Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the time management variable has an influence on student academic achievement. The research data uses primary data derived from questionnaires which are then processed and analyzed and then presented in the form of tables and narratives. The sample used was 97 respondents taken from the second semester student population majoring in Management who already had study results in the form of grades and stated in the study results card. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. In this research, tthe analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study stated that time management has a positive influence on academic achievement.

Abstract

This paper to discuss the role of technological transformation in accelerating bureaucratic reform in both the central and regional governments in the era of autonomy. In particular, we would explain the digital technology to service public needs, Basic Concepts of E-Government, sub-chapter on the stages of Bureaucratic Transformation and the impact of reform on public services. There needed to be more data discussing the role of technology in accelerating bureaucratic reform. We obtained scientific evidence from a series of electronic searches of the literature, books, and other academic works. To obtain valid data, we investigate it using a phenomenological method., which involves, among other things, an in-depth evaluation data testing system; concluding begins with an interpretation of the data so that it genuinely answers the study problem.  After discussing in-depth findings, we can conclude that the role of technological transformation in accelerating local government bureaucratic reform in Indonesia is a solution that has a very positive impact on all public services. This is due to technology's ability to innovate and transform public service tasks that are increasing and being compared. In addition, we also found that the digital technology to service public needs, the basic concepts of E-Government, the stages of bureaucratic transformation and the impact of reform on public services as located in finding section. Hopefully, these findings will be useful in future studies of technology and public services, particularly government bureaucracy.

Abstract

Komponen utama yang tidak bisa digantikan oleh teknologi adalah human capital. Jika dibandingkan dengan faktor produksi lainnya, sumber daya manusia perusahaan memainkan peran penting. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat efektivitas pengaruh emotional intelegence terhadap career adaptability. Artikel ilmiah ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, studi pustaka, dan penelitian kepustakaan. mengkaji buku-buku sastra sesuai dengan teori yang dibahas, khususnya dalam konteks Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Emotional Intelegence berpengaruh signifikan dan positif Terhadap Career Adaptability.

Abstract

In the current era of digitalisation, technological developments are accelerating and changing the way humans communicate and interact, including in MSME businesses. This study aims to evaluate the effect of using ChatGPT in improving the quality of customer service in MSMEs. By using ChatGPT technology, it is expected that MSMEs can provide better and effective services to their customers. The focus of this research is qualitative. Methods for gathering information included paying close attention and taking detailed notes, with subsequent analysis including data reduction, visualisation, and conclusions. The results of this study concluded that the use of ChatGPT can help MSMEs in improving the quality of customer service and efficiency in operations. MSMEs need to pay attention to several important things in using this technology, such as customer context and situation, staff training, privacy and security of customer data, and constraints in the use of technology. In the long run, the use of ChatGPT can help MSMEs in gaining better insights into customer preferences and improving customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang proyek pemasaran sosial untuk produk UMKM penjahit rumahan melalui media sosial dan marketplace. Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan penjualan produk UMKM penjahit rumahan dengan menggunakan platform online yang luas. Metode yang digunakan dalam proyek ini adalah melalui penggunaan media sosial seperti Instagram dan Facebook untuk mempromosikan produk dan juga menggunakan Marketplace seperti Shopee dan Tokopedia untuk menjual produk. Dalam mempromosikan produk, konten visual seperti foto dan video digunakan untuk menarik minat pelanggan potensial. UMKM Jannah Fashion merupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang jasa jahit rumahan dan telah beroperasi sejak tahun 2018. Meski sudah berjalan dalam waktu yang lama, UMKM Jannah Fashion masih menghadapi beberapa kendala dalam mengembangkan usaha seperti sarana dan prasarana usaha yang kurang mendukung, terbatasnya modal, dan belum menerapkan konsep digitalisasi dalam proses usahanya. Rancangan solusi dibuat agar permasalahan tersebut dapat teratasi yaitu dengan melakukan pengadaan spanduk/papan nama UMKM Jannah Fashion dan pengadaan akun media sosial serta Marketplace untuk membuat UMKM Jannah Fashion dapat lebih berkembang dan memperluas jangkauan pasarnya.

Abstract

Di PT. XYZ, sebuah perusahaan menengah di Indonesia, penelitian ini berusaha menyelidiki hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan, kebahagiaan karyawan, budaya organisasi, dan kesuksesan finansial. Pendekatan metode campuran digunakan, melibatkan wawancara dengan 10 pemangku kepentingan penting dan survei terhadap 100 karyawan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki tenaga kerja yang umumnya puas, budaya organisasi yang sehat, dan tingkat kinerja keuangan yang memadai. Menurut penelitian ini, PT. Gaya kepemimpinan XYZ, kebahagiaan karyawan, budaya organisasi, dan kinerja keuangan semuanya merupakan faktor penentu yang signifikan, dan masing-masing memiliki ruang untuk perbaikan. Dengan mengatasi area-area tersebut, organisasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja secara keseluruhan dan memastikan kesuksesan jangka panjangnya. Keterbatasan dari penelitian ini termasuk ukuran sampel yang relatif kecil, ketergantungan pada data yang dilaporkan sendiri, dan penelitian ini dilakukan pada satu organisasi. Penelitian di masa depan dapat mengembangkan temuan ini dengan mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor ini di organisasi lain dan dalam konteks yang berbeda.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyses how employee performance is impacted by workplace rules, rewards, and job characteristics. PT. Pharma HealthCare was the site of this study. In this study, there were 501 employees in the population and 92 participants in the sample. The method of sampling employs a non-probability sampling strategy. Utilizing a questionnaire gathering method to gather data from primary sources. The IBM SPSS 25 programmer was the analytical instrument employed. The findings demonstrated that, in contrast to incentives, which had no influence on employee performance, work discipline and job features had a considerable beneficial impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis interaksi antara tingkat pendidikan, penghasilan, modal sosial, dan partisipasi politik terhadap keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pembangunan kota di kota Bandung sebanyak 200 sampel. Pendekatan campuran digunakan, dengan mengombinasikan survei kuantitatif dengan diskusi kelompok fokus kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan, penghasilan, dan modal sosial berhubungan positif dengan keterlibatan masyarakat, sedangkan partisipasi politik tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterlibatan masyarakat. Data kualitatif memberikan wawasan tambahan tentang pentingnya modal sosial dalam mempromosikan keterlibatan masyarakat dan manfaat serta keterbatasan partisipasi politik. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi pembuat kebijakan dan pemimpin masyarakat yang ingin mempromosikan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam inisiatif pembangunan kota.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine and analyze the effects of the work environment, communication, and discipline on employee performance. The background of this study is the phenomenon of inadequate company facilities, budget constraints, poor communication with colleagues, where employees tend to form separate groups, and the low level of discipline and self-awareness of employees and superiors regarding compliance with regulations. The study is quantitative, and the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. A sample of 41 employees was taken with the saturated sampling approach. The results showed that work facilities had a good and statistically significant effect on staff performance at PT. Prosperous Administration Development, as well as on work communication and work discipline. Furthermore, the impact of work facilities, communication, and discipline on the performance of PT. Bina Administration Sejahtera staff was also significant.

Abstract

This research explores the role of international human rights treaties in promoting gender equality and women's empowerment in Indonesia. The study adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques. The research delves into the implementation and enforcement of international human rights treaties, examining their alignment with domestic laws and policies. The study highlights the challenges and opportunities faced in advancing gender equality in Indonesia. Survey data from diverse stakeholders and insights from interviews and document analysis provide comprehensive findings. The research underscores the positive impact of international human rights treaties on gender-related policies but identifies challenges like limited resources and traditional cultural norms. The study concludes with evidence-based recommendations to enhance the influence of international human rights treaties in achieving gender equality and empowering women in Indonesia.
