Abstract

This research is based on the importance of integrating local wisdom in character building and sustainable economic management among Dayak communities, particularly in the context of Huma Betang. The purpose of this study is to examine how Huma Betang values, such as togetherness, honesty, equality, and tolerance, can be integrated into economic education, with a focus on inclusive and sustainable economic development based on local wisdom. Using a qualitative descriptive and phenomenological approach, this study involved in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation data collection conducted in Bontoi Village, Central Kalimantan. The results of this study indicate that Huma Betang values ​​are not only relevant in social life but can also strengthen the economic education curriculum. The application of these values ​​can help students understand business ethics, collaboration, and diversity, as well as foster strong character to face global economic challenges. This study recommends further exploration of the application of local wisdom values ​​in economic education in various cultural communities, to support more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable economic development. Abstract

This study was motivated by the limited availability of learning media that integrate Central Kalimantan's local wisdom with creative economy learning in an engaging and contextual way. It aimed to develop an e-comic based on Central Kalimantan cultural wisdom and to examine its feasibility and student responses as a learning and promotional medium for the creative economy. The study used a research and development approach with the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The cultural content focused on Dayak traditional crafts, especially rattan weaving and woven products, presented through a visual narrative. Expert validation produced a mean score of 3.78, indicating that the e-comic was highly feasible in terms of appearance, content, language, and goal relevance. Student responses yielded a mean score of 3.6, indicating positive acceptance in terms of interest, usability, and relevance to the material. These findings show that the developed e-comic is feasible and practical for use in creative economy learning while also introducing local cultural and economic potential. The study implies that culturally grounded digital media can support contextual learning, local culture promotion, and awareness of community-based creative economy opportunities

Abstract

Rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi fungsi permintaan dan penawaran menjadi salah satu permasalahan dalam pembelajaran ekonomi di sekolah menengah kejuruan, yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang masih bersifat konvensional dan kurang melibatkan aktivitas berpikir siswa. Kondisi ini mendorong perlunya pengembangan media pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan video pembelajaran berbasis computational thinking pada materi fungsi permintaan dan penawaran serta menguji kelayakan penggunaannya dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ASSURE yang meliputi analisis karakteristik peserta didik, perumusan tujuan pembelajaran, pemilihan metode dan media, pemanfaatan media, pelibatan peserta didik, serta evaluasi dan revisi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X dan XI program akuntansi di salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan di Kota Palangka Raya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa video pembelajaran yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak berdasarkan penilaian ahli media, guru ekonomi, serta respons siswa, sedangkan penilaian ahli materi menunjukkan kategori layak. Selain itu, penerapan video pembelajaran mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan hasil belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 17,32 pada pre-test menjadi 90,36 pada postest. Dengan demikian, video pembelajaran berbasis computational thinking yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk membantu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi fungsi permintaan dan penawaran.
