Abstract

Penguatan ekonomi masyarakat dapat diwujudkan melalui inovasi produk edukasi berbasis kreativitas yang mendukung kebutuhan pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) hingga transisi ke jenjang sekolah dasar (SD). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan mengoptimalkan Creativity Board SUNKABER (Sumber Kreativitas Anak Berbasis Edukasi dan Rekreasi) sebagai media transisi PAUD ke SD dengan memanfaatkan platform desain Canva. Produk ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif, motorik, dan kreativitas anak melalui aktivitas interaktif yang menarik. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya mendukung proses pembelajaran, tetapi juga menciptakan peluang ekonomi bagi masyarakat lokal melalui produksi dan distribusi media edukasi ini. Optimalisasi Canva memungkinkan proses desain yang efisien, estetis, dan sesuai kebutuhan pasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Creativity Board SUNKABER dapat menjadi solusi inovatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran transisi anak, sekaligus memperkuat ekonomi masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan usaha mikro. Dengan demikian, pengembangan produk ini memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung pendidikan berkualitas dan pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study's goal is to learn how to use concrete object media in class 2. This depends on educators who have not involved substantial article media in learning science. So the scientist expects to help educators in the use of substantial item media by presenting a proposal research named "Use of Substantial Article Media in Learning Level Shapes in Class 2 on the material qualities of level shapes.This research utilizes clear quantitative examination. The students in class 2 are the subject of this research's data. The information assortment methods utilized are perception, tests, and polls. The results of this study using concrete object media in learning flat shapes in class 2 show that student activities were in the good category with a score of 94.9, which indicates the validity of the data used in this study. Concerning the learning results to get a decent classification get a score of 79.7.

Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of understanding in learning Indonesian, especially in the material of writing short stories and understanding of several elements in a short story text, therefore the need for the use of more creative and effective learning media for students. The case that occurred was that around 40% of students in the class did not master the understanding of reading texts including main ideas and supporting ideas. This will be an impact because students can only read without understanding the contents of the reading they read. This problem arises, so it is necessary to optimize more innovative and effective teaching materials for students. This researcher uses the Thiagarajan 4D development paradigm which includes four stages: definition, design, development, and distribution. The participants of this study were elementary school students in grade IV at an elementary school in Surabaya. The results of this study indicate that the Activity Book learning media based on illustrated narratives is considered satisfactory without the need for revision. Through competent media, linguistic, and material evaluators. The final results of all validators produced 95.5% for material experts, 85% for language experts, and 85.5% for media experts. With a fairly appropriate description.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of students' ability in reading, including students' ability to read the beginning in learning Indonesian language material. Teachers need learning media, one of which is word cards, to help deliver learning materials. The purpose of this researcher is to determine the effect of the application of the synthetic analytical structural method assisted by word card media on the ability to read the beginning. This study uses a quantitative approach. The IBM SPSS 25 program is used to conduct normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests. The results of the study showed the Independent Sample t Test, with a significance value of sig. <0.05 which indicates that there is an effect of the application of the synthetic analytical structural method assisted by word card media on the ability to read the beginning.

Abstract

This research is based on observation results. students' ability to read and understand short stories directly and equipped with data on the average score of student learning outcomes, especially in Indonesian language learning, it was found that students still had difficulty reading the short stories they read. This research employs a pre-experimental approach utilizing a quasi-experimental research design, also known as quasi-experimentation, specifically in the form of a Posttest Only Control Design. The population in this study were classes IVA and IVB with a total of 46 students. The data collection methods in this research are tests and observations. The results of observations regarding the implementation of the PQ4R learning method on reading and understanding short story skills can be said to be effective, this can be seen from the score with an average value of 3.6, included in the very good category. The majority of students are more active in the process of learning short.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu menganalisis pengaruh dari literasi digital terhadap keterampilan menulis pada teks deskripsi peserta didik kelas IV di sekolah dasar.  Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menerapkan desain pre-experimental dengan model one group pretest-posttest design. Sebanyak 40 peserta didik pada kelas IV di UPT SD Negeri 207 Gresik terlibat sebagai sampel yang dipilih melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui metode tes berbentuk uraian. Teknik penganalisisan data yang digunakan yakni uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil uji normalitas dikategorikan berdistribusi normal. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh nilai sig. sebesar 0,256 untuk pretest dan 0,235 untuk posttest, sehingga keduanya lebih dari 0,05. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa keterampilan menulis peserta didik pada materi teks deskripsi dapat dipengaruhi oleh literasi digital, sebagaimana dibuktikan oleh hasil uji hipotesis dengan nilai sig. 0,000 kurang dari 0,05, sehingga ditolaknya hipotesis nol (H0) dan diterimanya hipotesis alternatif (H1). Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat ditarik sebuah kesimpulan bahwa keterampilan menulis peserta didik kelas IV materi teks deskripsi di tingkat sekolah dasar dipengaruhi oleh literasi digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of students' financial literacy skills during the period 2019-2024. Financial literacy, which includes an understanding of money management, investment, and financial planning, is an essential competency in equipping students to face global economic challenges. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, combining in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis to explore students' financial understanding, attitudes, and practices. Data were collected from elementary school students in various regions to ensure diversity in social, economic, and cultural backgrounds. Data analysis was carried out thematically by identifying key patterns related to financial literacy skills, influencing factors, and changes that have occurred over the past five years. The results of the study show an increase in students' awareness of the importance of financial literacy, especially after the integration of financial literacy into the national education curriculum and the massive influence of digital financial technology. However, challenges such as gaps in access to information, low parental participation, and lack of practical training in financial management are still major obstacles. This study suggests increasing collaboration between schools, families, and communities in providing comprehensive and applicable financial literacy education. These findings provide insights for educators, policymakers, and financial institutions to design more effective strategies to improve students' financial literacy skills in the future.

Abstract

Pembelajaran deep learning menuntut guru untuk mampu menghadirkan proses belajar yang bermakna, aktif, dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Namun, masih terdapat keterbatasan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang mendukung implementasi pembelajaran mendalam. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan pengembangan media pembelajaran pendukung deep learning. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan sasaran guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Kutorejo, Kabupaten Mojokerto, menggunakan metode pelatihan interaktif, praktik pengembangan media, pendampingan, implementasi terbatas, serta evaluasi dan refleksi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep deep learning serta kemampuan guru dalam merancang media pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan aplikatif. Respon peserta terhadap kegiatan tergolong positif dan menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi selama pelaksanaan. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkuat kesiapan guru untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran deep learning secara berkelanjutan di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas pemanfaatan cairan ekstrak kulit bawang putih sebagai media alternatif dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tanaman tomat. Kulit bawang putih selama ini dianggap limbah agroindustri ternyata mengandung senyawa bioaktif yang berpotensi sebagai pupuk organik cair dan pestisida alami. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan melakukan penyiraman tanaman tomat menggunakan ekstrak cairan bawang putih. Yang diamati setelah penyiraman yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, perkembangan bunga, dan jumlah buah tomat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanaman tomat yang disiram dengan cairan kulit bawang putih mengalami peningkatan pertumbuhan dan hasil produksi mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan dibandingkan tanaman yang tidak diberikan cairan kulit bawang putih. Kulit bawang putih juga berperan sebagai pengendali hama alami sehingga mendukung kesehatan tanaman. Pemanfaatan media alternatif ini konsep pertanian yang dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan serta mendukung upaya hasta cita kemandirian pertanian di kota surabaya. Harapannya hasil penelitian ini bukti bahwa limbah kulit bawang putih dapat dimanfaatkan secara ekonomis untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman tomat sehingga membuka peluang adopsi teknologi pupuk cair organik berbasis bahan kulit bawang merah di lokal masyarakat petani.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of HOTS-based student worksheets in thematic learning. HOTS-based student worksheets were used in this study with the aim of actively interacting between teachers and students as well as students and students as well as improving learning outcomes and increasing students' higher-order thinking skills. The goal to be achieved in this study is to find out the thematic learning outcomes of students before and before being treated with HOTS-based student worksheets. This study uses experimental quantitative research on fourth grade students at State Elementary School. Dr.Sutomo V/327 Surabaya with a population of 281 students evenly distributed in 8 classes. The sampling technique in this study used a post-test only control group design technique. The research sample was students in grades IV A - IV H. The experimental class of learning using HOTS-based thematic worksheets and the control class were given lessons as is usually done in schools in the form of lectures and given demonstrations. The research was conducted at the public elementary school of Dr. Sutomo V/327 Surabaya. The research instrument used is a test (posttest). The results showed that the learning outcomes of students had increased by using the HOTS-based student worksheets in thematic learning Theme 3 Sub Theme 2 Learning 1 State elementary school students Dr. Sutomo V/327 Surabaya based on One Way Anova test with sig. less than 0.05.
