Abstract

Teknologi komputer yang berkembang pesat saat ini merupakan satu produk yang wajib dikuasai dalam pekerjaan manusia. Aplikasi perangkat lunak perkantoran yang digunakan sehari-hari seperti mengetik, menghitung dan membuat materi presentasi yang merupakan jenis pekerjaan kognitif yang merupakan perangkat lunak dasar yang harus dikuasai oleh operator komputer. Berbagai studi yang berbeda memberikan hasil yang berbeda tentang pengaruh pengetahuan yang ada sebelumnya dalam proses pembelajaran produk baru sehingga diperlukan analisis karakteristik perangkat lunak aplikasi perkantoran terkait pengetahuan sebelumnya.  Analisis pengetahuan sebelumnya dilakukan melalui penilaian performansi (perhitungan waktu penyelesaian tugas) selama proses pembelajaran sehingga diketahui pengaruh pengetahuan sebelumnya dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan sebelumnya secara umum berpengaruh positif dalam proses pembelajaran perangkat lunak fungsi perkantoran. Perangkat lunak untuk pekerjaan perkantoran memiliki karakter yang berbeda dengan produk lain karena terpengaruh oleh pengetahuan sebelumnya dan lebih mudah dipelajari secara otodidak Kata Kunci: proses pembelajaran, perangkat lunak aplikasi perkantoran, pengetahuan sebelumnya, karakteristik produk.   Abstract   Computer techology which rapidly in this time represent one product which is obliged to be mastered in human being work. Office software application which use for typing, counting, and making presentation items representing elementary software which must be mastered by computer operator. Various different study give the different result about existing knowledge influence previously in course of new product study that needed by analysis of related office application software characteristic of previous knowledge. Previously knowledge analyse is done by passing assessment performance (time calculation of solving duty) during study process that known as the prevous knowledge influence in course of study. The result of research indicate that the previous knowledge in general has an effect on psitive in course of office function software study. Abstract

Perairan Morosari yang terletak di Kecamatan Sayung, Kabupaten Demak merupakan tempat terjadinya percampuran antara air darat dan air laut. Disekitar perairan Morosari terdapat pemukiman penduduk, industri wisata dan aktifitas nelayan. Aktivitas masyarakat dan wisatawan tersebut akan menimbulkan perubahan yang mengarah pada peningkatan pencemaran yang berimbas kepada keberadaan fitoplankton. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui komposisi, kelimpahan, distribusi, struktur komunitas dan indeks saprobitas fitoplankton di perairan Morosari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksploratif dan penentuan lokasi menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini terbagi atas 3 sub-area di 3 area yang berbeda. Pengambilan sampel zooplankton dengan cara aktif dengan menarik planktonet secara horizontal. Hasil penelitian diperoleh 24 genera fitoplankton dari 3 kelas di perairan Morosari. Kelimpahan fitoplankton bervariasi antara 12.556 – 19.108 individu/m3. Distribusi fitoplankton tidak merata dan cenderung mengikuti arah arus. Indeks keanekaragaman menunjukkan nilai 1,70–2,25 yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Indeks keseragaman fitoplankton menunjukkan nilai 0,71–0,81 yang termasuk dalam kategori Tinggi. Indeks dominansi di perairan Morosari berkisar antara 0,18–0,29 dan termasuk ke dalam kriteria tidak ada jenis yang mendominasi. Indeks Saprobik menunjukkan nilai 0,6–1,3 yang termasuk dalam kategori β–Mesosaprobik. Morosari waters located in District Sayung, Demak Regency is waters area there is a mixture of land and sea water. Surrounding the Morosari waters there are residential, tourist industry and fishing activities. These activities will be affected changes that lead to increased pollution that affects the presence of phytoplankton. The purpose of this research was to know the composition, abundance, distribution, community structure and saprobity index of phytoplankton in Morosari waters, Sayung Subdistrict, Demak District. This research used deskriptive eksplorative method and determination location used purposive sampling method. The results obtained 24 genera phytoplankton of 3 classes. The abundance of phytoplankton ranges from 12.556-19.108 individu/m3. The distribution of phytoplankton is uneven and tends to follow the current direction. The phytoplankton Diversity Index indicated the values of 1,70–2,25 which were in the medium category. The phytoplankton evenness index indicated a value of 0,71 to 0,81 belonged to the High category. The dominance index in Morosari waters indicated no particular genus dominating with the values of 0,18-0,29. The Saprobik Index indicated the values of 0,6–1,3 which were into the category β –Mesosaprobic.

Abstract

Police at this time not only have the duty as a “crime hunter” and “law enforcement”, but they are required to act as a “problem solving oriented team, maintaining order officers, public servant, public observer and chief executive officer” who are solid in pluralism and social problems in the community. That is part of the efforts to change the old culture of police officers and build civilian character of police. Building a new culture can be started by setting up Police Academy officer with civilian character. Departing from the strategic issues, empirical research on the Police Academy Tarun and devices that contribute to the development of civilian police as the educational system , training and care at the Police Academy are required.Problems discussed in this research are: (1) How far the Police Academy Taruna has an understanding on civilian police? (2) how much education / teaching contributed to the development of civilian police? (3) How much training gave effect on the development of civilian police? (4) how parenting affects the development of the civilian police? The purpose of this study are: (1) Knowing the understanding of the Police Academy Taruna on Civilian Police; (2) Knowing that education / teaching contributed to the development of civilian police, (3) Knowing that training influence on the development of civilian police, (4) Knowing that parenting influence the development of civilian police.This study uses a quantitative approach. Target of the research is the Police Academy Taruna level II and III. Samples of the research is conducted by using stratified proportional random sampling. The independent variablecomprised three variables, namely Education / Teaching, training, and parenting. Dependent variable is the Civilian Police. The data collection wa done by using a questionnaire, collecting the relevant documents and interviews. Data were analyzed with regression techniques. Results showed that education / teaching, training and parenting together contribute positively to the development of the Civilian Police with significance level 0.05 with F = 23.916 count is greater than the F table = 3.943. It can be concluded that the education / teaching, training and parenting give a positive contribution to the process of building a civilian character to Police Academy Taruna. Based on the results of these studies, it is suggested that in order to support the development of civilian police to the Police Academy Taruna in Indonesia, it is required a process of education / teaching, training and nurturing that consistently have to really put forward the principles that form a picture of civilian police, so that in the future, these three things can be a guidance / reference in creating the Police Academy Tarun with police civilian character.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat hasil gagasan bersama antara dosen program studi manajemen dan pengurus IGTA/IGRA, HIMPAUDI se-kabupaten Nganjuk ini dilatar belakangi semakin resahnya kepala sekolah karena persaingan antar sekolah yang semakin ketat. Masalah dalam mengelola sekolah, memperbaiki kualitas sesuai standar nasional pendidikan, rendahnya tingkat kesejahteraan guru dan bagaimana mendapatkan sumber pendapatan selain SPP (sumbangan pembinaan pendidikan), memerlukan penambahan wawasan, pembinaan dan pendampingan. Tujuan dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah (1) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan, kesadaran serta memotivasi guru TK/RA dan PAUD, khususnya kepala sekolah sehingga mempunyai mindset yang kuat terdapat profesi wirausaha dan karakter wirausaha yang harus melekat kuat dalam profesinya sebagai kepala sekolah atau guru; (2) menjiwai dan melaksanakan profesinya dengan karakter-karakter unggul wirausaha; (3) mampu melaksanakan tugas fungsi pokok kepala sekolah/madrasah mengacu sesuai standart pengelolaan sekolah, meliputi perencanaan program, pelaksanaan rencana kerja, pengawasan dan evaluasi, kepemimpinan sekolah, (5) sistem informasi sekolah; dan yang terakhir adalah mampu mengaplikasikan bussines plan, ilmu manajemen pemasaran dan beberapa strategi pemasaran dalam rangka menciptakan keunggulan bersaing.Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan pengabdian masyarakat kali ini, maka kami harus mempunyai metode yang tepat untuk kegiatan ini. Beberapa metode yang kami pilih untuk menjawab tujuan pengabdian ini antara lain dengan bimbingan teknis, sosialisasi dan workshop yang didalamnya terdapat kegiatan seminar motivasi, kegiatan praktek langsung membuat rencana bisnis, merancang strategi pemasaran, dan rencana lanjutan pendampingan kepala sekolah dan kelompok usaha yang dibentuk.Dari hasil kegiatan yang telah dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa: (1) Meningkatkan kesadaran, motivasi dan mampu merubah mindset peserta menjadi wirausaha. Sebelumnya mereka hanya berpikir dan bertanya bagaimanamemajukan sekolah jika tidak memiliki dana yang besar, pesimisme yang tinggi terhadap keadaan sekolah yang terus menghadapi persaingan ketat dan terlalu mengandalkan bantuan pemerintah untuk melakukan kegiatan. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini, semangat dan mindset mereka mengalami perubahan yang signifikan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan rancangan kegiatan yang dituangkan dalam proposal bisnis mereka saat presentasi. Suara, senyum dan gesture mereka menunjukkan ekspresi orang yang sedang bersemangat menyongsong harapan baru. (2) Meningkatnya ilmu pengetahuan mereka tentang marketing untuk jasa pendidikan. Mereka mengenali karakteristik bidang usahanya yaitu jasa pendidikan. Pemasaran dan strateginya tentu saja berbeda antara produk berupa barang dan jasa. Hal ini benar-benar memberikan pencerahan dan menambah wawasan dan keilmuan mereka. Banyaknya peserta yang bertanya, berlanjut dalam diskusi informal saat istirahat dan tidak ada yang beranjak dari tempat duduk merupakan bukti bahwa materi yang diberikan sangat diminati dan dibutuhkan oleh peserta. (3) Perbaikan soft skill dan hard skill mitra dalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi pemasaran, pengelolaan usaha, manajerial dan yang lebih penting dari itu adalah berubahnya mindset mereka tentang keingingan untuk menjadi pemimpin yang berjiwa entrepreneur. Keyakinan tercermin dari ide bisnis yang mereka tuangkan dan semangat mereka untuk mendapatkan pendapatan sampingan untuk meraih kesejahteraan, yang mana sebelumnya mereka hanya mengandalkan gaji sangat kecil dari sekolah.

Abstract

Abstrak: Peserta didik saat ini merupakan generasi Z dan Alfa yang memiliki karakteristik sebagai digital native, dimana kehidupan mereka sangat lekat dengan teknologi digital, terutama device android. Saat ini pun sedang terjadi situasi pandemi covid-19 yang menuntut agar pembelajaran dilakukan secara jarak jauh. Berdasarkan hal ini, dibutuhkan media pembelajaran berbasis android dan diharapkan guru dapat mengembangkannya. Akan tetapi, pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis android terkenal susah karena guru harus memahami ilmu coding yang rumit terlebih dahulu. Melihat realitas tersebut, dilakukan pelatihan nasional kepada guru senusantara untuk mengembangkan mobile learning application berbasis android yang akan digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Pelatihan dilakukan secara virtual melalui live stremaing YouTube serta bimbingan intensif oleh instruktur di kelas pada Google Classroom selama satu bulan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan para peserta mampu mengembangkan mobile learning application berbasis android tanpa coding untuk mata pelajaran yang diampunya, kemudian menggunakannya sebagai tool dalam melaksanakan remote learning di situasi pandemi covid-19. Hasil diskusi bersama peserta pelatihan, peserta didik mereka merasa tertarik dan antusias dalam menggunakan mobile learning application yang telah dikembangkan oleh guru.Abstract: Students are currently generation Z and Alfa who have the characteristics of being digital native, where their lives are very closely related to digital technology, especially Android devices. Currently there is also a Covid-19 pandemic situation which demands that learning be carried out remotely. Based on this, android-based learning media is needed and it is hoped that teachers can develop it. However, making Android-based learning media is notoriously difficult because teachers must first understand complex coding. Seeing this reality, a national training was conducted for Indonesian teachers to develop an Android-based mobile learning application that will be used as a learning medium. The training is conducted virtually through YouTube live stremaing as well as intensive guidance by instructors in classes at Google Classroom for one month. The results of this dedication show that the participants are able to develop an Android-based mobile learning application without coding for the subjects they are teaching, then use it as a tool in implementing remote learning in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Abstract

Latar belakang penulisan didasarkan fenomena dimasyarakat saat ini yang terpolarisasi menjadi kelompok-kelompok dan semakin sulit disatukan. Ada sebagian masyarakat yang berkeinginan merubah dasar negara Indonesia yang bertentangan dengan prinsip keragaman dan sifat toleran terhadap agama, suku, dan budaya yang ada selama ini. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mencermati latar belakang masing-masing sekolah tingkat Sekolah Dasar (SD), dan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) di Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Populasi penelitian ini adalah SD & MI negeri maupun swasta yang ada di wilayah DIY.  Penelitian ini tergolong dalam penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, data statistik diperoleh berdasarkan jumlah penduduk, jumlah penganut agama, serta penyelenggaraan sekolah yang ada di lima (5) kabupaten kota, yang terdiri dari kabupaten Sleman, kabupaten Bantul, kabupaten Gunungkidul, kabupaten Kulonprogo, dan kabupaten kota Yogyakarta. Data yang diperoleh disusun dalam bentuk tabulasi, dan dianalisis berdasarkan prosentase. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penyampaian data jumlah sekolah sesuai afiliasinya yang ada di propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Manfaat penelitian ini bisa sebagai masukan pembuatan kebijakan perundang-undangan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) penyelenggaraan pendidikan khususnya sekolah formal bagi pembukaan sekolah baru. Keberadaan sekolah umum dan sekolah yang berafiliasi organisasi sosial keagamaan perlu ditata kembali. Proporsinya harus tepat agar tidak muncul arogansi akibat dominasi kuantitatif dari jumlah sekolah dan anggotanya. Abstract: The background of writing is based on phenomena in today's society which are polarized into groups and are increasingly difficult to unite. There are some people who want to change the basis of the Indonesian state which is contrary to the principles of diversity and tolerance towards religions, ethnicities and cultures that have existed so far. The purpose of this paper is to examine the background of each elementary school level and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). The population of this research is public and private SD & MI in DIY. This research is classified as a quantitative descriptive study, statistical data is obtained based on the population, number of religious followers, and school administration in five (5) city districts, which consist of Sleman, Bantul, Gunungkidul, Kulonprogo, and city districts. Yogyakarta. The data obtained were arranged in tabulated form and analyzed based on the percentage. The result of this research is the submission of data on the number of schools according to their affiliations in the province of Yogyakarta Special Region. The benefit of this research is that it can be used as input for policy making in the legislation of the House of Representatives for the implementation of education, especially formal schools for the opening of new schools. The existence of public schools and schools affiliated with socio-religious organizations needs to be reorganized. The proportion must be correct so that arrogance does not appear due to the quantitative domination of the number of schools and their members.Key words: religious education; insight into diversity; soul of tolerance.

Abstract

Loyalitas siswa sangat diperlukan untuk mempertahankan reputasi suatu sekolah sehingga penting bagi sekolah untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan, citra sekolah dan kepuasan siswa terhadap loyalitas siswa yang ada di SMK Islam Sudirman 2 Ambarawa baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan siswa sebesar 0,162%, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung citra sekolah terhadap kepuasan siswa sebesar 0,22%, (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas siswa sebesar 0,82%, (4) terdapat pengaruh langsung citra sekolah terhadap loyalitas siswa sebesar 0,54%, (5) terdapat pengaruh kepuasan siswa terhadap loyalitas siswa sebesar 0,79%, (6) tidak terdapat pengaruh secara tidak langsung kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas siswa melalui kepuasan siswa dikarenakan hasil direct effect>indirect effect yaitu 0,387>0,1196 dan, (7) tidak terdapat pengaruh secara tidak langsung citra sekolah terhadap loyalitas siswa melalui kepuasan siswa dikarenakan hasil direct effect>indirect effect yaitu 0,265>0,22. Semakin tinggi kualitas layanan dan citra sekolah yang diberikan maka kuasan yang dirasakan juga akan tinggi dan membentuk loyalitas yang tinggi.

Abstract

In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of students and achievements in both academic and non-academic fields. This happens allegedly because the agency has made management changes by applying TQM. The purpose of this research was to investigate: 1) application of TQM, 2) quality of school service. This research used descriptive qualitative research approach. This research was conducted in MA Raudlatul Ulum Guyangan Pati. The subject of research as a responsible source was the head of the madrasah. While the research informants were teachers, students, guardians, board members and madrasah committee. Data collection techniques are participant observation, interview, and documentation. The validity checks of the research data were obtained by triangulation of sources and methods. While data analysis techniques used interactive model analysis that includes: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research can be summarized as follows: (1) Quality management system when viewed from TQM elements which include: (a) focus on the customer; (b) improvement on quality; (c) teamwork cooperation; have implemented quality management. (2) Improving the quality of school services is made by drawing up a strategic plan embodied in a development plan that contains the vision, mission and objectives and strategic programs of the school as well as the clear division of tasks. Learners are well served to start the learning process in the classroom or outside the classroom. For instance, by praying dhuha prayer, five-time prayers, and extracurricular activities. Thus the quality of the madrasah service is satisfactory.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti konkrit tentang pengaruh pola asuh orang tua, lingkungan masyarakat dan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian studi hipotesis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas tinggi Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Bandungan tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 1.829. Dengan rentang toleransi kekeliruan 5%, diperoleh ukuran sampel 328. Teknik sampling menggunakan single stage cluster random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik observasi, kuesioner dan dokumenter. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola pola asuh orang tua memberikan pengaruh langsung secara signifikan sebesar 51% terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Lingkungan masyarakat memberikan pengaruh langsung sebesar 14% terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan kedisiplinan belajar memberikan pengaruh langsung secara signifikan sebesar 47,7% terhadap hasil belajar siswa. The purpose of this study is to obtain concrete evidence about the influence of parenting parenting, the community environment and the discipline of learning on learning outcomes. This research uses quantitative approach with hypotesis study research design. The population of this research is high school student of Bandungan sub-district of year 2016/2017 which amounted to 1,829. With a fault tolerance range of 5%, obtained sample size 328. Sampling technique using single stage cluster random sampling. Techniques of data collection using observation techniques, questionnaires and documentaries. Data analysis techniques used descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results showed that parenting patterns give a direct influence significantly by 51% of student learning outcomes. Community environment gives a direct effect of 14% on student learning outcomes and discipline of learning gives a direct influence significantly as much as 47.7% of student learning outcomes.

This research begins with anxiety about the learning process in schools that use conventional and teacher-centered models, which affect the achievement of student learning outcomes. With the 2013 curriculum it is clear that the learning process must be more active with a scientific approach and learner-centered. This is what then makes the author conduct research at the Semarang 01 PGRI Vocational School to find out the PAI learning process with a scientific approach. This study aims to analyze; (1) Management of the factual model of PAI learning, (2) Management of hypothetical models of PAI learning model management with scientific approaches, (3) Finding appropriate PAI learning model management with a scientific approach. This research was designed in the form of Research and development (R & D). Data collection methods used are observation, interview, and documentation. While to analyze the data used an analysis with a phenomenological approach that departs from specific facts or phenomena that occur in the field and then drawn conclusions. The results show that: (1) the learning process still uses conventional learning models and is teacher-centered. (2) development of learning models based on scientific approaches. (3) an appropriate learning model is right to be used as a PAI learning model based on a scientific approach.
