Abstract

The spread of Islam in Indonesia by Wali Sanga was not only done through preaching, but also through traditional arts, such as gamelan. Unfortunately, with the development of modernization, interest in gamelan art began to decline. In fact, besides functioning as a medium of entertainment, gamelan is also full of Islamic educational values, especially the value of tasamuh (tolerance). This research focuses on the Kyai Samudro Gamelan Team in Jember Regency and aims to reveal how this local culture acts as a medium for the transformation of Islamic values, especially tasamuh, in building a harmonious society. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the results show that the transformation of tasamuh values occurs through various aspects, such as the training process, performances, clothing, and songs.

Abstract

Malam Tirakatan or Malam Pitulasan is a local tradition of the people of Yogyakarta held to commemorate Indonesia's Independence Day on the night of 16 August, before the commemoration of 17 August. This tradition is not only a moment of reflection for the community, but also full of spiritual meaning and Javanese culture. The research will review Malam Tirakatan as a tangible manifestation of community harmony and nationalism reflected in local traditions based on religious values. The research uses a qualitative method with triangulation used to collect data. The research locations were Sambilegi Lor in Sleman Regency and Worawari in Kulon Progo Regency. The research found that the meaning of Malam Tirakatan goes beyond the mere celebration of independence; this tradition illustrates the values of spirituality, harmony, tolerance and gratitude to God and the heroes. In addition, Malam Tirakatan also shows how Javanese local wisdom acculturates religious nationalism with their culture, making it a means of strengthening Islamic religious identity.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan suatu proses yang sangat penting bagi kelangsungan hidup dan kehidupan manusia, karena pendidikan dapat dikatakan suatu indikator kemajuan peradaban dari suatu bangsa. Fenomena radikalisme yang mengatas namankan agama menyasar para kaum muda terutama kaum muda Islam yang notabenya masih berstatus pelajar. Kekhawatiranpun muncul dari semua pihak, karena praktik keberagamaan tersebut merapuhkan kebhinekaan dan kedamaian. Radikalisme agama muncul salah satunya dari lembaga pendidikan, bahkan radikalisme tumbuh subur di dalamnya karena berbagai faktor yang secara tidak sadar telah menjadi budaya di sekolah. Hal ini terjadi karena kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat lupa atau lalai dalam menjalankan tugas pokok sebagai pihak yang ikut bertanggung jawab dalam menangkal radikalisme agama. Maka perlu kerjasama yang dibangun dari berbagai pihak tersebut agar faham-faham radikalisme agama tidak tumbuh subur di lembaga pendidikan sekolah. Kata Kunci: Radikalisme, Agama, Sekolah,

Abstract

Abstract God sent down and created various religions on earth with the aim of saving people and their lives from damage. This diversity is not a barrier and a barrier for humans to do good, get to know and help, but as a treasure and a blessing so that human life is dynamic and not monotonous. The purpose of the Islamic Cultural History Subject is to develop education optimally through history, create and build young generations who emulate the struggles and achievements of Islamic heroes in defending and spreading Islam, and students take lessons from history and make history as a record in individuals for life. everyday life and use it in the present. Teachers who are actually at the forefront of teaching learning, especially religion teachers or teachers of Islamic cultural history, need to focus on the value of religious tolerance. Because in this world there is no single religion that teaches enmity between other religions, blames other religions and even judges other religions. everything teaches mutual respect and respect for each other's beliefs. Abstract

Abstract: Bullying behavior is an issue that is often discussed today. This behavior is often found in environments where it should not be, such as in the family environment and at school. Bullying behavior is an aggressive and manipulative action that can cause conflict for the perpetrator and the victim. Anti-bullying education is carried out in basic education institutions madrasah ibtidaiyah. this program is carried out in the form of building children's character through extracurricular programs that have been implemented at these educational institutions. The method used in this activity is a case study in the form of an interview. The results achieved in this activity are Creating and forming strategies that can support the implementation of anti-bullying education by involving all related elements so that goals can be achieved effectively. and students can be aware of their respective responsibilities in an effort to prevent bullying behavior in educational institutions. This program is able to form an attitude of self-control to carry out good habits in the family, school and community environment.Abstrak: Perilaku intimidasi atau pelecehan menjadi topik yang sering dibicarakan dewasa ini. Sering kali, perilaku semacam ini muncul di tempat-tempat yang seharusnya aman, seperti di dalam keluarga atau di lingkungan sekolah. Tindakan intimidasi ini terdiri dari perilaku agresif dan manipulatif yang bisa menyebabkan konflik baik bagi pelaku maupun korban yang terlibat. Pendidikan anti bulliying ini di laksanakan di lembaga pendidikan dasar madrasah ibtidaiyah . program ini dilakukan dalam bentuk membangun karakter anak melalui program-program ekstrakurikuler yang sudah terlaksana di lembaga pendidikan tersebut.Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi penggunaan studi kasus yang berbentuk wawancara. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mencapai tujuan serta Merancang dan mengembangkan strategi yang mendukung implementasi pendidikan anti-bullying dengan melibatkan semua pihak terkait, sehingga mencapai tujuan tersebut dengan cara yang efektif.serta para siswa bias Menyadari bahwa setiap individu memiliki tanggung jawabnya sendiri dalam melakukan langkah-langkah untuk mencegah perilaku bullying. Hal ini mencakup kesadaran akan peran aktif yang harus dimainkan oleh setiap orang dalam membangun lingkungan yang aman dan mendukung di mana tidak ada tempat untuk intimidasi atau pelecehan di lembaga pendidikan. Program ini dapat mengembangkan kemampuan untuk mengatur diri dalam mengadopsi perilaku positif di berbagai konteks, seperti dalam lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of moral learning using interactive media at Nurul Chotib Integrated Junior High School and describe the effectiveness of moral learning using interactive media at Nurul Chotib Integrated Junior High School. This study was conducted at Nurul Chotib Integrated Junior High School in Rowokangkung Village, Rowokangkung District, Lumajang Regency. This study's population were all class VIII students at Nurul Chotib Integrated Junior High School. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII A, the selection of subjects was based on class VIII A educators or teachers of the subject of aqidah and akhlak using interactive learning media. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of learning aqidah and akhlak in Nurul Chotib Integrated Junior High School includes obligatory attributes for Allah who is ma'ani and ma'nawiyah, impossible attributes for Allah who is ma'ani and ma'nawiyah, ja'iz attributes for Allah who is ma'ani and ma'nawiyah, practising commendable morals, avoiding reprehensible morals, emulating the morals of the Prophet's companion Ustman Bin Affan. The curriculum used is the Department of Religion and National Education. The effectiveness of learning aqidah and akhlak using interactive media shows that students have increased by 80%.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the problems that occur to students in educational institutions and efforts to overcome them. The problems of students include the increasingly weakening character or morals of students inside and outside the madrasah, the lack of application of Islamic values by students to their environment, and the lack of contribution of students in broadcasting the Islamic religion in society. The efforts that can be made to overcome this problem are the application of ecologically based educational methods in learning, especially in Islamic religious learning (PAI). PAI learning has a strategic role in implementing environmental awareness values because it must be provided at all levels of education. This research aims to formulate goals and steps in realizing environmental awareness through ecologically based PAI learning management. That is, in conducting research we carry out a descriptive qualitative research method with an intrinsic case study type of research. The results of this research ensure that students can implement Islamic values in protecting the environment by means of Ecologically Based Islamic Education Learning Management. From this description, it is clear that Ecologically Based PAI Learning Management can be a locomotive in increasing students' enthusiasm for learning to carry out activities outside the classroom and inside the classroom.

Abstract

Keterbatasan pemahaman dan pengetahuan praktis para pelaku UMKM dalam pengembangan lingkungan kerja positif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pertumbuhan usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai manajemen sumber daya manusia para pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama melalui penyampaian materi dan secara langsung serta simulasi dan diskusi mengenai pengelolaan, penerapan MSDM dalam pengembangan lingkungan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan dan pertumbuhan usaha. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari penyuluhan, pelatihan praktik langsung, dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai cara menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif terhadap karyawan atau staff yang dimiliki guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pertumbuhan usaha. Kegiatan ini diharapkan memberikan dampak positif bagi pengembangan SDM di UMKM Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama, serta mendorong akan meningkatnya produktivitas, daya saing, serta peningkatan kapasitas SDM lokal di masa depan.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Nuruz Zahro’ masih belum memenuhi standar program pondok yang efektif, salah satunya ditunjukkan dengan belum digunakannya bahasa Arab sebagai basis pembelajaran. Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM) masih konvensional (Calistum) dan kurang mengikuti perkembangan IPTEK. Hasil yang diharapkan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah terwujudnya SDM santri yang berkualitas sehingga mereka dapat mengembangkan dan menggunakan bahasa Arab setara dengan pondok modern. Pendampingan santri melalui program Muhadatsah Usbu’iyah diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara bahasa Arab di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Nuruz Zahro’ Jember. Strategi pemberdayaan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) yang berupaya mengembangkan komunitas berbasis aset (potensi). Ada lima aset dalam ABCD, yaitu: aset individu, asosiasi, institusi, fisik atau materi, dan koneksi atau jaringan komunikasi yang luas. Diharapkan pendekatan ini mampu mendongkrak penguasaan kosa kata bahasa Arab para santri Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Nuruz Zahro’ Jember. Hasil pengabdian di komunitas santri Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Nuruz Zahro’ menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kualitas SDM santri berjalan optimal dalam mengenal mufrodat (kosa kata), optimal dalam mengucapkan makhrojul huruf Arab dengan benar, dan maksimal dalam mengubah isim dhomir sesuai penggunaannya (untuk pembedaan laki-laki dan perempuan).

Abstract

Religious celebrations often serve as a space for reflection on social values. This study attempts to analyze the role of the Ancak Agung tradition in Jember, a communal ritual during the celebration of the Prophet's birthday, as a mechanism for strengthening tolerance and social cohesion amidst a heterogeneous society. This study views Ancak Akbar not only as a religious tradition and ritual, but also as a mediating arena for social interactions that transcend group boundaries. This research uses a qualitative case study approach, using triangulation techniques for data validation. Data analysis focuses on the patterns of interaction that occur and the community's interpretation of the symbolic meaning of Ancak Agung in the context of community. This research found that Ancak Agung functions as a "liminal space" that strips away primary identities. Ritually, this tradition creates a uniform spiritual purpose, manifested in the inclusive distribution of Gunungan Ancak, regardless of affiliation. Interactions are dominated by a spirit of mutual cooperation during preparation and sharing during distribution, effectively breaking down social barriers. Furthermore, the Ancak Agung Tradition has a significant social impact, strengthening solidarity and reducing prejudice between groups. This sharing ritual demonstrates that tolerance is a culturally institutionalized social practice. Ancak Agung serves as a model of local wisdom that is effective in managing diversity and maintaining social harmony in Jember.
