Abstract

This study examines the influence of leverage, liquidity, and profitability on the financial performance of companies listed on the Indonesian Capital Market. A quantitative approach was utilized, involving 150 companies, with data measured using a Likert scale (1–5) and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings reveal that leverage and profitability significantly and positively impact financial performance, with profitability demonstrating the strongest effect. Liquidity also positively influences financial performance, albeit to a lesser extent. Collectively, the three variables explain 62% of the variance in financial performance, highlighting their interdependence and critical role in driving firm success. The study provides valuable insights for corporate managers and policymakers in emerging markets, emphasizing the importance of strategic financial planning to ensure sustainable growth.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada saat Indonesia dilanda pandemi Covid 19, berdampak bagi semua sector kehidupan utamanya perekonomian. Banyak perusahaan yang harus melakukan pemutusan hubunga kerja (PHK) kepada karyawannya. Akibatnya jumlah pengangguran semakin bertambah. Masyarakat tidak memiliki penghasilan. Setelah berakhirnya pandemic Covid 19 perlu dilakukan pemulihan di sector perekonomian. Salah satunya adalah dengan menjadi wirausaha. Namun permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat yang terdampak Covid 19, yakni masyarakat tidak memiliki penghasilan, tidak berani memulai usaha atau bisnis, susah mencari jenis usaha yang akan dijalankan, kurangnya pengetahuan untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha, kurang kreatif dan inovasi untuk memulai suatu usaha. Oleh karena itu tim dosen STIE Tri Dharma Nusantara Makassar melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat kepada masyarakat Desa Jenetallasa, Kecamatan Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa yang terkena PHK. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan kepada masyarakat yang terdampak Covid 19 yang berada di Desa Jenetallasa, Kecamatan Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa yang terkena PHK sebagai dampak Pandemi Covid 19 tentang bagaimana cara memulai suatu bisnis di era teknologi digital sekarang ini sehingga masyarakat dapat menjadi seorang wirausaha yang memiliki penghasilan. Hasil pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dapat dilihat peserta pelatihan merespon secara positif dan terlihat puas dengan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Para peserta sangat antusias untuk menjadi wirausaha yang ditunjukkan dengan partisipasi dan keikutsertaan selama pelatihan berlangsung. Peserta juga sudah membuktikan pemahaman mereka tentang materi kewirausahaan yang telah diberikan oleh narasumber dengan mempraktekkan proses pengolahan jajanan kekinian dan menjawab setiap pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh pemateri. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Kewirausahaan, Masyarakat, Pandemi Covid 19                                                     ABSTRACT When Indonesia was hit by the Covid 19 pandemic, it had an impact on all sectors of life, especially the economy. Many companies have had to lay off their employees. As a result, the number of unemployed is increasing. People have no income. After the end of the Covid 19 pandemic, it is necessary to restore the economic sector. One way is to become an entrepreneur. However, the problems faced by people affected by Covid 19 are that people have no income, do not dare to start a business, have difficulty finding the type of business to run, lack of knowledge to become an entrepreneur, lack of creativity and innovation to start a business. Therefore, the STIE Tri Dharma Nusantara Makassar lecturer team carried out Community Service activities for the people of Jenetallasa Village, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency who were affected by layoffs. The aim of this community service activity is to provide entrepreneurship training to people affected by Covid 19 in Jenetallasa Village, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency who have been laid off as a result of the Covid 19 Pandemic on how to start a business in the current era of digital technology so that people can become an entrepreneur who has an income. The results of implementing Community Service can be seen by training participants responding positively and appearing satisfied with the activities carried out. The participants were very enthusiastic about becoming entrepreneurs as shown by their participation and participation during the training. Participants have also proven their understanding of the entrepreneurship material provided by the resource person by practicing the process of processing contemporary snacks and answering every question asked by the speaker. Keywords: Training, Entrepreneurship, Society, Covid 19 Pandemic

Abstract

This journal reviews the material on multiplication of whole numbers for class III of UPTD SDN 192 Barru. This study aims to determine the material on multiplication of whole numbers in the mathematics learning process in class III of UPTD SDN 192 Barru. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK). The research instrument is student worksheets (LKPD). The data sources for the study are the results of observations in class, interviews with Mathematics teachers, and students. The results of the study showed that increasing understanding of multiplication of whole numbers using the Problem Basic Learning (PBL) model got good and quite satisfactory results. So it is in accordance with what the teacher expected. In the pre-action cycle, only 1 student completed it and 12 students did not complete it, while in cycle II, 13 students completed it. Overall

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya penerapan pembelajaran berdeferensiasi dimana guru belum mengakomodir kebutuhan belajar murid, berupa kesiapan belajar, minat belajar dan profil (gaya) belajar murid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar murid. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen: (1) lembar observasi aktivitas murid dan (2) tes hasil belajar. Data dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Rata-rata persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar murid pada siklus I sebesar 16,6%, meningkat menjadi 41,6% pada siklus II. Sedangkan persentase aktivitas belajar murid pada siklus I mencapai 71,5%, meningkat 73,95% pada siklus II. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi melalui model pembelajaran discovery learning dapat mengoptimalkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar murid.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi di kalangan guru-guru Sekolah Dasar khususnya di kabupaten Maros adalah penggunaan angka dan huruf tingkat dasar yang masih kurang. Hal ini mengakibatkan bahan ajar yang dikembangkan oleh guruguru tersebut bisa dikatakan tidak layak untuk digunakan. Oleh karena itu, solusi yang ditawarkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah; 1) memberikan motivasi kepada siswa agar tertarik untuk belajar materi dasar yakni angka dan huruf, 2) meningkatkan pengetahuan guru dalam menentukan jenis bahan ajar yang cocok untuk diterapkan, 3) memberikan motivasi kepada guru untuk meningkatkan keterampilan yang dapat membuat anak tertarik dengan materi yang disajikan. Kegiatan pengabdian di laksanakan di SMPN 10 Bantimurung, Kecamatan Tanralili, Kabupaten Maros dengan melibatkan guru-guru SMP yang berada di sekitar sekolah tersebut. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah 1) menunjukkan semangat para guru untuk menanggapi materi penerapan bahan ajar untuk pengenalan huruf dan angka tingkat dasar, hal ini di tandai dengan adanya guru yang mengajukan pertanyaan, saran dan kritik, 2) Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru tentang konsep pengenalan angka dan huruf bagi guru-guru SMP, 3) Adanya respon positif dari para peserta yang ditandai dengan pengerjaan tugas mandiri.Kata Kunci: Bahan Ajar, Angka, Huruf, Guru-Guru SD.

Abstract

Vocabulary translation ability is a crucial component of English language learning, particularly for students in vocational schools preparing for international professional fields such as maritime studies. However, many students still encounter various challenges in translating both general and technical vocabulary. This study aims to analyze the factors associated with students’ difficulties in translating vocabulary at SMK Pelayaran Lintas Nusantara Barru and to identify the most dominant factors influencing these difficulties. This research employed a quantitative descriptive approach involving 60 students from grades X, XI, and XII of SMK Pelayaran Lintas Nusantara Barru. Data were collected through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, then analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation tests. The study examined internal factors (language ability, motivation, interest, and learning strategies) and external factors (teaching methods, learning media, and learning environment). The findings revealed that students' difficulty with vocabulary translation was high, with an average score of 3.67. Both internal and external factors showed a positive and significant correlation with students’ translation difficulties, with language ability (r = 0.68) and learning strategies (r = 0.63) being the most important contributors.Meanwhile, the learning environment showed the weakest relationship (r = 0.38). These results indicate that students' translation difficulties are primarily influenced by limited language proficiency and ineffective learning strategies. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers adopt more contextual teaching methods and utilize interactive learning media to enhance students' comprehension and practical application of vocabulary.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the challenges and solutions faced by teachers in implementing authentic assessment in junior high school mathematics learning amidst time constraints, administrative burdens, and curriculum demands. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, 12 studies published between 2020 and 2025 were analyzed, consisting of eight studies in Indonesia and four studies in Southeast Asia and internationally. The study results indicate that the implementation of authentic assessment is hampered by teachers' low skills in designing valid rubrics, excessive administrative burdens, and pressure to achieve curriculum targets, which makes teachers tend to revert to using conventional tests. However, the literature also highlights several solutions, including the use of digital technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and rubric generators, ongoing teacher training and workshops, and collaboration through peer assessment to streamline the evaluation process. This study recommends that schools and policymakers reduce non-teaching administrative burdens, provide regular professional training, and develop practical and flexible assessment guidelines to support the sustainable and effective implementation of authentic assessment in mathematics learning.
