Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of government policies on the discipline of the state civil apparatus at the Village Office in Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 23 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Quantitative data analysis techniques used are frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20.0 for windows program and Likert Scale. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was obtained a recapitulation of the variables of government policy implementation, measured through indicators of the right policy, right implementer, right target, right environment, and right process, 41% included in the "good enough" category. The recapitulation of the discipline variable of the state civil apparatus is measured by indicators of time discipline, regulatory discipline, and responsibility discipline, 33% of which are included in the "less good" category. Based on the results of the processed simple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0 for windows, with the Summary Model obtained a value of 41% in the "good enough" category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penerapan Fungsi Manajemen Terhadap Pengembangan Objek Wisata Laburang Gallang Di Desa Batu Mila Kecamatan Maiwa Kabupaten Enrekang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 1.564 penduduk di Desa Batu Mila Kecamatan Maiwa Kabupaten Enrekang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan hasil 78 orang, diambil berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Tipe penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji vaiditas, analisis regresi sederhana dan pengujian hupotetis, dengan menggunakan bantuan analisis Aplikasi IMB SPSS Statistic 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil olah kuesioner diperoleh rekapitulasi variable Fungsi Manajemen sebesar 61,12 % berada pada kategori “ Baik”. Rekapitulasi variable Pengembangan objek Wisata sebesar 55,13% berada kategori “Kurang Baik”. Dan pengaruh antara Fungsi Manajemen terhadap Pengembangan Objek Wisata dikategorikan “Berpengaruh/Signifikan”, dari uji ANOVA didapat Fhitung yang diperoleh sebesar 3,398 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,069 hal ini menunjukkan pengaruh variable independen berpengaruh signifikan, dan probabilitas jauh diatas 0,05, secara parsial thitung (1.843) > t tabel (1,665) artinya Penerapan Fungsi Manajemen berpengaruh/signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Objek Wisata Laburang Gallang Kecamatan Maiwa Kabupaten Enrekang sebesar 30% berada pada kategori “Tidak Baik”.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Public Service Analysis of the Level of Community Satisfaction in Lagading Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 47 people who received services in November and December in Lagading Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample where the entire population is sampled. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, literature study and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is validity and reliability testing, using the IBM SPSS statistics 26.0 application. The results of this research showed that the Public Service Analysis from the results of the questionnaire obtained a recapitulation of public service variables of 61% in the "good" category, and a recapitulation of public satisfaction level variables of 67% in the "Good" category. Apart from that, the influence between Public Service Analysis and the level of community satisfaction in Lagading Village is categorized as "influential/significant". From the ANOVA test, the F count obtained was 101.683 with a significance level of 0.003. This shows that the influence of the independent variable has a significant effect, and the probability is far above 0.05, partially. The calculated t value (1,084) ≥ t table (1,673) means that the analysis of public services is influential/significant on the level of community satisfaction in Lagading Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of human resource competency on the quality of public services at the Bina Baru Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the quality of public services at the Bina Baru Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population and sample in this research were 52 people who received services in May and June 2023 at the Bina Baru Village Office. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, literature study and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and with the help of the SPSS version 21 application. The research results show that the Human Resources Competency Level at the Bina Baru Village Office is in the "poor" category with a percentage of 58%. The quality of public services at the Bina Baru Village Office is in the "poor" category with a percentage of 60%. The Competency Level of Human Resources on the Quality of Public Services at the Bina Baru Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is in the "Significant/Influential" category. significant, and the probability is far above 0.005, based on the calculated t value > t table or 3,483 ≥ 1,676, then H0 is rejected, meaning that the Competency Level of Human Resources is Significant/Influences the Quality of Public Services at the Bina Baru Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the quality assessment of KTP services provided by the Population and Civil Registry Service of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Using the Slovin formula, a sample of 99 individuals was taken from the study's population of 482 participants. It is a descriptive kind of research. This study employed questionnaires, literature reviews, and observation as data gathering methods. The IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 program is used in conjunction with the data analysis method. 69% of the analysis of public service quality falls into the good category, according to the study's findings. Excellent describes 63% of the KTP service procedure. At the Sidenreng District Population and Civil Registration Service, factors affecting the quality of public services have a good/influential level of 65% in the KTP service. Empathy and tangibles, the KTP service process (printing and issuing KTPs), administration, and updating procedures are some of the factors that affect the quality of KTP services provided by the public sector. Accessibility and human resources are two factors that affect the quality of KTP services. The findings of the quality of public services in the KTP service of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Sidenreng Rappang Regency and the "Impact/Significance" analysis.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the principles of community participation in infrastructure development planning in Sipodeceng Village, Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 3,713 people in Sipodeceng Village, while the sample in this study was 98 people determined using the Slovin formula..This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative research design. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, data quality testing and simple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the SPSS version 16 program. The research results showed that, the research results showed that community participation in infrastructure development planning with 6 indicators (thoughts, energy, thoughts and energy, skills, goods and money). which has an average percentage value of 71%. or can be categorized as "Good". The average percentage value of the influence of community participation on infrastructure development planning with indicators (coordination, synchronization, consistency, participation and resources efficiently, effectively and fairly) is 76% or can be categorized as "Good".

Abstract

This study aims to examine the utilization of information technology on the quality of public services and the factors that influence the utilization of information technology on the quality of public services at the Mario Village Office. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was 37 people. The sampling method used saturated samples. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22.0 for windows. Based on the results of the simple null regression test, the significance value is 0.003 <0.05 and the calculated t value is 3.143> t table 1.689, which means that there is an influence. The use of information technology has an influence of 57,2 % on the quality of public services at the Mario Village Office, while the remaining 42,8 % is influenced by other variables that were not studied. Factors that influence the quality of public services at the Mario Village Office are Social Factors, Affect, Complexity, Task Suitability, Long-Term Consequences, Facilitating Conditions. So, the value of the factors that influence the quality of public services at the Mario Village Office is 80% of the 100% expected results.

Abstract

Background: This activity aims to increase the role of Bumdes Padaidi Sipodeceng through e-commerce information technology based on the Bumdes Sipodeceng Store application in improving the economy of the people of Sipodeceng Village. Contribution: This activity improves the welfare of the people of Sipodeceng Village through e-commerce information technology. Method: The method of this activity includes Socialization of the implementation of activities, Counseling by explaining the e-commerce information technology marketing model (BUMDES Sipodeceng Store), training and mentoring the use of information technology for BUMDES partner groups, carrying out assistance, as well as monitoring and evaluation. Results: Training and mentoring activities based on pre-test and post-test data analysis have positive implications for 3 parameters: knowledge from 42.14 to 89.14%, skills from 35.9% to 90.12%, and motivation from 63.2% to 93 .2%. From these data, an analysis of the effectiveness of these 3 parameters is carried out, the values of which are knowledge at 81%, skills at 85%, and motivation at 79%. These three numbers indicate that community service activities are effective because the value is above 50%. Conclusion: From these activities, it can be concluded that e-commerce information technology at BUMDES Padaidi Sipodeceng is still very much needed to increase the role of BUMDES in community empowerment.

Abstract

Finding out what factors affect employee work professionalism at the Mattiro Deceng sub-district office, Tiroang sub-district, and Pinang district, as well as the impact of that professionalism on the quality of public services are the objectives of this research. A quantitative descriptive technique is employed in this research methodology. The study's sample consisted of 97 individuals from the Mattiro Deceng sub-district. Incidental sampling is the sampling strategy employed. This study included questionnaires, interviews, observation, and literature review as data gathering methods. After that, the data was processed and examined using Likert scales and quantitative descriptive analytic methods supported by descriptive statistics and SPSS. The results of the research show that the work professionalism of employees at the Mattiro Deceng sub-district office is categorized as good.

Abstract

The Slovin formula was the sampling method employed, and 94 participants' data were obtained using a random sampling methodology. This kind of study is descriptive and quantitative. The methods of gathering data include questionnaires, library research, interviews, and observation. Using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22.00 application, validity, reliability, and simple linear regression tests are the data analysis techniques employed. The results of this research show that the accountability of officials at the Village Office is in a good category with percentage results of a) program accountability of 68%, b.) policy accountability of 64%, c) program accountability of 54%, d) legal accountability 63%, with an average percentage of 62%. The quality of public services at the Kondara Village office is in a good category with percentage results of a) direct evidence of 65%, b) reliability of 61%, c) responsiveness of 62%, d) guarantee of 61% e) empathy of 64% with an average percentage of 63 %. The influence of apparatus accountability on the quality of public services is 16.4% while the remaining is 83.6%. Based on the results of SPSS data processing using a simple linear regression formula, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so that apparatus accountability affects public services in Kondara Village, Pakue District, North Kolaka Regency
