Abstract

This study aims to determine the Management Audit of the profit sharing system implemented by PT. Bank Sulselbar Syariah Makassar Branch. The research method used by the author is descriptive analysis and comparative analysis to explain the phenomenon of phenomena that occur at the Bank. This method is carried out to determine the suitability of the system and the reality of management audits of the revenue sharing system, especially mudharabah financing applied by PT. Bank Sulselbar Syariah Makassar Branch. Data in the form of journals and data obtained in the form of writing in the form of a general description of the company, obtained through research that is collecting data with documentation and interviews relating to the problems examined at PT. Bank Sulselbar Syariah Makassar Branch. The results of the study show that the reality of management audits of the profit sharing system, especially mudharabah financing, is in accordance with the procedures implemented by PT. Bank Sulselbar Syariah Makassar Branch.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aimed to analyze and describe the representation of social class in the Snowpiercer (2013) and its benefits to study sociology in senior high school. The type of approach in this research was a qualitative descriptive method with the Snowpiercer (2013) as the data source. The data collection technique used documentation technique. Data analysis was content analysis by applying the Miles and Huberman model. The research results show that the representation of social class was very dominant and played an important role in the plot and narrative of the Snowpiercer (2013), including: a) upper class vs lower class; b) exploitation and oppression; c) resistance and revolution; d) visual symbolism; e) upper class decadence; and f) manipulation of information. Then, the benefits of the Snowpiercer (2013) in studying sociology of senior high school including: visualizing social structure in learning material, visualizing social inequality in learning material, visualizing diversity and identity in learning, and visualizing rebellion and social change in learning.Abstrak.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan representasi kelas sosial dalam Snowpiercer (2013) dan manfaatnya dalam pembelajaran sosiologi di SMA. Jenis pendekatan pada penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif analisis dengan objek Snowpiercer (2013) sebagai sumber datanya. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik dokumentasi. Analisis data adalah analisis isi dengan menerapkan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa representasi kelas sosial sangat dominan dan memainkan peran penting dalam plot dan narasi Snowpiercer (2013) antara lain: a) kelas atas vs kelas bawah; b) eksploitasi dan penindasan; c) perlawanan dan revolusi; d) simbolisme visual; e) dekadensi kelas atas; dan f) manipulasi informasi. Kemudian adapun manfaat Snowpiercer (2013) dalam pembelajaran sosiologi di SMA antara lain: memvisualisasikan struktur sosial dalam materi pembelajaran, memvisualisasikan ketimpangan sosial dalam materi pembelajaran, memvisualisasikan diversitas dan identitas dalam pembelajaran, dan memvisualisasikan pemberontakan dan perubahan sosial dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Readiness is essentially a quality or strength that enables an individual to respond in a certain way. Readiness also plays a significant role in the learning process as it can result in positive outcomes in achieving learning goals and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of learning. The learning outcomes obtained by students may vary, influenced by various factors. One of the significant factors is readiness for learning, as stated by Slameto (2003:59), who suggests that a student's learning success will be optimal if there is readiness within them. This study aims to investigate the Influence of Learning Readiness on Learning Outcomes in Indonesian Language for Grade XI AKL Students at SMK YABRI Integrated Pekanbaru. In this study, there are two variables, namely the Independent Variable (X) Learning Readiness and the Dependent Variable (Y) Learning Outcomes. This research employs a Quantitative Approach. The hypothesis of this study is Ha: there is a significant influence between learning readiness and learning outcomes for Grade XI AKL students at SMK YABRI Integrated Pekanbaru. Data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 71 items with a scale of 1-5, with a score range for the learning readiness instrument of 30-150. The analysis results show that the average score (mean) is 114.7, with a standard deviation of 58.42. These scores indicate that students' readiness for learning tends to be low. As for learning outcomes, the score range is 0-100, with an average score of 70.07 and a standard deviation of 10.064. These scores indicate that students' learning outcomes also tend to be low.

Abstract

Based on an initial survey conducted at the Garuda Health Center regarding the implementation of the Family Planning program, it was found that the number of registered Fertile Age Couples (PUS) was 12,603 people, but only 244 people were actively using Intrauterine Contraceptives (IUD). This study aims to identify factors that influence the use of IUDs in women of childbearing age. The research method used was quantitative analytic observational with case control study design. Sampling was conducted using systematic random sampling technique, with a ratio of 1:1 between cases and controls, each consisting of 148 people. Data were collected through a research questionnaire and analyzed univariately and bivariately. The results showed an association between income (p value 0.028; OR 2.016), husband support (p value 0.033; OR 1.712), and family planning history (p value 0.038; OR 1.057). It is recommended for the Garuda Health Center to be more active in providing health information to increase the knowledge and awareness of married couples about the use of IUDs.Keywords: IUD, Income, Husband's Support, Family Planning History

Abstract

Penulisan bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kreativitas anak usia dini ditinjau dari aspek perkembangan melalui pembelajaran seni tari di Sanggar Mutiara Minang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak usia dini yang berjumlah 19 anak di Sanggar Mutiara Minang. Kreativitas anak dalam penelitian ini menguraikan secara teoritis pengembangan sikap kreatif anak usia dini melalui pendidikan seni tari, berdasarkan teori kreatifitas dan teori pendidikan seni untuk usia dini. Seni tari dalam hal ini berfungsi sebagai media pendidikan untuk menstimulasi aspek perkembangan anak, karena dalam kegiatan berkesenian untuk anak usia dini diperoleh nilai edukatif yang diperlukan dalam proses pertumbuhannya. Pada hakikatnya konsep seni untuk anak berbeda dengan konsep seni untuk orang dewasa, pembelajaran seni tari berperan untuk membentuk perilaku dan kemampuan dasar anak usia dini, dari segi agama, moral, sosial emosional, untuk mengembangkan sikap kreatif, intelektual, bahasa, fisik motorik, kognitif dan estetika anak. Intinya semua aspek perkembangan anak berpengaruh dalam kegiatan menari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penggunaan data adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Data hasil penelitian disajikan dalam bentuk diagram lingkaran dan histogram. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas menari anak usia dini pada pembelajaran di Sanggar Mutiara Minang dalam katagori cukup yaitu dengan nilai rata-rata 74,7. Jika dilihat dari hasil penelitian tersebut aspek perkembangan motorik halus dan aspek perkembangan seni anak dikatagori cukup untuk kreativitas menarik anak usia dini di Sanggar Mutiara Minang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) the application of video-based interactive multimedia learning media assisted by the Wondershare Filmora application in sociology learning at SMA Negeri 10 Gowa, and (2) improving student learning outcomes through video-based interactive multimedia learning media assisted by the Wondershare Filmora application in sociology learning. in senior high school. This research uses Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research objects are Class X students of SMA Negeri 10 Gowa. Data sources in this research are interviews, observations, tests and documentation. The data in this research were analyzed using descriptive quantitative statistical analysis. Based on the research that has been carried out, the results obtained (1) through the application of Wondershare Filmora media can help teachers create interesting, unique and interactive learning media in the classroom learning process. (2) Based on the results of the first cycle and second cycle tests, 35 students were declared to have met the KKM. This research has implications for the application of videobased interactive multimedia learning media, learning in the classroom takes place actively and interactively, students appear more enthusiastic and motivated to pay attention to what is displayed and explained directly by the teacher. This can certainly improve student learning outcomes, especially in Sociology subjects for students at SMA Negeri 10 Gowa.

Abstract

One of the organisms that helps in decomposition of oil palm empty fruit bunches is Oryctes rhinoceros L. larvae. This is because of in the gut of the larvae there are many cellulolytic bacteria and lignoliytic. The process of accelerating the decomposition of oil palm empty fruit bunches into compost can be done by optimizing the work of the bacteria. The aim of this research is to obtain cellulolytic and lignolytic bacteria from larvae O. rhinoceros L.. The research succeeded to isolate 24 isolates of cellulolytic bacteria and lignolytic bacterial isolates from the gut of O. rhinoceros larvae. Based on qualitative test, 9 isolate bacteria produced cellulolytic index above 2. The highest cellulolytic index was generated by ORL19 isolate, while the lignolytic index obtained ORL6 isolate. Based on macroscopic and microscopic identification of bacteria, biochemical and physiological tests, it was found ORL 6 belongs to the genus Bacillus sp. while the ORL 19 belongs to the genus Citrobacter sp..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun Suatu Sistem Monitoring Kualitas Tanah Untuk Tanaman Ubi Kayu Menggunakan Metode Internet Of Thing (IOT). Dalam konteks ini, penggunaan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi para petani dalam mengelola pertanian ubi kayu. Dengan menggunakan IoT, petani dapat secara otomatis mengukur pH tanah secara real-time dan memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk mengoptimalkan kondisi tanah. Hal ini akan membantu para petani dalam membuat keputusan yang tepat dan segera mengatasi masalah jika terjadi perubahan kondisi tanah. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat ditemukan solusi yang praktis dan berguna dalam mengelola pertanian ubi kayu, sehingga hasil yang diperoleh dapat optimal dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of  Organizational culture on organizational change at the Pesisir Bukit Camat Office. Leadership on organizational change at the Pesisir Bukit Camat Office. Abstract

Objective : Stroke is an acute neurological deficit disease caused by brain blood vessel disordes that occur suddenly, damage to brain cells after a stroke causes disability in cognitive, sensory and motor functions .Methods : This research method uses descriptive analytic type with cross sectional study design. Sampling using simple random sampling technique, obtained 59 respondents. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire and analyzed with the chi square test (p>0.05)Results : Bivariate analysis  results showed a self management of patients after stroke (p=0.003), which means less than (α < 0.05).Conclusion : Self-management in post-stroke patients in Dadi District Hospital South Sulawesi Province is not good
