Abstract

Guru yang memiliki karakteristik dispositional mindfulness akan mampu menerima dan menghadapi setiap kenyataan dalam melaksanakan tanggung jawabnya sebagai pengajar dengan penuh perhatian, kesadaran, dan ketenangan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan karakteristik dispositional mindfulness adalah dengan melakukan internalisasi budaya damai Nosarara Nosabatutu sebagai nilai-nilai kearifan lokal masyarakat Suku Kaili di Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran budaya damai Nosarara Nosabatutu dalam meningkatkan dispositional mindfulness pada guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian mixed method dengan partisipan para guru di SMP Negeri 5 di Kabupaten Sigi, Sulawesi Tengah. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quota sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala dispositional mindfulness, inventori budaya damai, dan focus group discussion. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis tema. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya damai Nosarara Nosabatutu yang sudah terinternalisasi pada para guru dapat membantu mereka dalam mengembangkan dispositional mindfulness. Penelitian ini dapat berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan literatur mindfulness dalam konteks bimbingan dan konseling. Temuan penelitian ini selanjutnya dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan model intervensi mindfulness berbasis budaya damai Nosarara Nosabatutu untuk optimalisasi kompetensi sosial emosional pada guru di Sulawesi Tengah.

Abstract

Solidaritas antar siswa merupakan hal penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan mendukung perkembangan siswa. Namun, globalisasi dan individualisme menyebabkan menurunnya rasa solidaritas dan meningkatnya konflik di kalangan pelajar, seperti perkelahian, tawuran, bullying, dan tindakan kekerasan lainnya. Konseling resolusi konflik merupakan upaya untuk mengatasi konflik dan meningkatkan solidaritas antar siswa dengan memberikan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan mengelola konflik secara benar serta mengembangkan budaya perdamaian. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan kepada 81 guru Bimbingan Konseling (BK) se-Kota Palu melalui pelatihan dan praktik langsung tahapan konseling resolusi konflik, meliputi membangun hubungan, memahami masalah, memperkuat persepsi kolaboratif, keterampilan resolusi konflik, dan penerapannya. Setelah pendampingan, kemampuan guru BK dalam melaksanakan konseling resolusi konflik meningkat, terutama pada keterampilan resolusi konflik dan penerapannya. Pendampingan lanjutan secara daring juga dilakukan untuk memfasilitasi pemahaman yang lebih baik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membekali guru BK dengan keterampilan melaksanakan konseling resolusi konflik agar dapat meningkatkan solidaritas antar siswa di lingkungan sekolah.Abstract: Student solidarity is essential to creating an enabling learning environment and supporting student development. However, globalization and individualism lead to a decrease in the sense of solidarity and increased conflict among students, such as fighting, bidding, bullying, and other acts of violence. Conflict resolution counseling is an effort to overcome conflict and enhance student solidarity by providing knowledge, attitudes, and skills to manage conflict properly and develop a culture of peace. The supporting activities were carried out for 81 Teachers of Counseling (BK) in Palu City through training and practical stages of conflict resolution counseling, including building relationships, understanding problems, strengthening collaborative perceptions, conflict-resolution skills, and their application. Advanced online accompaniment is also done to facilitate better understanding. This activity aims to equip BK teachers with the skills to implement conflict resolution counseling in order to enhance solidarity among students in the school environment.

Abstract

This research aims to describe teachers' efforts to increase student motivation, find out the learning media used and the magnitude of the increase in student motivation in learning social studies using audio-visual media. The subjects of this research were fifth grade students at SDN Dampala, Bahodopi District, who were active in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. This research uses a qualitative description method based on an assessment rubric in the form of observation sheets, documentation and interviews. The results of the research show that teachers' efforts to increase student motivation can be seen from the better student response to the learning process, collaboration between students and also between students and teachers, as well as the creation of a supportive learning environment which is an important factor in increasing student motivation. The use of learning media can be seen from. The positive impact on student motivation during the learning process and increasing student motivation in social studies learning shows that effective integration of audio-visual media in learning can increase students' attention to social studies learning material.

Abstract

Social studies lessons are boring learning for students because the content is rote memorization. Based on the results of initial observations, it appears that the low interest in studying social studies for class V at Baiga State Elementary School is caused by students' disinterest in delivering monotonous material, teachers have difficulty providing concrete descriptions of learning material because they do not use the right media so that students have difficulty expressing facts, and arguments to develop within the topic. In general, interest in studying social studies among these students is low. This research aims to increase students' interest in learning social studies and describe the obstacles and solutions for implementing the role playing model with audio-visual media. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles with planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. The research results show that the role playing model with audio-visual media can increase students' interest in learning social studies. The obstacle in implementing the role playing model with audio visual media is that it is difficult for students to be suitable in playing the role of a teacher, where students are less imbued with their role, students are less active in asking questions during activities. The solution offered is that teachers pay more attention to the abilities of students in determining the role of each student so that they are more aware of their role.

Abstract

Education is one of the keys to nation development. Education must be carried out as fully as possible to achieve the expected goals. Formulation of the problem in the research. What is the description of visual media in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Bunta? Negeri 1 Bunta. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of visual media and interest in learning on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Bunta. This research method uses a survey method with a quantitative descriptive research type. The types of data and data sources used in the research are primary and secondary data . Primary sources are data sources that directly provide data to data collectors, and secondary sources are sources that do not directly provide data to data collectors, for example through other people or through documents. Furthermore, when viewed in terms of data collection methods or techniques, data collection techniques can be carried out by observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the research are that there is a significant influence between visual media and students' learning interest simultaneously on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This article discusses the behavioristic counseling model of role-play collaboration techniques based on audiovisual media to increase the solidarity of state junior high school students in the Sigi district. This study aims to implement the audiovisual media-based behavioral counseling model of role-play collaboration techniques to increase student solidarity. increasing student solidarity is expected to minimize the occurrence of conflicts between students and contribute to creating peaceful schools. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and questionnaires. The results of the study show that: (1) the average score of all assessment subjects as much as 93% of guidance and counseling teachers stated that counseling models and guidelines were very easy to implement. (2) based on the recapitulation table of student responses, it shows that the strongly agree category is 93.12%, which indicates a behavioristic counseling model, role play collaboration techniques based on audiovisual media, can increase the solidarity of junior high school students in Sigi Regency

Abstract

This research aims to describe the values of peace based on the perspective of the Kaili tribal community. The scope of the study includes the values of peace in the Nosarara Nosabatutu philosophy possessed by the Kaili tribe as a basis for building a culture of peace. Nosarara Nosabatutu means unity and family, which is one of the local wisdom values of the Kaili tribe. The research method used is an ethnographic study that describes the peaceful values of the Kaili tribe. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature study. There were 3 participants in this research from the Kaili tribe: one religious figure, one traditional/traditional leader, and one community figure. The research results show that the Kaili tribe has peaceful values as the basis for building a culture of peace. The peaceful values possessed by the Kaili tribe are found in the philosophy of Nosarara Nosabatutu, including 1) Respecting human values (Membahargai nilai nu manusia); 2) Empathy towards others (Nombarasai nuapa nirassaintora); 3) Helping each other (mositulungi ante todea); 4) Deliberation to reach a consensus (Molibu mompaka sangu); 5) Caring for others  (Merasai nuapa nirasaintona); dan 6) Protecting nature (Mojagai tongrafa).

Abstract

Perangkat desa berupaya untuk tetap berkomitmen dalam memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal bagi masyarakat di tengah situasi yang tidak menentu dan berubah drastis sebagai dampak pandemi Covid-19. Pelatihan mindfulness adalah pelatihan yang menempatkan kesadaran penuh pada sesuatu yang terjadi di momen saat ini dengan keterbukaan dan penerimaan. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan mindfulness dalam meningkatkan komitmen pelayanan pada perangkat desa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimental yang didukung oleh pendekatan kualitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 orang perangkat desa yang bekerja di Kabupaten Sigi, Sulawesi Tengah, yang terbagi dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Partisipan telah mengisi skala komitmen pelayanan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian pelatihan mindfulness. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Paired-Samples T Test dengan bantuan software IBM® SPSS® Statistics. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah pemberian pelatihan mindfulness pada kelompok eksperimen, diketahui bahwa terdapat peningkatan skor komitmen pelayanan pada perangkat desa, sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak mengalami peningkatan skor komitmen pelayanan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mindfulness merupakan salah satu teknik yang efektif untuk meningkatkan komitmen pelayanan pada perangkat desa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah komitmen pelayanan pada perangkat desa dapat dikembangkan dengan cara mempraktikkan teknik mindfulness. Materi dalam pelatihan teknik mindfulness yang telah dipelajari oleh para perangkat desa dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan latihan informal mindfulness secara rutin dan teratur, baik dalam lingkup pekerjaan, maupun kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kejenuhan belajar siswa di SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Pamona Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif yang meggunakan angket kejenuhan belajar sebagai instrumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 75 siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Pamona Selatan. Hasil analisis deskriptif tentang kejenuhan belajar siswa yang disajikan dalam bentuk persentase menunjukkan bahwa kejenuhan belajar di SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Pamona Selatan terbagi menjadi empat kategori yaitu ada 6 atau 8% siswa yang memiliki kejenuhan belajar sangat tinggi, ada 66 atau 88% siswa yang memiliki kejenuhan belajar tinggi, ada 1 atau 1,3% siswa yang memiliki kejenuhan belajar rendah dan 2 atau 2,7% siswa yang memiliki kejenuhan belajar sangat rendah, kesimpulan dari hasil survei kejenuhan belajar siswa SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Pamona Selatan berada pada kategori tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career information services on students' career planning. The research method uses quantitative with a quasi-experimental type of research, data collection techniques to identify students' understanding of career planning are questionnaire instruments. The subjects in this study were all students of class IX A totaling 21 and Class IX B totaling 22 so that the total number of subjects was 43 students, the sample used was Nonrandom assignment. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov t test. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that of all students of class IX SMP Negeri 12 Palu, namely 43 students, they were stated to have increased their understanding of career planning after being given career information services. This can be seen from the total research subjects, namely 43 students. Where previously there were 28 students who had a low career understanding from the less to good classification. Then for the entire subject as many as 43 students experienced an increase, namely two of them were classified as very good and 41 of them were classified as good. The results of the inferential analysis showed that career information services had a significant effect on the career planning of class IX students of SMP Negeri 12 Palu. This can be seen from the research subjects after being given career information services based on the data obtained showing an increase from the low level of student career planning with a significant average increase. From the results of this study, it can be proven that career information services have an effect on improving student career planning.
