Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai apakah kualitas sistem informasi akademik (e-campus) dapat berdampak pada tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian melibatkan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang, dan teknik sampel yang diterapkan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan convenience, serta didasarkan pada rumus Slovin. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data primer dan disebarkan langsung kepada responden melalui Google Form. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis melalui uji asumsi klasik, diikuti dengan uji analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil pengujian regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara variabel independen kualitas sistem informasi akademik dan variabel dependen kepuasan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Di Indonesia saat ini pertumbuhaan UMKM menjadi lebih cepat dan mempunyai kontribusi besar bagi perekonomian, melakukan berbagai pelatihan dan pengawasan UMKM di masa Globalisasi adalah hal yang harus dilajalankan . Dengan Menggunakan Teknologi Informasi seperti ERP merupakan Langkah utama dalam pemberian penilaian dalam mengelola usaha, aspek penting seperti mennyediakan catatan keuangan, otomasisasi, maupun langkan dalam mengambil keputusan merupakan salah satu aspen yang penting dalam suatu Perusahaan. UMKM Cireng isi Kanya’ah adalah satu dari bnayak UMKM yang berproduksi pada bidang makanan. Permasalahan operasional sepertti tidak tepat waktu dalam pemesananan, nota yang hilang, produksi dan pemesanan yang tidak singkron sampai kesalahan penyampaian maksud dan pesan antara bagian yang satu dan lainnya merupakan penyebabab aktifitas dalam proses bisnis yang dilakukan secara manual selama Cireng Kanya’ah itu berdiri. Dengan begitu, terbentuknya Sistem Informasi Terintegrasi seperti ERP bisa memperbaikii system usaha yang ada menjadi system yang terbaca oleh computer. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengimplementasikan system ERP Open-Source dengan nama Odoo pada UMKM Cireng isi Kanya’ah menggunakan metode Action Design Research dengan 3 tahapan yang memiliki fungsi untuk identifikaasi proses bisnis sekaligus kebutuhna modul yang di butuhkan untuk UMKM Kanyaa’ah, Konfigurasi proses pada system odo, dan diberikan masukan atau saran dari pihak UMKM terkaiy proses system yang disediakan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian user acceptance test untuk pengguna secara langsung, mendapatkan respon bahwa pengguna dari pihak Kanya’ah mampu menerima dan memahami penggunaan sistem ERP Odoo dengan baik.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to grow an entrepreneurial spirit based on local wisdom, find out how to train, improve the ability of traditional batik business, and find out how to improve mental competitiveness with competitors. using a research design with qualitative methods involving the case study Workshop Batik Karawang. Entrepreneurship based on local wisdom is an innovation to move forward without destroying the social fabric of society. This case study is on the Workshop Batik Karawang which is assisted by the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Karawang Regency, one of the innovations is creating healthy cooperatives and pioneering batik villages.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of research to analyze policies, implementation, performance of academic administrative services, efforts Stakeholders in the supervision of management information systems academic administrative services, and the impact of academic information system (SIAKAD) in an effort to improve the performance of the academic administration at the University Singaperbangsa Karawang. The thesis is expected to contribute to the bearers of economics in particular; application of academic information system (SIAKAD), Human Resource Management, Information Systems Management, and economics in general. This study uses a qualitative approach to data collection techniques are observation, interviews and in-depth interviews. The results were analyzed by comparing answers interviews with expert informants Judgment and create Conclusions and Recommendations. From the analysis of research data, be concluded as follows: 1) Policy management Singaperbangsa University Karawang already exists and has been referred to the Higher Education regulations only require better oversight again. 2) University Singaperbangsa Karawang already implementing integrated SIAKAD but still partial. 3) Performance of academic administrative services at the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang good enough after their SIAKAD. 4) Efforts Stakeholders in the supervision of the University Singaperbangsa SIAKAD in Karawang enough and needs to be increased again. 5) The impact of the application of SIAKAD enough to affect the performance of academic administrative services at the University Singaperbangsa Karawang. Furthermore, the sustainability of recommendation; SOP has been given by the Higher Education dilakuka timely and well as impact on the Quality of Higher Education. Network of SIAKAD needs to be improved. Rules Regulations of Higher Education also greatly affect the performance improvement of the service provider and academic administration. About Integration of reporting systems in each Prodi needs to be implemented immediately. Hopefully, by the Decree of the Rector of the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang to consider remuneration as a reward from the important task. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the impact of brand image and the utilization of Korean industry brand ambassadors on the purchase intention among students of Singaperbangsa Karawang University on the Shopee e-commerce platform. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed. The variables consisted of brand image perception and Korean brand ambassadors as independent variables, while purchase intention served as the dependent variable. The research utilized primary data from respondents via a Google Forms questionnaire, collecting responses from 150 Shopee-using student respondents through purposive random sampling. Data analysis involved validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results revealed that brand image perception and Korean brand ambassadors significantly influenced purchase intentions, both partially and simultaneously, among the student population. The conclusion of this study states that Shopee needs to build a strong brand image and leverage the popularity of the Korean industry as a medium to foster consumer purchase intentions, particularly among students at the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran digital marketing dalam meningkatkan bisnis di platform Instagram menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini memperoleh pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana bisnis memanfaatkan strategi pemasaran digital di Instagram untuk mencapai tujuan bisnis mereka. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik bisnis, manajer pemasaran, dan praktisi digital marketing yang aktif menggunakan Instagram sebagai platform utama mereka. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan induktif, di mana temuan-temuan lapangan diorganisasikan dan dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola dan tema-tema yang muncul. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa strategi digital marketing yang efektif di Instagram melibatkan pembuatan konten visual yang menarik, penggunaan hashtag yang relevan, interaksi aktif dengan pengikut, kolaborasi dengan influencer, dan penggunaan fitur-fitur kreatif seperti Stories, IGTV, dan Reels. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi-strategi tersebut secara konsisten dapat meningkatkan visibilitas merek, engagement dengan audiens, dan konversi penjualan. Selain itu, analisis data melalui alat bawaan Instagram Insights juga membantu bisnis dalam memahami perilaku pengikut dan mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh digital marketing terhadap minat beli konsumen dan dampaknya pada tingkat penjualan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Bekasi. Dengan perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat, UMKM memanfaatkan media sosial untuk meningkatkan visibilitas produk dan menarik konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan wawancara terhadap 10 pelaku UMKM yang aktif menggunakan media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi digital marketing yang efektif berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan minat beli dan penjualan produk. Pelaku UMKM yang menerapkan konten visual menarik dan interaksi aktif dengan konsumen mengalami peningkatan penjualan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar UMKM terus beradaptasi dengan tren pasar untuk mempertahankan daya saing mereka.

Abstract

Organizations can change their management patterns through transformational leadership to improve optimal performance, especially when facing increasingly complex competition. Human resources, with their unique ideas and mindsets, are an important key in implementing the organization's vision, goals, and objectives. Employees play a vital role in achieving organizational success through their contributions. Employee performance is an important indicator that organizations must consider. Leaders play a major role in creating a positive work environment, and transformational leadership is one of the most popular styles, especially in the digital age. With secondary data collected from relevant articles, this journal uses a literature review method to investigate the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. Research findings show that transformational leadership style significantly affects employee performance. Employees who actively participate feel more motivated, confident, and committed to following the organization's philosophy, ideology, and vision. Interesting changes more easily influence them and show high dedication while realizing their potential. Employees who are inspired by transformational leadership tend to work harder, improve performance, and display helpful behaviors, which ultimately support organizational growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of brand image and price on purchasing decisions at Mie Gacoan Karawang. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population used was all consumers who had purchased Mie Gacoan Karawang, and the sample used was all consumers who filled out Google from, a total of 54 people. The data analysis technique in this study is Multiple Linear Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, F Test and t Test, and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results showed that partially and simultaneously Bran Image and Price had a significant effect on consumers' purchasing decisions of Mie Gacoan Karawang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and motivation variables on employee performance at Depot Air Nur Mutiara Tirta. The data collection methods used were interviews with one of the employees and the business owner, as well as direct observation of the company. The results of the study indicate a direct and significant positive relationship between work discipline and motivation variables and the variable of employee performance. Work discipline has a greater impact on employee performance compared to motivation. The implication of this research is that the company needs to pay attention to the work discipline of employees, especially in terms of compliance with the rules and procedures set by the business owner. Additionally, motivation also needs to be improved to enhance employee performance. In conclusion, both work discipline and motivation variables have a significant influence on employee performance in the company, and these factors need to be considered by the company to enhance employee performance.
