Abstract

This study investigates the correlation between family environment and the cognitive learning outcomes of fifth-grade students in Pancasila Education at public elementary schools in the Joglo Administrative Village, West Jakarta. The study adopts a quantitative correlational design with a sample of 87 students selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a family environment questionnaire and a cognitive test on the topic of Norms, both of which were validated and found reliable (Cronbach’s α = 0.836). The data were analyzed using the Pearson Product-Moment correlation test, preceded by normality and linearity checks. Results revealed a strong positive correlation (r = 0.663, p < 0.05) between family environment and students’ cognitive learning outcomes. The determinant coefficient (R² = 0.44) indicates that the family environment accounts for 44% of the variance in learning outcomes, with the remaining 56% attributed to other factors, such as school context, peers, and motivation. These findings affirm the significant role of family support, attention, and parenting patterns in shaping students’ academic performance, particularly in subjects related to moral and civic education, such as Pancasila Education. The study recommends enhanced collaboration between schools and parents to improve student achievement through a supportive learning environment.

Abstract

Pembelajaran PPKn sebagai salah satu mata pelajaran yang penting, karena berguna sebagai pembentukan peserta didik menjadi warga negara yang baik. Penyampaian materi kepada peserta didik akan lebih menarik dengan bantuan produk seperti media pembelajaran yang membangun motivasi dan kesenangannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan serta mengetahui kelayakan dari sebuah produk berupa game visual novel berbasis gamifikasi pada pembelajaran PPKn kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan prosedur tahap pengembangan ADDIE. Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 peserta didik kelas IV SDN Perigi 01. Data diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, serta angket ahli dan angket respon peserta didik. Analisis data deskriptif digunakan untuk mengukur keberhasilan pengembangan. Menurut para ahli hasil validasi mnyatakan bahwa game visual novel berbasis gamifikasi sangat layak untuk diuji coba kepada peserta didik. Para peserta didik dibagi ke dalam 3 tahap uji coba, dan hasil rekapitulasi angket respon peserta didik menunjukkan hasil sangat layak untuk dipergunakan dalam pembelajaran PPKn kelas IV sekolah dasar. Dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya pengembangan game visual novel berbasis gamifikasi berhasil dan sangat layak sebagai media pembelajaran PPKn kelas IV sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS) Indonesia's results in the last four editions ranked 44 out of 49 countries can show students' low literacy and science process skills. The research aims to develop products by utilizing google sites-based websites to improve students understanding of concepts and science process skills.  ADDIE research method with steps of analyzing needs, designing products, developing products, trials and applying development results to students. The instruments used are expert validation instruments and data analysis techniques with triangulation, namely observations, interviews, and tests to see the effectiveness of the product. The validation results of the Material Expert showed a score of 4.3 indicating a very valid category, the Linguist showed a score of 4.46 indicating the category was very valid, the Media Expert showed a score of 4.69 indicating the category was very valid, and the Pedagogy Expert showed a score of 4.54 indicating the category was very valid. The effectiveness rate of this product is quite high, namely 19 students or 82.6% achieved and measured by N-Gain the score is at 0.5 with a moderate category. Aspects of electrical observing skills 82.14% or very high categories, grouping 92.86% very high categories, interpreting an average of 82.14% very high, forecasting average incidence 85.71% very high, formulating hypotheses averaging 89.29 very high, formulating product designs averaging 96.43% very high categories and communicating aspects 78.57% high categories. These results can be concluded that the development of learning resources by utilizing google sites as a learning resource can increase understanding of concepts and encourage students to be actively involved in learning.

Abstract

Adobe Animate merupakan perangkat lunak pengembangan media dari aplikasi Adobe Flash yang termasuk ke dalam bagian multimedia yang digunakan untuk membuat animasi. Tujuan penggunaan Adobe Animate adalah dapat digunakan untuk kegiatan pembelajaran yang interaktif bagi siswa khususnya pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian pada artikel ini berjenis Research and Development dengan metode deskriptif yang digunakan pada tahap awal penelitian guna memperoleh data. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis data pada kedua tabel yang diperoleh mengenai kebutuhan guru dan siswa terhadap penggunaan media berbasis digital khususnya Adobe Animate yang sangat tepat apabila digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah bahwa penggunaan media Adobe Animate yang diterapkan pada materi tata surya dapat menarik perhatian dan semangat siswa dalam belajar IPA.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse primary school teachers' perceptions of everyday digital literacy and its influence on students' social interaction patterns, extending previous research that predominantly focused on digital literacy among teachers or students as separate populations in primary education settings. The study employed a quantitative approach involving 177 primary school teachers and 160 public primary school students in Banten Province, selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaire-based surveys and analysed using SPSS and SmartPLS. The findings indicate that there are no significant differences in everyday digital literacy levels between male and female teachers. Teachers’ digital literacy, particularly in information and communication competencies, shows a significant influence on students’ social interaction patterns, mainly in shaping the interaction environment, emotional atmosphere, and leadership dynamics in the classroom. Overall, the results confirm that teachers’ everyday digital literacy plays a crucial role in supporting positive social interaction among primary school students, although its influence on empathetic aspects of interaction remains relatively limited.

Abstract

Penelitian korelasi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsentrasibelajar dengan self-efficacy peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar pada pembelajaranPendidikan Pancasila di Kelurahan Kramat Pela. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah105 peserta didik kelas IV dari SDN Kramat Pela 01, SDN Kramat Pela 07, dan SDNKramat Pela 09. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple randomsampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif denganteknik korelasional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kusionerdan dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubunganyang positif antara konsentrasi belajar dengan self-efficacy peserta didik yangdibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (7,519 > 1,660). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwakonsentrasi belajar dapat dijadikan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan selfefficacypeserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan civic disposition peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila melalui penerapan model Project Citizen. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart dalam tiga siklus pada 27 peserta didik kelas V SDN Jati 03 Jakarta Timur. Setiap siklus mencakup tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data diperoleh melalui observasi aktivitas guru dan peserta didik serta angket civic disposition. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada civic disposition, yaitu dari 37,04% pada Siklus I, meningkat menjadi 66,67% pada Siklus II, dan mencapai 88,89% pada Siklus III. Peningkatan ini didukung oleh perkembangan positif pada aktivitas pembelajaran, di mana aktivitas guru dan peserta didik meningkat dari 67% dan 45% pada Siklus I, menjadi 83% dan 81% pada Siklus II, hingga mencapai 100% dan 90% pada Siklus III. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Project Citizen mampu menguatkan partisipasi aktif peserta didik, membentuk tanggung jawab moral, kedisiplinan, kesopanan, kemampuan bekerja sama, berpikir kritis, serta kepercayaan diri dalam mengemukakan pendapat. Dengan demikian, Project Citizen terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila yang kontekstual, bermakna, dan berorientasi pada peningkatan civic disposition peserta didik kelas V SDN Jati 03.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) model in Pancasila Education learning. This study used a classroom action research (CAR) design with 26 fifth-grade students of SDN Kramat Pela 07 Pagi as research subjects. Data were collected through cognitive domain learning outcome tests, observation of attitudes in the affective domain, and monitoring of teacher and student activities during the learning process. The results showed that the application of the VCT model was able to provide significant improvements in learning outcomes. In the cognitive domain, learning completeness increased from 58% in cycle I to 92% in cycle II. Improvements also occurred in the affective domain, as seen through the increase in indicators of Pancasila values. Nationalism attitudes increased from 65% to 96%, patriotism from 69% to 90%, and social attitudes from 61% to 92%. In addition, there was an increase in the quality of learning activities. Teacher activity increased from 82% in cycle I to 93% in cycle II, while student activity increased from 71% to 93%. The results of this study demonstrate that the VCT model is effective in improving student learning outcomes, both in cognitive and affective aspects. This model is able to encourage students to clarify values, understand the meaning of Pancasila values, and apply them in everyday life. Thus, the VCT model can be used as an alternative learning strategy that can improve the quality of the process and learning outcomes of Pancasila Education in elementary schools
