Abstract

This research aims to provide additional empirical evidence to understand whether accounting students' entrepreneurial interest is enhanced by e-commerce, entrepreneurship science, and accounting information systems. Quantitative research is used in this type of research. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The data collection technique used by researchers is by distributing online questionnaires to 50 Accounting students class of 2021 Regular A, Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Riau and processing them using SPSS 26. The results of the research show that partially E-commerce and Accounting Information Systems do not have a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, while entrepreneurship knowledge has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aimed to understand the correlation between academic self-concept and biology learning outcomes on high school students at virus material. The design used in this study was correlational. This study used descriptive quantitative as its method. The subjects of this study were tenth-grade students of senior high school in Tangerang Regency. The subjects of this study consisted of 135 respondents men and women, there were 102 respondents were taken as the sample through a simple random sampling technique. The data were obtained using the instrument of academic self-concept and students' learning outcomes on virus material. The learning outcomes were based on the multiple-choice test. After that, the obtained data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment (PPM) of the SPSS 16 version. The results show that there is a positive and significant correlation between academic self-concept and biology learning outcomes of students with the coefficiency (rx1y) of 0.553

Abstract

Limbah Sampah yang tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat memberikan dampak buruk pada lingkungan. Terdapat bermacam jenis sampah yang tidak dikelola dengan baik, salah satunya adalah sampah kertas. Sampah kertas dapat digunakan kembali menjadi sebuah kerajinan tangan sebagai langkah menangulangi sampah, dengan Cara mendaur ulang sampah menjadi karya seni yang bermanfaat. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk melatih kreatifitas siswa-siswi kelas IV, V, VI SDN Bendungan pada mata pelajaran Seni Budaya dengan memanfaatkan limbah kertas menjadi karya seni Kerajinan Tangan yang bermanfaat. Pelatihan dilakukan selama 2 hari yaitu pada tanggal 11-12 Maret 2022, dan bertempat di SDN Bendungan, Kecamatan Ciawi, Kab.Bogor Jawa Barat. Hasil pendampingan pengolahan limbah kertas menjadi karya seni kerajinan tangan pada siswa-siswi SDN Bendungan dengan respon positif dari guru serta mendapat antusias dari siswa-siswi. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari siswa yang aktif bertanya dan ingin terlibat langsung selama proses pelatihan.

Abstract

Introduction: According to the survey on the satisfaction of respondents and health organizations that have been carried out by the BPJS, Myriad Research Committed in 2018 with a total of 17,280 public respondents, 81% said they are satisfied with BPJS outpatient health services. It's still below the government's target for public satisfaction, which is 95%. This suggests the service given by the BPJS is not optimal.1 In improving the quality of health care, Budhi Asih Hospital has applied the quality of services to achieve the goals of service performance and to achieve service satisfaction. They include client satisfaction in outpatient care and improved hospital image. Satisfied patients benefit hospitals, including reusing services given in the future when they need them again and can encourage others to use the service. On the other hand, dissatisfaction with patients will also make it difficult for hospitals to compete. If the impact is not overcome immediately, the hospital's stability will be affected. Disappointed customers don't just go, but tell others about the bad services they receive. Thus, good health care will bring the patient back into use and even encourage others to use it again. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of service quality based on the variables of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and hospital image to the satisfaction of outpatient BPJS patients at Budhi Asih Hospital in 2022. Methods: This research method uses a descriptive-analytic research method with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study is 584 respondents. It used the slovin method to obtain a sample of 86 respondents. Data analysis uses univariate and bivariate analysis with a Chi-Square research test. Results: Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a relationship between service quality from physical evidence (p = 0,002); reliability (p = 0,000); responsiveness (p = 0,000); assurance (p = 0,000); empathy (p = 0,000); and hospital image (p = 0,000) on patient satisfaction. There are significant relationships between service quality and hospital image toward patient satisfaction at Budhi Asih Hospital in 2022. Discussion: It is hoped that the results of this study can be input so that the management of Budhi Asih Hospital can evaluate the service quality and image of the hospital so that it can increase patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the influence of environmental orientation on green competitive advantage with green innovation as a mediator. This research employs a quantitative approach with respondents consisting of financial managers and general managers working in hotels in Pekanbaru City. Data collection methods utilized a questionnaire instrument with saturated sampling technique, resulting in 88 respondents. Data analysis in this study utilized SEM (struktural equation modeling) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, and data management was facilitated using SmartPLS 4.0 application. The test results indicate that environmental orientation has a positive and significant influence on green innovation and green competitive advantage. Similar results were obtained for the variable of green innovation, which also had a positive and significant impact on green competitive advantage. Additionally, the researcher found results indicating that environmental orientation influences green competitive advantage through green innovation.

Abstract

Cooperatives are business entities whose members are individuals whose aim is to prosper its members based on kinship. Every year, cooperative management and supervisors prepare an accountability report that will be submitted at the annual member meeting (RAT). In compiling the accountability report, the accounting competencies of cooperative management are required to refer to the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SAK-EMKM) and Permenkop no 12 of 2015 concerning cooperative financial reports. This service is carried out to improve the competence of cooperative management in Riau province in compiling financial reports. This activity was carried out at the Riau Province Cooperative and UKM Training UPT. The approach taken is workshops and training, namely by providing explanations of material in tutorials and discussions and providing examples of making good and correct cooperative financial reports in accordance with cooperative accounting standards

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh keunggulan kompetitif ramah lingkungan dan inovasi ramah lingkungan terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan. Beberapa penelitian sebelumnya belum memberikan hasil yang konklusif mengenai apakah perusahaan khususnya di sektor perhotelan juga menerapkan strategi keunggulan kompetitif ramah lingkungan dan apakah inovasi ramah lingkungan ini berpotensi menguntungkan perusahaan. Sampel dipilih dari manajer umum dan manajer keuangan hotel di Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 44 responden yang tersedia untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Innovation berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Berkelanjutan namun keunggulan kompetitif hijau tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kapabilitas keunggulan kompetitif ramah lingkungan yang dirancang oleh masing-masing manajemen hotel tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan dan tidak menjamin kinerja berkelanjutan hotel. Sementara itu, penerapan inovasi hijau pada hotel-hotel dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap lingkungan, perekonomian, dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Operational audits serve to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of a company's activities, and provide recommendations for improvement. In an increasingly complex context, these audits have become essential to ensure that companies can meet stakeholder expectations and improve overall performance. This research focuses on a bibliometric analysis of operational auditing in Indonesia, using VOSviewer and Publish or Perish software to explore the characteristics of publications in this field. The main objective of this research is to identify research trends and patterns in the field of operational auditing through a bibliometric approach. The research data was obtained using the Publish or Perish (POP) application. The data collected was obtained from search results containing the keyword “operational auditing” obtained through Google Scholar. This study identified a total of 500 articles from 2000 to 2024. The results showed that the number of operational auditing studies conducted between 2000 and 2024 continued to increase. The analysis showed a close relationship between various keywords that reflect the main focus of the research, such as “technology audit” and “internal audit”.

Abstract

Human resource management is an important theme for the growth of organizations and companies, and many issues related to human resource management in order to maintain the smooth operation of the organization. The main objective of this study is to integrate mapping analysis techniques and the use of VOSviewer software to conduct a comprehensive bibliographic analysis of scientific literature related to human resource management audits. The research data were obtained using the Publish or Perish (PoP) application. The data collected were obtained from search results containing the keyword "human resource management audit" obtained from academic journals indexed by Google Scholar. This study identified a total of 500 papers from 2002 to 2024. The results showed that the number of studies conducted between 2002 and 2024 continued to increase. This study shows the importance of bibliographic analysis in providing analytical data on events. This study provides guidance and serves as a valuable resource for researchers who want to explore and identify research topics.
