Abstract

The research investigates the impact of Organizational Learning and Innovation Culture and Dynamic Capabilities on Business Strategic Agility within digital-based MSMEs. The researchers conducted a quantitative study which involved distributing questionnaires to 180 selected digital MSME owners and managers through purposive sampling. The study required respondents to meet three criteria which included running a business for two years and using digital platforms and participating in business decision-making. The researchers used multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the data. The researchers conducted validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests which included testing normality and testing for heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. The study established that Organizational Learning and Innovation Culture and Dynamic Capabilities lead to Business Strategic Agility in both complete and partial forms. The research results indicate that digital MSMEs can enhance their strategic agility through improved organizational learning practices and development of innovation culture and dynamic business capabilities. The study will enhance strategic management literature while providing digital MSME development resources which support Indonesian digital business advancement.

Abstract

This study examines how digital transformation prompts technology firms to enhance human resources so employees adapt to technological changes and dynamic business needs. Success in organizational change depends not only on technology adoption but also on transformational leadership, digital competence, adaptive performance, and organizational support. The research analyzes how these four factors interrelate during PT DOT Indonesia's digital transformation using a qualitative case study. Data were collected via in-depth interviews with 12 purposively sampled informants (HR Manager, HR Officer, Project Manager, Team Leader, Software Engineer, UI/UX Designer, QA Engineer, Business Analyst, DevOps Engineer, and Mobile Developer). Data analysis followed Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña's interactive model through data condensation, display, and conclusion drawing, with open, axial, and selective coding. Findings show transformational leadership fosters continuous learning through coaching, empowerment, participation, and mentoring. Digital competence grows via self-directed learning, knowledge sharing, and technical mentoring, enhancing employees' ability to handle project changes and technological developments. Adaptive performance appears as flexibility, learning agility, problem-solving, and responsiveness to client needs. Organizational support through training, learning culture, sharing sessions, and collaboration strengthens employee readiness. The study indicates that the synergy among these factors is crucial for navigating digital transformation in technology-based companies.

Abstract

Women in villages are often marginalized in terms of access to economic resources, thus limiting their potential to contribute to the village economy. This condition is because the Government and Village Community Institutions do not yet have an optimal strategy for women's economic empowerment. Furthermore, there is still a lack of adequate capacity within the community, especially among women, to develop the family economy. Therefore, this Community Service is aimed at increasing the capacity of village officials and the BPKal in Sendangarum Village in compiling village economic development governance that is socially just through the integration of a gender-based entrepreneurial perspective and strengthening the entrepreneurial capacity of women members of the Women Farmers Group as a form of implementation of the Women-Friendly and Child-Caring Village Policy. The approach used to increase women's role in the economy is through gender-based entrepreneurship, which focuses on providing equal opportunities and utilizing women's potential in the local context. The method implemented is the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) approach with activities such as workshops, training, mentoring, and facilitation of production equipment and product packaging. The workshop was conducted to improve the capacity of Village Government governance and policies, Entrepreneurship training, and the manufacture of processed agricultural products in the form of fried onions, as well as facilitation of production equipment and product packaging, were conducted to improve the capacity of women entrepreneurs targeting the Women Farmers Group. The results obtained were the knowledge of gender-perspective economic development governance among village officials and BPKal in Sendangarum Village as a basis for the preparation of Village Development Policies and increased women's entrepreneurial capacity, as well as the capacity to manage fried onion business products in the Women Farmers Group.

Abstract

Purpose– This study examines respondent-level associations among perceived Digital Transformation Capability (DTC), perceived Critical Digital Governance (CDG), perceived Organizational Accountability (OA), and muzakki trust in Indonesian Zakat Management Organizations (OPZ). Because the measures were supplied by external users, DTC, CDG, and OA are interpreted as perceptions of observable organizational practices rather than direct measures of internal organizational capability. Design/methodology/approach– A quantitative cross-sectional survey involved 250 muzakki (zakat payers) who had used OPZ digital services within the previous 12 months. The model was analyzed with PLS-SEM in SmartPLS 3. The individual muzakki is the unit of analysis, and the structural paths are interpreted as associations because all constructs were measured at one time from the same source. Finding/Results– Perceived DTC was positively associated with perceived CDG (β = 0.632, p < 0.001) and perceived OA (β = 0.223, p < 0.001), while perceived CDG was positively associated with perceived OA (β = 0.448, p < 0.001). The DTC → CDG → OA indirect effect was significant (β = 0.283, p < 0.001) and, together with the significant positive direct DTC → OA path, indicates complementary partial mediation. By contrast, every direct and indirect path ending in muzakki trust was non-significant, and trust had R² = 0.007. Originality/Value– The study develops an exploratory user-perception model linking digital capability, digital governance, and accountability in the zakat setting. CDG is retained as a provisional integrative construct covering traceability, transparency, data ethics and privacy, participatory oversight, inclusion, and complaint responsiveness. The evidence supports the governance-accountability portion of the model but does not establish a trust-formation mechanism or definitive validation of CDG as a reflective scale.
