Abstract

Penegakan hukum adalah proses dilakukannya upaya untuk tegaknya atau berfungsinya norma-norma hukum secara nyata sebagai pedoman perilaku hukum dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan bernegara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk memahami dan menganalisis penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku peredaran minuman tradisional tuak di Kabupaten Tebo. Untuk memahami dan menganalisis kendala dalam penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku peredaran minuman tradisional tuak di Kabupaten Tebo. Untuk memahami dan menganalisis upaya mengatasi kendala dalam penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku peredaran minuman tradisional tuak di Kabupaten Tebo. Di dalam penulisan Tesis ini penulis gunakan tipe penelitian Yuridis Empiris, sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Socio-Legal Research. Penegakan hukum yang dilakukan terhadap peredaran minuman tradisional tuak yang terjadi di wilayah Kecamatan Tebo berupa penegakan atas 11 peredaran minuman tradisional tuak yang terjadi di wilayah Kecamatan Tebo tengah dan Kecamatan Muara tabir serta Kecamatan Rimbo ilir, kemudian penegakan hukum atas 17 peredaran minuman tradisional tuak yang terjadi di wilayah Kecamatan Rimbo Ulu dan Kecamatan Tebo Ulu dan penegakan hukum atas 20 peredaran minuman tradisional tuak yang terjadi di wilayah Kecamatan VII Koto ilir, Kecamatan Sumay dan Kecamatan Serai Serumpun. Maka dalam kurun waktu 3 tahun terakhir mencapai 48 kasus peredaran minuman tradisional tuak yang telah di lakukan penegakan hukum. Dalam pelaksanaan penegakan hukum tersebut, tentu adanya faktor yang menjadi kendala di hadapi oleh pihak terkait antara lain faktor internal dan juga faktor eksternal. Adapun upaya dilakukan antara lain faktor internal seperti adanya oknum anggota yang membekingi usaha mereka. Kasatreskrim Kepolisian Resor Tebo akan menindak tegas oknum tersebut dengan melakukan proses hukum melalui Propam Polres, kemudian apabila itu oknum Satpol PP akan diamankan oleh satreskrim sendiri yang juga berkordinasi dengan pemintah daerah. Terhadap faktor eksternal seperti kebutuhan ekonomi, faktor lingkungan dan faktor budaya masyarakat itu sendiri Kepala Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Kasatpol PP) Pemerintah Kabupaten Tebo melakukan upaya mensosialisasikan kesadaran hukum terhadap masyarakat secara sistematis, berencana, terpadu dan terarah. Saran yang dikemukakan hendaknya masyarakat berani melaporkan kepada aparat penegak hukum jika mengetahui atau melihat penjualan minuman keras jenis tuak terjadi di lingkungannya, hal ini bertujuan agar kejahatan yang di timbulkan akibat mengkosumsi minuman tersebut dapat dihindarkan

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Pantai Batakan Baru, Kabupaten Tanah Laut, Kalimantan Selatan, dengan fokus pada pengelolaan lingkungan dalam konteks ekowisata dan pelestarian sumber daya alam pesisir. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah rendahnya pemahaman tentang ekowisata berkelanjutan, minimnya partisipasi dalam pengelolaan lingkungan, kurangnya infrastruktur pendukung wisata, serta lemahnya koordinasi dengan pemerintah dan stakeholder lainnya. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, tim pelaksana melakukan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan kegiatan langsung seperti bersih-bersih pantai, penanaman pohon pesisir, serta pembuatan papan informasi edukatif. Metode yang digunakan mencakup observasi lapangan, identifikasi masalah, penyampaian materi (sosialisasi), dialog interaktif, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat, terbentuknya kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis), serta penguatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pentingnya konservasi lingkungan dan pengelolaan kawasan wisata yang ramah lingkungan. Program ini juga berhasil menjangkau berbagai lapisan masyarakat, dari warga lokal, pelaku UMKM, hingga aparat desa dan mahasiswa, yang berperan aktif dalam upaya pelestarian dan pemberdayaan lingkungan berbasis komunitas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the internalization of civic discipline values through Pancasila Education by identifying the factors contributing to low student discipline and examining the internalization process. This study employed a qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants consisted of a Pancasila Education teacher, the Vice Principal for Student Affairs, and seven students selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that low student discipline is influenced by internal factors, including low self-awareness, procrastination habits, and weak time management, as well as external factors such as limited parental supervision and peer influence. The internalization process is implemented through planning, implementation, and evaluation stages, integrated with habituation, discussions, case studies, role modeling, and reinforcement through school programs.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the values ​​of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika in school policies and culture, its application in the learning process, and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors at SMP Negeri 6 Banjarmasin. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation of the principal, three Pancasila Education teachers, and six students, through purposive sampling. Data analysis uses the interactive model of Miles and Huberman which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the values ​​of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika have been integrated into school policies and culture symbolically, institutionally, and participatory, as well as in learning through a collaborative approach and authentic assessment. However, there are still gaps in the internalization of values ​​in students and inconsistencies in assessment practices.

Abstract

This study addresses the growing issue of irresponsible online behavior among students in the digital era, which reflects a gap between technological engagement and civic responsibility. The research aims to develop a sequential approach to integrating digital citizenship into civic education to enhance responsible online behavior. This study employs a qualitative library research method, utilizing primary data from relevant scholarly literature and secondary data from books, journals, and research reports related to digital citizenship, civic education, and online behavior. Data were collected through systematic literature review and analyzed using content analysis to identify key patterns and relationships. The findings indicate that a structured, sequential integration—covering awareness, skill development, and application—effectively improves students’ ethical understanding and online conduct. The study concludes that integrating digital citizenship into civic education is essential and provides a practical framework for fostering responsible and informed digital citizens in the 21st century.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how emotional intelligence (EI) practices among teachers contribute to fostering inclusive and empathetic learning environments within diverse educational contexts. Employing a qualitative library research design, the study systematically reviews and synthesizes scholarly literature from peer-reviewed journal articles, academic books, and institutional reports related to emotional intelligence, empathy, and inclusive education. The analysis focuses on teachers’ emotional competencies—particularly self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills—and their contribution to addressing students’ diverse emotional and cultural needs. The findings reveal that emotionally intelligent teachers are more capable of creating inclusive classroom climates that promote equity, respect diversity, and support students’ socio-emotional development. Furthermore, the study identifies empathy-driven pedagogy, reflective practices, and adaptive communication as key mechanisms through which EI is translated into effective teaching practices. These approaches enable teachers to build meaningful relationships with students and foster a sense of belonging in the classroom. The study also highlights the importance of integrating EI frameworks into teacher professional development programs to enhance responsiveness and inclusivity. The findings indicate that emotional intelligence functions not only as an individual competence, but also as a pedagogical foundation for strengthening inclusive education and improving students’ well-being. Ultimately, cultivating emotionally intelligent educators is essential for creating learning environments where all students feel recognized, supported, and empowered, thereby promoting more equitable and compassionate education systems.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of online shopping experiences and influencer marketing on consumer trust and loyalty when shopping via e-commerce platforms (study in the Pekanbaru community). The population in this study is unknown to the people of Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used was the Roscoe method. The sample size for this study was 170 respondents from the Pek-anbaru community. The sampling technique was carried out using non-probability sampling with Purposive Sampling Technique. The data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of this research show that online shopping experience and influencer marketing have a significant positive effect on consumer trust and loyalty in the Pekanbaru community, being the most dominant variables in influencing consumer loyalty.
