Abstract

The diversity of religion, ethnic, and culture that has been owned by the students of SMP Negeri 1 Lasem impacts the social patterns either in school or outside the school. The interest of social education learning is still not enough. One of social education concepts from NCSS is culture. This is really related to multicultural education. The aims of this research are to know the multicultural values in Lasem society, to analyze the implementation of social education based on multicultural education in SMP Negeri 1 Lasem also to know the supporting and obstacle factor in the implementation of social education based on multicultural education in SMP Negeri 1 Lasem. The research method that is applied is qualitative research. The multicultural values in Lasem Society are humanity values, tolerance value, mutual help value, justice value, and mutual cooperation value. Method that is applied in social education learning based of multicultural values in SMP Negeri 1 Lasem is contribution method. The supporting factors are religion factor, ethnic factor, culture factor, the support from local communities, mutual respect and respecting the others. The obstacle factors here are the relationship between students that sometimes get crashed when discussion happened in class, the characteristic of students which are difference to each other, the motivation to study, the understanding of tolerance in religion and the lack of school properties and also the lack of competence of a social education teacher.

Abstract

The implementation of character education in the formal environment is effective in respond to it the moral crisis, and other social problems. The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of independent character education and integrity in social studies learning. The approach used in this study is qualitative and quantitative approaches. Research data was obtained from school principals, teachers and students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques in this study were carried out with qualitative descriptions. By reviewing the rational relationships experienced by the subject without making up, by analyzing the character of each student in social studies learning. The sampling technique was purposive sampling to select participants based on the ability of informants to provide answers related to the experience studied in accordance with the implementation of characters in social studies learning. The findings show that religious and nationalist characters are new findings in planning learning in Public Junior High Schools in Batang District. However, overall the application of character content is not optimal. It can be seen from the inclusion of the focus of the characters in RPP that it has not been explicitly distributed to students, on the other hand, independent character and integrity can directly grow the modeling process that is imitated during the learning process. This study concluded that social cognitive theory with the modeling process has a good impact on the character of a student because it can foster examples of good characters for other students.

Abstract

The interaction among Javanese, Arabic and Chinese students at SMP Negeri 2 Pekalongan requires the role of family and school in creating a harmonious atmosphere amid social media hoax information. This study aims to analyze the role of social media, family, and school in building Indonesian values. This research was conducted qualitatively with a phenomenology approach. Research data sources were students, parents, curriculum representatives, and social studies teachers. The technique of collecting data was through interviews, observations, and study documents that tested their validity through source triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that social media was used by students to add insight into Indonesian cultures, such as learning traditions from other regions so that they can appreciate differences. Parents took a role in building Indonesian values ​​through application in daily life, such as teaching the children to respect and tolerate people from other ethnicities or religions; for instance, respecting their neighbors from other religions to carry out their worship. School took a role in building the Indonesian value of children through school programs such as program smile, greet, salutation, polite and courteous. This program requires the students to be friendly and polite to anyone in the school environment.

Abstract

Internalization of character education strengthening is very necessary to overcome the moral degradation that is occurring in the present. Brawl, drugs, low respect for young people, and lifestyle changes that lead to unhealthy behavior. This study aims to analyze the implementation of scout extracurricular activities in schools, efforts to internalize character values, and their implications for student behavior, through scout extracurricular activities. This study uses qualitative methods, with a case study approach. The subject is Kamabigus, four coaches, three subject teachers, and 30 students. Data collection techniques are participatory observation, structure, and in-depth interviews and documentation. Test validity using sources and triangulation techniques. Data analysis uses interactive analysis through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of scouting education in Curriculum 2013 included three activities, namely block, actualization, and regular. Internalization of character education strengthening is carried out through intervention, for example, habituation, mentoring, and involvement of other parties. Internalization of character education strengthening is pursued through internal programs and external programs. Internalization of character values carried out continuously that will be habituation for students. The implication is, there is a positive change in behavior, especially in the character of independence, and cooperation in every activity carried out. Crystallization of the nature of autonomy and collaboration will be beneficial for students when plunging into community life.

Abstract

Nowadays, character education is required to educate learners so they will be excellent individuals.Many schools take various ways to apply strategies to succeed in character education programs.Besides nurturing the characters at home, done by parents, the educational institution also plays agreat role to develop children's characters. This research used a qualitative approach. The data werecollected through in-depth interview, observation, and documentary study. The data analysis useddata reduction, display, and conclusion. The findings consisted of 1) the Islamic school characterbuildingstrategies in Dempet applied Islamic habituations. They were such as reading AsmaulHusna and reciting Al-Qur'an together in the morning before getting into the class and starting thelearning; 2) the implementation of character educational empowerment was done through Islamiccultures in Dempet district. It could be done by providing memorization tasks of Al-Qur'an verses.Every class should have different memorization level and should apply extracurricular to educate thelearners to have excellent characters, and 3) the engaged hindrances during its implementation werelacks of parents' controls. Thus, the learners tended to have bad personalities while being at schoolor home.

Abstract

Batik Ponorogo sendiri sudah berkembang sejak kerajaan Islam di Indonesia. Industri yang pertama berkembang di Ponorogo bermula dari pengusaha Tionghoa bernama Kwee Seng (Wi Sing) dari Banyumas. Dengan adanya industri batik masyarakat mulai mengembangkan usaha batik hingga batik Ponorogo mengalami masa kejayaan di tahun 1960-an. Batik Ponorogo saat itu terkenal dengan batik cap biru yang dijual dengan harga murah. Tahun 1980-an batik Ponorogo mulai mengalami kemunduran salah satu penyebabnya adalah kemunculan batik printing. Setelah kemunduran produksi, industri batik yang berkembang hanya industri rumahan (home industry). Industrinya pun hanya berjumlah dua pengusaha saat itu. Tahun 2000-an merupakan awal industri batik Ponorogo mulai berkembang sebab mulai muncul pengusaha-pengusaha batik baru. Jumlahnya sebanyak lima pengusaha baru yang muncul dengan membawa model-model baru dalam perbatikan Ponorogo seperti adanya batik kontemporer, batik printing dan batik lukis. Faktor yang menghambat seperti kurangnya sumbar daya manusia, modal, bahan baku dan pemasaran produk. Faktor pendorong industri batik Ponorogo seperti teknologi yang digunakan, produk yang dihasilkan dan peran pemerintah dalam mendukung perkembangan industri batik Ponorogo.

Abstract

Javanese poetry (geguritan) learning still does not get maximum attention because there are no (geguritan) books that are integrated with local wisdom values. This research is to integrate Javanese poetry (geguritan) with the value of local wisdom contained in the enrichment book. This study aims to develop an enrichment book for writing Javanese poetry (geguritan) containing the value of local wisdom; produce a valid enrichment book; test the acceptance of the enrichment book and test the effectiveness of learning to write geguritan using the developed enrichment book. This research uses the model of Research and Development (R and D)The results showed that The results showed that enrichment book was valid with a score of 3.10was valid with a score of 3.10; the acceptance test of this enrichment book is 77.56% and the learning effectiveness test using this enrichment book is effective with an average value of 87.63. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the geguritan writing enrichment book is effective to be applied in elementary schools and is able to improve the quality of learning

Abstract

Democratic character values formation is a way to foster a sense of tolerance and respect for diversity. The purpose of the study was to determine the formation of democratic character values in schools with military backgrounds. The study was conducted at SMA Taruna Nusantara Magelang, using qualitative research methods. The data was obtained through interviews and filling out questions using google form. The results of the study indicate that democratic values are formed through the process of education, parenting, training, and are integrated in daily life supported by a special school system and curriculum. Taruna Nusantara High School students conduct the organization like an election in which each candidate for chairman and section candidates makes speeches and campaigns to get support from friends through a dialogical campaign, students are given the freedom to make posters and give speeches in order to seek support. This research is useful for the Ministry Defense of the Republic Indonesia to implement democratic character education evenly.

Abstract

BUMDes is a business entity owned by the village, where the whole or part of the capital is owned by the village through inclusion in a way originating directly from the village's resources. The development of BUMDes aims to strengthen the village's economic institutions and serve as a tool for utilizing the local economy, leveraging various potential types that exist within the village. Sumberejo Village is one of the villages in the Gedangan District, Malang Regency. The methods employed include survey methods, mentoring, and training, observing the village's potential as a creative business unit within society. The training model for BUMDes is designed by combining in-class and outdoor methods, tailored to the participants' needs, providing direct interaction opportunities for participants and BUMDes activists. The target audience for this Community Partnership Program includes BUMDes administrators/organizers and the Sumberejo Village government apparatus in the Sumberejo Subdistrict, Malang Regency. The objectives of this program are to enhance the administrators' abilities in: 1) understanding the method to map the village's asset and develop strategies for achieving village independence, 2) comprehending the method to initiate, determine the type of business, and develop BUMDes as a village-owned business institution, and 3) designing a development strategy for BUMDes to enhance the Village's Original Income. This activity is expected to contribute to the public economic empowerment by adopting BUMDes and providing solutions that can address partner problems effectively.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tindakan Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) dan Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) dengan Teknik Double Puncture pada Kasus Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). Pada umumnya tindakan PCI yang ada di RS Santo Borromeus menggunakan satu akses saja yaitu arteri radialis atau arteri femoralis saja. Pada kasus CAD, RCA Chronic Total Occlusion (CTO) pada pasien ini, karena visualisasi distalnya RCA tidak terlihat, dengan alasan pertimbangan itu maka dokter memutuskan menggunakan teknik double puncture yaitu dari arteri radial dan femoral disertai dengan modalitas Intravascular  Ultrasound (IVUS) agar proses pemeriksaan berjalan lebih maksimal dan hasil akhir dari tindakan yang optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat dan menambah bagaimana tindakan Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) dan Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) dengan Teknik Double Puncture pada kasus Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). Menambah pengetahuan bagi radiografer apa peranannya di ruang tindakan kateterisasi jantung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subyek penelitian adalah 1 orang radiografer dan 1 orang dokter spesialis jantung intervensi. Lokasi penelitian di Ruang Kateterisasi Jantung RS Santo Borromeus Bandung. Dari hasil penelitian tindakan Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) dan Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) dengan Teknik Double Puncture pada kasus Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) di Ruang Kateterisasi Jantung RS Santo Borromeus Bandung sudah sesuai dengan teori, journal dan literatur serta Pedoman Laboratorium Katererisasi Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah. Proyeksi yang digunakan untuk tindakan PCI pada kasus ini yaitu untuk Kanulasi pembuluh darah RCA adalah LAO 40°, setelah masuk di osteal baru diambil penggambilan gambar dengan proyeksi LAO 40° Cranial 10-15°, Frontal Cranial 30°, lalu tambahan RAO 30°.  Beberapa tugas dan peranan radiografer dalam tindakan PCI adalah  pada dasarnya tidak  ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara tugas yang dilakukan Radiografer dalam SKKNI dan di lapangan.
