Abstract

Ekowisata merupakan salah satu bagian dari sektor pariwisata yang berinteraksi dengan berbagai aspek seperti masyarakat lokal, sosial budaya, hingga alam. Hal ini menimbulkan berbagai pengaruh dalam berbagai bidang terhadap kehidupan sekitarnya. Sepeti kawasan Condet yang memiliki salah satu wisata yang berbasis alam dan seni budaya, yaitu Padepokan Ciliwung Condet (PCC) yang bergerak di bidang alam, seni budaya, dan pendidikan. Maka, penelitian ini akan menganalisis pengaruh Padepokan Ciliwung Condet terhadap kehidupan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh dari Padepokan Ciliwung Condet terhadap berbagai aspek, yaitu; (1) lingkungan, (2) perkembangan seni dan budaya, (3) ekonomi, dan (4) sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh-pengaruh yang hadir atas berdirinya Padepokan Ciliwung Condet ini terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Kekuatan pemasaran digital kini semakin nyata dan merupakan salah satu cara terbaik bagi wirausahawan untuk memperluas basis pelanggan mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan taktik pemasaran digital yang digunakan oleh Asoka Fashion untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk. Asumsi bahwa pemasaran digital dapat mendongkrak penjualan produk membuat banyak perusahaan mengalihkan fokusnya ke pemasaran digital. Dengan Asoka Fashion sebagai objek kajiannya, penelitian kualitatif ini menawarkan wawasan baru. Informasi dikumpulkan dari beberapa sumber, termasuk dokumen, transkrip wawancara, dan catatan lapangan. Selain itu, Asoka Fashion terlibat dalam komunikasi pelanggan dan berbagi informasi melalui media sosial. Dalam hal mengingatkan pelanggan tentang produk Asoka Fashion dan berinteraksi langsung dengan mereka, platform ini adalah yang terbaik. Temuan dari penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis bahwa penggunaan pemasaran digital oleh Asoka Fashion dapat mendongkrak penjualan produk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure how much customer interest in Dobro Coffee culinary business is from promotion through Food Vlogger on Tiktok Social Media. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with survey method. The number of samples was taken using the Slovin formula and the results obtained a minimum sample size of 100 people using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling as a sampling technique. The data collection technique in the study was carried out by distributing it to respondents via google form. The data obtained was then analyzed by statistical tools assisted by the SPSS program using Validity Test, Reliability Test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Promotion Through Food Vlogger had an influence on Buying Interest in the Dobro Coffee Culinary business; Promotion through Tiktok has an influence on Buying Interest in the Dobro Coffee Culinary business; Promotion through Food Vlogger with Tiktok has an influence on Buying Interest in the Dobro Coffee Culinary business. Abstract

This research analyzes Reservations and Guest Handle Complaints on Intention to Revisit the Front Office Department of Grand Mercure Hotel Jakarta Kemayoran. The sample in this research used primary data with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis. This research shows that reservations have a positive and significant effect on interest in returning to visit, and guest-handler complaints have a positive and significant impact on interest in visiting again. So, the Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran Hotel should provide better service so that the interest in visiting guests at the Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran Hotel continues to increase

Abstract

This study discusses product diversification and the implementation of Public Relations (PR) strategies in the Betawi Setu Babakan Cultural Village, as one of the cultural tourism destinations in Jakarta. By utilizing SWOT analysis, this study explores the potential for product diversification in various zones, such as Zone A and Embryo which highlights Betawi culture through museums and traditional houses, as well as Zone B which offers typical culinary and children's play rides. The PR strategy implemented includes the use of social media for promotion, collaboration with various parties, and market research to understand visitor preferences. The results of the study show that product diversification and effective PR strategies can increase the competitiveness and sustainability of tourist destinations. However, challenges such as competition from other destinations and the impact of negative reviews on social media need to be addressed. In conclusion, by taking advantage of internal advantages and existing opportunities, Setu Babakan can strengthen its image as an attractive and sustainable cultural tourism destination.

The study highlights the importance of personal interaction between baristas and customers, which fosters a closer relationship and enhances the overall customer experience. Key elements of Kopi Boy's service include fast service, customer engagement in the coffee-making process, and a relaxed atmosphere that promotes comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, Kopi Boy maintains consistency in product quality and incorporates creativity through unique menu offerings and latte art. The study also examines Kopi Boy's strategies for improving customer service, such as employee training, service personalization, menu innovation, and technology implementation. These strategies are designed to enhance the customer experience, build loyalty, and strengthen the brand's competitive edge. The research concludes that by focusing on personal connections, service efficiency, innovation, and community involvement, Kopi Boy can continue to deliver superior service and foster strong relationships with customers, ultimately expanding its customer base and creating a vibrant community around the brand.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Artikel ini membahas berbagai aspek manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja, termasuk rekrutmen dan seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, manajemen kinerja, pengembangan karir, dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Artikel ini menggunakan studi kasus perusahaan yang telah berhasil menerapkan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif untuk menunjukkan bagaimana pendekatan yang tepat dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Selain itu, artikel ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan umum pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan memberikan solusi praktis untuk mengatasinya. Singkatnya, manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif tidak hanya meningkatkan kinerja individu tetapi juga kinerja seluruh organisasi.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of the Baker Division in maintaining brand image to increase consumer purchase interest at Dough Lab Plaza Senayan. The main focus of this study is to analyze the roles undertaken by the baker staff in baking products, using quality ingredients, and directly interacting with consumers. The research method used is qualitative with several informants consisting of area managers, baker staff, and consumers. The results of the study indicate that product innovation, the role of bakers in baking, and good interaction with consumers are key factors in attracting purchase interest. In addition, the success in increasing consumer purchase interest is also influenced by social media marketing strategies. Thus, this study concludes that the role of the baker division is crucial in building and maintaining a positive brand image, which ultimately can increase consumer purchase interest at Dough Lab Plaza Senayan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine various factors that influence guest satisfaction at the front office department of the Hotel Artotel Suites Mangkuluhur Jakarta. The factors studied include service quality, facilities and promotions. This research involved a sample of 100 respondents, who were guests of the Artotel Suites Mangkuluhur Jakarta Hotel. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires and analysis using appropriate statistical techniques, namely SPSS version 25. The research results show that the service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on guest satisfaction, the facility variable also has a positive and significant influence on guest satisfaction and the promotion variable has a positive and significant influence on guest satisfaction. Likewise, in tests carried out jointly, the variables of service quality, facilities and promotions had a positive and significant influence on guest satisfaction at the Artotel Suites Mangkuluhur Jakarta Hotel.
