Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the study of internal control, compliance with accounting rules, management morality and organizational culture towards accounting fraud. The population in this study are all employees at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Office in Riau Province. The sample of this study was 109 respondents. The sampling method in this study was random sampling. The data used in this study is primary data, which is done using a survey method with questionnaires. The processing method carried out is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of internal control, compliance with accounting rules and organizational culture negatively affect accounting fraud. While the management morality variable does not affect accounting fraud.

Abstract

The implementation of online learning in elementary schools since the spread of the COVID- 19 viruses in Indonesia, so the background of this study is to determine the effect of learning interest in online learning on students' digital literacy in terms of individual competence based on gender. The method used is causal-comparative. The instrument in the form of a questionnaire regarding interest in learning and digital literacy in terms of individual competence based on gender. Data was collected using Google Forms. The study population was students at SDN Sukamukti 02, with a random sampling of 300 students, consisting of 175 girls and 125 boys. The research findings obtained are (1) there is a significant difference between the learning interest of male and female students with sig. 0.007; (2) there is no significant difference in the digital literacy skills of male and female students with sig. 0.091. So, the conclusion is that online learning that is carried out shows that there are differences in the learning interests of male and female students. However, the digital literacy skills of both male and female students during online learning did not show a significant difference. So, it can be said that the digital literacy skills of students are equal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the study of leadership style, quality of work life, work disciplin, human resource audits and compensation for employee work productivity. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT. PJB UBJOM PLTU Tenayan in Pekanbaru Riau Provinsi. The sample of study was 98 respondent. The sampling method in this study was saturated sample. The data used in this study is primary data, which is done using a survey method with questionnaires. The processing method carried out is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of leadership style, quality of work life, work disciplin and human resource audits negatively affect employee work productivity. While the compensation variable has a positive effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

The importance of the quality of the workforce that will be used makes management work hard and be careful in determining the criteria that will be determined for the decision making process for the recruitment of prospective workers. The authority to recruit non-civil servant election supervisors is also the full authority of Bawaslu in the process must be maximized. At present, the process of recruiting non-PNS Bawaslu employees in Simalungun Regency has not been systemized and computerized which results in suboptimal recruitment results because many employees recruited are still in doubt of their credibility. PROMETHEE is one of the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods, which means determining or sorting in a multi-criteria analysis, this method is known for its efficient and simple concept, in addition to solving problems related to multi criteria, this method is also very easy to applied rather than other methods. In this study, the PROMETHEE II method is used to obtain qualified employee recruitment in accordance with the desired criteria and the results of existing grades

Abstract

This Training and counseling is also intended to provide education about the importance of school cooperation and good financial planning. This activities are carried out in SMK Al Faruqi at Kubang Raya Street, Desa Tarai Bangun , Kecamatan Tambang, Kabupaten Kampar. According to observation result, it is obtained that the school has not a school cooperation, yet. This training and counseling is attended by all participants who are teachers and students. The result shows that the participants have high enthusiasm in describing examples and discussion sessions. The school found this activities are helpful because they get information on how to form a cooperation that has been planned before. So, this cooperation can be useful to this school.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the problems in the low economic literacy of students in economic subjects are supported by still lack of economic literacy of students based on the results of observations. This research aims to reveal the differences in increasing economic literacy of students before being given treatment and after treatment is given through a learning models of Group Investigation (GI) experimental class and conventional learning (lectures) control class. This research is a quantitative research using Quasi-Experimental Design. Economic literacy Data Obtained from the post-test students in the form of essays, Reviews These results indicate that there is a difference between economic literacy of students who applied to the learning model of group investigation with the economic literacy of students who applied to conventional models. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pada kenyataan bahwa sebagian besar siswa kelas VI SDN Menes 1 merasa kesulitan belajar Matematika. Pemahaman dan hasil belajar Mataematika masih jauh dari harapan di bawah KKM yang telah ditentukan yaitu 60. Rendahnya hasil belajar Matematika disebabkan karena kurang motivasi dan semangat belajar. Permasalahan yang ingin dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah: (a). Apakah dengan penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dapat meningkatkan Pemahaman dan hasil belaja siswa pada pelajaran Matematika ?(b)Bagaimana langkah-langkah penerapan pembelajaran metode inkuiri terbimbing dalam pembelajaran Matematika tentang konsep menentukan luas bangun datar ?Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (a) Meningkatkan pemahaman dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika tentang konsep menentukan luas bangun datar (b) Menganalisis dampak penerapan metode inkuiri terbimbing dalam pembelajaran matematika terhadap hasil belajar siswa.. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa pemahaman dan prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan yaitu, prasiklus (50) siklus I (66), siklus II (86). Keberhasilan penerapan model pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Namun penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bagaimana seorang guru berusaha untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran dengan metode inkuiri terbimbing berpengaruh positif terhadap pemahaman dan belajar Siswa Kelas VI SDN Menes 1 Kecamatan Menes Kabupaten Pandeglang.

Abstract

 Chemistry’s phenomena can explained by multiple representation, they are macroscopis, symbolis, and submicroscopis dimention. Based on the fact, submicroscopis dimention is often diserted, especially when teach acid-base material because it is difficult to learn.  According to this case, teachers need the media for delivering material of chemistry. The research aim is resulting animation media of Arrhenius acid-base material based on multiple representation.This research used research and development (R D) method by Gall, Gall and Borg in Putra (2012). But on this research, step only arrive to step of main product revision. Research and development on this research have three steps. They are needs analysis step, consist of literature study and field study, planning and developing product step, consist of planning product, developing product,validation, and revision product, and the last is field test step, whose test of the product then revision the product based on result of test.Result of this research was animation media of Arrhenius acid-base material based on multiple representation which have characteristics: 1) displaying science material of Arrhenius acid-base which be explained by multiple representation, 2) it has parts consist of opening, instructional, competence standard, basic competence, indicators of product cognitive, subject of acid-base solution, subject of indicators acid-base, subject of Arrhenius acid-base, subject of pH, and profile button, 3) the contents suitability aspect has high score that is 80% according to validator judgement and 80% according to teacher judgement, and also have the highest level in isteresting aspect that is 83.45% according students judgement.Key words :  animation media, multiple representation, Arrhenius acid-base

Abstract

This study aims to compare the two leadership styles, namely transformational (intellectual stimulation and inspirational motivation) and transactional (contingency reward and MBE Active) in influencing psychological safety by using a 2 x 2 experimental design beetwen subject. The sample in this study were accounting students of the University of Muhammadiyah Riau force 2016 who took courses in management accounting and management control systems. Based on the results of hypothesis testing conducted using an independent sample t-test, it was found that managers who have superiors who have intellectual stimulation and contingency reward will be free to express their problems to superiors (psychological safety) compared to managers who have superiors with an inspirational motivation and MBE Active style. The results of this study are expected to improve the psychological safety of managers and all staff employees in a company to express their problems without fear and anxiety so that the company's goals can be achieved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan superstruktur wacana iklan kesehatan dan layanan masyarakat pada media elektronik di stasiun televisi RCTI, Mnc TV dan Trans TV periode Januari 2020. Penelitian ini fokus dalam menganalisis iklan berdasarkan elemen-elemen yang dikemukakan oleh teori Van Dijk. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk menggumpulkan data adalah dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data menggunakan tehnik content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini berupa superstrutur wacana iklan kesehatan dan layanan masyarakat pada media elektronik periode januari 2020. Berdasarkan teori Van Dijk superstruktur dibagi menjadi tiga elemen yaitu butir utama (headline) ialah untuk menarik perhatian, badan (body) ialah untuk menarik minat dan penutup (close) ialah untuk tindakan. Dari teori yang dikemukakan Van Dijk dan hasil analisis ditemukan data sebanyak 23 iklan, yang terdiri dari 22 iklan kesehatan dan 1 iklan layanan masyarakat. data yang menggunakan elemen butir utama (headline) sebanyak 15 data, penggunaan elemen badan (body) sebanyak 23 data dan penggunaan elemen penutup (close) sebanyak 13 data pada stasiun televisi RCTI, Mnc Tv dan Trans Tv periode Januari 2020.  Kata kunci : superstruktur, iklan, media elektronik.
