Abstract

Infrastructure development is an important aspect in supporting the development of a region. There is development in an area. Leadership style is a person's way of influencing other people, the role of a leader also influences the success of infrastructure development. This research is to find out and analyze the leadership style of village heads regarding infrastructure development. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data analysis method in this research is by means of validity testing, reliability testing, and basic linear regression analysis used in the data analysis procedure using the SPSS version 21 program, and data collection is by using methods, interviews, documentation, literature review and observation, research location. in Talumae Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The aim to be achieved in this research is to analyze the factors inhibiting infrastructure development. The population of this research is the number of Family Cards (KK) of 633 people selected using nonprobality sampling methodology and the Slovin formula as a sampling method. The results of the research show that with an average score of 68% in the good category, the village head's leadership style is in the good category, infrastructure development has an average score of 62.2% with a calculated t value of 2,556 ≥1,665 with a percentage of influence amounting to 42.39% based on the results of SPSS data processing using simple linear regression, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether using SIBERAS digital technology-based applications can help village governments improve the quality of public services and the factors that influence it. The type of research used is quantitative. Data collection techniquesuse observation and questionnaires. The results showed the quality of public services through the SIBERAS application in Bulovillage, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, Indonesia, on variable X with an unfavorable classification of 56.3%. At the same time, the Yvariable in the excellent classification is 62%. The most influential factor is training. The study's results contribute to developing aresearch roadmap on public services using digital technology-based applications. The limitation of this study is that it only reveals one village in Indonesia, so the research findings cannot thoroughly describe the villages in Indonesia. The following research needsto be carried out in more villages to provide an overview of improving the quality of public services from village governments usingdigital technology-based applications.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Perilaku Birokrasi PemerintahTerhadap Implementasi Kebijakan Penaganan Penipuan Online Di Kecamatan Wattang Sidenrengdan Penelitian hanya dapat dilakukan pada populasi yang jumlahnya terhingga saja.Dalampenelitianini yang menjadipopulasiadalahjumlah kartu keluarga di Wattang Sidenreng yaitu 7.440 kk.Sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknikprobality sampling pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan teknik Random Samplingatau sampling acak.Tipe penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka, observasi, kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis tabel frekuensi dan uji kualitas data dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistics 21. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan Implementasi Kebijakan di Kecamatan Watang Sidenreng Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang memiliki hasil persentase 47% berada pada kategori kurang baik dengan demikan indikator implementasi kebijakan dalm bentuk karateristik organisasi pelaksana jauh lebih rendah yakni sebesar 44% karna pemerintah dan kepolisian kurang komunikasi tentang penipuan online. Perilaku Birokrasi di KecamatanWatang Sidenreng Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang memiliki rata-rata persentase yaitu 48% dengan kategori kurang baik .Hubungan Implementasi dan Efektivitas Penanganan Kasus Penipuan Online di KecamatanWatang Sidenreng Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang sebesar 48% dikategorikan “Cukup Berpengaruh/Signifikan”.

Abstract

This study focuses on the "Implementation of Work Motivation on the Quality of Public Services at the Bangkala Village Office, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency." The research investigates the implementation of work motivation efforts to enhance employee enthusiasm, dedication, and productivity within a workplace setting. It explores various strategies employed by leaders to encourage employees to work more effectively and achieve organizational goals. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, involving a sample of 97 respondents who received services from February to April 2024, selected through non-probability sampling. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, literature reviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, and simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 21.The findings reveal that the implementation of work motivation significantly affects the quality of public services at the Bangkala Village Office, with 83.4% of the service quality being influenced by work motivation. The study also identifies key factors such as responsibility in task performance, self-development, and work environment conditions that substantially impact the effectiveness of work motivation implementation. The hypothesis test results support the conclusion that work motivation implementation positively influences public service quality.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to determine how effective the performance of the District Narcotics Agency is and how many factors influence the performance of the District Narcotics Agency in preventing and overcoming drug abuse in the community in Maritenggae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This study used a quantitative method with a population of the entire community of Maritenggae District (54,291 people). The sample consisted of 100 respondents, determined by the Slovin formula and random sampling. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and literature studies, then analyzed using the SPSS application. The results of the study showed that based on the recapitulation table of performance variables, it can be concluded that of the five performance indicators assessed, namely productivity, responsibility, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability, as many as 78.8 respondents assessed the effectiveness of the Performance of the District Narcotics Agency (BNK) in the "Good" category. Or it can be said "Effective". Based on the results of the simple linear regression analysis through the ANOVA test, the F value was obtained at 306,343 with a significance level of <0.001. F value (306,343) → Measures whether the Performance variable statistically affects the factors that affect performance. So it can be concluded that the simple linear regression model is simultaneously significant. This means that the Performance variable affects the factors that affect performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi program kartu keluarga sejahtera (KKS) terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kelurahan Pangkajene Kecamatan Maritengngae Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang serta mengidentifikasi faktor yang menjadi Penghambat pengimplementasian kartu keluarga sejahtera (KKS). Metode yang digunakan adalah deskripstif kuantitatif melibatkan 37 responden yang dipilih melalui tekhnik simple random sampling dari total 237 penerima KKS pada bulan Januari-Mei 2025. Variabel Penelitian meliputi Implementasi Program KKS (X) dan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat (Y). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, studi kepustakaan, dan kuesioner. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program kartu keluarga sejahtera berpenagruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan hasil presentase masing-masing sebesar 66% dan 68%. Faktor yang menjadi penghambat terdapat dua faktor utama yaitu, ketidakjelasan instruksi dengan presentase 52% dan keterbatasan sumber daya dengan presentase 52% kedua faktor tersebut berada pada kategori kurang baik. Uji ANOVA didapatkan Fhitung sebesar 28.879 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000, sedangkan uji t menunjukkan thitung ( 5.374) > ttabel (2.026) artinya impelemntasi program KKS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Nilai R Square sebesar 45% menunjukkan bahwa dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia College Card (KIP-Kuliah) is real evidence that the government is working hard to ensure access to education for everyone, especially the underprivileged. The government's seriousness in realizing equal opportunities for education is also demonstrated through the Smart Indonesia College Card (KIP-Kuliah). Government support for higher education is an important step in improving the quality of human resources and encouraging social and economic progress. This study aims to determine the effect of the KIP-Kuliah scholarship on the learning motivation of public administration students in the 2020 and 2021 intakes at Muhammadiyah University of Sidenreng Rappang. The method used is a quantitative method with a sample size of 62 public administration students receiving the KIP-Kuliah. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires and literature studies. Furthermore, it was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0. The results of the study showed that the KIP-Kuliah scholarship had a significant effect on the learning motivation of public administration students in the 2020 and 2021 intakes at Muhammadiyah University of Sidenreng Rappang with a value of 3.535. This finding provides theoretical contribution in the development of study of learning motivation, especially by emphasizing that financial support through KIP-Kuliah scholarship. From a practical perspective, the results of this study provide strategic input for policy makers of Muhammadiyah University of Sidenreng Rappang to continue to maintain and expand the scope of the KIP-Kuliah scholarship program.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of public service quality on patient satisfaction at the Barukku Public Health Center, located in Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study consisted of 42 patients who had received services in the past two months. The research involved two variables: variable X (public service quality) and variable Y (patient satisfaction). A simple random sampling technique was employed, involving 42 respondents. This research utilized a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and literature review. The data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests using IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0. The results showed that public service quality has a significant influence on patient satisfaction at Barukku Public Health Center. Based on the recapitulation results, 60% of respondents rated the public service quality as "fairly good," and 55% rated their satisfaction level as "fairly good." Furthermore, the ANOVA test revealed an F-value of 21.974 with a significance level of 0.000, indicating a statistically significant effect, as the probability is far below 0.05. The partial test (t-test) showed a t-value of 5.580, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.021, confirming that public service quality has a significant influence on patient satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R square) was 62%, which suggests a moderate influence, while the remaining 38% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to map the development of research and scientific publications related to strategies to improve the quality of human resources in Indonesian government administration. This research uses the Sytematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by following the PRISMA protocol and analyzing 64 relevant scientific articles from the Dimension database, published in 2013-2024. The analysis was conducted using VOSviewer to identify topic clusters, related concepts. As well as research trends. The results revealed that there are five main clusters that are dominant and relevant in the development of human resources for government officials, namely: education, HR management, technology, digital literacy, bureaucratic reform, and public service innovation. The education cluster emerged as the most dominant theme, showing the importance of literacy and continuous training in supporting the digital transformation of the bureaucracy. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of ASN capacity building policies through a data-based approach and scientific trends. In addition, these findings also serve as a strategic reference in strengthening HR management systems and technology-based governance. The limitation of this study lies in the data source that only comes from the data dimension, so that the coverage of the literature does not represent the whole of various relevant sources. Therefore, future studies are advised to combine data from various reputable databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and EBSCO for more comprehensive results.

Abstract

Budaya organisasi adalah sistem nilai, norma, dan perilaku membentuk identitas suatu organisasi dan menjadi pedoman kerja anggotanya. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja aparatur di Pemerintahan Kecamatan Pitu Riawa, serta mengidentifikasi faktor berpengaruh pada budaya organisasi tersebut. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif mencakup populasi dan sampel 38 orang melalui teknik sampling jenuh digunakan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi linier sederhana melalui SPSS versi 26. Hasil membuktikan budaya organisasi (X) dengan nilai 78%, kinerja aparatur (Y) mencapai 80%, dan faktor memengaruhi budaya organisasi 75%, semuanya berkategori "baik." Berdasarkan regresi linier sederhana, hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, sementara hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dengan hasil yang signifikan. Maka, Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi sigifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Pemerintahan Kecamatan Pitu Riawa Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dengan nilai t hitung 2.491 ≥ 1.687 dengan persentase pengaruhnya 81.4%.
