Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem that was used as the object of the research is the lack of implementation of good organizational culture towards employees, resulting in decreased employee motivation at work, and compensation that is not appropriate. This research aims to anaylze the job satisfaction factors of Bukit Hambalang Villa employees. The data analysis technique used in this research is a quantitative method with the help of the SPSS 26 program. The assessment system used in this research is a Likert scale. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were 80 employees of Bukit Hambalang Villa. The sampling technique in this research used saturated sampling. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline on the performance of PT. Vallian Lestari Bersama. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires or questionnaires. The population in this study is all employees at PT. Vallian Lestari Bersama totaled 50 people, the samples used were 44 people taken using the slovin formula with a precision level of 5%. Data analysis methods used in this study include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and t and F hypothesis tests processed using the SPSS 25 application. The results showed that there was a strong correlation between training and work discipline on employee performance. The results of the effect of training on employee performance obtained a calculated t value of 6.503 > t table 2.020 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be stated that there is a partial significant influence between training on employee performance, the results of the influence of work discipline on employee performance obtained a calculated t value of 5.550 > ttable 2.020 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be stated that there is a partial significant influence between work discipline on employee performance, the results of the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance obtained a calculated F value of 24.829 > Ftable 3.22 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.5 so that it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous significant influence between training and work discipline on employee performance of PT. Vallian Lestari Bersama.

Abstract

Industri geospasial memiliki prospek bisnis yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia, khususnya di sektor swasta.  Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar potensi sumberdaya manusia sesuai dengan kompetensi bidang informasi geospasial tersebut dibutuhkan survey dan analisis terkait parameter beberapa parameter kompetensi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mencari pengukuran parameter yang paling mempengaruhi pengelompokan kompetensi sumberdaya manusia bidang informasi geospasial.  Penelitian ini menggunakan data profil yang telah diolah menjadi 5 kategori index yaitu WEI, EFI, ENI, CFI, dan CPI.  dengan jumlah sampel 46 data. Metode yang digunakan adalah k-means clustering untuk pembentukan cluster kompetensi yang selanjutnya dibandingkan di antara 4 ,5 dan 6 cluster. Evaluasi cluster yang dipilih adalah menggunakan Mean intercluster dissimilarity dengan rumus jarak Euclidean. Dihasilkan bahwa pengelompokan paling optimal adalah 4 cluster dengan nilai intercluster terbesar, yaitu 0.45699. Fature subset selection dilakukan terhadap data yang sudah membentuk 4 cluster untuk melihat parameter yang paling berpengaruh. Untuk hal ini, digunakan metode Decision Tree Induction dengan skema Binary Tree. Diperoleh nilai Impurity terkecil pada atribut EFI, yaitu sebesar 0.6857 yang menunjukkan bahwa atribut EFI adalah parameter yang paling berpengaruh dalam menentukan label sebuah data.

Abstract

Setelah digulirkannya paket deregulasi pada 24 Desember 1987 (Pakdes 24 )perkembangan pasar modal di Indonesia mengalami booming. Banyak investormemiliki cukup dana untuk berinvestasi namun tidak memiliki pengetahuan yangmemadai tentang saham. Permasalahan yang paling sering muncul pada awalpenentuan investasi dalam saham adalah bagaimana memilih saham-saham terbaik dari seluruh emiten yang tercatat dalam bursa.Langkah-langkah penentuan saham mana yang akan dipilih dalam membentuksatu portofolio saham akan disajikan berikut ini dalam bentuk teoritikal dan praktikal.Studi kasus penulis lakukan pada PT BANK NIAGA Tbk. sebagai salah satu emiten di bursa saham yang dinilai mempunyai kinerja lebih baik dari bank lainnya ditinjau dari segi kredit bermasalah. Hal ini menunjukkan tingkat risiko kredit bermasalah relatif kecil.Analisa fundamental pada PT BANK NIAGA Tbk, akan diuraikan secaralengkap dimulai dengan analisa makro ekonomi baik global maupun domestik,dilanjutkan dengan analisa prospektif perusahaan. Hasil akhir analisa fundamentalsaham perusahaan ini adalah rekomendasi jual (sell), beli (buy) atau tahan (hold).

Abstract

The leadership already exists thousand years ago, Research of leadership assumed that situation showed the important part in the effectiveness leadership. That’s why that to be effective, leaders should have a different way in the different condition. The next research assumed that a leader was the important part to create the effectiveness for both of attitude and environment. Early of 1980, leadership perspective aimed to strategic leadership that emphasize to the vision, motivation, and control through the values in the culture that can be adopted. The leaders useful for their organization and also for theirfollowers. A lot of leaders instead dissolve their organization. In this research, writer wants to know more about the common basic of political leadership and the strategy and the success keys in the career of political leadership. Writer will visit and do some interview with political leadership to find out more information that in line with research topics. Researching will be held on April – May 2006. Based on the analysis and explanations, we can conclude that A responsible political leadership must have a broad horizon he must have an ambition that is a determination to carry out something to reach the goal. The important thing to develop a successful leadership is the ability to create positive and conducive circumstances in the organization. It will endorse the followers to discover theirpotency, improving initiative and creative thing in them, and encourage them to move forward, consistency, protecting and keeping good name of institution. Key success of leader’s career in politic is the endorsement of elements of responsible political leadership which are inherent with in him. The elements are legitimacy, justice, integrity, visionary, role model, succession, fairness firm attitude in giving reward and punishment to the followers.

Abstract

Competitive advantage is a crucial value that companies must possess and integrate into their brand identity to succeed in market competition. This study analyzes the implementation of the halal value chain in Almaz Fried Chicken based on Porter’s theory using an exploratory qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research focuses on how the halal value chain is applied at each stage, from production to after-sales service. The findings show that Almaz Fried Chicken, known by its slogan "The No. 1 Saudi Fried Chicken in Indonesia," has a competitive edge in every aspect of its supply chain, from raw material management to after-sales services. This advantage is further strengthened by a strong and consistent educational strategy tailored to the Indonesian market segment.

Abstract

Investment is the activity of investing capital in the present with the aim of getting profits in the future. A realistic investor will invest his funds in stocks that have high returns but with low risk. To minimize a risk, an optimal portfolio is formed. The optimal portfolio is a combination of expected return with minimal risk. The single index model underlies that the market price index is in line with the price of securities. This study aims to determine the return and risk, as well as to choose the optimal portfolio and the proportion of funds in the Energy Sector Index stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that there were 5 stocks included in the optimal portfolio with the proportion of funds for each stock, namely HRUM by 2%, MEDC by 10%, INDY by 7%, DOID by 80% and PTRO by 1%. With an expected return of 3.4% and a risk of 8.1%. Careful investors can diversify portfolios rather than investing entirely in individual stocks, to minimize risk.

Abstract

The objective of this Community Empowerment Partnership (PKM) activity is to enhance the knowledge and skills of cattle farmer groups in Cilebut Barat Village, Sukaraja Subdistrict, Bogor Regency, in processing accumulated livestock manure waste and converting it into compost organic fertilizer (POK) with economic value, and marketing the product digitally. The programme of study was delivered through a combination of didactic methods, including lectures, video screenings, question-and-answer sessions, practical sessions, and simulations. As a result, farmers gained knowledge and skills in processing cow manure waste. After the training, they were able to produce POK as a new product and market it digitally. Thereafter, the training enabled the production of POK as a new product, which was subsequently marketed digitally.

Abstract

This study evaluates the transportation infrastructure in Bogor Regency by employing a comprehensive Connectivity Index to assess the extent of integration across various transportation modes. The research aims to address pressing challenges, including limited accessibility, inadequate integration, and traffic congestion. Using data on road and rail networks and transportation nodes, three key indicators were analyzed: road-based public transport connectivity, rail-based transport coverage, and the integration of major transportation nodes. Results reveal that road-based connectivity stands at 33.55%, while rail-based connectivity ratio and integrated node percentage are at 0.052 km/km² and 17.02%, respectively. These findings highlight the suboptimal state of intermodal integration in Bogor Regency. The study concludes that targeted investments in rail network expansion and the development of multimodal transportation nodes are imperative. Enhanced integration and connectivity will support sustainable transportation systems, improve mobility, and foster economic development in the region.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di Latar belakangi terjadinya krisis moneter dan krisis kepercayaan yang mengakibatkan perubahan drastis pada tahun 1998, Indonesia telah memulai beberapa inisiatif yang dirancang untuk melakukan penerapan konsep Good Governance,diantaranya transparansi, Akuntabilitas Dan Partisipasi yang lebih kuat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Kalong Liud Kecamatan Nanggung Kabupaten Bogor bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan prinsip-prinsip Good Governance dalam penerapan ADD dan penerapan prinsip Good Governance dalam prespektif Ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif, dengan sifat penelitian Deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara,kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis data, dimana penulis menjabarkan data-data yang diperoleh, kemudian menganalisisnya dengan berpedoman pada sumber-sumber yang diperoleh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat di simpulkan bahwa penerapan prinsip Good Governance di Desa Kalong Liud Kecamatan Nanggung Kabupaten Bogor telah diterapkan dengan cukup baik.
