Abstract

Adolescence is a period that is considered vulnerable in life because it is a period of transition from child life to adult life which is full of turmoil. Becoming a teenager means going through a tough process that requires a lot of adjustments. The surge in body growth and maturation of reproductive organs is one of the big problems they face, including the reproductive organs which are vulnerable to reproductive tract infections, pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases, and the use of illegal drugs. Strong sexual feelings cannot but be experienced by every teenager, even though the levels are different from one another. Likewise the ability to control it (Sarwono, 2010). The aim of this activity is to increase adolescent knowledge so that it can reduce the incidence of sexually transmitted infections and deviations in adolescents. This service activity was carried out at the Sinyior Village Office by providing counseling to young men and women. This community service activity was attended by 19 teenagers. The results obtained were 2 teenagers with good knowledge, 4 people with sufficient knowledge, and 13 people with poor knowledge. Through education regarding reproductive health, there has been an increase in adolescent knowledge regarding reproductive health in adolescents. Reproductive health education using the lecture method accompanied by posters and leaflets is a learning approach that provides a set of knowledge and skills needed to be able to make appropriate behavioral choices to avoid sexual deviations and reduce sexually transmitted infections.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of storytelling skills in early childhood is important to note because it is a basic skill for the next level of education. This study aims to produce pop up book media that are valid and can improve early childhood storytelling skills. This research method uses 4D model development research with the stages of define, design, develop, disseminate. Expert judgment is used in the development of pop up books to be continued trials for early childhood to get various responses as input for improvement. Research results for pop up book media products that have been assessed as valid by experts and effective for use in learning to improve storytelling abilities in young children early with the criteria for classifying children's storytelling abilities, children who are categorized as having the ability to tell as many as 12 with details of 2 children are in the developing category according to expectations, and 10 children are in the very developing category. well, it can be said that the child has increased the ability to tell stories.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of workload and compensation on employee turnover intention at PT. Mitra Beton Mandiri Tigadihaji Dam Project - South OKU. The population in this study were 30 employees of PT. Mitra Beton Mandiri. The analytilcal method used was quantitative method using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool. The results of the t-test analysis of the workload variable (X1) are 2.956, which is greater than the t table of 2.05183, stated that the variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Mitra Beton Mandiri, while the t-test of the compensation variable (X2) is -1.694, which is smaller than the t table of 2.956, stated that the compensation variable (X2) does not have a significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Mitra Beton Mandiri. The calculate F value 6,096 was greater than F Table of 3,35 stated that together workload and compensation has sifnificant influence on turnover intention at PT. Mitra Beton Mandiri Tigadihaji Dam Project - South OKU. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, career path, and self-efficacy variables on lecturer engagement in private university lecturers in Medan City. The study uses an associative approach and quantitative methods. The population in this study were all lecturers at private universities in Medan City. The sampling method in this study uses probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique, namely taking sample members from a population that is carried out randomly without regard to the strata in that population, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The research results explain that the variables of compensation, career path, and self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on lecturer engagement. It can be seen that the coefficient of determination adjusted square 0.764 which means 76.4% of the factors that influence lecturer engagement at Private Universities in Medan City can be explained by compensation, career path, self-efficacy and 23.6% of other factors in this study.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including the economic activities of rural communities. However, limited digital literacy, technological access, and the ability to utilize digital platforms remain major challenges for rural communities. This community service activity aims to empower the people of Lubuk Leban Village through the implementation of the digital economy to improve their quality of life and economic well-being. Implementation methods include outreach, digital literacy training, mentoring in the use of digital media for productive businesses, and activity evaluation. The results of the activity indicate an increase in community understanding of the digital economy, the ability to utilize social media and marketplaces for marketing local products, and increased motivation to become entrepreneurs. This program is expected to become a model for sustainable digital economy-based village community empowerment.

Abstract

Hypertension is a chronic disease with a high prevalence and remains a major public health problem that requires long-term therapy and optimal blood pressure control to prevent complications. Treatment success is influenced by various factors, including adherence to antihypertensive medication. Poor adherence may result in uncontrolled blood pressure and reduced therapeutic outcomes. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between adherence to antihypertensive medication use and therapeutic outcomes among hypertensive Patients at Sangkrah Primary Health Center, Surakarta. This study employed an observational analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The study population consisted of hypertensive patients who met the inclusion criteria. Medication adherence was measured using the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8), while therapeutic outcomes were assessed based on blood pressure records documented in patients' medical files. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis to describe respondent characteristics and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test to examine the association between medication adherence and therapeutic outcomes. The results showed that most respondents were classified as adherent, with 90 respondents (90.0%), while 10 respondents (10.0%) were non-adherent. Regarding therapeutic outcomes, 74 respondents (74.0%) had uncontrolled blood pressure and 26 respondents (26.0%) had controlled blood pressure. Chi-square analysis showed a Pearson Chi-Square value of 0.208 (p > 0.05), indicating no statistically significant relationship between medication adherence and therapeutic outcomes. In conclusion, adherence to antihypertensive medication was not significantly associated with blood pressure control. These findings indicate that blood pressure management is influenced not only by medication adherence but also by factors, comorbidities, and nonpharmacological interventions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah penduduk dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari data time series 2015-2024. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi. Data yang dikumpulkan diolah dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan bantuan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) versi 31 untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh jumlah penduduk dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah penduduk berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto di Kabupaten Bulukumba, sedangkan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa dalam meningkatkan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto di Kabupaten Bulukumba pemerintah daerah sebaiknya lebih berfokus pada peningkatan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia yang terbukti menjadi instrumen yang lebih efektif dalam mendorong pertumbuhan nilai ekonomi daerah secara signifikan
