Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government places the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of the district as the organizing element of Regional Government. In carrying out its duties, authorities, and functions, the District DPRD has the right to interpolate, questionnaire, and express opinions. Implementing these three rights is related to the thought that the policies of the regent or local government will have a broad impact on the lives of the community and regions and are contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations.The purpose of this study is to examine the authority of the Supreme Court to conduct an opinion test on the DPRD Decision against the Regional Head and how the process of requesting a DPRD opinion test until the determination of the final decision (Supreme Court decision). This research is a normative legal research using a statutory, concept, and case approach. The collection of legal materials is carried out by conducting literature research. Legal materials are analyzed by quoting and reviewing relevant articles of laws and regulations. In contrast, the opinions of scholars quoted are then used as a theoretical basis to answer research questions.Based on the discussion results on the legal issues raised, it can be concluded that the Supreme Court has the authority to review the opinion of the DPRD. It can be taken as an example in the opinion test of the Jember Regency DPRD; the Supreme Court stated that it rejected the Jember Regency DPRD Decree Number 08 of 2020 because it was not supported by data on the submission of the Regent's Opinion in the forum of interpellation rights and questionnaire rights and administrative violations of governance in the field of personnel. The Jember Regent had followed up the preparation of regional apparatus institutions.

Advances in information and communication technology (internet) are not only to find various information, but some people make it a medium for conducting transactions in e-commerce. The positive aspects of e-commerce transactions, in addition to saving time, are also more certain prices, but that does not mean without weaknesses; for example, the goods purchased are not as promised. Of course, this harms consumers, so there are disputes between consumers and business actors. Therefore, there needs to be legal protection, considering that consumers are often positioned as weak parties. This study examines whether the elements in e-commerce transactions meet the aspects of buying and selling in the Civil Code and how the Consumer Protection Law provides legal protection if the goods purchased by consumers are not by the agreement. This research is a normative legal research using a statutory, concept, and comparative approach. Legal materials are collected through literature research. Legal materials are analysed by quoting and reviewing relevant articles of laws and regulations. At the same time, the opinions of scholars are cited and used as a theoretical basis to answer research questions.The results of the discussion of research problems can conclude that the main elements in e-commerce transactions are buyers, sellers, goods and prices by the aspects of buying and selling in the Civil Code. Still, in e-commerce transactions, additional parties are involved, namely intermediaries. For consumers who feel aggrieved because the goods purchased are not by the agreement, the form of legal protection is to be able to claim compensation through litigation or non-litigation channels.

Conspiracy tender an action collusive which can reduce the transparency and honesty among the participants of the tender. While time is the government is already set on Procurement of Goods and / or Services in electronic form of e-tendering, with the system online are expected to minimize leakage of the tender as well as the level of conspiracy tender there . But in practice leakage tender and conspiracy are still going on between the actors of business , including the Tender Works Revitalization Development Arena Youth / Teens province of West Nusa Tenggara on Year Budget 2011. Setting the tender which already are online should be able to prevent the conspiracy that happen, but in practice conspiracy tender occur with other modes namely with an agreement that is done by the participants of the tender kolusif the form of similarity IP Address, is practices outside the mechanism system of tendering set . Of things that mean conspiracy tender is still going on and still be one of the problems for the world of busines . Material laws are used as a reference will be analyzed using the technique of analysis of the contents by formulating the analysis of the decision that was decided by the Commission for the Supervision of Competition Usaha (KPPU). Results of the study showed that the system electronics have not fully guarantee the tender free of the conspiracy that carried out by the perpetrators of the business . It is an impact on the budget and the level of competition of business that is healthy , from the system electronics in the form of e- tenderimg the search of a conspiracy can be detected much earlier.

This study aims to determine the effect ofWorld Oil Priceseffect on Return Cryptocurrency. The researcher uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Replication research is the repetition of the basic experiment. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression model. As for the results of this study, the variable World Oil Price (X) can explain the Return Cryptocurrency variable (Y) of 27.9%.variableWorld Oil Prices(X) significant effectagainst the Return Cryptocurrency variable (Y). Oil price fluctuations on the world market have an effect on Cryptocurrency Return. In this study, it is found that fluctuations in oil prices in the world market have a positive impact on Cryptocurrency Return. That is, the increase in oil prices encourages the rise of Cryptocurrencies. Researchers suggest to pay more attention to world oil prices first before other commodities, because the impact of world oil prices is very large on commodity prices worldwide. So, for example, a decline in world oil prices can affect Cryptocurrency Return.

This study aims to examine the effect of hotel tax collection, restaurant tax and entertainment tax on the original regional density in Medan City. This study used time series data for 2016-2020 obtained from the Medan City Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS 25. The results of the study partially showed that the Hotel Tax had a positive and significant effect on Regional Original Income in Medan City, Restaurant Tax had a positive and significant effect on Regional Original Income in Medan City, and Entertainment Tax showed results of negative and insignificant effects on Regional Original Income in Medan City. Simultaneously, the simultaneous results of the variables hotel tax, restaurant tax, and entertainment tax have a positive and significant effect on the original regional income in Medan city.

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction. The object of this research is RSUD Aceh Tamiang. This study uses a sampling technique using accidental sampling, which is a technique of determining the sample by chance, meaning that anyone who meets the researcher can be used as a sample. The analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, the results of this study indicate that partially tangible, realibility, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy variables have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at RSUD Aceh Tamiang. The results of this study indicate that the tangible, realibility, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at RSUD Aceh Tamiang.

Abstract: Stock return is the rate of profit obtained from an investment, which can influence investors in making investment decisions. Investors are interested in investing in companies that provide a rate of return that meets their expectations. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the determinants of stock returns in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for the period 2018-2022. The independent variables used are the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Equity, while the dependent variable is Stock Return. There are 50 companies in the population listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index. The sampling technique obtained using purposive sampling consists of 13 samples. This research uses the multiple linear regression analysis method with panel data. The results show that the Current Ratio has a significant effect on stock returns, while the Debt to Equity Ratio and Return on Equity do not have a significant effect on stock returns. The contribution of all independent variables (Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Equity) to stock returns is 57%, while 43% can be explained by other variables outside this research. Keywords: Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, and Stock Return.

Physical education in the view of Islam cannot be underestimated, because between the physical and the spiritual man is a unity. When physical education is carried out, it actually includes education for the human spirit, and vice versa. A popular motto is "al-'aqlu al-saliim fii al-jismi al-saliim", that has meaning a healthy soul there is a strong body. But in fact, physical education is often neglected because it focuses more on education that fills and develops spiritual potential. It will make human development completely unattainable. This paper tries to explain what and how the concept of physical education material contained in the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as its relationship to human health physically and psychologically. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through library research, therefore the source of data in this study is literature related to the discussion, with the data collection method is literature study (book survey). Data analysis using content analysis method which is descriptive analysis. The results showed that physical education is closely related to human health both physically and psychologically, including worship activities such as prayer and fasting, sports activities such as archery, horse riding and swimming and also activities related to hygiene and diet. This study concludes that the physical education material contained in the Qur'an and Hadith does not only focus on human physical health and development, but actually contains aspects of education and guidance on human mental/spiritual health.

This study examines how the political dynamics and winning strategy of the Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) in Bener Meriah District in the 2019 legislative elections. The purpose of this study is (1) to find out the changes and developments in the political situation before and during the 2019 legislative elections in Bener Meriah District; (2) to find out the approach used by PKB in winning the legislative elections in Bener Meriah District. (3) To understand the political factors that influenced PKB's victory in the 2019 legislative elections in Bener Meriah District. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that PKB's victory in the 2019 Bener Meriah DPRK was influenced by several key factors, including first, a significant change in the political map in Bener Meriah District, including a shift in support from one party to another. Second, PKB was able to co-opt dominant local political issues and effective fundraising so that these issues influenced voter preferences. Third, PKB is able to mobilize the masses with a more personal and community-centric approach. Meanwhile, PKB's winning strategy took several tactical steps including; (1) PKB utilizes cultural and religious approaches; (2) Personal approach through local figures, dayah networks and local scholars; (3) Strengthening structures and regeneration; (4) Coalitions and strategic alliances with groups.

Perbedaan pandangan dalam islam memberikan pengaruh dalam penerapannya dalam berbagai hal, ada dua kelompok umat islam dalam menyikapi penerapan islam itu sendiri, yaitu islam moderat dan tradisional, dan akan berdampak dalam kehidupan umat islam di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini mengkaji tentang islam moderat dan islam tradisional dalam tinjauan hukum dan pendidikan di Indonesia, melalui pendekatan sosio-hitoris, studi ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perbedaan kedua aliran pemikiran tersebut baik dari segi hukum maupun pendidikan, serta bentuk penerapannya di Indonesia, dan pada akhirnya membentuk lanskap pendidikan dan hukum islam di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif (library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara kedua pemikiran islam moderat dan islam tradisional telah menghasilkan model pendidikan islam dan hukum islam di Indonesia yang adaptif terhadap kemajuan zaman dan teknologi (modernitas) yang tidak bertentangan dengan ajaran islam, namun tetap mempertahankan nilai-nilai tradisional yang esensial.
