Abstract

Suhu permukaan air laut merupakan bagian terpenting dalam pengamatan cuaca oleh Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika (BMKG) oleh karena itu diperlukaan alat yang praktis dan efisien dalam operasionalnya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yakni dapat merancangan alat instrumentasi monitoring suhu permukaan air laut berbasis arduino dan dapat diperoleh nilai efisiensi kinerja alat instrumentasi monitoring suhu permukaan air laut berbasis arduino. Metode yang kita gunakan eksperimen dan study literatur. Varibel kontrol sendiri yang digunakan yaitu alat dan bahan lalu untuk variabel manipulasi yang digunakan yaitu waktu yang memiliki selisih 30 menit dan untuk variabel respon yang kita dapatkan yaitu data yang berupa angka ataupun suhu yang telah didapatkan. Dari data yang telah di dapatkan pertama kalibrasi dengan perbandigan antara alat dan termometer alkohol dengan kabel 1meter lalu kalibrasi dengan perbandigan antara alat dan thermometer alkohol dengan kabel 5 meter dan hasil pengkuran realtime dari alat di pelabuhan perak. Dari sini bisa disimpulkan bahwa monitoring suhu permukaan air laut berbasis arduino lebih efisien dan dapat menyimpan data secara otomatis melalui sd card yang mampu bekerja secara realtime, praktis dan lebih ekonomis dan alat instrumentasi dan monitoring suhu permukaan air laut berbasis arduino uno telah melakukan ujicoba selama 5 jam dari pukul 07.00-12.00 menghasilkan 11 data nilai suhu permukaan air laut, dengan tingkat akurasi alat instumen dibandingkan dengan thermometer manual bmkg tanjung perak sebesar 99.15 %. Kata Kunci: Sensor DS18B20, Arduino Uno, SD Card, Suhu Abstract Sea surface temperature is the most important part of weather observation by the Agency Meteorology Klimatology dan Geophysics (BMKG) therefore a practical and efficient tool is needed in its operation. This research has the aim of being able to design an Arduino-based sea surface temperature monitoring instrumentation tool and can obtain the value of the performance efficiency of the monitoring instrumentation tool Arduino-based sea surface temperatures. The method we use is experimentation and literature study. The control variables themselves used are tools and materials and then for the manipulation variables used, namely the time that has a difference of 30 minutes and for the response variables that We get data in the form of numbers or temperatures that have been obtained. From the data that has been obtained, first calibration with the difference between the device and the alcohol thermometer with a 1meter cable then calibration with the difference between the tool and the thermometer alcohol with a 5-meter cable and realtime curing results from the tool at the silver port. From this it can be concluded that Arduino-based sea surface temperature monitoring is more efficient and can store data automatically through an sd card Able to work in realtime, practically and more economically and Arduino Uno-based seawater surface temperature instrumentation and monitoring tools have been conducting trials during 5 hours from 07.00-12.00 produced 11 data on sea surface temperature values, with the accuracy level of the instrument compared to the manual thermometer BMKG Tanjung Perak by 99.15%. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan upaya guru menanamkan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa dalam pembelajaran belajar dari rumah ditengah kasus covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kalitatif Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara dengan menggunakan lembar observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan kepala sekolah SD Negeri Kalijudan 1/239 Surabaya. Data berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa upaya guru menanamkan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa dalam pembelajaran belajar dari rumah ditengah kasus covid-19 memiliki beberapa upaya dan strategi seperti melakukakan penguasaan kelas, pendekatan terhadap siswa, dan pemberian motivasi sebelum melakukan pembelajaran BDR. Tidak hanya itu strategi-strategi pembelajaran seperti diskusi, tanya jawab dan demontrasi juga dilakukan sebagai upaya guru dalam menanamkan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa dalam pembelajaran belajar dari rumah ditengah kasus covid-19. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa upaya guru dalam menanamkan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa dalam pembelajaran belajar dari rumah ditengah kasus covid-19 memiliki beberapa upaya dan strategi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal berbasis HOTS pada pembelajaran matematika SD selama pandemi covid-19 di SD Muhammadiyah 2 Peneleh, Surabaya . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 6 SD yang terdiri dari 2 siswa dengan kemampuan tinggi, 2 siswa dengan kemampuan sedang, dan 2 siswa dengan kemampuan rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1 siswa mencapai tingkat ke-4 (sangat kreatif) pada siswa dengan kemampuan sedang,3 siswa mencapai tingkat ke- 3 (kreatif) pada siswa dengan kemampuan tinggi, 1 siswa mencapai tingkat ke-2 (cukup kreatif) dan 1 siswa mencapai tingkat ke-1 (kurang kreatif) pada siswa dengan kemampuan rendah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan peningkatan literasi keterampilan berbicara menggunakan media gambar berseri pada siswa kelas II SD. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah PTK. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes yang berupa unjuk kerja. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 26 Siswa kelas 2 SD Muhammadiyah 29 Surabaya. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan media gambar berseri diterapkan secara daring. Kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan media gambar berseri dengan skor rata-rata pada siklus I yaitu 3,10 dan siklus II yaitu 3,53 yang dikategorikan baik. Peningkatan hasil keterampilan berbicara dapat dilihat pada hasil tes yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus pembelajaran. Pada siklus I perolehan ketuntasan klasikal keterampilan berbicara yakni 74%, sedangkan pada siklus II mendapatkan hasil ketuntasan klasikal 81%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan selama pembelajaran dari siklus I dan siklus II setelah diberi tindakan menggunakan media gambar berseri ternyata terjadi peningkatan keterampilan berbicara siswa.

Abstract

Nowadays, it has become a trust issue, about violence and sexual harassment in the Islamic boarding school environment. In addition to parenting patterns, a gender-fair approach is also an aspect that needs to be studied. This study aims to analyze the prevention of violence and a gender-equality approach in Muhammadiyah boarding schools in East Java. This research is a qualitative study. The subjects of the study were selected using a purposive method, they are the chief and caregivers of the boarding school in two Islamic boarding schools located in Sidoarjo Regency and Lamongan Regency, East Java. The research data collection technique was carried out using 3 (three) methods, observation, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The study showed that in terms of preventing violence, Muhammadiyah Islamic boarding schools use a parenting pattern strategy that prioritizes child-friendly principles, and minimizes physical punishment, with the concept of rahmatan lil alamin. Meanwhile, in terms of preventing sexual abuse, education is considered less massive and has not touched on the substantive realm across genders. Furthermore, a gender-fair approach is shown by equality in access to opportunities for male and female students in organizational leadership, as well as in the practice of preaching.

Abstract

Diarrhea is a condition where a person has bowel movements three or more times a day, with consistent stools. One of the common bacteria that causes diarrhea is Escherichia coli. Empirical and preclinical studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of guava leaves (Psidium guajava L.) in treating diarrhea due to their tannin content. Nanosuspension formulations can be created to simplify the use of guava leaves for medicinal purposes. This study aims to investigate the efficacy of guava leaf extract, both in its natural form and as a nanosuspension preparation, against Escherichia coli. Additionally, the study aims to characterize the guava leaf extract nanosuspension used in the experiment. The technique used to make nanosuspension involves ionic gelation methods by using chitosan as a polymer, and subsequent characterization of the resulting product includes organoleptic testing, specific weight, pH, sedimentation volume, and viscosity. After the characterization of the guava leaf nanosuspension, it was found that the optimal formula had a particle size of 245.7 nm at a concentration of 0.01%, a polydispersion index of 0.406, and a zeta potential of +26.9 mV. Guava leaf ethanol extract 1% has a diameter of the inhibitory zone of 4.05±0.45 mm. However, the nanosuspension form of P. guajava L at a concentration of 0.01% has an inhibitory zone diameter of 11.45±0.64 mm. The nanosuspension formulation using P. guajava L has met the evaluation requirements and has antibacterial activity against E. coli bacteria.

Abstract

Penggunaan skincare yang tepat sangat penting untuk kesehatan kulit dan dapat mencegah berbagai masalah kulit. Namun, masih banyak masyarakat yang kurang memahami cara memilih dan menggunakan produk skincare yang sesuai dengan jenis kulit dan kondisi mereka. Artikel ini membahas manfaat edukasi penggunaan skincare melalui aplikasi Skinowledge, sebuah platform inovatif yang dirancang untuk memberikan informasi yang akurat dan terpercaya mengenai perawatan kulit. Aplikasi ini menyediakan fitur analisis kulit, rekomendasi produk, dan panduan penggunaan yang dipersonalisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi penyuluhan dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi skinowledge dan dievaluasi melalui pre test dan post test. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Skinowledge dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memilih dan menggunakan produk skincare yang lebih baik. Edukasi berbasis teknologi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan kulit masyarakat secara luas.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of independence ratio, PAD efficiency ratio, and PAD effectiveness ratio on total revenue of Bandung. The independent variables used are the ratio of regional financial independence, the efficiency ratio of PAD, and the effectiveness ratio of PAD, while the dependent variable is the total revenue of Bandung City. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the independence ratio, PAD efficiency ratio, and PAD effectiveness ratio had a significant effect on the total revenue of Bandung City both partially and simultaneously. A comprehensive understanding of the relationship between these ratios and local revenue can provide a better view in designing regional and autonomous economic development policies and effective financial management, in order to improve public welfare and sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Monitoring total suspended solids (TSS) is essential as suspended sediments impact the environment and human health in various ways. However, TSS data are limited in many regions because the methods currently applied through in situ measurements are time-consuming and labor-intensive. The study aimed to develop algorithms to estimate TSS using data derived from UAVs and field measurements. Remote sensing technology, such as unmanaged aerial vehicle (UAV), was applied to obtain imagery data to estimate TSS content. These results were then compared with laboratory analysis of in-situ water samples, determined by gravimetric methods following standard protocols. The results showed that the algorithm developed using three-band ratios, the blue/green + red/green + NIR (near infra red)/green, produces a high R2 (0.70), indicating that this combination is reliable for use in estimating TSS content in a river section. The high accuracy of the red band for suspended sediment prediction is attributed to its spectral signature in turbid water, which shows higher reflectance compared to clean water. The results of this study have the potential to help river managers obtain TSS data quickly at a relatively low cost.

Abstract

Astaxanthin is a very strong antioxidant of the xanthophyll carotenoid group with very lipophilic properties, so in oral administration, its bioavailability is very low. This study aimed to examine the differences in the pharmacokinetic profile of astaxanthin and astaxanthin nanoemulsion via the oral route using the HPLC method. Research methods include validation methods using HPLC and continued determining pharmacokinetic profiles to determine whether astaxanthin in plasma is validated. The plasma was deproteinized with ethanol: tetrahydrofuran (1: 9), mobile phase Methanol: water milliQ: ethyl acetate (82:8:10 (v/v)), the flow rate is 1.2 mL/min, wavelength 474 nm and the sample measured isocratic. Calibration curves 0.25-10 mg/L,% Recovery 102.92, 103.11 and 102.25,% RSD 1.33, 1.65 and 2. The HPLC method is fast, simple, and can be used for routine analysis of astaxanthin. The results showed that in the astaxanthin nanoemulsion, there was an increasing in Cmax and AUC0-∞ which affected increasing the bioavailability value. Therefore, it was concluded that the study showed the presence of astaxanthin in nanoemulsions has greater absorption power than pure astaxanthin. Keywords: Pharmacokinetic profile, Astaxanthin, Validation of the HPLC method, Oral route
