Abstract

The research to find out how the influence of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions in order to achieve sales targets planned by Ollanda Brownies Rumbai Pekanbaru Riau and also to find out purchasing decisions in making purchases. The population in this study were consumers of Ollanda Brownies Rumbai Pekanbaru Riau by taking as many as 100 respondents using the census method. Research data in the form of primary data with a questionnaire as a research instrument and secondary in the form of company archives. Analysis of the data used is by using statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS program. Based on the results of research conducted the authors draw conclusions on the marketing mix influence on purchasing decisions on Ollanda Brownies Rumbai Pekanbaru Riau from the responses of the respondents studied that each has indicators that are interrelated and influence the purchasing decisions on Ollanda Brownies Rumbai Pekanbaru Riau.

Abstract

research was conducted at PT. Bank SUMUT Sidikalang Branch located at Sisingamangaraja street No. 172 Sidikalang. Problems in this research is the number of customers who experience fluctuations within the last 5 years and an increasing number of customers who close the account at PT. Bank SUMUT Branch Sidikalang .The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of integrated marketing communications and brand equity to customer loyalty at PT. Bank SUMUT Sidikalang Branch. In this research data analysis used is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS program. Samples in the study amounted to 100 respondents from the population calculated by the formula Taro Yamane, with the method of sampling using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used are primary and secondary data through observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression method.From the results of tests conducted show that integrated marketing communications and brand equity have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at PT. Abstract

The problem in this study is the percentage of achievement of sales targets has decreased, this is thought to be influenced by consumer dissatisfaction with product quality and service quality.             The purpose of this study was to determine product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction in KFC Giant Panam Pekanbaru. The population in this study is KFC Giant Panam Pekanbaru consumers. The sample taken is based on the method using the incidental sampling guidelines in sugiono on the third point, amounting to 100 respondents. The data in this study used a survey method through a questionnaire filled out by consumers. Data obtained from the result of the questionnaire and then processed to then be tested with statistics through the SPSS23 program.            Hypothesis testing usus simple linear analysis methods and multiple linear analysis with the results showing that product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction on KFC Giant Panam Pekanbaru. With the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R²) of simple product quality to customer satisfaction obtained an R square value of 0,642 or 64,2% and service quality to customer satisfaction obtained an R square value of 0,339 or 33,9% and a calculation of determination (R²) of multiple product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction obtained R square value of 0,503 or 50,3%, this shows that product quality and service quality have and effect of 50,3% on customer satisfaction on KFC Giant Panam Pekanbaru, while the remaining 49,7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.              Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, and Customer satisfaction

Abstract

The success of a company depends on several interrelated components and supporting each other. The components are service quality, corporate image and customer loyalty. This research was conducted at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru, as for the purpose of this study was to determine the influence of service quality and company image on customer loyalty (Study at Alpha’s Hotel Pekanbaru Room Service). service quality and corporate image as the independent variable (X1X2) while the customer loyalty as the dependent variable (Y). The problem in this research is the sale of Alpha’s Hotel Pekanbaru room service was fluctuated and tenden to decline each year, and does not even reach the sales target. Seen from the presentation realization sale services of a hotel room in the last 4  years. The research sample was taken of 100 respondents of the population was calculated using the Slovin formula. The data was getting from the questionnaire and subsequently processed to then be tested with statistics through SPSS. From the results which shows that service quality and corporate image have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at room service Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru.                                     Key words: Service Quality, Corporate Image, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of promotion (inform, introduce, persuading, and reminding) and Quality of Service (Tangibles, Ephaty, Reliaility, Responsiveness and Assurance) against the interests of consumers (Attention, interest, Desire, and Action) Dealer Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Pekanbaru.The population in this study is that consumers who buy cars Mitsubishi Pajero type Dealer Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Pekanbaru. With 100 samples, sampling using the formula slovin. The data collection of primary data research, with questionnaires as an instrument of research and secondary data from company archives, data analysis used is by using multiple linear regression, determination test, t test and f SPSS.From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression, t test research results showing the calculation of the t (4.306)> t table (1.985) and Sig. (0.000) <0,05.Artinya variable Promotion significantly influence Consumer interest.And the results showed the calculation of the t (7.098)> t table (1.985) and Sig. (0.000) <0.05 .. That variable significant effect on the Quality of Service and Consumer Interests based test concluded that the simultaneous sale and service together significant effect on consumer interest with the influence of 81.78% in Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Dealer Pekanbaru.Keywords: Promotion, Quality of Service, Consumer Interests

Abstract

This research was conducted at Bank Nagari Pekanbaru branch while the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer relationship management and perceived quality on customer loyalty in Nagari Bank Pekanbaru branch. Customer Relationship Management and Perceived Quality are dependent variables (X1X2) while Customer Loyalty is the dependent variable (Y). the problem in this study is that the products and services offered by the Bank Nagari Pekanbaru Branch do not match the wishes of the customers, thus giving rise to customers who are not loyal to the Bank Nagari Pekanbaru Branch. The sample of this study was taken as many as 100 respondents from the population calculated using the Slovin formula. Data obtained from the results of the questionnaire and then processed to then be tested with statistics through the SPSS program. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Pandi Kencana Murni Pekanbaru which is located on Pope Street No.21 Tanggerang District, Pekanbaru. The problem in this study is the sales target which has fluctuated for five years and the percentage of sales also experienced fluctuations and the reduction in the number of buyers, this is thought to be influenced by consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and promotion at PT. Pandi Kencana Murni Pekanbaru. In this study the method used is quantitative descriptive using the SPSS program. The population in this study were 118 consumers. Samples were taken based on the Slovin formula method of 54 respondents and data collection methods using a questionnaire. This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of service and promos on consumer purchasing decisions. The technique used was purposive sampling, data obtained using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the Quality of Service and Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. Keywords: Service Quality, Promotion and Consumer Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformational leadership style and its influence on the performance of Bank Indonesia employees Pekanbaru Branch. Transformational leadership style as a variable (X), and employee performance as a variable (Y).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 20 program, where the sample used is Bank Indonesia employee which amounted to 50 people and data collection technique through questionnaire.The results of analysis using validity test, reliability test, test of determination of simple linear regression test and t test. So it can be concluded that the leadership style transformational significant effect on the performance of Bank Indonesia employees Pekanbaru Branch.Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, and Employee Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted by conducting a consumer survey in Batam Central Elektronik Pekanbaru which is located at Taman Anglek Complex, Tuanku Tambusai Street, Number A4-A5. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of green product and brand trust on the purchase intention Air Conditioner (AC) Brand Sharp. In this research using quantitative data analysis method with SPSS program. The sample in this study amounted to 92 respondents. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study is the response of respondents to the green product and brand trust in the category agree, while purchase intention in the category hesitant. While t test that has been done shows that the green product and brand trust partially have a significant effect on purchase intention. And F test results show that green product and brand trust simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase intention. The result of coefficient of determination test shows that green product and brand trust partially influence to the purchase intention of each of 60,4% and 67,3%, whereas simultaneously equal to 70,5% the rest influenced other variable not examined in this research.Keywords: Green Product, Brand Trust, Purchase Intention

Abstract

This researcher aims to find out how much influence store atmosphere, service quality and produc diversity have on consumer buying interest in KFC metropolitan City Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was taken as many as 100 respondents and the technique used was Accidental Sampling. The data in this study uses a survey method through a questionnaire filled out by consumers. Data obtained from the questionnaire and then processed to then be tested with statistics through SPSS. The results of the analysis use simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination test (R2), individual significant test (t test), and simultaneous significant test (F test) so that it can be known that store atmosphere variables influence consumer purchase interest variables, variables , service quality influences the variables of consumer buying interest, and variable productivity diversity influences consumer buying interest and store atmosphere variables, service quality and diversity products influence simultaneously on the variables of consumer buying interest. The calculation results show that R square is the coefficient of determination and the value of R Square is 0.847. This means that store atmosphere, service quality and produc diversity affect consumer buying interest by 84.7%.  Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Service Quality and Diversity Products and Consumer Buying Interests
