Abstract

In recent years, the cafe industry in Indonesia has experienced very rapid development. The increasingly dynamic lifestyle of society and the increasing interest in coffee have triggered the growth of coffee shops in various cities. This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and menu diversity on purchasing decisions at Samara Coffee, Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative method. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling including incidental/accidental sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data obtained were processed using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study are: (1) store atmosphere has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) menu diversity has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) store atmosphere and menu diversity have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan pelaksanaan promosi terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Fajar Rezki Houseware Pekanbaru. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya persaingan bisnis dalam industri perlengkapan rumah tangga yang menuntut perusahaan untuk mampu menjaga kualitas produk sekaligus melaksanakan promosi yang efektif agar dapat menarik perhatian dan minat beli konsumen.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 98 responden, yaitu konsumen Fajar Rezki Houseware Pekanbaru. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala Likert untuk menilai tanggapan responden terhadap variabel penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji instrumen penelitian (validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik, serta uji statistik inferensial berupa uji t dan uji F dengan bantuan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat beli konsumen, demikian pula pelaksanaan promosi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat beli. Hasil penelitian secara simultan kedua variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa kombinasi antara kualitas produk yang baik dan promosi yang efektif menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan minat beli dan mempertahankan daya saing perusahaan.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the influence of service quality on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara (Capella Honda 88 Workshop) Pekanbaru. Methodology: In this study, a purposive sampling technique was used to sample 100 respondents. The method used was descriptive statistics with a quantitative approach. Measurement models, structural models, and hypothesis testing with SmartPLS4 software analyze data with a Likert scale. Results: the results show that service quality has a significant direct effect on consumer loyalty with a T-statistic of 2.388>1.96 and a p-value of 0.017<0.05 Service quality significantly affects consumer satisfaction directly with a T-statistic of 13.812>1.96 and a p-value of 0.000<0.05. Consumer satisfaction significantly affects consumer loyalty directly with a T-statistic of 4.740>1.96. and the p-value 0.000<0.05. Consumer satisfaction mediates the effect of service quality on consumer loyalty, which has a significant influence with a T-statistic of 4.627>1.96 and a p-value of 0.000<0.05.. Findings: In this study, consumer satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of service quality on consumer loyalty has a significant influence. Novelty: This study uses a data processing application that is different from the previous research, namely using SmartPLS4. Using different dimensions compared to previous research. Originality: This study provides insight into the influence of service quality on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara (Capella Honda 88 Workshop) Pekanbaru. The researcher directly distributed the questionnaire to the respondents. Conclusion: With consumer satisfaction obtained from the service quality is able to increase consumer loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Social Media Marketing and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The research employs a quantitative descriptive analysis method, with the data obtained from primary sources through the distribution of questionnaires. The collected data were then analyzed using SPSS version 27. The population in this study consists of Kopi Kenangan Panam Pekanbaru consumers, with a total sample of 99 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique applied was non-probability sampling, specifically accidental sampling, which selects respondents based on coincidence or availability. Data analysis using SPSS includes tests for validity, reliability, classical assumptions, as well as simple and multiple linear regression analyses. The results indicate that Social Media Marketing (X1) has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y), Brand Image (X2) has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y), and both Social Media Marketing (X1) and Brand Image (X2) together have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y) at Kopi Kenangan Panam Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Currently, one of the growing business sectors is the retail industry. The retail industry has undergone a significant transformation in recent decades, moving from traditional retail to more complex and diverse modern retail. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product diversity on customer satisfaction at Jaya Mart Pelalawan Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling using incidental/accidental sampling with a sample size of 99 respondents. The data obtained was processed using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study are: (1) service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) product diversity has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, (3) service quality and product diversity have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Purchase Decision is one of the important aspects in marketing concepts, which serves as the background of this research. The implementation of a strong brand image, good product quality, and appropriate pricing in the eyes of consumers are the strategies applied by Buttonscarves Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, and price on purchase decisions at Buttonscarves Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative, with data sources consisting of primary and secondary data. The sample size for this study is 100 respondents, selected using accidental sampling technique. The analytical methods used include simple and multiple regression analysis, along with validity and reliability testing. The results of this study indicate that Brand image (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y), Product Quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y), and Price (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y). Furthermore, Brand image (X1), Product Quality (X2), and Price (X3) collectively have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y) at Buttonscarves Pekanbaru
