Abstract

Science literacy is a human's ability to understand science and use that understanding to be applied in solving a problem in everyday life. Students' science literacy skills are low due to the student's response in answering a question to explain the phenomenon has not fulfilled the aspects of science literacy. This research aims to develop an interactive multimedia Mobile Learning that is valid, practical, and effective in making students practice their science literacy skills. Interactive multimedia research and development of the Mobile Learning model uses a Research and Development model that adapts the development model of William W. Lee and Diana L. Owens. The stages of development in the model of Lee and Owens are (1) Assessment/Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. The results of this research and development obtained 97.8 percent validation value of media experts, obtained a validation value of 100 percent by topic experts, also earned an average of 94 percent value in the validation of expert assessment. So that based on the data results of this development research was very valid category the field-test results of research and development conducted with the researchers as a teacher for two meetings produced a practical test value by students of 84.42 percent, a very practicable category. The practicality test results (field practitioner) obtained a value of 100 percent, which was a very practical category. The value of effectiveness test in this study obtained an N-gain value of 16.74, which belonged to the low category (low effective).

Abstract

Inventory is a way to collect the data of plants in a region which usually started by activity of collection, description, identification and ended with classification. The variety of Indonesia flora until today have been discovered totally . This research aimed to know the species of fern plants which grow in Malang area. Research had done in March 2001–February 2002 with descriptive method, explores technique, and documentation. Research subject were all of species of fern plants grow in Malang area. Identification to be conducted by comparing entire characteristic exist in found plant with key identify loaded by species of fern plants in Flora Malesiana and some relevant book. Result of research shows that in Malang found 50 species, 28 genus, 15 family, and 4 class from species of fern plants. Suggested to conduct research of inventory of other plants which exist in Malang area to equip flora in Indonesia

Abstract

Pembelajaran abad 21 telah menekankan pada pendekatan saintifik. Salah satu penerapan dari pendekatan saintifik adalah praktikum. Salah satu penunjang terlaksananya praktikum adalah adanya petunjuk praktikum. Adanya petunjuk praktikum siswa dapat dengan mudah mengamati media realia disekitar lingkungan sekolah misalnya, tumbuhan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan petunjuk praktikum berbasis pendekatan saintifik sebagai bahan ajar pembelajaran keanekaragaman tumbuhan di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan 4-D (four D models) yang dikemukakan oleh Thiagarajan, Semmel dan Semmel. Model pengemangan ini terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu pendefinisian (Define), Perancangan (Design), Pengembangan (Develop), dan Penyebaran (Disseminate). Pengembangan ini hanya sampai pada tahap design, tahap ketiga dan keempat tidak dilakukan mengingat keterbatasan waktu dan biaya. Hasil penelitian berupa produk petunjuk praktikum keanekaragaman tumbuhan dengan kompetensi dasar pada 4.11 SMA kelas X yaitu 4 melakukan pengamatan berbagai jenis tumbuhan yang ada di lingkungan sekitar dan mengelompokkan menurut ciri Divisionya serta menyusun laporan. Petunjuk praktikum ini dapat dikembangkan dengan baik karena disesuaikan dengan sumber belajar berupa keanekaragaman tumbuhan di lingkungan sekolah.Kata kunci: petunjuk praktikum, keanekaragaman tumbuhan, pendekatan saintifik.

Abstract

The low-motivated and inactive students and non-students-oriented class belong to problems causing students’ achievement low. Through classroom research, the problems were tested to get solution by integrating quiz to cooperative learning, kooperatif numbered-head-together. The classroom was conducted in two cycles to describe students’ activities, to know students’ responses after learning biology. The subject was the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Sidoarjo totaling 36 students in the year 2009/2010. The data were collected by observation, tests, questionnaire and descriptively and qualitatively and then analyzed. The research findings showed that the students’ activities increase in group, completing tasks, thinking together, and answering quiz, and the students achievement increases and their responses towards the learning conducted were positive.

Abstract

FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA BIDAN DESA PTT DALAM PELAYANAN ANTENATAL DI WILAYAH KABUPATEN BANYUMAS TAHUN 2012 Anita Widiastuti, Sunarmi & Wiwin Renny RahmawatiPoltekkes Kemenkes Semarang Prodi Keperawatan Magelang ABSTRAK Kualitas pelayanan antenatal di Kabupaten Banyumas masih belum baik meskipun secara kuantitas cakupan sudah menapai target. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh data : ibu bersalin yang meninggal 57,1% akibat perdarahan, persalinan dengan tenaga kesehatan 51,6% ditolong bidan, 85,4% ibu yang meninggal saat persalinan telah memenuhi kunjungan minimal antenatal (K4) serta terjadi kenaikan kejadian BBLR tahun 2008 sebanyak 1,2%, meningkat menjadi 6,4% pada tahun 2009. Jenis penelitian adalah observasional dengan pendekatan cros sectional. Pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur kepada bidan desa. Besar sampel adalah 74 dan dipilih secara proportionate sampling. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji statistik Chi-square serta regresi logistik multivariat. Hasil penghitungan statistik terdapat pengaruh bersama persepsi beban kerja Exp. B=9,5 dan motivasi kerja Exp.B=4,2 terhadap kinerja bidan desa dalam pelayanan antenatal dan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja adalah persepsi beban kerja. Sebagai upaya Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan antenatal disarankan kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten untuk melakukan pembenahan tugas-tugas yang harus dikerjakan oleh bidan desa. Abstract

Constitutional Court Decision No.69/PUU-XIII/2015 on Article 29 of the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage caused the rules regarding marriage agreements to change, where previously a marriage agreement could only be made before or at the time of marriage. This research is a normative legal research with analytical descriptive character. The approach used is a conceptual approach. Sources of data used in the form of secondary data. The location of the research was held at the Medan District Court class 1 A specifically by interviewing Judges and also interviewing Notaries. This research was conducted by means of literature/document studies and interviews. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively. The results showed that with the Decision No. 69/PUU-XIII/2015, there are two things that become the ratio decidendi of the Constitutional Court to grant the petition for a judicial review of Article 29 of the Marriage Law. First, because of the needs of people who are married to foreign nationals. Second, the Constitutional Court evaluates it in terms of justice. The marriage agreement can be made at any time as long as it is still in the marriage bond. As a result of the decision of the Constitutional Court on the extension of the marriage agreement to the bankrupt debtor, namely the opening of the bankrupt debtor's opportunity to make a marriage agreement, but still the marriage agreement is made within one year before being declared bankrupt so that if it is made during bankruptcy and there is a third party who is harmed, the marriage agreement is canceled for The law is considered to never exist because it is not in accordance with Article 1320 of the Civil Code. That way, the marriage agreement must still not harm the other party.

Abstract

Bima Credit and Savings Cooperative Credit Union is a financial institution that provides transaction services to store and borrow money to its members. Bima Savings and Loan Cooperative needs to have an information system to facilitate data processing, carry out tasks appropriately, and minimize errors in recording transactions and financial calculations. To meet the above needs, it is necessary to design a savings and loan information system. The system development method used is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) which stands for several stages, namely the planning stage, the analysis phase, the design stage, the implementation stage and the maintenance phase, but the maintenance stage is not included in the development of this system. This design uses a programming language that is C # in its creation and mysql as its database. The results of this study are to provide convenience for officers in managing savings and loan data. Desktop-based Savings and Loan Information System, can help to manage, search, make savings and loan reports quickly and easily, and can make savings and loan arrangements and calculate interest directly through the application without being done manually.

Abstract

This paper tries to show how Indonesian economic law has evolved via the emergence of the cyber notary idea. Notaries engage in various everyday tasks and activities in the fantastic world development, such as giving the clients the finest service possible and impacting the economy. According to the law, notaries are required to be able to help and support anyone who requires genuine written documentation of legal situations, events, or activities. This study employs qualitative approaches and descriptive analysis. Additionally, researchers are interested in the phenomenon that examines the idea of a cyber notary as a way to advance Indonesian commercial law. Qualitative research aims to conduct extremely thorough investigations that examine the research's findings in great detail. Both primary data and secondary data are employed as sources of information. The findings demonstrate that cyber notary adds value to electronic documents by legalising them, for example, in addition to digitising notarial operations. However, because many aspects need to be ready, its implementation will take some time. Article 1868 of the Indonesian Civil Code stipulates that a genuine deed is a deed in a certain form that has been prescribed by law and is made before a public authority.

Abstract

The results of observations of class VIII SMP Negeri 22 Malang shows, students have low of the critical thinking skills and learning outcomes. Students tend to be passive and less critical. Effort to improve the quality of learning is by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL). This research was conducted with the aim of improving students' critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes IPA in class VIII SMP Negeri 22 Malang through the implementation of PBL. This type of research is a Class Action Research (PTK) is a qualitative research. This research data in the form of critical thinking skills, student’s learning, and enforceability of learning by using PBL. Collection technique that is a matter of cognitive tests, tests about critical thinking skills, field notes and documentation conducted by the observer. Based on exposure and research findings, obtained two conclusions. First, the critical thinking skills of students in the second cycle increases than I. Mean thinking skills of first cycle is 1.50 were classified as less critical with a percentage of 23 percent, while in the second cycle mean of  critical thinking skills 2.36 is classified as critical percentage of 76 percent . From these data indicate that the critical thinking skills increased by 53 percent. Second, in classical mastery learning outcomes of students has increased from the first cycle to the second cycle. The results of classical learning in the first cycle of 67.6 percent, while in the second cycle by 80 percent. This shows an increase in cycle I and II of 30.3 percent.   Hasil observasi pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 22 Malang menunjukkan, keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar rendah. Siswa cenderung pasif dan kurang kritis. Salah satu usaha meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran adalah dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL).Tujuan penelitian ini meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 22 Malang dengan model pembelajaran PBL. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindak Kelas (PTK) merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data keterampilan berpikir kritis, hasil belajar siswa, dan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran PBL. Teknik pengumpulan yaitu soal tes kognitif, soal tes keterampilan berpikir kritis, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi oleh observer. Berdasarkan paparan dan temuan penelitian, diperoleh dua simpulan. Pertama, keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada siklus II mengalami kenaikan dibanding siklus I. Rerata keterampilan berpikir siklus 1 sebesar 1,50 yang tergolong kurang kritis dengan persentase sebesar 23 persen sedangkan pada siklus II rerata keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa sebesar 2,36 yang tergolong kritis dengan persentase sebesar 76 persen. Dari data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berpikir kritis meningkat sebesar 53 persen. Kedua, secara klasikal ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Hasil belajar klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 67,6 persen sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 80 persen. Hal ini menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pada siklus I dan II sebesar 30,3 persen.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Hipertensi salah satu penyakit yang tidak menular dan faktor resiko yang paling konsisten pemicu stroke. Hipertensi adalah suatu keadaan dimana seseorang mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah diatas normal. Hipertensi ini masih merupakan masalah besar di Indonesia karena tingkat prevalensi yang terus meningkat. Salah satu penanganan non farmakologi untuk menurunkan tekanan darah adalah terapi relaksasi otot progresif.Relaksasi otot progresif merupakan salah satu bentuk terapi berupa pemberian instruksi kepada seseorang dalam bentuk gerakan gerakan yang tersusun secara sistematis untuk merileksasikan pikiran dan anggota tubuh seperti otot-otot dan mengembalikan kondisi dari keadaan tegang ke keadaan rileks, normal dan terkontrol, mulai dari gerakan tangan sampai kepada gerakan kaki. Untuk memperkenalkan terapi relaksasi otot progresif bagi lansia dengan hipertensi agar dapat melakukan terapi relaksasi secara mandiri dirumah untuk menurunkan tekanan darah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini memberikan edukasi tentang hipertensi dan terapi relaksasi otot progresif. Adapun penyampaian materi dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, demonstrasi dan simulasi. Sasaran kegiatan in adalah warga RW 04 Kelurahan karya baru yang menderita hipertensi sebanyak 20 orang. Kuesioner pre-test dan post-test diberikan untuk mengevaluasi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan lansia sebanyak 80% pada kategorik baik dan terampil dalam melakukan terapi relaksasi otot progresif. Lansia dapat berperan aktif dalam menyampaikan pengetahuan yang telah didapat kepada masyarakat mengenai terapi relaksasi otot progresif sebagai salah satu cara untuk menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. Kata Kunci: Terapi Relaksasi Otot Progresif, Hipertensi, Lansia  ABSTRACT Hypertension is a non-communicable disease and the most consistent risk factor for stroke. Hypertension is a condition in which a person experiences an increase in blood pressure above normal. Hypertension is still a big problem in Indonesia because the prevalence rate continues to increase. One of the non-pharmacological treatments for lowering blood pressure is progressive muscle relaxation therapy. Progressive muscle relaxation is a form of therapy in the form of giving instructions to someone in the form of systematically arranged movements to relax the mind and limbs such as muscles and restore the condition of a tense state to a relaxed, normal and controlled state, from hand movements to foot movements. To introduce progressive muscle relaxation therapy for the elderly with hypertension so they can do relaxation therapy independently at home to lower blood pressure. The method used in this activity provides education about hypertension and progressive muscle relaxation therapy. The delivery of material using lecture methods, question and answer, demonstrations and simulations. The target of this activity is 20 residents of RW 04 Kelurahan Karya Baru who suffer from hypertension. Pre-test and post-test questionnaires were given to evaluate the increase in participants' knowledge. There is an increase in the knowledge of the elderly by 80% in the good category and skilled in performing progressive muscle relaxation therapy. The elderly can play an active role in conveying the knowledge they have gained to the public regarding progressive muscle relaxation therapy as a way to reduce blood pressure in hypertension sufferers. Keywords: Progressive Muscle Relaxation Therapy, Hypertension, Elderly
