Abstract

Batik merupakan salah satu pakaian tradisional yang menjadi ciri khas dan kebanggaan bagi bangsa Indonesia, dimana batik juga telah dikenal secara luas baik dalam skala nasional dan internasional. Peluang dalam kegiatan bisnis penjualan batik yang meningkat beberapa waktu ini dilihat oleh banyak pihak sebagai prospek yang menjanjikan. Penjualan batik secara umum di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia masih dilakukan dengan cara yang sederhana dan klasik. Untuk dapat menjangkau lebih banyak pelanggan serta memperluas area pemasaran sekaligus promosi batik, maka diperlukan media yang dapat menunjang kegiatan promosi, transaksi penjualan dan informasi batik dengan optimal. Salah satu media yang menjadi perhatian masyarakat sekarang ini adalah dengan menggunakan media website online. E-Commerce merupakan salah satu kegiatan transaksi bisnis baik barang dan jasa yang dilakukan secara elektronik dengan menggunakan jaringan internet CV Selaras Batik menyadari bahwa peranan media website dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan dan juga sebagai media sarana dalam memasarkan produk batik yang mereka miliki untuk menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas lagi serta dapat meminimalkan biaya-biaya operasional seperti biaya iklan dan juga biaya sewa toko secara fisik. Penulisan paper ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari penggunaan media website online dalam hal ini adalah e-commerce dengan menggunakan pendekatan B2C (Business-to- Customer) dalam upaya meningkatkan transaksi penjualan batik pada CV Selaras Batik dan juga media penyampaian informasi baik pada para pelanggan dan masyarakat umum dalam memperoleh informasi mengenai produk-produk batik yang dipasarkan oleh CV Selaras Batik.

Abstract

Trading transactions are not only done conventionally, where buyersand sellers meet face to face. Now the transaction has been switchedinto cyber-spaced transaction, where the trading transactions areconducted through social networking, computers, mobile phones,etc. Such Transactions are called online trading transactions(e-commerce). According to Islamic law e – commerce transactionshould also meet some required conditions such as employers in onlinecommerce (e-commerce) are qualified to be taxable income. But ifthe income tax law that is used in the taxation for online commercetransactions (e-commerce) is employed, the tax will not be able tobe maximized because basically e-commerce transactions are verydifferent from conventional trading transactions. Abstract

The term”corporate social responsibility” (CSR) was firstlyintroduced in 1960 when A.B. Carrol addressed H.R. Bowen, the writerof a book entitled “Social Responsibilities of the Businessman” as thefounding father of CSR. Since then, the theory of CSR has evolved forabout five decades and been implemented by a number of corporatein many countries including Indonesia. Although CSR was developedfrom the Western perspectives, it turns out that it is matched with theIslamic perspectives. This paper discusses the concept of CSR fromthe Islamic perspectives and its implementation in business. The fourprinciples of Islamic ethics, -unity, economic freedom, balance, andresponsibility- might be developed into more descriptive principles sothat they can be applied as the Islamic social and economic system. Theultimate goal of the Islamic social and economic system is to preservethe shariah (maqasid al shariah), respect the individuals, preservethe freedom of thinking, preserve the generation, and preserve theproperties to achieve the prosperous and wealthy society.Kata kunci: Corporate Social Responsibility, Konvensional, FiqhSosial

Abstract

Customer value is customer's believeing  to the most important atributes of supermarket. Those  are all about  marketing  mix atributes  such  as cost,  product,  distribution,  and promotion. Customer's  value   can  be  found  with   implementing  Multidimensional   Scaling  Method   that spreading questionnaires and interviewing to have initial data.This  research  used Multidimensional  Scaling  Method  to know  customer's  demand  to supermarkets.  This  can  be  used  as  a beginning  standart  in  marketing  strategy  planning.  This method  result  a perception map that  drawing challanging  situation among the  supermarket  that viewed from marketing mix atributes.The result of analysis conclude that demand or the most customer's  important  atributes for  choosing  supermarket  is  cost  atribute  and  distribution.   In  Hero  Supermarket,   customer's demand is in product atribute that it's  items are good quality  product and variety that Hero standed in Kuadran  I. To get customers I market segmentation to marketing  strategy formulation  is  :    if in area  CI, Hero  supermarket  have a competition with  Alfa Supermarket,   so that  should  stress it's strategy  in cost  atribute.  It's also in area  III, Hero  Supermarket  and Ratu  Supermarket  have  a competition  in  cost  atribute.  And  in  area  IV,  a  competition  happen  among  Hero,  Mitra,  and Matahari departement  store in distribution and promotion  atribute.

Abstract

This research has objective in planning economic structure of East Java in 2002.Some aspect should be considered in planing the structure are consumer demand fulfillment that hasclose relation with output which must be resulted by respective sector,PDRB target achievement while paying attention on problem of absorbing labor force in the respective economic sector and import reduction.To attain the structure we use concept of linear goal programming. The first step we take is developing a model suitable for the linear goal programming and then manipulating data hat is began by aggregation updating,arranging technology coellcient, labor force coefficient,added value coeffcient import coefficient and right side value. Abstract

Status of Infestation and Biology of Pepper Fruit Fly, Atherigona orientalis (Schiner) (Diptera: Muscidae). Numerous muscid flies Atherigona orientalis (Schiner) (Diptera: Muscidae) emerged from fruitfly-infested pepper fruits. It is not known whether A. orientalis is primary or secondary pest, and its biology is poorly studied.  Research was conducted with the objectives to determine the status of infestation of A. orientalis on pepper fruits, and to study its biology. Field survey was conducted in pepper fields in Bogor, whereas study on its biology was done in laboratory. Field surveys showed that flies emerged from fruitfly-infested fruits consisted of 86.1% A. orientalis, 4.8% Bactrocera dorsalis, and 9.1% other fly species.  Fruits having only A. orientalis representing 79.7% of the infested fruits. Number of A. orientalis flies emerged per fruit ranged 1-24, with an average of 3.5 individuals. Laboratory study showed incubation period of eggs was 1.62 d, larva development lasted 11.93 d, and pupa 5.08 d.  Longevity of female adult was 32.85 d and male 31.40 d. Number of eggs laid by a single female ranged 12-191, with an average of 83.80. Net reproductive rate R0 =36.052, intrinsic rate of increase rm = 0.136, mean generation time T = 26.482, doubling time Dt = 5.098, and finite rate of increase ? = 1.145. Overall, our research indicated that A. orientalis was a primary pest of pepper fruits, with a high potential of population increase.

Abstract

Abstract Introduction: Nasopharyngeal carcinoma in pregnancy is a rare case, a dilemma in its management. This condition has a significant negative effect on pregnancy, given risk of premature birth, fetal defects and abortion. Case Report: 23-year-old woman with 13 weeks gestation age comes with swelling in both necks accompanied by nosebleeds. On nasoendoscopic examination, there was a mass at nasopharynx. Histopathological examination results a nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion: The management of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in pregnancy is very complex, need for extensive multidisciplinary approach with experienced doctors in their respective fields

Abstract

Regression model in which the regressand evokes a yes or no or present or absent response are known as dichotomous, or dummy, dependent variable regression models. They are applicable in a wide variety of fields and are used extensively in survey or census-type data. Among the methods that are used to estimated such models, this paper considered three-LPM, logit and probit.
