Abstract

This research was conducted at KFC Metropolitan City Pekanbaru, located on jalan H.R Soebrantas, Km. 12.5, Tampan, Metropolitan City Pekanbaru-Riau. The problem in this study is the decline and failure to reach the target number of customers and income that is thought to be influenced by consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reference groups and pricing on consumer purchasing decisions at KFC Metropolitan City Pekanbaru. Samples are taken based on the method using the Slovin formula, amounting to 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear regression analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis with the results showing that the reference group and price setting significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions at KFC Metropolitan City Pekanbaru. With a simple linear regression calculation the coefficient of determination (R2) of the reference group on consumer purchasing decisions obtained R Square of 0.258 or 25.8%, pricing for consumer purchasing decisions obtained R Square of 0.303 or 30.3% and calculation of multiple linear regression coefficient of determination (R2) the reference group and pricing for consumer purchasing decisions obtained R Square of 0.414 or 41.4%. This shows that the reference group and price setting influence 41.4% of consumer purchasing decisions at KFC Metropolitan City Pekanbaru. While the remaining 58.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords : Reference Group, Pricing, Consumer Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence advertising and brand image to consumer buying interest. Sampels in this study were taken as many as 100 respondens and techniques used accidental sampling approach. The data in this study using survey method through questionnares filled by consumers. Data were obtained by using simple regression analysis dan multiple regression analysis. The result of this study show that advertising has a significant impact on consumer buying interest. brand image has a significant impact on consumer buying interest. And then simultaneously advertising and brand image have a significant impact on consumer buying interest. Abstract

This study aim to determine how much influence promotion implementation and product quality have on consumer purchasing decisions. The sample in this study was taken as many as 57 respondents who were determined using Slovin formula. Data collection techniques in this study using interview methods and questionnaires filled by consumen who bought house at Mutiara Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru Housing. Data obtained using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that promotion implementation has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Product quality has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. And simultaneously promotion implementation and product quality have a significant effect on consumer puchasing decisions. Kata kunci : Promotion Implementation, Product Quality, Consumer Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Service quality can be determined by comparing consumers' perceptions of the services they actually receive / get with the services they actually expect / want for the service attributes of a company. Discount is a discount given by the seller to the buyer as a tribute to certain activities of the buyer who are pleasing to the seller. Consumer buying interest can be influenced by product quality, price, location and service quality. So in this case, the company must be able to know what is the desire of the consumers themselves in order to continue to have an interest in a product, both goods and services.            This research was conducted at the Zanafa Pekanbaru Bookstore located on Jalan HR. Subrantas Complex MTC / Giant Blok A 39-41 Pekanbaru. The problem in this study is that it does not reach 80% of the desired sales target and the number of consumers in the Zanafa Bookstore has decreased in 2017. This is thought to be influenced by consumer buying interest.            The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price discounts on the buying interest of Zanafa Bookstore consumers. In this research the method used is quantitative descriptive with SPSS program. The sample of this study was taken as many as 100 respondents from a total population of 57,128 which was calculated using the Slovin formula. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing uses simple and multiple linear regression analysis methods.            The results showed that service quality and price cuts significantly influence buying interest in the Pekanbaru Zanafa Bookstore. Keywords: Service Quality, Price Discount, And Consumer Buying Interest

Abstract

This research was conducted at Hotel New Hollywood Pekanbaru located at Jalan Kuantan Raya No. 120, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and pricing on consumer satisfaction at Hotel New Hollywood Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. In this research the method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with SPSS program. The population in this study were all visitors staying at the Hotel New Hollywood Pekanbaru in the last year of 2018 totaling 23,585 people. Where the samples in this study were Hotel New Hollywood Pekanbaru consumers as many as 100 respondents. To determine the sample using the Slovin formula, a non-probability sampling technique with an accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires, types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data, measurement techniques using a Likert scale.From the analysis of data which includes validity, reliability, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test (partial test), and F test (simultaneous). The results of this study indicate that the results of the first t test hypothesis testing, service quality on customer satisfaction is t arithmetic (6,782)> t table (1,6605) means that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. second, price fixing on customer satisfaction is t arithmetic (6,965)> t table (1,6605) means that price setting has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. F Test Results of service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, namely F arithmetic (33,737)> F tables (3,09). This means that service quality and price setting simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Hotel New Hollywood Pekanbaru. Keywords: Service Quality, Pricing, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

The research conducted at Selebriti Asian&Suki Restaurant Pekanbaru where located in Jl. Sudirman No.426 Lt 1, Gedung Star City Square. The problem in this study is number of buyers has decreasing, percentage of target achievement has decreased, and  the failure of the company’s sales target has not been achieved, this study aims to determine the effect of pricing and service quality on consumer satisfaction Selebriti Asian&Suki Restaurant Pekanbaru . In this study use quantitive descriptive with SPSS program. The population in this is are consumers at Selebriti Asian&Suki Restaurant. The sampling technique chosen is slovin Formula with a sample 97 respondents.            Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear analysis method and multiple analysis with result showing that pricing and service quality have a positive and significan on consumer satisfaction Selebriti Asian&Suki Restaurant. With the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) pricing on consumer satisfaction of R square is 0,450 or 45% and service quality on consumer satisfaction the value of R square is 0,478 or 47,8% and coefficient of determination R square pricing and service quality on consumer satisfaction the value of R is 0,607. This show that the pricing and service quality gives an effect of 60,7% on consumer satisfaction at Selebriti Asian&Suki Restaurant, while remaining 39,3% is effected by other variables that are not examined in this study. Key words: Pricing, Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence service quality and corporate image towards customer satisfaction at new resty menara pekanbaru hotel. The sample of the present researchers was taken as many as 100 respondents and the technique used was incidental sampling. The data in this study used the survey method through a questionnaire filled out by Customer. Data obtained from the results of the questionnaire and then processed to then be tested with statistics through the SPSS18 program.The results of this study indicate that the service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction in the New Resty Hotel, Pekanbaru Tower. And the corporate image variable has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction in the New Resty Hotel, Pekanbaru Tower. Then simultaneously service quality and corporate image have a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction at the New Resty Hotel, Pekanbaru Tower. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Capella Medan Daihatsu Duri Branch, located on street Duri-Dumai km 3.5 in front of the dsf gate. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and pricing on purchasing decisions for terios cars at PT. Capella Medan Daihatsu Branch of Duri. Product quality and pricing (X1X2) meanwhile purchasing decisions (Y).        The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis obtained from the results of a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale which is then processed by the SPSS program. The sample of this study was 85 respondents from the population who were calculated using the Slovin formula. This research uses simple linear regression analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis.               The results showed that the quality of the product had an effect on purchasing decisions for terios cars with a value of  t co+unt> t table (8,712> 1,663) and significance (0,000 <0.05). Pricing affects the decision to purchase terios cars with a value of  t count> t table (11.099> 1.663) and significance (0.000 <0.05). Product quality and pricing on purchasing decisions for terios cars with a value of  F count> F table (63.158> 3.11) and significance (0.000 <0.05). It can be concluded that product quality and pricing have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for terios cars at PT. Abstract

This research was conducted in Mex Barlian Dirgantara Pekanbaru, located on Meranti Street, Labuh Baru Timur Village, Payung Sekaki District. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of relationship marketing and service quality on customer loyalty in the use of goods delivery services at PT. Mex Barlian Dirgantara Pekanbaru. Relationship marketing and service quality (X1-X2) meanwhile customer loyalty (Y).                The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis obtained from the results of a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale which is then processed with SPSS version 16. The sample of this study was 100 respondents from the population calculated using the Slovin formula. This research uses simple linear regression analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis.                The results of the analysis show that relationship marketing and service quality have an effect on increasing consumer loyalty, either partially or simultaneously. The results of the analysis show that the coefficient of determination is 0.429, meaning that 42.9% change in the value of customer loyalty is influenced by relationship marketing and service quality variables while the remaining 57.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Relationship Marketing, Service Quality, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Orindo Alam Ayu Pekanbaru Branch is located at Ska Mall, 3A Floor No 24-25 Jl. Soekarno Hatta, Kec. Tampan, Pekanbaru City,Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of Digital Marketing and Product Innovation on Purchase Decisions at PT. Orindo Alam Ayu Pekanbaru Branch partially and simultaneously. In this research, the method used is quantitative descriptive analysis and SPSS. The population of this study is all consumers who make purchases of Oriflame Cosmetic Products at PT.Orindo Alam Ayu Pekeabaru Branch. In the last year, 2020, there were 95 people.To determine the sample using the census method. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews, types and sources of data using primary and secondary data, measurement collection techniques using a rikert scale.From data analysis which includes validation test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test (partial) test, and f test (simultaneous). The results of this study indicate that the results of testing the first t-test hypothesis, Digital Marketing on purchasing decisions, namely t count (3.717) > t table (1.6614) meaning that Digital Marketing has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.The second quality of service on purchasing decisions is t count (7.716) > t table (1.6614) meaning that cosmetic product innovation has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the calculated f test (32,921) > F table 3.10. it means that Digital Marketing and Cosmetic Product Innovation simultaneously affect the Decision at PT.
