Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of customer relationship management and service quality on customer loyalty at Hotel Grand Zuri Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. Customer relationship management and service quality as the independent variable (X1 & X2) mean while customer loyalty as the dependent variable (Y). This research was conducted at Hotel Grand Zuri Pekanbaru which is located at Jalan Teuku Umar No. 7 Rintis Pekanbaru. In this research the data analysis methodology used is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS version 23.0 program, where the sample in this research is customer of Hotel Grand Zuri Pekanbaru as many as 100 respondents. To determine the sample using slovin formula, sampling technique non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data collection technique through observation, interview and questionnaire, type and source data of using primary and secondary, measurement technique using a likert scale.From the research test covering validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test (partial) and F (simultaneous) test. The result of this research shows that the result of test first t test hypothesis, customer relationship management to customer loyalty is t arithmetic (12,707) > t table (1,6605) meaning that customer relationship management have significant effect to customer loyalty. Second, service quality to customer loyalty is t arithmetic (11,809) > t table (1,6605) meaning service quality have a significant effect on customer loyalty. F customer relationship management test and service quality to customer loyalty are F arithmetic (108,006) > F table (3,09). This means customer relationship management and service quality simultaneously significantly influence customer loyalty.

Abstract

This assessment was carried out at the Pekanbaru Annisa Hospital, located at Jalan Garuda No.66, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the Company Image and Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction at Pekanbaru Annisa Hospital. The sample in this study was taken as many as 100 respondents and the technique used was accidental sampling. The data in this study used the survey method through questionnaires filled out by patients. Data obtained from the questionnaire and then processed to then be tested through statistics using the SPSS program. From the results of testing conducted shows that the Corporate Image and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Patient Satisfaction at Pekanbaru Annisa Hospital. With an R2 value of 0.787. This shows that the Corporate Image and Service Quality have an effect of 78,7% on Patient Satisfaction at Annisa Pekanbaru Hospital, while the remaining 21,3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Company Image, Service Quality and Patient Satisfaction

Abstract

Thish research was conducted at Rumah Makan Sinar Muda Cabang Panam. This business is engaged in culinary Padang food. The purpose of this research is to formulate a competitive strategy formulation on Rumah Makan Sinar Muda Cabang Panam using SWOT analysis techniques. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach, where in this study only uses key informants to get the information needed. The types of data sources used in this study are primary data, namely data obtained through direct interviews. From the results of the analysis it can be seen that there are several alternative strategies that can be used as a tool to win competition in the culinary business of Padang cuisine. Abstract

This study was conducted at Plaza Mebel Furniture Center Pekanbaru which is located on Soekarno Hatta No.89A, Tangkerang Barat, Pekanbaru City, Riau, 28282. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and pricing decision on purchasing at the Furniture Center Plaza Pekanbaru. Data analysis using descriptive analysis by using SPSS Program. The population was 7.200 Furniture Center Plaza Pekanbaru buyers in the five last years and samples were taken were 100 respondents. and techniques used Accidental sampling. Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear analysis method and multiple linear analysis with the results showing that the effect of promotion and pricing has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Furniture Center Plaza Pekanbaru. With a simple calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) the implementation of promotion on purchasing decisions obtained by the value of R Square of 0.404 or 40.4% and the pricing of purchasing decisions obtained R Square value of 0.453 or 45.3% and multiple determination calculations (R2) of promotion and pricing for purchasing decisions obtained R Square value of 0.528 or 52.8%. This shows that the effect of promotion and pricing has an effect of 52.8% on purchasing decisions at the Furniture Center Plaza Pekanbaru, while the remaining 47.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Promotion, Pricing, Purchasing Decisions

This research was conducted at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru, as for the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of integrated marketing communication and brand equity to costumer loyalty ( study at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru). Integrated marketing communication and brand equity as the independent variable (X1X2) while the costumer loyalty as the dependent variable (Y).The problem in this research is the sale of room service of Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru fluctuated and tenden to decline each year, does not even reach the sales target. Seen from the presentation realization sale services of a hotel room in the last 5 years. The research sample was taken of 100 respondents of the population was calculated using the Slovin formula. The data was getting from the questionnaire and subsequently processed to then be tested with statistics through SPSS.From the results which shows that integrated marketing communications and brand equity have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty (study at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru)Keywords: Integrated marketing communications, brand equity and customer loyalty.

Abstract

The research conducted at Distro Jenawi Oblong Riau Pekanbaruwhere located in Jl. Durian No. 2D, Simpang Pepaya, Sukajadi. The problem in this study is number of buyers has decreasing, percentage of target achievement has decreased, and  the failure of the company’s sales target has not been achieved, this study aims to determine the effect of store location and promotion on consumer buying interest at  Distro Jenawi Oblong Riau Pekanbaru. In this study use quantitive descriptive with SPSS program. The population in this is are consumers at  Distro Jenawi Oblong Riau Pekanbaru. The sampling technique chosen is slovin Formula with a sample 86 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear analysis method and multiple analysis with result showing that store location and promotion have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest at  Distro Jenawi Oblong Riau Pekanbaru. With the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) store location on consumer buying interest the value of R square is 0,299 or 29,9% and promotion on consumer buying interest the value of R square is 0,278 or 27,8% and coefficient of determination (R2) store location and promotion on consumer buying interest the value of R square is 0,360 or 36%. This show that the location of store and promotion gives an effect of  36% on consumer buying interest at Distro Jenawi Oblong Riau Pekanbaru, while remaining 64% is effected by other variables that aee not examined in this study.                                    Key words: Store Location, Promotion, Consumer Buying Interest

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the incentives and its influence on the performance of employees prdouction part of PT.Perkebunan Nusantara V Rokan Hulu. Insentives as a variable (X), and employee performance as a variable (Y). The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 20 program, where the sample used is PT.Perkebunan Nusantara V Rokan Hulu production employee which amounted to 60 people and data collection technique through questionnaire. The results of analysis using validity test, reliability test, test of determination of simple linear regression test and t test. So it can be concluded that the incentives significant effect on the performance of production employee of PT.Perkebunan Nusantara V Rokan Hulu.Keywords: Incentives, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research is conducted at Toko Solo Indah Pekanbaru which is located at Kopen Street, Tangkerang Tengah, Marpoyan Damai, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know how big influence of brand awareness, brand loyalty and perception of quality to consumer interest in Toko Solo Indah Pekanbaru. Samples in this study were taken as many as 100 respondents and the techniques used accidental sampling. The data in this study using survey method through questionnaires filled by consumers. The data obtained from the questionnaire and then processed to then tested through statistics through the SPSS program. Hypothesis testing using simple linear analysis method and multiple linear analysis. From the results of tests conducted indicate that brand awareness, brand loyalty and quality perceptions have a positive and significant impact on consumer interest in Toko Indah Solo Pekanbaru. With R2 value of 0.713. This shows that brand awareness, brand loyalty and quality perception give 71.3% influence on consumer interest in Toko Solo Indah Pekanbaru, while the remaining 28.7% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Brand awareness, Brand loyalty, Quality perception and Consumer Interest

Abstract

MTC Giant Panam Pekanbaru brick shoe store is a company engaged in the field of shoes products. In order to face increasingly difficult competition, a company must pay attention to promotions and prices in order to attract buying interest from consumers. For this reason, this research was conducted, research with the promotion variable (X1) and Price (X2) and the dependent variable, namely Consumer Purchase Interest (Y). The problem in this research is that buying interest in shoe shops has fluctuated and tends to decrease every year.This study aims to determine, and can explain the effect of promotion and price on consumer buying interest in the MTC Giant Panam Pekanbaru Pekanbaru. The sample of this study was taken as many as 100 respondents from the entire population and calculated using the Slovin formula, where the method used in collecting questionnaires was the accidental sampling method. And data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews, while the data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression and multiple linear regression.From the results of research conducted, that the effect of promotion on prices has a significant effect, and prices also influence buying interest significantly, so does Promotion and Prices also have a significant effect on consumer buying interest.
