such as VOSViewer and Biblioshiny, to map research trends and identify research gaps in the literature. This study can provide recommendations for future research and policy development aimed at improving public service delivery through sustainable entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Corporate Entrepreneurship on driving innovation and facilitating digital adaptation at PT Akur Pratama (Toserba Yogya), a leading player in Indonesia's retail industry. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the research draws on secondary data sources such as academic books, scientific journals, media articles, and company reports. This approach provides an in-depth understanding of how Corporate Entrepreneurship has been employed to enhance Toserba Yogya's operational efficiency, customer-oriented innovation, and market competitiveness through digital initiatives like e-commerce and mobile applications. The findings reveal that Corporate Entrepreneurship has significantly bolstered the company's ability to navigate the digital transformation, resulting in improved performance, higher customer satisfaction, and industry recognition with Superbrand Indonesia and Top Brand Award awards. The study underscores the role of continuous innovation and adaptation in maintaining competitiveness and achieving sustainable growth in the evolving retail landscape.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of intrapreneurship at Earthy Genova, a denim company that relies on both online and offline sales. Intrapreneurship, which involves innovation and employee initiative, plays a critical role in developing more creative and responsive marketing strategies to adapt to market changes. This research uses a qualitative method with an in-depth case study design, where data is collected through observation and semi-structured interviews with the company's owner. The findings reveal that intrapreneurial experiences at Earthy Genova have improved product and service quality, strengthened customer loyalty, and enhanced the company’s competitiveness in the denim industry. Innovations, such as the development of premium denim products and a customer-oriented approach, have significantly contributed to the company's success. The study concludes that intrapreneurship is a key factor in Earthy Genova's ability to navigate the challenges of the dynamic fashion industry. This research provides important insights for other e-commerce businesses regarding the importance of innovation and managerial capabilities in maintaining customer loyalty.

Abstract

Corporate entrepreneurship is an entrepreneurial activity done at a well-established firm level, to help the firm adjust to the dynamic market by pushing the innovation ability and venturing for business in the company. Despite being interestingly important, not many companies realize how important corporate entrepreneurial mindset is for the sustainability of the business. This research aims to prove how Corporate entrepreneurship and its dimensions can shape the firm’s reputation and growth for a long time. This research was done by the systematic literature review (SLR) method from well-reputed journal articles based on the SCOPUS database to prove the effectiveness of Corporate entrepreneurship dimensions over firm performance. From this research, we found that Corporate entrepreneurship will affect the firm’s performance, especially financial performance. The dimensions created a mindset of proactiveness that will lead to the wish for further research that focused on the Corporate entrepreneurship dimensions with more varied sectors and wider countries on the scope.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of job training on employee performance, with employee competency serving as a mediating variable. This quantitative research collected data through questionnaires. The respondents comprised 202 employees from the production department of PT XYZ, selected using proportional stratified random sampling. Data processing employed Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM PLS), incorporating convergent validity tests, discriminant validity tests, and composite reliability tests. The analysis techniques included path coefficient analysis, R-square testing, bootstrapping, and specific indirect effect testing. The findings of this study are: (1) job training has a significant effect on employee performance; (2) job training significantly influences employee competency; (3) competency significantly impacts employee performance; and (4) competency significantly mediates the effect of job training on employee performance. This research provides new insights into the mediating role of employee competency in the relationship between job training and employee performance within the context of an mining industry. The study contributes to the body of knowledge by highlighting the importance of competency development through job training to enhance employee performance. It offers practical implications for human resource practices in similar industrial settings, emphasizing the critical role of competency as a mediator.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of implementing green construction on the sustainable performance of construction service companies both directly and through intervening variables, namely competitive advantage. This study brings a causality design with a quantitative approach which is applied to 370 construction service companies in Jakarta. The sample was determined using proportional random sampling techniques and the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 195 leaders of construction service companies. Research data collected by questionnaire was processed and analyzed by partial least square analysis using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The research results show that green construction has a significant influence in increasing the competitive advantage and sustainable performance of construction service companies in Jakarta. Competitive advantage also functions as an intervening variable for green construction towards sustainable performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan green construction terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan perusahaan jasa konstruksi baik secara langsung maupun melalui intervening yaitu variabel keungulan bersaing. Studi ini membawa desain kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diaplikasikan pada 370 perusahaan jasa konstruksi di Jakarta. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling dan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 195 pimpinan perusahaan jasa konstruksi. Data penelitian yang dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner diproses dan dianalisis dengan analisis partial least square menggunakan program SmartPLS versi 3,0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa green construction memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan keungulan bersaing dan kinerja berkelanjutan dari perusahaan jasa konstruksi di Jakarta. Keunggulan bersaing juga menjalankan fungsinya sebagai variabel intervening green construction terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan.

Abstract

A medium-sized business from Bandung, Indonesia, namely Day with Dya brand, which has been operating since 2017, has experienced failure in its business journey and then decided to carry out a gradual rebranding in 2023. This study aims to examine the relationship between intrapreneurship and business performance in supporting the rebranding of Day with Dya. This study uses a qualitative description (QD) method that can discuss the learning journey and descriptions of experiences involving interviews with the owner of Day with Dya named Datu Adrian discussing the case study of Day with Dya rebranding according to intrapreneurial behavior and the impact on the business performance side. Document analysis was also carried out from visual sources, such as photos and videos via Instagram. The results of the study confirmed that the rebranding of the medium-sized business brand Day with Dya was supported by intrapreneurship in running its business, which could improve its brand performance.
