Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki wilayah rawan bencana alam  yang disebabkan oleh beberapa hal antara lain  banjir, tanah longsor, tsunami, gempa bumi, dan  erupsi gunung api. Diantara bencana alam yang terjadi sering membawa korban manusia antara lain adalah bencana alam karena erupsi gunung api. Erupsi gunung api yang terjadi dapat menghasilkan sejumlah bencana, seperti lava pijar, lahar, jatuhnya piroklastik dan awan panas. Apabila terjadi erupsi gunung api , maka akan menimbulkan bencana bagi warga masyarakat sekitarnya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan mitigasi bencana sebagai salah satu upaya untuk mengurangi dampak bencana erupsi gunung api. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut perlu dilakukan penelitian sebaran aliran lava untuk pembuatan peta mitigasi bencana berbasis penginderaan jauh dan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan kajian terhadap prediksi sebaran aliran lava dan kajian pembuatan peta mitigasi aliran lava di wilayah Gunung Slamet. Analisis sebaran aliran lava dibuat dengan menggunakan data DEM TerraSAR dan  citra satelit Sentinel 2-A yang akan digunakan untuk mengetahui klasifikasi tutupan lahan di lokasi penelitian. Selanjutnya data model permukaan digital dan data klasifikasi lahan diproses overlay untuk mendapatkan prediksi area lahan yang terkena dampat aliran lava. Dari analisis sebaran aliran lava dapat diketahui prediksi aliran lava dan dampak aliran lava di lokasi penelitian. Kemudian dapat ditentukan tingkat kerentanan dan luas area yang terdampak. Berdasarkan data dan analisis yang dilakukan, kemudian dapat dilakukan pembuatan peta mitigasi bencana aliran lava Gunung Slamet.

Abstract

Technological developments in this modern era require changes in educational approaches to ensure that students have skills that are relevant to the needs of industry, especially electric vehicles. The research aims to develop an industrial integrated electric vehicle learning tool and test its feasibility. This research design adopts Richey and Klein's research and development (R&D) stages with development and internal validation stages. The research objects were carried out at four vocational schools in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and the Automotive Jogjakarta Center (OJC) with research subjects being teachers, experts and industrial practitioners. The resulting research is the competency aspects needed by the electric vehicle industry and the design of electric vehicle learning aids/Electric Vehicle Learning Simulator (EVLIS) that are feasible and ready to be made into product prototypes. EVLIS can help improve the attitude competency, knowledge and skills of electric vehicle technology for vocational school students. Not only that, the development of EVLIS involving the electric vehicle industry can strengthen collaboration/partnership between the industrial world and vocational schools. Abstract

Kegiatan IP4T adalah kegiatan pendataan penguasaan, pemilikan, penggunaan dan pemanfaatan tanah yang dilaksanakan oleh Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN). Salah satu sasaran dari kegiatan IP4T ini adalah terciptanya peta desa/kelurahan lengkap. Di samping itu, sebagai salah satu tugas bagi Kementerian ATR/BPN yaitu melaksanakan identifikasi dan Inventarisasi Penguasaan, Pemilikan, Penggunaan dan Pemanfaatan Tanah (IP4T) sebanyak 10 juta hektar, kegiatan IP4T harus melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat mengingat keterbatasan sumber daya manusia di Kantor Pertanahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tahapan pelaksanaan pemetaan tematik penguasaan, pemilikan, penggunaan dan pemanfaatan tanah di Kelurahan Labuhan Ratu, Kecamatan Labuhan Ratu, Kota Bandar Lampung dan menyediakan basis data spasial dan tekstual penguasaan, pemilikan, penggunaan dan pemanfaatan tanah di Kelurahan Labuhan Ratu, Kecamatan Labuhan Ratu, Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi lapang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pelaksanaan kegiatan IP4T yang dimulai dari; 1) Tahapan persiapan; 2) Tahapan pelaksanaan dan 3) Tahapan kontrol kualitas serta monitoring evaluasi. Dalam penelitian ini juga menghasilkan basis data pemilikan, penguasaan, penggunaan dan pemanfaatan tanah yang juga termuat dalam peta tematik kegiatan IP4T. Kata kunci: pemetaan, IP4T, tematik, inventarisasi, partisipasi

Abstract

This study aims to utilize the multidimensional concept of green perceived value (GPV) and injunctive norms in relation to the intention to buy environmentally friendly products. This research utilized 105 questionnaires to investigate the correlation between GPV, injunctive norms, attitudes toward purchasing, and purchase intention by focusing on four components of GPV: functional value, conditional value, social value, and emotional value. Structural equation models were employed to assess the connections among the seven components. This study adds to the existing literature by exploring the nuanced relationship between green perceived value (GPV), injunctive norms, attitudes toward purchasing, and intention to buy environmentally friendly products. By focusing on four dimensions of GPV - functional value, conditional value, social value, and emotional value - the research sheds light on how these components influence consumer behavior. Using structural equation models and analysis of 105 questionnaires, the study reveals that functional and emotional values significantly impact purchase intention via attitudes toward purchasing. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of consumer behavior and provide insights for promoting and developing eco-friendly products. This study aims to enhance comprehension of consumer behavior and the development of intentions to buy eco-friendly products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Return On Equity (ROE) on stock prices in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The population used in this study were Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period as many as 83 companies with sampling using the purposive sampling method and 26 companies were selected as samples in the study. The analytical method in this research uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Earning Per Share (EPS) has a positive effect on stock prices, this is evidenced by the t count value of 10.849 and t table of 1.982 with a significance value of 0.000 where the t count t table and sig value 0.05. The Price Earning Ratio (PER) variable has a positive effect on stock prices, this is evidenced by the t count value of 3.781 and t table of 1.982 with a significance value of 0.000 where the t count t table and sig value 0.05. The variable Return On Equity (ROE) has a negative effect on stock prices, this is evidenced by the t count value of -8.882 and t table of 1.982 with a significance value of 0.000 where the t count t table and sig value 0.05. Simultaneously the variables Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Return On Equity (ROE) have a positive effect on stock prices as evidenced by the f value of 54.224 and f table of 2.69 with a significance value of 0.000 where the t value is calculated t table and sig value 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether or not there is a difference between before and after mergers and acquisitions in the profitability of companies that carried out mergers and acquisitions in 2018 which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study were companies that carried out mergers and acquisitions in 2018 with a total of 74 companies taking samples using the purposive sampling method and 8 companies were selected as samples in the study. The sample which consists of 8 companies are companies that carried out mergers and acquisitions in 2018 which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used in this study is to use a paired sample t test with the calculation of profitability using the ratio of ROE and NPM. The paired sample t test is a testing technique to be able to find out about the difference between before and after being given treatment on a variable. The results of this study indicate that there is no difference in the profitability of companies listed on the IDX that carried out mergers and acquisitions in 2018. This is shown by using the paired sample t test to obtain an ROE ratio value with a tcount of 1,617 with a significance of 0.127, from the results it can be seen that the significance value is greater than 0.05. Meanwhile, if seen using the NPM ratio value, the t-count value is -0.555 with a significance of 0.587, from these results it can also be seen that the significance value is greater than 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is no difference in company profitability as measured by the ROE ratio and NPM ratio for companies that carried out mergers and acquisitions in 2018 which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence Return on Assets, Return On Equity, and Current Ratio in coal sector mining companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), both partially and simultaneously on stock prices. This research uses quantitative methods. Using multiple linear regression analysis. The data in this research uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample was taken using a purposive sampling method, and a sample size of 12 companies from 19 companies was obtained. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear analysis. The results of the F test show that Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Current Ratio have a positive and significant influence on stock prices and the results of the T test show that partially Return On Assets have a positive and significant influence on stock prices, Return On Equity has a positive and significant influence on stock prices, and the Current Ratio have a positive and significant influence on stock prices, the coefficient of determination (R^2) is 0.527, which means the independent variable is able to explain the dependent variable by 52.7% while the rest is explained by other variables not included in this research.Keywords: Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR, and Stock Price

Abstract

The large number of MSMEs in Indonesia means that micro and medium scale businesses drive 60.51% of the economy, although it is not uncommon to find MSMEs who end up going out of business due to lack of financial management of their businesses. The conditions that occur in MSMEs in Indonesia are the focus of the problem in this research. Therefore, this research aims to examine and discuss the influence that the level of financial literacy and self-efficacy has on an individual's financial behavior. Along with the use of the purposive sampling method, the analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis in the form of classic assumption tests, validity tests, reliability tests, hypothesis tests. In this research, it was found that financial literacy and self-efficacy have a significant influence on personal finance in MSMEs located in Bangkalan, Madura.

Abstract

The waste problem is a severe problem that significantly affects the environment and public health. To effectively determine the public’s perception of the waste problem, it is necessary to examine public sentiment toward waste management. This research aims to develop a sentiment analysis model using VADER and deep-translator and analyze the Yogyakarta waste emergency problem. This research was conducted in two phases, namely, the first phase was developing a sentiment analysis model by evaluating its performance based on public data. Then, the second phase classifies public comments from YouTube regarding the waste problem to understand public perceptions and evaluations by identifying positive, negative, and neutral sentiments. The model evaluation results show that sentiment analysis using VADER and deep translator can achieve Accuracy, Precision, Recall, and F1-score values of 0.716, 0.837, 0.853, and 0.738, respectively. The sentiment results from YouTube comments obtained positive, neutral, and negative sentiments of 30.0%, 31.7%, and 37.3%, respectively. The results of the sentiment analysis are neutral sentiment discussing waste management, disappointment in negative sentiment, and hope for waste management in positive sentiment.

Abstract

. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra yaitu Sanggar Bimbingan (SB) Gombak Utara adalah permasalahan kondisi ekonomi dan sosial. Permasalahan ekonomi orang tua siswa disebabkan karena minimnya pendapatan yang diperoleh selama menjadi imigran di Malaysia dan permasalahan sosial disebabkan kesibukan orang tua yang bekerja seharian sehingga interaksi dengan anak-anaknya terbatas. Kondisi ekonomi dan sosial orang tua siswa tersebut berdampak pada faktor kesehatan dan pendidikan siswa. Faktor kesehatan meliputi kesehatan fisik, lingkungan, dan psikologis, sedangkan faktor pendidikan meliputi kemampuan dan proses belajar siswa. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa tentang pelaksanaan kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan PkM ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, praktik secara langsung, dan game atau permainan. Kegiatan PkM meliputi pelatihan dan praktik tentang pengelolaan hygiene sanitasi personal dan kesehatan lingkungan, pengelolaan sampah organik dan anorganik, pembuatan poster terkait kesehatan lingkungan, pelatihan trauma healing melalui cerita anak dan permainan, pelatihan penanganan stres pada anak, serta serah terima alat. Semua kegiatan dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan maksimal sesuai yang direncanakan dan peserta antusias mengikuti setiap sesi kegiatannya. PkM ini dapat menumbuhkan semangat belajar dan tekad yang kuat pada diri siswa dalam menghadapai berbagai permasalahan dan tantangan. The problems faced by partners, namely Sanggar Guidance (SB) North Gombak, are problems of economic and social conditions. The economic problems of students' parents are caused by the lack of income earned while being immigrants in Malaysia and social problems are caused by busy parents who work all day so that interaction with their children is limited. The economic and social conditions of the student's parents have an impact on the student's health and educational factors. Health factors include physical, environmental and psychological health, also educational factors include students' abilities and learning processes. The purpose of the community service program is to increase students' knowledge and skills about the implementation of hygiene and environmental health. Implementation of the community service program by using lecture, discussion, hands-on practice and games. The community service program includes training and practice on personal hygiene sanitation and environmental health management, organic and inorganic waste management, making environmental health posters, trauma healing training through children's stories and games, stress management training in children handover tools. All activities can be carried out well and maximally as planned and participants enthusiastically follow each activity session. This community service program activity can foster a strong spirit of learning and determination in students in facing various problems and challenges from the situation.
