Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi miskonsepsi siswa SMA Negeri 1 Kabila pada materi ikatan kimia dengan menggunakan instrumen Diagnostic test multiple choice berbantuan Certainty of response index. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Three-tier multiple choice. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Kabila dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 58 siswa. Data penelitian ini di peroleh dari jawaban siswa pada soal three-tier multiple choice dan diolah berdasarkan pola jawaban siswa yang kemudian di kelompokan ke dalam kategori paham konsep , miskonsepsi error 1, miskonsepsi error 2, miskonsepsi error 3 dan tidak paham konsep. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kategori miskonsepsi error 1 (MK1) 3,22%, miskonsepsi error 2 (MK2) 8,55%, dan kategori miskonsepsi error 3 (MK3) 19,34%. Sedangkan paham konsep 12,55% dan tidak paham konsep 56,32%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: Mengetahui perbedaan signifikan antara kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan Problem Solving di SMAT Wira Bhakti. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimental dengan rancangan pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 40 siswa yaitu sebanyak 20 siswa pada kelas eksperimen I dan 20 siswa pada kelas eksperimen II. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari uji t, nilai thitung sebesar 4,9774 dan nilai ttabel pada taraf α = 0,05; dk = 38 diperoleh sebesar 1,68595. Dengan demikian thitung dilihat lebih besar dari ttabel (thitung = 4,9774 ˃ ttabel =1,68595) sehingga H0 ditolak dengan arti lain bahwa H1 diterima. artinya terdapat adanya perbedaan signifikan antara kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada pokok bahasan hukum-hukum dasar kimia antara kelas yang menerapkan model pembelajaran problem based learning dan kelas yang menerapkan model pembelajaran problem solving di SMA Terpadu Wira Bhakti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi ikatan kimia kelas XI IPA SMA N 1 Telaga Biru. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Instrument yang dilakukan adalah tes diagnostik Three Tier Multiple Choice. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Telaga Biru dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 76. Data penelitian diperoleh dari jawaban siswa pada soal tes Three Tier Multiple Choice. Data tersebut diolah berdasarkan pola jawaban siswa yang dikelompokan kedalam tiga kategori yaitu Paham Konsep, Tidak Paham Konsep dan Miskonsepsi. Pada hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kategori kemampuan pemahaman konsep memiliki presentase yang paham konsep sebesar 15, Tidak Paham Konsep sebesar 27 dan Miskonsepsi diperoleh presentase sebesar 58. Berdasarkan presentase ditemukan bahwa pengetahuan siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Telaga Biru termasuk pada kategori Miskonsepsi dengan kriteria tinggi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the cognitive abilities of students in atomic structure material at SMA Negeri 1 Kabila. This research is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Kabila with a research sample of 66 students. Data collection uses instruments in the form of a two-tier multiple choice test. Research describing the cognitive abilities of students at SMA Negeri 1 Kabila on atomic structure material. The percentage of students' cognitive aspect abilities in the high category was (36%), in the medium category was (39%), and in the low category was (31%).

Abstract

Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) remains the leading cause of infection, with a significant fatality rate, owing primarily to drug resistance. MTB contains the enzyme salicylate synthase, which regulates mycobactin production to bind iron ions from the host cell, facilitating the bacteria to grow and reproduce. This study investigates the potential of marine sponges to inhibit the MTB salicylate synthase by exploiting a computational approach combining molecular docking and dynamics simulations. Forty-six compounds from Xestospongia sp. were chosen from the Marine Natural Products database. The docking results selected four compounds (CMNPD15071, CMNPD7640, CMNPD26706, and CMNPD7639) from this sponge, which provide more negative binding energy than their inhibitors (RVE). After reclassifying their interactions, such as hydrophobic and hydrogen bonds, CMNPD15071 (Sulfuric acid mono-(8-methoxy-12b-methyl-6-oxo-2,3,6,12b-tetrahydro-1H-5-oxa-benzo[k]acephenanthrylen-11-yl) ester) and CMNPD7640 (secoadociaquinone B) performed molecular dynamics simulations to assess their stability. These two compounds show a promising stability profile compared to RVE based on RMSD, RMSF, SASA, and gyration analysis. Furthermore, the binding affinity prediction of these two compounds using the MM/GBSA calculation method reveals that CMNPD15071 (-38.48 kJ/mol) had the highest affinity for binding to MTB salicylate synthase compared to RVE (-35.36 kJ/mol) and CMNPD7640 (-26.03 kJ/mol). These findings demonstrate that compounds from Xestospongia sp. can block MTB mycobactin biosynthesis by inhibiting salicylate synthase.

Abstract

Microplastics pose a significant threat to both aquatic ecosystems and human well-being. This study endeavors to conduct a community engagement initiative focused on microplastic hazards in Molotabu Regency, with the goal of raising public awareness and fostering sustainable behavior change in plastic waste management. Microplastic pollution has emerged as a concerning issue, posing potential risks to food safety and public health. This research aims to conduct a socialization program on the hazards of microplastic exposure to food safety in the community of Molotabu Village. Using a participatory approach, this socialization program involves various stakeholders, including local communities and students. The socialization activities encompass informative presentations, interactive discussions, educational campaigns, and practical demonstrations to raise awareness about the adverse effects of microplastics on food safety. The results of this community engagement are expected to serve as valuable guidance for authorities and the local community to enhance awareness about the hazards of microplastics and promote sustainable behavior change in plastic waste management.

Abstract

​Pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan layanan profesional yang diberikan secara langsung oleh apoteker kepada pasien untuk memastikan penggunaan obat yang aman, tepat, dan efektif. Perubahan orientasi pelayanan dari drug oriented menjadi patient oriented menuntut apotek untuk menerapkan standar pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai Permenkes No. 73 Tahun 2016. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara langsung dengan Apoteker Penanggung Jawab (APA) serta Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian (TTK), ditambah dokumentasi terkait proses pelayanan farmasi klinik di Apotek Kimia Farma JDS. Apotek memberikan informasi obat secara lengkap, melakukan konseling aktif, serta memantau terapi dan efek samping obat. Secara keseluruhan, pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Kimia Farma JDS berjalan optimal dan mendukung keberhasilan terapi pasien. Tujuan Penelitan menggambarkan pelaksanaan pelayanan farmasi klinik di apotek, terutama pada aspek pengkajian resep, dispensing, pelayanan informasi obat (PIO), konseling, pemantauan terapi obat (PTO), monitoring efek samping obat (MESO), serta pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah. Penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara langsung dengan Apoteker Penanggung Jawab (APA) serta Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian (TTK), ditambah dokumentasi terkait proses pelayanan farmasi klinik di Apotek Kimia Farma JDS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan farmasi klinik-meliputi pengkajian resep, dispensing, pelayanan informasi obat, konseling, PTO, dan MESO-telah dilaksanakan sesuai Permenkes No. 73 Tahun 2016. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma JDS, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan tujuh aspek pelayanan farmasi klinik telah berlangsung dengan tingkat kepatuhan yang berbeda-beda. Proses skrining resep, dispensing resep, serta Pelayanan Informasi Obat (PIO) menunjukkan pelaksanaan yang baik dan telah sesuai dengan standar yang tercantum dalam Permenkes No. 73 Tahun 2016, yang ditandai dengan ketelitian petugas dalam memeriksa kelengkapan resep, memastikan ketepatan dosis.

Abstract

The development of nanoemulsion-based drug delivery systems has gained significant attention due to their ability to enhance drug solubility, stability, and therapeutic effectiveness. Optimizing the combination of surfactants, co-surfactants, and penetration enhancers is essential to produce a kinetically stable nanoemulsion system. This study aimed to formulate and evaluate the physical stability of nanoemulsions prepared using Tween 80, PEG 400, Poloxamer 407, and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), and to determine the optimal formulation based on physicochemical characteristics and accelerated stability testing. Four nanoemulsion formulations (F1–F4) were prepared with varying concentrations of surfactant and co-surfactant. The formulations were evaluated for organoleptic properties, emulsion type, pH, viscosity, and physical stability using a centrifugation test at speeds up to 8000 rpm to detect phase separation, flocculation, or coalescence. The results showed that all formulations were classified as oil-in-water (o/w) nanoemulsions. No phase separation was observed after centrifugation, indicating good physical stability. However, F1 and F2 appeared turbid, whereas F3 and F4 demonstrated better clarity and overall stability. The pH values ranged from 6.6 to 7.4, which are acceptable for topical application, and viscosity values ranged from 405 to 427 cPs, indicating suitable rheological properties for topical use. In conclusion, the combination of Tween 80, PEG 400, Poloxamer 407, and DMSO successfully produced a kinetically stable nanoemulsion system. Among the tested formulations, F3 and F4 exhibited the most optimal characteristics and show strong potential for further development in pharmaceutical nanoemulsion formulations.
