Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of cognitive bias on the Financial Decision Making of MSME actors in Bandung City. The research method used is descriptive verification with quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 385 MSME actors in Bandung City. The variables being studied for independent variables are overconfidence bias, confirmation bias, herding bias, anchoring bias, hindsight bias, the illusion of control bias, loss aversion bias, endowment bias, regret aversion bias, and status quo bias, while for the dependent variable is Financial Decision Making. Regression results show that overconfidence bias and loss aversion bias positively affect financial decision-making, while the illusion of control bias has a negative effect. Other cognitive bias variables do not affect Financial Decision Making. Cognitive biases that cause suboptimal financial decisions can hinder the productivity of MSMEs, this can affect the contribution of the MSME sector to the National Gross Domestic Product.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of self-efficacy, social interaction on entrepreneurial interest which is moderated by the entrepreneurial characteristics of students. The method used in this study was an explanatory survey research with data collection techniques through questionnaires and observations. The population of this study is 400 students of Senior High School 1 Subang class XI for the 2020/2021 academic year with a sample of 100 students by using simple random sampling techinuques. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression with Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed 1) the level of interest in entrepreneurship, self-efficacy, social interaction and entrepreneurial characteristics of students were in the medium category. 2) self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. 3) social interaction had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. 4) the entrepreneurial characteristics of the participants moderate the effect of self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship. 5) entrepreneurial characteristics did not moderate the effect of social interaction on interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Gamification has emerged as an approach that can increase student engagement and motivation in economics learning. The aim of this research is to conduct a systematic review of existing literature regarding the development of gamification in economic learning and then obtain a distribution for 2020-2024. The data collection technique is carried out by downloading files on the Scopus database to see trends in publications with the largest number, number of documents, ranking classifications of institutions or universities, journals and documents, as well as the use of shared keywords. The method used is bibliometric analysis. A total of 32 documents were collected through the Scopus database and then combined into one file in ris format and entered into the VOSviewer application to obtain network visualization and overlay visualization. The research results show that the trend of publications related to gamification learning in economics learning has increased from year to year. The largest number of documents is in "Springer Proceedings in Business and Economics" with four documents. A publication with the title "The effects of a gamified project based on historical thinking on the academic performance of primary school children" written by Martinez et al. (2021) with a total of 14 citations. Student is the most widely used gamification keyword along with 5 cooccurrences. Based on the keywords visualized, there are several keywords that are trending. Research focuses on gamification learning in economic learning, namely students, e-learning, economic disciplines, higher education, education, experiential learning, online learning, flipped classroom, innovation.

Abstract

The spread of fake news by advocates has become an important issue in the digital era that can damage the image of the legal profession. This study aims to identify the ethical and legal responsibilities that advocates must adhere to and analyze the impact of fake news dissemination on the profession's image. The method used is a normative legal approach, analyzing applicable codes of ethics and regulations. The analysis results show that non-compliance with ethical codes can lead to disciplinary sanctions and negative stigma against the legal profession. This study recommends the need for ongoing education, transparency, and responsible use of technology by advocates, as well as strengthening reporting mechanisms by professional associations. With a commitment to ethics, advocates can enhance public trust in the legal system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Diversion Mechanism for Children in Conflict with the Law for Narcotics Crimes and the urgency of implementing diversion for children in conflict with the law in realizing restorative justice. This type of research is normative legal research. Based on the research, it is concluded that the implementation of diversion for children who commit narcotics crimes based on Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, reviewed from the legal position of diversion for children who abuse narcotics in the perspective of criminal law development, is a non-penal policy step for handling children who commit juvenile crimes, because their handling is diverted from the juvenile justice system. Diversion is based on the assumption that the process of handling children through the juvenile justice system is more likely to be negative than positive for the development of children. In relation to the handling of children who abuse narcotics, the main problem arising from the juvenile criminal justice process or a criminal decision is the stigma attached to convicts of narcotics abuse after the completion of the criminal justice process. The increasing tendency for drug abuse by children encourages efforts to overcome and handle it specifically in the field of juvenile criminal law. Diversion with the Restorative Justice approach in its development is a settlement of child criminal cases that has been practiced by various countries, including in Indonesia which is regulated in Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Child Criminal Justice System and Government Regulation No. 65 of 2015. The concept of diversion regulated in the Criminal Justice System in Indonesia is to place an obligation to carry out Diversion in every stage of the judicial process (investigation, Prosecution and Trial).

Abstract

This research examines and analyzes the effect of the economic pillars of the sustainable development goals (SDGs) on the sustainability of millennial entrepreneurs mediated by competitiveness. The background of this research is the value of Total Early-stage Entrepreneurial Activity (TEA), which is only 8.1%, ranked 36th out of 49 countries studied. This study uses an explanatory survey method, with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to millennial entrepreneurs in West Java Province who take part in education and training at the Office of Cooperatives and Small Businesses, totaling 250 people. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using SEM-PLS to produce more accurate conclusions and explore the relationship between variables. The results showed that the economic pillars of sustainable development goals (SDGs) can influence the sustainability of millennial entrepreneurs mediated by competitiveness. This finding implies that it is necessary to increase competitiveness to support the economic pillars of the SDGs.

Abstract

Dalam membuat akta autentik, Notaris harus menjamin kepastian, ketertiban, dan perlindungan hukum sebagaimana berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2014. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indikator sehingga Notaris dapat dibebani pertanggungjawaban terhadap isi Akta Autentik yang dibuatnya serta menjelaskan bentuk pertanggungjawaban yang dapat dijatuhkan kepada Notaris terhadap isi Akta Autentik yang tidak sesuai dengan fakta. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian normatif dan didukung oleh data wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), pendekatan kasus (case approach), dan pendekatan perbandingan (comparative approach). Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Adapun metode analisis pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator sehingga Notaris dapat dibebani pertanggungjawaban terhadap isi Akta Autentik yang dibuatnya adalah adanya kesengajaan maupun kelalaian notaris dalam pembuatan akta autentik. Lebih lanjut, bentuk pertanggungjawaban yang dapat dijatuhkan kepada Notaris terhadap isi Akta Autentik yang tidak sesuai dengan fakta, antara lain yaitu Pertanggungjawaban Perdata, Pidana, dan Administrasi/Kode Etik. Dengan dasar kesimpulan tersebut, disarankan agar notaris dalam proses pembuatan akta autentik hendaknya dilakukan berlandaskan moral, etika dan sifat kehati-hatian, teliti, objektif serta mempunyai itikad baik untuk mematuhi semua ketentuan hukum yang berlaku. Selain itu, dibutuhkan perubahan Undang-Undang, khususnya terkait kumulasi atau penggabungan penerapan sanksi sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban seorang Notaris, karena pengaturan kumulasi atau penggabungan penerapan sanksi ini tentunya akan lebih memberikan perlindungan dan kepastian hukum bagi para pihak yang dirugikan termasuk Notaris itu sendiri

Abstract

Peran penting dimiliki oleh notaris dalam setiap hubungan hukum kehidupan masyarakat, karena dalam melakukan hubungan hukum tersebut dibutuhkan adanya pembuktian tertulis berupa akta otentik. Rumusan masalah adalah: 1 Bagaimana implementasi ketentuan Pasal 83 Undang-Undang No. 2 Tahun 2014 tentang perubahan atas Undang-Undang No. 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris dan Kode Etik Kongres Luar Biasa sehubungan dengan pelantikan Notaris Papan Nama di Denpasar? 2. Apa tanggung jawab Notaris atas pelanggaran kode etik papan nama Notaris? Permasalahan di atas dipelajari dan dianalisis dengan teori-teori hukum seperti teori efektivitas hukum, teori tanggung jawab hukum dengan metode penelitian hukum empiris. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan beberapa permasalahan mengenai pelanggaran ukuran papan nama Notaris yang terpasang, hal tersebut bertentangan dengan yang diatur dalam aturan Kode Etik.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors that influence entrepreneurial education at public universities in Bandung. This study is expected to create jobs and change the mind-set of college graduates to become job creators method used in this study is a survey method. Subjects in this study are students of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). The samples were used that were 30 students of accounting education. Analysis of the data used in this research is the analysis of Structural Equation Model (Structural Equation Model / SEM). Average of entrepreneurship education at public universities in Bandung, especially in UPI shows that entrepreneurship education indicators ie 70.03% voted in favor of the implementation entrepreneurship education, and 82.13% consisted of  24 students who strongly agree and agree with the concept of entrepreneurial intentions while 46.30% is composed of 13 students who agree and disagree with the rest answering entrepreneurial development. These circumstances reveal the factors that affect entrepreneurship education in higher education is seen from the intention of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial development

Abstract

Although Sangatta has experienced expansion for more than two decades into East Kutai Regency, the development of MSMEs is still in the developing stage, one of the MSMEs that has developed is Sablon Rainbow Creative Sangatta and is the first screen printing company to be established. Screen printing customers still place orders outside East Kutai or outside the island. This study aims to analyze the branding marketing strategy of Sablon Rainbow Creative Sangatta in increasing customers for Sablon Rainbow Creative Sangatta. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection method used is in-depth interviews with several informants, namely the owner of Sablon Rainbow, regular customers and one of the brand experts. The data obtained is then processed based on the principles of attract, convert, close and delight. The results of the study show that MSME Rainbow Creative has high Brand Awareness and has implemented inbound marketing.
