Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of third party funds and non-performing financing on the profit sharing received by Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach with non-probability sampling techniques. The type of data used in this research is panel data. The data source used is secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained from Sharia Commercial Banks, namely in the form of financial reports of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia from 2019-2023. The results of this research show that partially there is no significant influence of third party funds on the profit sharing of sharia commercial banks. Meanwhile, non-performing financing has a significant influence on the profit sharing of Islamic commercial banks. However, simultaneously third party funds and problematic financing have a significant influence on the profit sharing of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia.Keywords: third party funds, non-performing financing, profit sharing, sharia commercial banks

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the importance of motivation in Al-Qur'an tahfidz learning activities, the appropriate methods used by tahfidz supervisors in learning Al-Qur'an tahfidz and the strategies of tahfidz supervisors in providing motivation and using appropriate methods in learning Al-Qur'an tahfidz 'an 'a. This type of research is field research (field research) which is qualitative in nature. Research that uses information obtained from research targets is called respondents and informants through observation, interviews and so on. Primary data sources were obtained from structured interviews and field observations with informants. The resource persons for this research were the School Principal, tahfidz supervisor, and tahfidz participants. Data validity techniques include: Credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this research analysis are that internal motivation can grow because of external motivation such as the method used. Some of the methods used are the talaqqi method, muraja'ah method, wahdah method, sima'i method, takriri method, tasmi' method. Strategy in using methods by developing appropriate method mechanisms in learning.

Abstract

Learning difficulties often arise during the educational process, characterized by specific barriers that hinder the achievement of optimal learning outcomes. One common challenge is problem-solving, particularly in physics, which requires a systematic approach to facilitate resolution. The Krulik-Rudnick method is an effective strategy for problem-solving in physics education. This study aims to analyze the difficulties encountered by students in solving physics problems related to magnetic fields at SMAN 1 Seunagan by applying the Krulik-Rudnick theory. A qualitative research method with a descriptive design was employed in this study. The instruments used included essay tests consisting of five questions and interviews. The results revealed that students faced no significant difficulties during the first stage, which involved reading and understanding the problem. However, at the second stage of exploration and planning, only one student managed to successfully complete the task. Similarly, at the third stage of strategy selection, only one student was able to identify the correct approach. In the fourth stage, which involved finding the solution, two students managed to solve the problem correctly. Finally, in the reflection and development stage, only one student was able to complete the entire set of problems adequately

Abstract

Artikel ini menelaah perkembangan pemikiran pendidikan Islam melalui pemikiran tokoh-tokoh dari tiga era besar: klasik, modern, dan kontemporer. Fokus kajian mencakup tujuan pendidikan, kurikulum, metodologi, serta peran pendidik yang direfleksikan dalam pemikiran para tokoh seperti Al-Ghazali, Ibnu Sina, Ibnu Khaldun, Muhammad Abduh, Rasyid Ridha, hingga Nurcholis Madjid dan Abdurrahman Mas’ud. Kajian ini menemukan adanya kontinuitas prinsip dasar pendidikan Islam, serta transformasi yang terjadi karena tantangan sosial, politik, dan global. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemikiran pendidikan Islam terus berkembang dinamis dan adaptif terhadap zaman.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Lapas Kelas II B Lamongan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman warga binaan mengenai hak terdakwa dalam mengajukan upaya hukum, khususnya banding, kasasi, dan peninjauan kembali. Berdasarkan realitas di lapangan, banyak terdakwa yang tidak memahami hak tersebut karena minimnya literasi hukum dan kurangnya pendampingan dari penasihat hukum. Melalui metode penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi, kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan pemahaman baru kepada warga binaan tentang prosedur, batas waktu, dan pentingnya penggunaan upaya hukum sebagai bagian dari perlindungan hak asasi. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta secara signifikan setelah kegiatan dilakukan. Temuan kegiatan ini juga mengungkapkan perlunya peran aktif aparat peradilan dan lembaga bantuan hukum dalam memastikan hak-hak hukum warga binaan terlindungi secara maksimal. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal menuju sistem peradilan yang lebih adil dan inklusif.

Abstract

Pesantren as an educational institution based on religious values ​​that are instilled as an effort to build the character of students through habituation (tatsqief). It aims to print Muslims into insan kamil (perfect humans) and have and master the religious sciences that are lived and practiced sincerely. The Islamic boarding school functions itself as an institution that produces outputs and outcomes as the ideals of the ulama of an Islamic boarding school through educational and teaching activities. Education and teaching are so complex, this is equivalent to the theory which says that "Thus the three aspects of education are cognitive, affective and psychomotor. All of them are given simultaneously and in balance to students. The santri besides living in social situations and shortages for 24 hours day and night continuously are always in an educational atmosphere under the direct guidance of kyai and ust ". This discussion focuses on finding answers about how the five souls as pesantren values ​​are applied at Al Fattah Islamic boarding school, what are the implications for the integrity of the character of the santri. The author presents it in the form of a descriptive analysis which is then reduced by using the theory of Mile and Hiberman so that it becomes a real data unit, between interviews, observations and documentation studies are presented in their entirety. The application of the five souls of the pesantren at the Al-Fattah Islamic boarding school is carried out with more emphasis on the delivery and guidance directly or indirectly in various ways. Namely by habituation, and other forms of activity programs, both core activities and extra activities. The impact of the application of the five souls of the pesantren into a character that is reflected in the dynamics of education is sincere in learning, working and serving, independence, ukhuwah Islamiyah, simplicity, free but Islamic.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of developing organic agricultural cultivation as an alternative to sustainable agriculture that is environmentally friendly and able to have a positive impact on consumer health, soil fertility, and environmental sustainability. Organic farming is now one of the solutions in reducing dependence on synthetic chemicals, as well as supporting environmentally sound farming systems. The FAPETRIK Scientific Garden of the University of Muhammadiyah Parepare is a potential location for the implementation and development of organic farming systems, because it is supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure, such as trial land, the availability of agricultural equipment, and access to organic materials. The purpose of this study is to determine the financial feasibility of organic pakcoy farming carried out in the plantation. The type of research used is quantitative research with a case study approach, which is to examine real conditions in one specific location. The data analysis technique used is financial feasibility analysis, which includes the calculation of production costs, revenue, and efficiency analysis through the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio). The results of the study showed that the total income from four production times was IDR 4,235,000, while the total production cost reached IDR 4,730,500. The difference between cost and income showed a loss of IDR 495,500. The R/C Ratio value of 0.89 indicates that every IDR 1 production cost only generates IDR 0.89 in income. This shows that organic pakcoy farming in the location is not financially feasible and requires improvements in cost management and increased production in order to become an efficient and profitable business.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of the environment, E-WOM, and facilities on tourists' decision to visit Sawuek river, Indonesia. This study obtained the data by distributing questionnaires to 251 respondents selected using the non-probability approach, namely purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using the Amos SEM tool. The results showed that the environment, E-WOM, and facilities had a positive and significant effect on the decision of tourists to visit the Sawuek river in Indonesia. The tourism environment was the dominant variable influencing tourist decisions. This study had implications for the development of the concept of a river tourism environment.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam adalah pendidikan menyeluruh, penuh keseimbangan materi dan spiritual untuk mencapai kebahagiaan dunia dan akhirat. Pendidikan Islam dewasa ini cenderung mementingkan ‘ulumuddunya’ atau ‘ulumuddin’ saja. Namun secara realitas sering kali tujuan pendidikan tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, terbukti dalam proses pendidikan masih diwarnai adanya kekerasan terhadap peserta didik, mengesampingkan potensi peserta didik, serta pendidikan terkonsentrasi pada urusan keduniawian saja serta sistem pendidikan yang belum mendekati fitrahnya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (library research) yaitu penelitian yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan literatur (kepustakaan) dari penelitian sebelumnya. Abdurrahman Mas’ud menawarkan humanisme religius dalam paradigma pendidikan Islam. kunci dari humanisme religius yakni konsep pendidikan yang memanusiakan manusia, juga mengembangkan kemampuan yang dimiliki, baik kemampuan intelektual ataupun religius tanpa meninggalkan nilai-nilai agama yang mendasarinya.
