Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Discipline, and Professionalism on the Quality of Public Services at the Bandar Tengah Village Office, Bandar Khalipah District, Serdang Bedagai Regency (Case Study of the Bandar Tengah Village Community, Bandar Kalipah District, Serdang Bedagai Regency ). This type of research is a quantitative method approach and obtains data by distributing questionnaires to respondents who are used as samples for this study and then the data is processed using SPSS (Staticical Product and Service Solution) Version 25.00. This study used a sample of 100 respondents, this study involved 100 people who came to the bandartengah village office. Sampling using the Random Sampling technique. From the results of this test, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, that is, the variable of work discipline (X1) has a significant effect on the variable of quality of public services (Y). Hypothesis 2 can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted that is to say, the variable of professionalism (X2) has a significant effect on the variable of quality of public services (Y). And it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the variable of labor discipline (X1), the variable of professionalism (X2) affects jointly (simultaneously) the variable of quality of public services (Y).

Abstract

Basically the employees of Samsat Corner Sun Plaza Medan already have loyalty to the leadership, existing systems and regulations, but it is undeniable that in reality not all employees have the same level of loyalty, because sometimes there are still employees who do things that reflect employee disloyalty. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is and how much influence loyalty has on the performance of Samsat Corner Sun Plaza Medan employees. This study used a questionnaire instrument in the form of a questionnaire given to 20 respondents. Technical analysis of the data used is based on product moment correlation coefficient, hypothesis testing and determination test. After processing the data and testing the data, from the calculation of the product moment correlation coefficient, a positive value is obtained, this means that the relationship between the two variables studied is positive with a correlation value of 0.65. There is a positive and significant influence between the influence of loyalty on performance at Samsat Corner Sun Plaza Medan as evidenced from the results of the calculation of the hypothesis test obtained t count = 4.68975 while the t table in n-2 (20-2) which is 2.101 at a significant level of 0.05 (α = 5%) it can be seen that the t count > t table that is 4.68975 > 2.101. So there is an influence between loyalty to performance at Samsat Corner Sun Plaza Medan and the hypothesis is accepted. The percentage of the influence of loyalty on performance at Samsat Corner Sun Plaza Medan is From the calculation of the determination test, it can be seen that the X variable affects the Y variable by 42.25 %, while 57.75 % is influenced by factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of work quantity and work quality on the satisfaction of Sukaramai traditional market traders at the Medan City Cleaning Service and how big the effect is. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with several tests, namely reliability analysis , classical assumption deviation test and linear regression . Based on the results of the primary data regression which was processed using SPSS 18, the following multiple linear regression equation was obtained: Y = 2.352 + 0.205 X 1 + 0.001 X 2 + 0.598 X 3 . Variables of quantity of work (X1 ) , quality of work (X2 ) and timeliness (X3 ) were able to contribute influence on the variable of merchant satisfaction by 33.3% while the remaining 66.7% was influenced by other variables not examined in the study. These are variables such as service quality and work discipline. From the conclusions above, the authors suggest that the agency should provide more training so that the quantity and quality of employee work increases. Timeliness in cleaning up garbage on the protocol road in the Simpang Limun Medan market area is accelerated so that traders are more flexible and comfortable in selling their products. Employees should work sincerely and provide the best work results in accordance with the targets given by the agency.

Abstract

The number of MSMEs in Indonesia is very large, but the portion of credit financing to MSMEs is still very small when compared to the percentage of the number of MSMEs. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of MSME customer motivation on credit decisions at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia through brand awareness as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative descriptive study conducted on 250 MSME customers of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, who have credit with current status and are willing to be respondents. Sampling method with accidental sampling. This study uses primary data collected by questionnaires distributed to respondents. Respondents' perceptions were measured using a Likert scale.  Research with SEM model, data processing with PLS 3.0 smart software. The results showed that motivation and brand awareness has a significant effect on MSME customer credit decisions at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tebing Tinggi branch. Brand awareness can be a moderating variable in the influence of motivation on credit decisions of MSME customers of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tebing Tinggi Branch.  The implication of this research is targeting the policy of increasing Islamic bank credit financing that is oriented towards brand awareness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan di media sosial dan inovasi produk terhadap perkembangan usaha pisang coklat kemeklah Tebing Tinggi. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 25.00, menggunakan sampel sebanyak 96 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk kemeklah. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menghasilkan kesimpulan yaitu : variabel iklan melalui media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perkembangan usaha pisang coklat kemeklah Tebing Tinggi, variabel inovasi produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan usaha pisang coklat kemeklah Tebing Tinggi, dan variabel iklan di media sosial dan inovasi produk berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap perkembangan usaha pisang coklat kemeklah Tebing Tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup, harga produk, kualitas dan merek terhadap minat beli pakaian di toko Kimberly (studi kasus pada Mahasiswa STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi). jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dan menyebar kuesioner melalui sebuah platform google form kepada responden yang dijadikan sampel penelitian ini dan kemudian data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS (Statisctical Product and Service Solution) version 25.00. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 34 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil pengujian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap hipotesis pertama dapat diketahui bahwa thitung (0,960) < ttabel (2,042), demikian pula dengan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,345 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis pertama ditolak, artinya Variabel Gaya Hidup (X1) tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli (Y). Hipotesis kedua dapat diketahui bahwa thitung (2,064) > ttabel (2,042), dan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,048 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis kedua diterima, artinya Harga Produk (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli (Y). Hipotesis ketiga dapat diketahui bahwa thitung (2,538) > ttabel (2,042), dan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,017 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis ketiga diterima, artinya Kualitas (X3) berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli (Y). Hipotesis keempat dapat diketahui bahwa thitung (-0,094) > ttabel (-2,042), dan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,926 > 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis keempat ditolak, artinya Merek (X4) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli (Y) dan hipotesis kelima dapat diketahui bahwa Fhitung (9,049) > Ftabel (3,33), dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis kelima diterima, artinya Gaya Hidup (X1) dan Harga Produk (X2), Kualitas (X3), Merek (X4) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap Minat Beli (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada rumah sakit sri pamela Tebing Tinggi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan non medis pada Rumah Sakit Sri Pamela Tebing Tinggi yang berjumlah 60 orang. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 60 responden dengan menggunakan metode teknik sampling jenuh karena jumlah sampel dibawah 100. Metode analisis regresi yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan uji t dan uji analisis jalur. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis atau diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap gaya kepemimpinan pada karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan, motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja tidak menjadi variabel mediasi antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja menjadi variabel mediasi antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini yaitu menciptakan siswa yang disiplin dan berakhlak mulia, sehingga dapt diharapkan seabgai generasi penerus dalam memimpin bangasa. Adapun empat kegiatan yaitu di Pasantren Darussalam Guntur Batubara. Hasil dari kegiatan ini telah memberikan edeukasi kepada guru dan siswa tentang permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi dalam upaya menciptakan kedisiplinan guru dan siswa. Kegiatan ini mendapat respon positif dari peserta PKM yaitu guru dan murid, sehingga terlihat adanya tekat dalam mewujudkan sistem pendidikan yang disiplin dan berakhlak mulia. Kemudian dari kegiatan ini diketahui bahwa strategi yang dapat dilakuan oleh guru dalam menciptakan disiplin dan berakhlak mulia bagi siswa di pasantren darussalam guntur batubara yaitu secara umum dilakukan dengan beberapa strategi diantarnya: a) Dibentuk satu guru pendamping/ pengawas harian sesuai kapasitas siswa yang ideal, seperti satu sub asrama; b)Melakukan pendekatan individual yaitu dengan memberikan nasehat kepada siswa; c)Memanggil atau menyampaikan permasalahan siswa kepada orang tua siswa dan meminta bantuan memberikan nasehat terkait issue yang disampaikan; d)Membentuk grup WA antara guru wali dan orang tua murid dengan tujuan sebagai wadah menyampaikan perkembangan siswa, permasalahan yang terjadi serta hal-hal lain yang dianggap perlu terkait siswa.Kata Kunci : Strategi Peran Guru; Siswa; Disiplin; Akhlak Mulia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional 1 PKS Rambutan. The approach used is quantitative with a survey method through distributing questionnaires to 58 processing section employees. The results showed that partially only organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, while leadership style and organizational commitment have no significant effect. But simultaneously, the three variables jointly affect employee performance. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) of 0.560 indicates that 56% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the three independent variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the research model. This research confirms the importance of building a strong organizational culture as one of the main factors in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of reference prices, free gifts, product packaging on purchasing decisions and their implications for product quality. The method used is a quantitative method with Smart PLS 4.0 software. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and literature study for 83 respondents who had purchased and used Baba Parfum at the LAS Baba Parfum Shop. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis and determinant coefficients with the research results namely that price influences purchasing decisions. The free gift has no influence on purchasing decision. Product packaging has no influence on purchasing decisions. Product quality influences purchasing decisions. Reference prices affect the quality products. The free gift has no effect on the quality of the LAS Baba Parfum shop products. Product packaging has no influence on purchasing decisions at the LAS Baba Parfum shop. Reference prices have no effect on purchasing decisions with product quality as an intervening variable. Free gifts have no effect on purchasing decisions with product quality as an intervening variable. Product packaging has no effect on purchasing decisions with product quality as an intervening variable.
