Abstract

This research was conducted at the Hotel Bintang Lima Pekanbaru, the study aims to determine the effect of recruitment to employee performance. Recruitment as an independent variable (X), while the performance of the employee as the dependent variable (Y).Samples are 26 respondents, all employees of a Hote Bitang Lima Pekanbaru.data obtained from the questionnaire and further processed to then be tested with statistics through SPSS program. Results of calculation of the coefficient of determination is 0,731. That is to say, the recruitmen affects the performance of employees amounted to 73,1%.Keywords : Recruitment, Employee Performance, Hotel Bintang Lima Pekanbaru

Abstract

The study aims to determine how the influence of marketing strategies to sales in order to achieve the planned sales target PT. Tirtasari Floragrata Siak Hulu District of Kampar and also to know how sales are made.The population in this study is a distributor PT. Tirtasari Floragrata Siak Hulu District of Kampar by sampling a total of 41 distributors by using census method. The research data in the form of primary data by questionnaire sebaga and secondary research instrument in the form of company archives. Analysis of the data used is to use statistical analysis with SPSS.Based on the results of research by the author took a conclusion the influence of marketing strategies to sales at PT. Tirtasari Floragrata Siak Hulu District of Kampar regency of respondents who researched that each have indicator interrelated and berpenagruh positively to penjuala bottled water products PT. Abstract

This research have done in PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Ujungbatu, and the purpose of this research is to know the influence promotion mixed towards buying interest customers of PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Ujungbatu. Promotion mixed as independent variable (X) while the customers buying interest as dependent variable (Y).The problem of this research is decline realization sales of PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Ujungbatu then target unappropriate with realization sales. There has been seen from realization sales percentage which is fluctuated or up and down the purchase of motor cycle for last 5 years. Sample of this research is taken about 96 slovin formula. The data has been obtained from questionnaire and process next to making a test with statistic by SPSS program. The result of the calculation is the promotion mixed has positive effect about 72,5 % towards customers buying interest in PT. Abstract

This research was conducted at KFC Metrocity Pekanbaru, as for the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty (customer studies KFC Metrocity Pekanbaru). Quality of service (X1) and brand image (X2)as an independent variable while the customer loyalty as the dependent variable (Y).The problem in this study is the number of customers who experience fluctuations in Pekanbaru Metrocity KFC, and in the last 5 years only target achievment obtained in one year only in 2012. The samples were taken by 100 respondents from a population that is a calculated using slovin. Data obtained from the questionnaire and subsequently processed to then tested with statistics through SPSS.From the results of tests carried out showed that the quality of service and brand image positive and significant impact on customer loyalty in Pekanbaru Metrocity KFC of 41,7 %.Keywords: Quality of Service, Brand image, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality on consumen interest of Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Pekanbaru.service quality as an independent variable (X).while consumen interest as the dependent variable (Y). study was conducted on consumen in Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Pekanbaru by 100 people.Data obtained from the questionnaire and further processed and tested using statistical analysis such as simple regression analysis , t test, correlation analysis and determination using SPSS program.The results showed that the test results of hypothesis testing. tcount(11.979) >ttable (1.984 ) This suggest that the service quality affect the consumen interest. The magnitude of the service quality on consumen interest in Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Pekanbaru is 59%.Keyword: service quality, consumen interest & Empaty

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Individual Life Insurance 1912 KPR Pekanbaru. These businesses engaged in services which compete to provide quality products and good service. With more and more competition in the insurance business makes Individual Life Insurance 1912 KPR Pekanbaru have to compete and survive in the business competition.This study aims to determine the SWOT analysis as the basis for the formulation of a strategy to compete in the Individual Life Insurance 1912 KPR Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive research with qualitative approach and data collection techniques performed by interviewing the parties involved in this study.From the results of SWOT analysis can be seen that there are several alternative strategies that can be used as a tool to win the competition, and the results of this analysis to formulate strategic alternatives for Individual Life Insurance 1912 KPR Pekanbaru long term.Keywords: SWOT analysis, alternative strategies

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of relationship marketing on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Riau Kepri. Relationship marketing as an independent variable (X) has been formulated that is seen from Communication, Trust, Commitment and Problem solving. Customer Loyalty as the dependent variable (Y). This research was conducted on all fixed customers at PT. Riau Bank Riau Islands as many as 100 people.Data were obtained from the questionnaire and then processed for later tested using statistical analysis such as simple linear regression analysis, t test, and correlation and determination analysis using SPSS assistance.The results showed that the results of hypothesis testing t arithmetic greater than t table that is 10,854> 2,838. This shows that relationship marketing affects customer loyalty.Keywords: Relationship Marketing, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

The Integrated marketing communication is the company's efforts to inform, persuade, and remind consumers of the company's brands and products. The consistent and effective Integrated marketing communicationis can awaken and remind consumers of the existence of a product and can also grow the brand equity. Brand equity is a set of beliefs and impressions that consumers have of a company. A good and positive brand equity is a competitive advantage in realizing the company's goals. Success in realizing the company's goals starts from the consumer's loyalty to make a buy back. Repurchase intention is the desire of consumers to buy back a product or service based on the impression and experience of a consumer to a company.This research was conducted at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru which located at Gatot Subroto No. 07 Pekanbaru. The problem in this research is not achieving the company's sales target in the last five years and the percentage of sales target achievement decreased in three consecutive years and the least increase of consumer number. This is allegedly influenced by customer loyalty.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Integrated marketing communicationis and brand equity on the customer loyalty at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru. In this research the method used is descriptive quantitative with SPSS program. The sample of this study was taken as many as 100 respondents from the total population 141.938 calculated using slovin formula. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis method.The results showed that the Integrated marketing communicationis and the brand equity have a positive and significant effect on customer Loyalty at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru.Keywords: Integrated Marketing Communication, Brand Equity, CustomerLoyalty.

Abstract

Background: One of the efforts to increase the usage of Long-term Contraceptive Methods is an effective counselling using decision-making tools. This counselling is very important to assist acceptors in making decisions and providing convenience to problem solving, behaviour changes or attitudes towards contraception. This study aimed to analyse the counselling effectiveness using decision-making tools in selecting methods of long-active reversible contraception.Subjects and Method: This was an analytic observational study with case-control design. This study was conducted at District of Kendal, Central Java, from May 18 to August 18, 2016. Population of this study was the entire contraceptive acceptors who were at district of Kendal. The samples were as much as 100 people, 35 contraceptive acceptors in case group and 65 in control group using quota sampling technique. The exogenous variables were counselling on Decision-Making Tools, self-efficacy, subjective norms, behaviour of women of reproductive age, ages of women of reproductive age, parity of women of reproductive age, levels of education of women of reproductive age. The endogenous variables were the usage of long-term contra­ceptive methods. The data were collected by a set of questionnaires and analyzed by path analysis.Results: Age≥35 years old (b=-2.19; CI 95%=-3.60 to -0.77; p=0.002), multiparity (b=-2.04; CI 95%=-3.99 to -0.09; p=0.040). Primary education level(b=-0.55; CI 95%=0.12 to 1.85; p= 0.359). There was a positive correlation between counselling and behaviour (b=0.98; CI 95%=0.12 to 1.85; p=0.025). There was a correlation between counselling and efficacy (b=1.56; CI 95%=0.62 to 2.50; p= 0.001). There was a correlation between behaviour and participation in the long-term contraceptive methods (b=4.02; CI 95%=1.71 to 6.34;p=0.001). There was a correlation between self-efficacy and participation in the long-term contraceptive methods (b=3.23; CI 95%=0.71 to 5.75; p=0.012). There was a correlation between subjective norms and participation in the long-term contraceptive methods (b=3.25; CI 95%=0.92 to 5.59; p=0.006).Conclusion: Counselling using decision-making tools influences behaviour and self-efficacy in using the long-term contraceptive methods indirectly. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to find out the Effect of Service Performance and Price Pieces on Consumer Loyalty (Case Study on Simply Fresh Laundry- Pekanbaru). This study uses quantitative research and a sample of 92 respondents who are consumers of simply fresh laundry - pekanbaru. Data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires with purposive sampling technique. The results showed that service performance variables directly influence the price discount variable, the price discount variable directly influences the consumer loyalty variable, the service performance variable has a direct effect on consumer loyalty, and the service performance variable has an indirect effect on consumer loyalty variables. Keywords: Service Performance, Price Discounts and Consumer Loyalty.
