Abstract

Breeding ducks has several advantages, including: 1) the stages of raising ducks are easier; growth period; 2) duck growth is much faster, need 40 days to harvest; 3) marketing of meat and egg crops is easier; and 4) you can sell other parts to ducks, duck feathers for crafts and their droppings can be used as catfish feed. For laying ducks, their eggs can be harvested when they are 5 to 7 months old. Breeding ducks promises big enough profits that one of the livestock groups "Taret Jaya" has been raising broiler ducks since 2022. The community service partner is the Taret Jaya livestock group, located in Air Anyir village, Merawang sub-district, Bangka Regency. Based on the results of the survey to partner locations, there were several partner problems, including: manual counting of ingredients, limited knowledge of duck feed mixture ingredients, limited knowledge in making duck feed (fermentation process), and the mixing process in making feed was still manual. Currently, partners chop the feed ingredients using machetes and stir the feed ingredients using a hoe. The ingredients that have been stirred are then directly given to the ducks without going through a fermentation process. Through community service at this department level, the service team provides a solution that is offered in the form of a duck feed mixer machine. Mixing time with 50-60 kg of mixed material using a machine is 6 times faster than manually, namely around 5 minutes, compared to manual which takes 30 minutes. The service team has handed over to service partners, among other things: one unit of feed mixing machine, DOD duck seeds, feed making materials, and other supporting equipment for raising livestock. With this machine, partners can increase their livestock productivity.

Abstract

The increase in shareholder wealth influenced by accounting measures that indicate the company's financial condition. Some financial ratios that are used as indicators of shareholder's wealth, among others: leverage, (DER), profitability (ROE) and dividend policy (Dividend Payout Ratio / DPR). In construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, within 5 years of observation, namely 2014-2018, showed Return to Equity, Debt to equity ratio had a positive effect on shareholder's wealth, while Dividend payout ratio had no effect. The return to equity ratio has a positive effect on the dividend payout ratio while the Debt to equity ratio has a negative effect on strategies to increase shareholder's wealth through the optimization of fundamental financial performance such as DER, ROE, with dividend payout ratios that are proportional to revenue.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Wisata Sejarah Kota Bengkulu berbasis website guna mempromosikan potensi wisata sejarah yang ada di kota tersebut. Proses perancangan dimulai dengan analisis masalah menggunakan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service) untuk mengidentifikasi kekurangan dalam sistem informasi yang ada. Analisis ini menghasilkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai kebutuhan dan permasalahan yang harus diselesaikan. Perancangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), termasuk pembuatan diagram use case, diagram kelas, diagram aktivitas, dan diagram sequence. Diagram-diagram ini membantu memvisualisasikan struktur dan perilaku sistem, serta memastikan bahwa semua kebutuhan pengguna terakomodasi dengan baik. Basis data dirancang untuk mendukung penyimpanan dan pengelolaan informasi yang efisien, memungkinkan akses data yang cepat dan akurat. Sistem informasi yang dirancang berbasis web dirancang dengan antarmuka yang user-friendly, memudahkan pengguna untuk mencari dan mempelajari informasi tentang objek wisata sejarah di Kota Bengkulu. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur administrasi yang memungkinkan pengelola untuk memperbarui dan mengelola konten secara efisien. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan promosi wisata sejarah Kota Bengkulu, menarik lebih banyak wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara, serta berkontribusi terhadap pelestarian dan pengembangan warisan budaya kota tersebut. Sistem informasi ini dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam memajukan sektor pariwisata sejarah di Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

Taxes are the largest source of revenue for the state, so the government, in this case, the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), continues to increase public awareness to fulfil its tax obligations. One of the efforts made by the DGT is the application of an information system in the registration of taxpayers to obtain a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP). The Bengkulu Pratama Tax Service Office (KPP) has used many systems for the job page at the tax office, one of which is the web: Pajak.go.id. This study aims to identify the attributes that need to be developed and maintained in taxpayers, satisfaction in online NPWP registration using the Ereg system and to determine customer satisfaction with the Ereg system at KPP Pratama Bengkulu. The purpose of the analysis is to use the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method, and the second objective is analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Based on the consumer satisfaction index calculation, the CSI value on the Ereg system at KPP Pratama Bengkulu is 84.61%, meaning that taxpayers are very satisfied with the performance of the Ereg system. While the IPA method shows the average value of the overall performance level of the attributes is smaller than the average value of the importance level with an average level of 97%, but there are some attributes whose performance is felt to be lacking and need to be improved, namely the priority I quadrant which repaired and quadrant II that must be maintained.

Abstract

Proses pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran di tahun ajaran 2020 telah mengalami perubahan, sejak terjadinya Pandemi Covid-19 yang telah masuk ke Indonesia sejak Bulan Maret 2020. Perubahan model pembelajaran yang terjadi berupa kegiatan pembelajaran tatap muka menjadi model pembelajaran daring (dalam jaringan), guna mencegah penyebaran Covid-19. Universitas Bengkulu dalam kegiatan pembelajaran memiliki ruang kuliah resource sharing yang memiliki perutuntukkan ruangan dan kapasitas yang berbeda-beda, sehingga pada kondisi new normal saat ini diperlukan adanya penataan penggunaan, dan sirkulasi ruangan yang menerapkan protokol Covid-19, agar proses kegiatan pembelajaraan dapat dilakukan tanpa mengurangi efektivitas dan tidak menjadi sarana penyebaran Covid-19. Penelitian dilakukan berupa; (1) mengimplementasikan Algoritma Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) pada optimasi distribusi ruang pembelajaran; (2) melakukan analisis distribusi dan sirkulasi ruang pembelajaran dengan penerapan protokol Covid-19. Adapun hasil distribusi penggunaan resource sharing ruang perkuliahan pada penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi contoh penerapan Protokol Covid di kondisi new normal di lingkungan institusi pendidikan Perguruan Tinggi dan dapat menjadi kebijakan khususnya di Universitas Bengkulu tentang kebutuhan sarana prasarana penunjang kegiatan pembelajaran

Abstract

Metal cutting is the stage of processing profile raw materials and steel plates according to the cut marks that have been set in the marking process. One of the metal cutting techniques is to use oxy acetylene welding where the cutting occurs due to the reaction of oxygen and steel. Oxy acetylene welding is a manual cutting and welding process, in which the surfaces to be joined are heated until melted by the flame of acetylene gas, namely burning C₂H₂ with O₂ with filler metal or without filler metal where the joining process is without pressure. Besides for welding purposes (connection), oxy acetylene welding can also be used as preheating, brazing, cutting and hard facing. In the process of cutting iron pipes using oxy acetylene welding manually, the problem that is often found is the results of uneven and not straight cuts. This causes a leveling process to be needed on the edges that are cut so that they are flat and straight. In this research, a pipe cutting machine with oxy acetylene welding has been made which aims to produce straight, smooth, and even pipe cutting. The pipe cutting machine that has been made can produce flat, smooth, and straight iron pipe cuts on iron pipes with a diameter of 4.5 inches, 3.5 inches and 3 inches with a cutting time of 32 seconds, a motor wave rotation speed of 5.8 Hz, and a cut tolerance of ± 3 mm.

Abstract

Solusi pemenuhan energi listrik di daerah pedalaman dapat terselesaikan dengan menggunakan sumber energi terbarukan seperti panel surya yang dapat dibangun pada daerah terpencil dan minim infrastruktur. Penggunaan panel surya sendiri membutuhkan suhu optimal pada 25⁰C, sementara itu pada saat siang hari suhu pada panel surya bisa mencapai 45⁰C suhu optimal tersebut, dengan itu perlu adanya pengoptimalan suhu kerja pada panel surya dengan diberikan pendinginan untuk meningkatkan daya keluaran pada panel surya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendinginan pada panel surya yang menggunakan variasi pendinginginan air pada suhu 25-70⁰C. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan rerata efisiensi pada panel surya yang bersuhu air 60-70°C 11,42,% dengan rerata daya keluaran 19,58W, rerata efisiensi panel surya dengan air bersuhu 25-28°C adalah 12,40% rerata daya keluaran 21,26W dan rerata efisiensi panel surya tanpa air adalah 11,86% dengan rerata daya keluaran 20,34W. Dan untuk pengujian panel surya dengan penambahan pendinginan memberikan pengaruh terhadap daya keluaran dan efisiensi yang dihasilkan oleh panel surya.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency is a virtual currency based on block chain. Yet, some countries forbid it as a means of payment in transactions. It can only be used as diversification in investment. In fact, cryptocurrency is a liquid asset even though it fluctuates. In Islam, there are different views whether cryptocurrency can be assets or can be zakah, infaq, sadaqah, and waqf. The object of this study is to answer whether the crypto can be al-amwal azzakawiyah or something that can be zakah and waqf which can be maslahah for the society. Another purpose of this research is to enlighten about zakah and waqf managers on what cryptocurrency is for. The theory used is the theory of zakah and waqf in Islam. This is a qualitative study with a conceptual approach and an Islamic law approach. The result of this research is that cryptocurrency can be said as wealth or al-maal that can be zakah, infaq, and waqf because it has fulfilled several requirements to be classified as wealth or al-maal in Islam.  Zakah calculation of crypto currency must exceed the nisab 2,5% equivalent to 85 grams of gold, the owned can already be an object of zakah.

Abstract

This research about how to modify a machine that peels onions. The method used is Reverse engineering. This machine was modified because there is a shortage, level of success onion-peeler machine is still low, with value 43.63%, safety level machine is not sufficient, and the diameter of peeler tube hole is too large, so it is not effective and efficient. Modification made for to improve the efficiency of peeling shallots. The modified part is the rubber and the diameter of the peeler hole. Tube-hole size changed from 16mm to 6mm. will use the Shaft On the stripper tube. The shaft works like a holder for a rubber peeler. There are 11 pieces of peeling rubber. The results of the study showed that the peeled onion was 755 grams after 20 minutes. The machine's actual capacity is 37.75 grams per minute, or 2.26 kg per hour. The machine's production efficiency is 75.5%.

Abstract

Tea (camellia sinensis) is one type of plant that is often found as a processed beverage. There are several raw materials for making tea that are often used including using leaves, shoots, flowers, and roots. One of the teas made from roots is bajakah root tea where the manufacturing process is still done in the traditional way, namely chopped using a machete. Therefore, in this study, a bajakah root chopping machine was designed with the aim of helping the bajakah root production process into tea powder. This bajakah root chopping machine into tea powder is designed using the France method with the demands of a sturdy frame and easy to move. This bajakah root chopping machine has dimensions of 340 mm long, 240 mm wide and 600 mm high. The engine is driven by an electric motor with a power of 0.5 Hp, a rotation of 1400 rpm using a pulley drive system with a ratio of 1: 1.5 and the rotation of the chopper shaft is 933 rpm. From the test results taken from a sample of 500 grams of raw material with 3 times testing, the resulting average is perfectly chopped as much as 389 grams, not perfectly chopped as much as 54 grams, with a time of 167.3 seconds. The production capacity of the machine is 8.37 kg/hour.  The machine that has been made is able to chop bajakah roots with a machine production efficiency of 77.8%.
