Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the effectiveness of E-Court-based services at the Sukadana District Court in an effort to resolve various civil issues. E-Court as an innovation of information technology in the judicial system aims to accelerate, simplify, and increase the transparency of the judicial process. This service includes electronic registration of lawsuits, payment of court fees, submission of documents, implementation of trials to delivery of decisions digitally. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of E-Court-based services in resolving civil issues at the Sukadana District Court. The research method used is qualitative using an empirical legal approach involving data collection through in-depth interviews and document analysis, using triangulation techniques to determine interview sources including the chief justice, deputy chief justice, clerk, judges, staff, advocates and the public in litigation. Evaluation of the success of E-Court at the Sukadana District Court shows several determining factors for success, such as reliable technological infrastructure, commitment to implementing regulations and positive acceptance from service users. This study found that the implementation of E-Court was able to reduce bureaucracy, accelerate the judicial process and provide wider and more transparent access for the parties to the case. However, challenges such as technological infrastructure and human resource readiness still need to be overcome to achieve optimal implementation. Overall, E-Court has the potential to be an effective solution in resolving civil issues at the Sukadana District Court, as well as a step forward in modernizing the justice system in Indonesia. This study also revealed that E-Court has positive implications, such as increasing the effectiveness of case resolution, saving time and costs, and increasing transparency and integrity of the justice system.

Abstract

Abstract

Acathina fulica is a terrestrial mollusk that often invades terrestrial vegetation that has tropical and subtropical climates. Acathina fulica has been widely reported in environments as diverse as urban areas, forests, capoeiras, caatings, plantations, decomposing materials, savannahs and vegetable gardens. Soil is source of food and a defense strategy for A. fulica, therefore it has an important role for them. Therefore, A. fulica may be host several species of nematodes. Microscopic examination of snails A. fulica fecal samples in Cemorokandang Village, Malang City using the native method aimed to detect Rhabditis spp. The results showed that 14 (12.5%) out of 112 samples contained Rhabditis spp. The genus rhabditis belongs to the Rhabditidae family and is one of the free-living nematodes. This species has long been known and of concern in the veterinary world. The genus rhabditis has been reported to have infected humans and have been isolated from urine samples, vaginal swab, and human stool. The research was conducted in the dry season with low rainfall. Nematode of the genus Rhabditis spp. can be naturally found in humid places and decaying organic matter.

Abstract

A This study analyzes the implementation of green roofs integrated with lean construction in the Public Service Building of Kediri Regency, focusing on construction efficiency and environmental impact. Green roofs were selected as an innovative solution to mitigate urban heat island effects, enhance rainwater absorption, and support biodiversity, while lean construction was applied to minimize material waste, time, and labor. The research methods included literature reviews, primary data collection through questionnaires (100 respondents), and data analysis using SPSS and Value Stream Mapping (VSM). The results indicate that integrating these two concepts can reduce the building's microclimate temperature by 10–15% and shorten construction time by up to 25% compared to conventional methods. Key supporting factors include the availability of local materials and policy support, while the main challenges are high initial costs and multidisciplinary coordination. The study provides recommendations for tropical climate-adapted green roof designs and lean construction strategies to improve project efficiency and reduce environmental impact, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 11 (Sustainable Cities) and Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).

Abstract

This paper endeavors to explain the decline of Islam which is caused by stagnation of interpretation in its jurisprudence (fiqh), with no exertion in finding a new interpretation or understanding. To change the situation, we have to shift our paradigm to Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and principles of jurisprudence (usul al- fiqh) perceptions with a new understanding. Hassan Hanafi has contributed an excellent thought to reconstruct the stagnancy of Muslim world in order to modernize its jurisprudence with his writing, “Min an-Nash ilā al-Wāqi’”. In his article, Hanafi presented an innovative methodology in understanding the fiqh through integration between ra’yu and wahyu.
