The research aims to obtain the characteristics of sap and liquid sugar stem sorghum, using a randomized block design (RAK) 1 factors, raw materials (P), P1: white stem (KD4) height of 300 m; P2: red stem (Sorghum bicolor) 600 m , P3: red stem (Sorghum bicolor) 900 m. Extraction method refers to the results of research Noerhartati (2012), the best extraction K1P1 (use of lime 1000 ppm: flocculant 1000 ppm). Observations sap and liquid sugars were yield, pH, viscosity, color and turbidity visually and using tools Tintometer Model E, organoleptic parameters of taste, aroma, color, and viscosity, as well as components of liquid sugar. Analysis of data were observation of color, turbidity, and sugar components using descriptive analysis, yield, pH and brix using analysis of variance test followed duncan 5%; organoleptic tests using Friedman test. The results of characteristics of sap and liquid sugar (1) P1, Sap: yield=40%, baggase=59,5%, brix=11,30, pH=4,7; liquid sugar: 60% flavor and aroma score of 5 (most like), 40% color and viscosity score of 4 (like); yield=43,4%, blotong=11,5%, brix=68,30, pH=6,8, the component sugars: glucose=32.125 ppm, fructose=147.541 ppm , sucrose=153.459 ppm, (2) P2: sap= 40,7%, baggase= 59,6%, brix = 14,30, pH=5,1 ; Liquid sugar: the taste and aroma 60% score 5, color and viscosity 40% score 4; yield=44,6%, blotong=11,7%, brix=67,70, pH=6,9 , glucose=31.075 ppm, fructose=290.398 ppm, sucrose=302.455 ppm, (3) P3: sap=40%, baggase=59,5%, brix=14,70, pH=5,1; sugar Liquid: 60% flavor and aroma score of 5, 58,8% color and 40% viscosity score of 4; yield=46,5%, blotong=11,2%, brix=69,30, pH=6,9, glucose=26.200 ppm, fructose=393.443 ppm, sucrose=413.504 ppm.Keywords: characterization, extraction, liquid sugar, sap, stem sorghum

The policy of the Covid-19 Pandemic that requires working from home during the quarantine period has an impact on the productivity of lecturers because work satisfaction is disrupted due to the dual roles performed by lecturers at home. Psychological problems such as boredom, fatigue, and stress that arise during this physical distancing period require an attitude to be able to accept unpleasant situations without excessive panic, namely Qana'ah (contentment) as a psychological model that is deemed appropriate to be a factor in job satisfaction from home to Andalas University (Unand) lecturers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Research on qana'ah in work is associated with performance and employee motivation. Thus, job satisfaction is about someone who loves his job, and finds accomplishment and fulfillment in it. It is also a mixture of a person's feelings and emotions about how work affects his life, including in the working from home period like today. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between qana'ah attitudes and job satisfaction from home at Unand lecturers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The planned activities that have been carried out are using a mix method, first a qualitative research method to formulate a measurement construct through open interviews with several religious leaders and Unand lecturers. Second, the quantitative stage for the trial was carried out through an online questionnaire for Unand lecturers. Third, after getting a valid item, a measuring instrument in the form of a scale is compiled and distributed online again. Fourth, making measurement applications on websites based on expert systems, so as to produce job satisfaction measurement products that can be used anytime.

Survivors of Covid-19 can still experience symptoms such as being still infected with a virus known as Long Covid-19. Covid-19 survivors with long Covid-19 experience physical and psychological disorders. Psychological disorders include cognitive disorders, memory loss, anxiety, sleep disorders, quality of life disorders, and work problems. This problem will undoubtedly impact individual productivity, so it is necessary to carry out a "Long Covid-19 Hotline". This activity aims to provide health services to Covid-19 survivors to overcome their Post-Covid conditions. The Psychologist Team of Psychology Study Program and Respiration and Pulmonology Medical Faculty Universitas Andalas conducted this activity by telephone in September and October 2021. Activities were carried out by providing psychological consultation or further recommendations for participants' psychological complaints. The results of the psychological condition of participants using Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) 7 screening tools showed that the highest complaints were anxiety at 46%, insomnia at 24%, difficulty concentrating at 13%, and depression at 9% and stress at 8%. As for the follow-up results after the consultation, 90% of participants' psychological complaints were reduced, 89% of participants had made follow-up recommendations, and 100% of participants felt this activity was beneficial. Based on a survey of Covid-19 survivors, their psychological condition improved after conducting a Long Covid-19 Hotline.

Based on the Padang City Government meeting with the Padang Higher Education LPPM on November 11, 2021 with the theme of accelerating regional development through the development of thematic villages in the city of Padang, it is planned to provide training and assistance to the community of the slopes of the Tabing Banda Gadang Village. Where at this time there is no website as a tool for knowledge of historical information and historical documentation as well as a promotional tool to increase tourist destinations in the city of Padang. The method in this service is to make observations which include interviews with partners, make preparations by making website applications, carry out implementation by providing training on building websites, and evaluating the results of this service by giving questionnaires to determine the level of satisfaction from the website. . The purpose of this service activity is to help the Padang city government and its people in documenting the history of this Japanese hole as well as a promotional medium to improve tourist destinations through the provision of this website training.

Technological advances bring transformation in employment, such as the shift of work towards digitalization. The covid-19 pandemic has also encouraged increasing technology use at work. The impact of this phenomenon is reducing the need for human resources, which increases competition in the world of work. Generation Z is a generation that currently and will face this change where they are required to have more skills so they able to compete to get and maintain their jobs.. Self-perceived employability measures individual perceptions of their ability to get and keep jobs later. This study aims to get an overview of the level of self-perceived employability in Generation Z in Indonesia by involving 1157 college students in their third and fourth years. The data was collected from 23 provinces spread across western, central, and eastern Indonesia using the online platform. The results showed that most Generation Z in Indonesia have high (67%) and moderate levels of self-perceived employability (32%). In addition, it was also found that some factors can impact increasing students' views of their employability skills. The factors are being active in organizations on campus and off campus (freelance, entrepreneurship), English proficiency (active and passive), and the Career Center in Higher Education. Di desa Sriti Kecamatan Sawoo Kabupaten Ponorogo, jahe gajah adalah salah satu tanaman rempah-rempah yang dikembangkan oleh beberapa petani. Dalam pengembangan jahe gajah, petani mengalami kesulitan dalam memperoleh bibit dan pemasaran hasil panen, hal tersebut karena kurangnya modal yang dimiliki petani dan juga kurangnya pengetahuan petani akan informasi pasar. Keadaan inilah yang membuat petani menjalin kemitraan dengan PT Enha yang bergerak dibidang ekspor jahe gajah. Dari permasalahan tersebut peneliti ingin meneliti bagaimana pola kemitraan petani jahe gajah dengan PT Enha dan seberapa berhasilkah pola kemitraan ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan September 2022 sampai dengan bulan Oktober 2022, Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja (Purposive) yaitu objek penelitian dipilih dengan sengaja dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode simple random sampling yang terdiri atas 20 orang petani jahe gajah dan informan kunci dari PT Enha adalah dua orang yaitu pemilik perusahaan dan penyuluh pertanian lapangan (PPL). Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan analitik. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan pola kemitraan yang dilakukan petani jahe gajah dengan PT Enha adalah Pola kemitraan kerjasama operasional agribisnis (KOA) dan penelitian ini juga menghitung nisbah keuntungan petani yang mengalami peningkatan dari sebelum bermitra 0,58 menjadi 1,28 setelah bermitra.

Lahan sawah desa Wonoketro, kecamatan Jetis, kabupaten Ponorogo, terletak di ketingggian 180 m diatas permukaan laut. Dengan intensitas cahaya matahari cukup tinggi, jenis tanah alluvial, dengan pH tanah 6,90, dimusim kemarau, lahan sawah tersebut ditanami jagung. Pemilihan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat didasarkan pada beberapa kendala yang dialami petani jagung, diantaranya, belum digunakannnya benih unggul bersertifikat oleh sebagian besar petani, terbatasnya jumlah pupuk bersubsidi, serangan penyakit busuk batang jagung, dan harga jagung yang rendah pada saat panen. Adanya Undang – Undang yang mengatur peredaran pupuk bersubsidi, mengakibatkan petani tidak dapat mendatangkan pupuk bersubsidi dari luar kabupaten Ponorogo, karena ada sanksi hukumnya. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan observasi lapangan pada bulan September 2022, kemudian presentasi dan diskusi dengan petani jagung pada bulan oktober 2022. Dari obsevasi dan diskusi dengan petani jagung di dapatkan hasil bahwa kunci keberhasilan dalam budidaya tanaman jagung adalah pemakaian benih unggul yang bersertifikat dan pemberian pupuk sesuai dosis anjuran. Petani pun sepakat untuk mulai mengganti pupuk bersubsidi (kimia) dengan pupuk organik atau kompos. Pengabdaian Kepada Masyarakat pada petani di desa Wonoketro, kecamatan Jetis, kapupaten Ponorogo, perlu dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan.

Pondok Pesantren Cepokolimo terletak di Dusun Cepokolimo Pacet Mojokerto yang memiliki udara dingin, pemandangan yang indah berdekatan dengan hutan pinus. Hal ini merupakan sebuah potensi dijadikan sebagai destinasi wisata. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan oleh-oleh para wisatawan perlu disiapkan produk unggulan. Bunga telang kering dan sirup bunga telang bisa dipersiapkan untuk produk khas yang dimaksud. Bunga telang mudah ditanam di segala kondisi cuaca dan tempat, sehingga mudah dibudidayakan. Selain itu salah satu visi misi pondok pesantren adalah memberdayakan dan mengangkat perekonomian masyarakat sekitar.. Pelatihan pengolahan bunga telang kering dan sirup bunga telang selaras dengan visi misi mitra. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat adalah untuk melatih masyarakat sekitar pondok pesantren agar bisa mengolah bunga telang segar menjadi bunga telang kering dan sirup. Peserta pelatihan diikuti oleh ibu-ibu yang bertempat tinggal di sekitar Pondok Pesantren Cepokolimo. Pelatihan terdiri dari penyampain materi dan praktek. Seluruh peserta pelatihan sudah mengenal bunga telang namun belum tahu khasiat manfaat serta teknologi pengolahannya. Pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diajukan kritis dan berbobot menunjukkan peserta pelatihan antusias dan tertarik dengan materi yang dipaparkan. Peserta puas dengan penjelasan dari pemateri. Selain itu mereka yakin bisa mempraktekkan sendiri pengolahan bunga telang kering dan sirup bunga telang kering.

This service aims to: (1) Provide new skills training regarding processing spinach (Amaranthus Sp) into spinach jerky to members of the TP PKK Bangunrejo Village, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency. (2) Increasing TP PKK income through processing spinach (Amaranthus Sp) into spinach jerky in Bangunrejo Village, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency. Our type of service is community service. One effort to increase TP PKK's income is by processing spinach (Amaranthus Sp) into snacks that have a higher selling value. Processing of spinach (Amaranthus Sp) is still limited to date. Villagers cultivate a lot of spinach plants, so the quantity of spinach is very abundant, especially in Bangunrejo village. The price of spinach is so cheap that it is not even marketable. Participants in this PKM activity are TP PKK in Bangunrejo Village, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency. The activity carried out was by providing socialization on the benefits and how to make spinach jerky to TP PKK. Provide knowledge about tools for the process of making spinach jerky. Informing about how things work up to the packaging process until it is ready to be marketed. TP PKK in Bangunrejo Village is expected to be able to utilize spinach to make spinach jerky which has a higher selling value, so it is hoped that it can provide benefits in terms of economics and environmental preservation

Abstrak. Stres akademik merupakan suatu respon yang muncul disebabkan oleh berbagai stimulus yaitu tantangan dan tuntutan akademik yang menimbulkan ketegangan, tuntutan menjadi unggul oleh lingkungan sosial, perasaan tidak nyaman, dan perubahan tingkah laku. Tuntutan akademik pada siswa kelas unggulan berbeda dibanding siswa kelas reguler contohnya berupa tingginya tingkat nilai standar akademik pada tiap-tiap bidang studi dibanding kelas reguler. Maka dari itu, dilakukan penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi gambaran stres akademik pada siswa kelas unggul di MTsN 1 Kota Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah in-depth interview atau wawancara secara mendalam. Prosedur pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian, terdapat empat tema utama yang menggambarkan stres akademik pada siswa kelas unggul di MTsN 1 Kota Bukittinggi. Empat tema tersebut yaitu tekanan dalam mencapai target, padatnya kegiatan di luar proses belajar mengajar, ekspektasi orang lain yang membebani, dan reaksi terhadap stressor akademik.
