The sample was taken using the total sampling technique (census) method of 30 ASN employees. Research data obtained through primary and secondary data with data collection through questionnaires, then analyzed using SEM analysis with the help of SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that work environment has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, work motivation has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. It is hoped that in the future it is expected to be a guiding material for organizational leaders, especially the government in managing the increase in OCB in the state civil apparatus or ASN.

Abstract

The study's overarching goal is to identify how PT. Socfindo Tanah Besih's career development programs affect staff retention rates, with work satisfaction serving as a moderating variable. Campany's capacity to maintain high personnel retention is the driving force behind the company's growth. In this quantitative study, 57 participants were selected at random from among the staff of PT. Socfindo Tanah Besi. Validity, reliability, normalcy, multicoliniearity, and heteroskedasticity are the analytical criteria used in this study.  This study used SPSS version 25 for data processing and hypothesis testing, which included a t-test, determinant coefficient, and path analysis. Testing the hypotheses reveals that career development has a substantial impact on work satisfaction, but neither career development nor job satisfaction has any bearing on employee retention, and neither factor can mediate the link between the two.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of green entrepreneurs in promoting food security based on a green economy in Deli Serdang Regency. Food security is a strategic national issue requiring innovative and sustainable approaches, especially in the face of climate change, environmental degradation, and socio-economic dynamics. Green entrepreneurship is considered an alternative solution that not only focuses on profit but also integrates ecological and social values into its business practices. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through a case study of several green entrepreneurs engaged in organic agriculture and the use of home gardens. The findings indicate that green entrepreneurs play a crucial role in community education, increasing access to healthy food, and promoting sustainable, community-based farming practices. Strategies employed include environmentally friendly product innovation, the integration of appropriate technology, and collaboration with local farmer groups. The study concludes that green entrepreneurship makes a tangible contribution to strengthening local food security and supports the transition toward an inclusive and sustainable green economy. The limitation of this research lies in its narrow geographical scope, suggesting the need for further studies across broader regions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digitalization on job satisfaction and its implications for employee performance at the Communication and Informatics Office of Serdang Bedagai Regency. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The analysis was conducted in three stages: the measurement model (outer model), the structural model (inner model), and hypothesis testing. The outer model was used to test the validity and reliability of indicators against latent variables. The inner model was used to examine the relationships between latent variables through the R² values. Hypothesis testing was conducted using a t-test to determine the significance of direct and indirect influences between variables. The results showed that digitalization significantly influenced job satisfaction and employee performance, but job satisfaction did not influence employee performance and was unable to mediate the relationship between digitalization and employee performance.
