Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to evaluate customer satisfaction with employee performance at PT WIKA based on service quality dimensions using Service Quality (SERVQUAL) and Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) based decision support system approaches. Research Methodology: This study employed a quantitative descriptive method by integrating SERVQUAL with the MOORA decision-support system. Data were collected through questionnaire-based surveys distributed to 100 PT WIKA customers using 20 service quality indicators representing the tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy dimensions. The analysis compared customer perception and expectation scores to identify satisfaction gaps and determine the priority service dimensions. Results: The findings revealed that the average SERVQUAL satisfaction ratio was 1.01, indicating that overall service performance generally met customer expectations. A total of 14 out of 20 indicators (67%) were categorized as satisfactory, while six indicators (33%) remained unsatisfactory. Furthermore, the MOORA analysis identified reliability as the most dominant service quality dimension contributing to customer satisfaction and employee performance evaluations. Conclusions: Overall, customers were satisfied with the employee performance at PT WIKA. However, several indicators related to responsiveness and service consistency require improvement to enhance customer satisfaction. Limitations: This study was limited to a single company and a specific customer sample, which may reduce the generalizability of its findings. In addition, the weighting process in the MOORA method is determined subjectively. Contributions: This study contributes to service quality and human resource management literature by integrating SERVQUAL and MOORA in evaluating employee performance and supporting service improvement decision-making

Abstract

The increase in internet users in Indonesia presents a significant opportunity for business actors to market products through digital marketing, which allows transactions anytime and anywhere and influences purchasing decisions through complete and real-time product information. In addition, impulsive buying behavior, especially in areas like Ponorogo, which is rich in quality rice products with attractive discounts, also contributes to increased sales, impacting customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term customer value. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of digital marketing, product information, and impulse buying on purchasing decisions, as well as the ability of purchasing decisions to mediate the effect of digital marketing, product information, and impulse buying on marketing performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a research sample of 104 respondents who are consumers of rice products in the Legi Ponorogo market. The data collection technique employed a questionnaire distributed online. The data analysis technique used is SEM PLS. The results of the study indicate that digital marketing and product information affect purchasing decisions, whereas impulse buying does not affect purchasing decisions. Furthermore, purchasing decisions have an impact on marketing performance. The results of the indirect effect show that purchasing decisions mediate the influence of digital marketing and product information on marketing performance, while purchasing decisions do not mediate the influence of impulse buying on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

In the digital transformation era, Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, and Google Classroom have become the backbone of modern education, yet their success depends not only on infrastructure but also on users’ readiness to adopt technology. This study aims to systematically review and synthesize empirical research applying the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) 2.0 within LMS contexts to identify trends, key findings, and research gaps. Adopting the PRISMA-guided Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, 1,234 records were screened across major academic databases, resulting in 35 eligible articles published between 2015 and 2024. Descriptive and thematic analyses reveal that the motivator dimensions Optimism and Innovativeness consistently promote LMS adoption, satisfaction, and engagement, while the inhibitor dimensions Discomfort and Insecurity hinder effective use. Most studies employ quantitative cross-sectional surveys in higher education, with limited research in K-12 or corporate settings. The findings underscore that TRI 2.0 serves as a robust framework for understanding psychological readiness in technology-mediated learning and highlight the need for longitudinal, qualitative, and cross- contextual studies. This review concludes that enhancing technology readiness is essential for maximizing LMS effectiveness, fostering sustainable user engagement, and guiding future pedagogical innovation in digital education.
