Abstract

Objective: To figure out the correlation between infectious diseases and family food security to the nutritional status of toddlers in Public Health Care Center of Kalimanah, Purbalingga.  Method: Quantitative descriptive with cross sectional approach was used in this research. The sample in this study were toddlers aged 1-5 years in Kalimanah Purbalingga. There were 106 respondents. The samples were taken by simple random sampling technique. The data were analyzed by using Chi Square test.   Results: The results of research on infectious diseases on the nutritional status of toddlers obtained the value (OR) = 0.837. While the results of family food security on the nutritional status of toddlers obtained the value (OR) = 4.121. Therefore, it can be stated there was a correlation between infectious diseases and family food security to the nutritional status oftoddlers.  Conclusion:  There is a correlation between infectious diseases and family food security to the nutritional status of toddlers in Public Health Care Center of Kalimanah, Purbalingga.  keywords :infectious diseases, food security, nutritional status, toddlers

Abstract

Motivasi siswa untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha dipengaruhi oleh praktik kerja industri dan lingkungan keluarga. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah: sebesar besar pengaruh praktik kerja industri dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi berwirausaha siswa baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 99 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas XII Pemasaran SMK Negeri 2 Semarang, karena merupakan penelitian populasi sehingga semua populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu variabel praktik kerja industri, lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi berwirausaha. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskripsi persentase dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian uji regresi menunjukkan hasil uji parsial untuk praktik kerja industri diperoleh thitung sebesar 4,847 dengan signifikansi 0,000 dan lingkungan keluarga diperoleh thitung sebesar 3,182 dengan signifikansi 0,002 berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha1, Ha2, Ha3 diterima. Besarnya pengaruh secara parsial untuk variabel praktik kerja industri sebesar 19,62% dan lingkungan keluarga sebesar 9,55%, secara simultan sebesar 44%.Student motivation to become an entrepreneur is influenced by industry work practices and family environment. The problems of this research are: the influence of industry work practices and family environment against entrepreneurial motivation either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study is composed of 99 students of class XII SMK N 2 Semarang Marketing, as a research population so that all the population made research sample. The variables studied were industry work practices, family environment and entrepreneurial motivation. Methods of data collection using questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis percentage. Results of regression studies showed partial test results obtained for industrial work practices thitung of 4.847 to 0.000 and the significance of family environment obtained thitung of 3.182 with a significance of 0.002 means that H0 is rejected and Ha 1, Ha 2, Ha 3 is accepted. The magnitude of the effect of partially to variable industry work practices for 19.62% and 9.55% of the family environment, simultaneously by 44%.

Abstract

Keberadaan Kebun Raya Lemor di Kabupaten Lombok Timur sebagai sumberdaya alam telah memberikan mafaat secara langsung maupun tidak langsung kepada masyarakat berupa jasa lingkungan. Tingkat kunjungan wisatawan menggambarkan tingginya manfaat kebun raya tersebut kepada manusia. Angka kunjungan wisatawan mengalami peningkatan antara tahun 2016 sampai tahun 2019, menurun drastis pada tahun 2020 dan belum ada peningkatan signifikan sampai saat ini. Ukuran besar atau kecilnya jasa limgkungan Kebun Raya Lemor dapat diketahui dari nilai ekonomi lingkungannya. Penentuan nilai ekonomi suatu objek wisata dapat dilakukan dengan metode biaya perjalanan, dimana biaya perjalanan yang dihitung meliputi total biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh pengujung yaitu mulai perjalanan dari rumah, sampai di kawasan wisata hingga kembali lagi ke rumah. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kebun raya lemor memiliki nilai rata-rata surplus konsumen sebesar Rp. 4.049.075 dan nilai ekonomi lingkungan sebesar Rp.195.905.822

Abstract

The city of Tarakan is one of the target cities for migrants (urbanists) to live in. The economic limitations of migrant communities and local communities to have decent housing will then trigger the growth of new slum settlements. The aim of the study is to evaluate slum management strategies, identify environmental conditions and reformulate slum management program strategies. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Research tool with Questionnaire and Laboratory Analysis. The research locus was in 12 RT in the Karang Anyar sub-district, Tarakan City. Communal WWTP wastewater samples, solid waste data, river water and clean water. Data analysis used the Pollution Index, Sanitation Risk Index, Quality Standards and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. The results of the research on the evaluation of slum management strategies with a score of 18 so that they are still in mild slum conditions. There are four aspects of the performance achievement level with the realization of a very high performance achievement rate of above 90%, one aspect of a high performance achievement level of above 76%, and the environmental road aspect with an achievement level of 54.01% is a low level of realization. Results Identification of environmental conditions at inlets, outlets, bodies of water with parameters COD, TSS, Ammonia, Oil and Grease did not meet quality standards and analysis of Pollution Index (Pi) in Light Polluted conditions. The quality of waste management is based on the Sanitation Risk Index (IRS) score for 12 RTs with an average high-risk area. Clean Water Quality with parameters (Total Coliform and E. Coli) results meet drinking water quality standards. From the results of the AHP analysis, the Infrastructure and Facilities Development Strategy is a top priority. Consistency value of 0.05 or 0.1 comparison matrix is consistent.

Abstract

Background: Shivering events during June - August 2022 obtained an average number of cesarean section actions of 106 - 110 actions per month. Of these, 53 people or 49.05% of sectio caesaria patients experienced shivering. There are several factors that can influence the incidence of shivering including age, length of operation, exposure to cold temperatures, LILA, and needle size. Objective: To determine the factors that cause shivering in sectio caesaria patients with spinal anesthesia at Banyumas Hospital. Methods: This research is a type of analytic observational study with a cross sectional approach with a random sampling technique and obtained a sample of 40 sectio caesarea patients. The analysis used is Logistic Regression. Results: There is a significant relationship between length of operation (p 0.019), operating room temperature (p 0.004), LILA (p 0.030). Conclusion: The most dominant factor affecting the incidence of shivering is body temperature (p 0.008; OR 13.1).

Abstract

The manual-based invitation spreader system that runs at PT Wika Gedung has not been able to send invitations to all guests and the right guests and makes the guests often missed. Methods that work like that are less effective. Meanwhile, what is needed by PT Wika Gedung is a system that can send invitations quickly and precisely to the intended invitation, and can monitor the attendance list of guests. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a QR Code-based online invitation spreader application to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of the data to be reported. The development method used is the Waterfall method, which is divided into 6 stages, namely interviews, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The phase aims to facilitate the division of modules and focus on the modules worked on. The result of this application is sending QR Code-based invitations and sending invitations to guests via e-mail addresses of each guest and can monitor the attendance of guests at certain events

Abstract

Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection regulates legal efforts to resolve consumer disputes through the courts. The lawsuit for damages is based on an unlawful act. The problem is how the concept of unlawful acts is a strict liability model for demanding compensation. The research method used is normative legal research. The results of this study explain that legal remedies through the concept of unlawful acts with this absolute liability model are by interpreting Article 19 paragraphs (1) and (3) of Law Number 8 of 1999. The concept of an unlawful act with a strict liability model is a plaintiff's obligation to prove the existence of a loss without having to prove a mistake. The recommendation is that the Government and the DPR immediately revise Law Number 8 of 1999 by strictly regulating unlawful acts as a legal norm in the law.

Abstract

Tanjungpinang City is a coastal area surrounded by the sea and characterized by a mangrove ecosystem. Coastal regions are more dynamic and vulnerable compared to other areas, both naturally and due to human activities. This study aims to determine the rate of mangrove cover change in Tanjungpinang City from 2007 to 2023 and to predict changes in mangrove cover by the year 2035. The methodology employed involves spatiotemporal analysis of land cover change using Landsat 7 ETM+ imagery from 2007, Landsat 8 OLI imagery from 2015, and Sentinel-2A MSI imagery from 2023. The prediction for mangrove cover change in 2035 was conducted using the Land Change Modeler. The results indicate that from 2007 to 2023, there was a decrease in mangrove area of 323.40 hectares, with a rate of 20.21 hectares per year. The predicted mangrove coverage in Tanjungpinang City for the year 2035 is estimated to be 977.72 hectares, representing a reduction of 461.21 hectares (32.05%) from the coverage in 2023. Keywords: Land Change Modeler; Google Earth Engine; mangrove cover prediction; Landsat; Sentinel-2A

Abstract

The growing moral degradation in cyberspace, with its various negative behaviors, has caused unrest. This qualitative study aims to obtain a detailed picture of the internalization of religious values ​​in digital skills so that the existence of cyberspace is more humane and does not degrade human dignity. The informants in this research are Dalwa TV employees who actively present positive information in presenting digital information. The results of this research show that to build a humanist Generation Z through internalizing religious values ​​in digital skills is to know the characteristics and relationship of Gen Z with the digital world, the urgency and effect of religious values ​​in shaping ethical behavior and decision-making in the digital context, and strategies. Integrated internalization of religious values ​​in Generation Z. This strategy includes (1) introducing religious principles in education, (2) Integration religious teachings into digital literacy programs, and (3) Fostering a culture of empathy and compassion through religious values. This research confirms that Islamic boarding schools play a major role in building a humanist Generation Z through an approach to internalizing religious values ​​in developing digital skills. Future researchers can conduct comparative studies in Islamic boarding schools that focus on understanding the impact of online interactions on mental health and well-being.
