Abstract

The local election is a political and democratic tool owned by the community after Indonesia's reformation. Aceh and its regencies and cities will carry out the local election in 2022. The central government's policy to postpone the implementation of the local election in 2024 has created a polemic in the community. Based on this phenomenon, this study aims to determine the problems that arise in political communication among the community against the central government's unilateral policy in delaying the implementation of the local election. The approach used was qualitative by using observation and interview techniques. The results of this study are: The Acehnese are disappointed with the central government's intervention in the form of a policy of postponing the local election, based on the justification that Aceh has the local regulation, that is called 2006 Aceh Government Law, where Aceh has independence in managing its household. Furthermore, the communication built by the Central Government is coercive communication, ignoring comprehensive communication from the community. With the ecological influence of the local election postponement policy and communication built by the central government, the people ignore the government's advice to keep the environment more conservative and ignore the fight against Covid-19.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of Ownership Structure on Financial Performance at Lippo Group companies in Indonesia from 2015 to 2019. The number of samples in this study was 14 companies and 60 observations. The data were accessed on www.idx.go.id. The data used in this study was panel data or a combination of cross-section data and time-series data. The data analysis method in this research was the Panel Data Regression analysis method with panel estimation model Random Effect Model. The results showed that Managerial ownership and institutional ownership had a negative and significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

Interest will make someone selective in responding to or living a message. People will only pay attention to stimuli that have to do with their interests. The executive and legislative interests are power. The problem raised is that the achievement of power can be achieved by establishing effective communication. Collapsed communication between the executive and the legislature tends to lead to conflicts in the economy and politics. Based on this phenomenon, the author raises the issue of the occurrence of political economy communication conflicts between the two regional institutions. This research was conducted in Aceh, the approach used was qualitative using objective-subjective barrier theory, conflict theory, communication, communication conflict, and political economy. This study aims to determine the problems that arise in the political economy conflict. This research was conducted using observation and interview techniques. Furthermore, the data were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study are: prejudice is a factor in communication conflict. The lack of transparency and the governor's reluctance to sit down with members of the Aceh legislature to discuss regional and financial policies are considered by the council as a strategy by the governor to take advantage of the unilateral use of the budget.

Abstract

Pelatihan Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil serta Menengah (UMKM) ialah bagian yang besar dari pelaksana ekonomi secara totalitas. Tetapi pertumbuhan UMKM yang berkaitan dengan kemajuan teknologi masih belum sesuai harapan. Proporsi UMKM yang memakai penjualan online masih rendah. Perihal itu diakibatkan oleh masih banyak UMKM yang belum memahami secara teknis tatacara penjualan online. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan keahlian UMKM dalam manajemen secara universal, pemasaran digital dan pencatatan keuangan. Pengembangan dan peningkatan yang dilakukan berupa pengembangan ketrampilan pembuatan perencanaan pemasaran, pemasaran digital dan pemahaman pencatatan keuangan sehingga dapat berguna dalam mengembangkan usaha yang akan dijalankan di kemudian hari. Partisipan pelatihan sebanyak 34 usaha mikro, sebagian besar merupakan usaha kuliner yang diberi pelatihan manajemen yang mereka butuhkan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari aktivitas ini merupakan terjadinya mitra binaan kuliner yang lebih maju dalam pengelolaan serta penjualan produk secara online. Cooperative training and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a large part of the economic implementation in totality. But the growth of MSMEs related to technological advances is still not as expected. The proportion of MSMEs that use online sales is still low. This is due to the fact that there are still many MSMEs that do not technically understand the procedures for online sales. The purpose of this activity is to develop MSME expertise in universal management, digital marketing and financial recording. The development and improvement carried out in the form of developing skills in making marketing plans, digital marketing and understanding financial records so that they can be useful in developing businesses that will be run in the future. The training participants were 34 micro businesses, mostly culinary businesses, who were given the management training they needed. The results obtained from this activity are the occurrence of culinary fostered partners who are more advanced in managing and selling products online.

Abstract

Saham merupakan salah satu instrumen pasar modal yang paling digemari oleh para investor lantaran memberikan tingkat pengembalian yang menarik. Tinggi rendahnya minat mahasiswa Indonesia dalam melakukan investasi saham dipengaruhi oleh kondisi suatu saham di pasar modal. Bagi mahasiswa, pasar modal merupakan wahana yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menginvestasikan dananya (dalam asset financial). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui investmen knowledge, self efficacy dan perceived risk terhadap minat mahasiswa investasi saham. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang pernah melakukan investasi saham dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling: simple random yang berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 150 responden dan tehnik analisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian telah menemukan bahwa investmen knowledge, self efficacy dan perceived risk berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa investasi saham. Abstract

Abstract Seiring dengan kemajuan zaman transaksi non-tunai dapat menjadi opsi dalam menggantikan transaksi tunai. Transaksi non-tunai harus didukung karena memiliki sejumlah dampak positif salah satunya mengurangi jumlah uang yang beredar di tengah masyarakat. Terdapat sejumlah faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi preferensi transaksi non-tunai diantaranya pengikatan literasi keuangan dan literasi digital. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanotri terhadap 250 mahasiswa yang tersebar di seluruh penjuru Indonesia berupa kota padang, Jakarta, Samarinda, dan Makassar. Data yang digunakan disebarkan melui kuisioner dengan skala likert 1-5 berisi setuju, sangat setuju, netral, tidak setuju, dan sangat tidak setuju. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel Financial Literasi dan Digital Literacy memiliki arah hubungan positif dan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Non-Cash Transaction Preferences. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of financial attitude, financial knowledge, and locus of control on financial management behavior in students of the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 94 students of the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University who were used as samples in this study. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the help of SPSS software version 26. The results showed that financial attitude, financial knowledge, and locus of control had a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior in students of the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University.
