Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of reference prices, free gifts, product packaging on purchasing decisions and their implications for product quality. The method used is a quantitative method with Smart PLS 4.0 software. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and literature study for 83 respondents who had purchased and used Baba Parfum at the LAS Baba Parfum Shop. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis and determinant coefficients with the research results namely that price influences purchasing decisions. The free gift has no influence on purchasing decision. Product packaging has no influence on purchasing decisions. Product quality influences purchasing decisions. Reference prices affect the quality products. The free gift has no effect on the quality of the LAS Baba Parfum shop products. Product packaging has no influence on purchasing decisions at the LAS Baba Parfum shop. Reference prices have no effect on purchasing decisions with product quality as an intervening variable. Free gifts have no effect on purchasing decisions with product quality as an intervening variable. Product packaging has no effect on purchasing decisions with product quality as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the availability of goods and product displays have an effect on impulse buying, the availability of goods and product displays have an effect on store atmosphere, and the availability of goods and product displays have an effect on store atmosphere on impulse buying. The research method used uses quantitative methods with Smart PLS 3.0 software. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and literature studies from 90 respondents who had purchased and used goods at Panglong UD Sinar Maju. The data analysis method in this research uses instrument test analysis (validity test and reliability test), goodness of fit (GoF) test, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research are: 1. The influence of the availability of goods is rejected on impulse buying. 2. Availability of goods is stated as acceptable to the store atmosphere. 3. Product displays are declared objectionable to the store atmosphere. 4. Product displays are declared acceptable for impulse buying. 5. Store atmosphere is stated to be resistant to impulse buying. 6. Availability of goods for impulse buying through the store atmosphere is declared rejected. 7. Product displays for impulse buying through store atmosphere are declared rejected.

Abstract

Keberadaan dan peranan para karyawan sangat berdampak secara langsung terhadap keberlangsungan hidup suatu perusahaan/organisasi. Dampak tersebut bisa menguntungkan atau bahkan merugikan perusahaan. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi serta kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PERUMDA Tirta Bulian Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif berdasarkan model explanatory research terhadap 60 orang karyawan sebagai sampel yang diambil melalui teknik total sampling. Data diperoleh dari mengamati (observasi) serta membagikan kuisioner pada para responden kemudian dianalisa melalui beberapa jenis uji diantaranya ialah validitas, reabilitas, normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan  analisa regresi regresi linear (uji parsial, simultan serta koefisien determinasi) dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasilnya mengatakan bahwa hasil thitung dari kedua variabel bebas bernilai melebihi ttabel (2,001) yakni 3,463 untuk variabel komunikasi dan  4,232 untuk kerjasama dengan signifikansi yang sama-sama berada di bawah angka 0,05 yakni 0,001 dan  0,000 serta nilai R2 sebesar 0,468 menunjukkan bahwa model menjelaskan 46,8% variasi kinerja karyawan. Artinya dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial maupun bersama-sama (simultan), komunikasi serta kerjasama tim berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan di PERUMDA Tirta Bulian Tebing Tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Work Experience and Work Facilities on the Performance of Employees of the Agriculture and Plantation Service of Batu Bara Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method using the assistance of Smart PLS version 3.0 which is collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to Employees of the Agriculture and Plantation Service of Batu Bara Regency. The analysis method used in this study is to use an instrument test, namely a validity and reliability test. measurement model (outer model) namely validity test, reliability test, then structural model (inner model) including: coefficient of determination / r-square (r2), goodness of fit model and hypothesis test with t-statistic test and indirect effect test (indirect effect). The results of Smart PLS 3.0 in this study are Work Experience Affects Work Motivation, Work Facilities Do Not Affect Work Motivation, Work Experience Affects Performance, Work Facilities Do Not Affect Performance, Work Motivation Affects Performance, Work Experience Affects Performance Mediated by Work Motivation, Work Facilities Do Not Affect Performance Mediated by Motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna dianalisisnya pengaruh stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT. Elians Sukses Sejahtera. Data lembur karyawan yang tidak konsisten menjadi dasar dilakukannya studi ini. Metode kuantitatif diterapkan dengan melibatkan 90 responden dari unit rodding plant. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang dirancang untuk mengukur stres kerja, motivasi kerja, dan produktivitas. Pengaruh signifikan dari stres kerja terhadap produktivitas tidak ditemukan berdasarkan hasil analisis. Sebaliknya, motivasi kerja terbukti secara signifikan meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Meskipun tingkat signifikansinya berbeda, kedua variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama diidentifikasi memengaruhi fluktuasi produktivitas di perusahaan.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of workload and stress levels on teacher performance at SMP N 1 Sei Rampah. The number of respondents in this study was 34 people. In this research, the sampling technique used was Total Sampling. The type of research employed is quantitative research, which is based on positivist philosophy and used to study a specific population or sample. Data collection utilized research instruments, and data analysis was quantitative/statistical, aiming to test the established hypotheses. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The results of the study indicate that: workload does not affect teacher performance at SMP N 1 Sei Rampah. Work stress does not affect teacher performance at SMP N 1 Sei Rampah. Workload and work stress do not have an effect. Jointly (simultaneously) against the Teacher Performance at SMP N 1 Sei Rampah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digitalization on job satisfaction and its implications for employee performance at the Communication and Informatics Office of Serdang Bedagai Regency. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The analysis was conducted in three stages: the measurement model (outer model), the structural model (inner model), and hypothesis testing. The outer model was used to test the validity and reliability of indicators against latent variables. The inner model was used to examine the relationships between latent variables through the R² values. Hypothesis testing was conducted using a t-test to determine the significance of direct and indirect influences between variables. The results showed that digitalization significantly influenced job satisfaction and employee performance, but job satisfaction did not influence employee performance and was unable to mediate the relationship between digitalization and employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Bonia bags at the Lili Bonia shop, Tebing Tinggi City. The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 25.00 which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to Bonia Bag consumers at the Lili Bonia Shop, Tebing Tinggi City . The analytical method used in this research is using instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests. Classic assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), hypothesis tests, namely T test and F test. The results of SPSS in this research are that brand image influences purchasing decisions, lifestyle has no effect on purchasing decisions, brand image and lifestyle simultaneously influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Workload, and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Pabatu. The research employed a quantitative approach with a population of 282 employees in the harvesting division and a sample of 74 respondents, determined using the Taro Yamane formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25. The results indicate that, partially, OHS and Workload do not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, with significance values ​​of 0.356 and 0.389, respectively. However, the Physical Work Environment variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance, with a significance value of 0.012. Simultaneously, the three variables (OHS, Workload, and Physical Work Environment) have a significant influence on Employee Performance, with an F-value of 3.403 and a significance level of 0.022. The adjusted R² value of 0.090 indicates that 9% of the variation in Employee Performance can be explained by these three variables. These findings highlight the importance of managing the physical work environment effectively to improve performance, although attention to OHS and workload remains essential as part of a comprehensive human resource management strategy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja, produktivitas, dan komitmen organisasi pada kalangan dosen. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengolahan data statistik, diperoleh hasil bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketiga variabel tersebut. Nilai koefisien regresi masing-masing menunjukkan kekuatan hubungan yang konsisten, dengan P value < 0,05 dan T-statistik yang melampaui nilai kritis T-tabel. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi yang dirasakan oleh dosen, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepuasan kerja, produktivitas, dan komitmen mereka terhadap institusi. Hasil ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi lembaga pendidikan tinggi untuk mengembangkan kebijakan dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung work-life balance sebagai bagian dari strategi peningkatan kinerja akademik secara berkelanjutan.
