Abstract

This study is a quantitative research on Consumer Purchase Intention for Vivo Smartphones. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of independent variables, namely Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM), Brand Image, and Product Quality, on the dependent variable, which is Purchase Intention. The population of this study consists of consumers who are aware of and use Vivo smartphones in Jakarta, with a sample size of 126 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling method. This research employs purposive sampling based on predefined criteria. The data for this study were obtained from an online questionnaire (Google Form) distributed to consumers in Jakarta who use and are aware of Vivo smartphones. For data analysis, the author used descriptive and inferential analysis techniques processed through SmartPLS 3.2.9. The study results indicate that (1) Electronic Word of Mouth does not have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, with a path coefficient value of 0.021. (2) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, with a path coefficient value of 0.215. (3) Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, with a path coefficient value of 0.593

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide solutions that can improve skills for people with disabilities in Yayasan Pendidikan Budi Daya Kasih students as target partners and as proof that academics are present to support Sustainable Development Goals, especially the economic and social empowerment of people with disabilities. The methods used are literacy, pre-test, post-test, and practice of making shops on e-commerce platforms. In general, the results of the marketing digitalization literacy training for students with disabilities at the Budi Daya Kasih Education Foundation have increased the knowledge, skills, and motivation of the Budi Daya Kasih Education Foundation. This is reflected in the increase in pre-test scores with an average of 5.51 increasing to 7.26 in the post-test. In addition, participants successfully created a store account on the Tokopedia platform

Abstract

Edukasi digitalisasi kepada pelaku UMKM Belimbing kota Depok diharapkan dapat memastikan bahwa pelaku UMKM dapat memaksimalkan internet sebagai media untuk membantu mengembangkan bisnis mereka.  Hal yang paling sederhana dilakukan oleh pelaku UMKM telah membuat web site gratis untuk usahanya.  Memaksimalkan website sangat penting untuk memasarkan produknya supaya memudahkan para konsumen untuk membeli produk UKM tersebut.  Pelaku UMKM dapat menerima masukan apa yang diinginkan pelanggan terhadap produk yang dijual dan dapat mengevaluasi bisnis mereka setiap waktu dengan komentar para pelanggan. Digitalisasi informasi dengan menggunakan komputer juga dapat didukung oleh peralatan tambahan seperti mesin pemindai atau scanner yang dapat menerjemahkan foto atau gambar di atas kertas yang bersifat analog, kemudian memasukkannya ke dalam sistem komputer dan mengubahnya menjadi gambar atau foto dengan  dengan format digital. Telepon genggam juga dapat melakukan digitalisasi informasi berupa foto, video dan pesan suara. Masyarakat dapat merekam berbagai suara atau mengambil gambar dan video dari kejadian yang sedang berlangsung di sekitar mereka. Suara dan kejadian tersebut bersifat analog karena dapat dilihat dan dirasakan oleh pancaindra manusia. Kemudian telepon genggam memasukkan suara dan kejadian tersebut ke dalam kotak penyimpanan atau storage, terjadi digitalisasi informasi di dalam telepon genggam tersebut.

Abstract

This article examines the effect of implementing Islamic Religious Education (PAI) academic supervision on the performance of PAI teachers in junior high schools (SMP). This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in two junior high schools in Barito Kuala Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The research data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model. The results showed that PAI academic supervision in junior high schools is still not optimal because various factors, such as competence, motivation, work environment, and facilities, influence it. However, PAI academic supervision also positively impacts the performance of PAI teachers in junior high schools, such as improving the quality of learning, developing student potential, and job satisfaction. This article provides recommendations for PAI supervisors, principals, PAI teachers, and other relevant parties in improving PAI academic supervision in junior high schools, as well as a reference for future research related to the same or similar topics.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing on purchase decisions moderated by product quality at McDonald’s/ McD. This research is considered as causal effect research. The respondents are 100 consumers of McD obtained by incidental sampling technique. The results of the data analysis of this research are (1) there is a significant positive effect between social media marketing variables and purchasing decisions, (2) there is a significant positive effect between McD’s product quality variables and consumer purchasing decisions, and (3) there is also a significant positive effect between the purchasing decision variables and social media strengthened by the quality of McD’s products which are able to moderate the two variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide the best forecasting solution related to subsidized fertilizers at PT Pupuk Indonesia. This research is quantitative in nature, utilizing secondary data from the Annual Report of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero). The study employs the Weighted Moving Average (WMA) calculation method with weights of 3, 5, and 7, and uses the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) index to measure the accuracy of the generated data. The analysis results indicate that the sales forecasting using the WMA method with weights of 3, 5, and 7 can be recommended, as the MAPE values fall within the range of 10%-20%, which is categorized as having good predictive capability.

Abstract

The growing halal industry and digital marketplace have reshaped Gen Z consumer behaviour, leading their purchase patterns to blend Islamic values with digital lifestyles. Although existing studies have examined Islamic marketing, product quality, and online consumer behaviour separately, limited research has modelled their combined effects on purchase decisions within a sharia-compliant framework. This study addresses this gap by developing a quantitative model that predicts Generation Z's purchase decisions, with customer satisfaction as the mediating variable. Using a survey-based design, data were collected from 53 Gen Z respondents and analysed using Structural Equation Modelling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS). The study results show that consumer shopping habits significantly influence their level of satisfaction. Product quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Sharia marketing has a substantial impact on customer satisfaction. Shopping lifestyle has a significant impact on purchasing choices. Product quality has a considerable impact on purchasing choices. Sharia marketing has a substantial effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Customer satisfaction significantly affects purchasing decisions. Globally, the study provides empirical evidence supporting the growing relevance of the halal economy and offers insights for policymakers and industries seeking to strengthen consumer trust and competitiveness.

Abstract

Indeks Pembangunan Manusia merupakan indikator penting dalam mengukur kualitas hidup masyarakat yang mencakup aspek pendidikan, kesehatan, dan standar hidup layak. Kemiskinan dan stunting dipandang sebagai dua faktor utama yang dapat menghambat peningkatan IPM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemiskinan dan prevalensi stunting terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat pada tahun 2018–2023. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi berganda. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan model regresi berganda untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap IPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemiskinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia. Sementara itu, prevalensi stunting juga menunjukkan pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap IPM. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi tingkat IPM di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kebijakan pemerintah dalam menurunkan angka kemiskinan dan mengurangi prevalensi stunting guna meningkatkan kualitas pembangunan manusia secara menyeluruh di daerah tersebut.
