Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan air pertanian, imbangan air, dan sistem pola tanam yang tepat di Daerah Irigasi (DI) Auman Bodog. Metode analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan air sedangkan analisis komparatif digunakan untuk analisis imbangan air dan pola tanam. Kebutuhan air pertanian dihitung secara empiris yaitu penggunaan konsumtif (Etc), kebutuhan air di sawah (NFR), dan kebutuhan pengambilan air pada sumber (DR). Parameter hidrometeorologi yang digunakan adalah hujan efektif, evapotranspirasi, evaporasi, perkolasi, koefisien tanaman, dan efisiensi irigasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai kebutuhan air pertanian di DI Auman Bodog berkisar rata-rata 0,232 m³/dt. Nilai imbangan air di DI Auman Bodog menunjukkan terjadi surplus sepanjang tahun. Dimana surplus air tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Januari I, Pebruari I, II, Juni II, Oktober II. Hasil perbandingan antara debit andalan dengan kebutuhan air irigasi rencana pola tanam padi-padi-palawija dapat dilaksanakan secara serentak untuk ketiga subak yang ada di Daerah Irigasi Auman Bodog).

Abstract

Product quality is a combination of properties and characteristics that determines the extent to which the output can meet the conditions of customer needs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence purchasing decisions, including product quality and competitive prices. This scientific article was written using qualitative methods, literature study, and library research. Reviewing literary books that are in accordance with the theory being discussed, especially in the context of strategic management. This includes reviewing both respected and less respected scientific articles from journals. Mendeley and Google Scholar serve as the sources for all scientific articles. Based on the discussion in this article, it can be concluded that: (1) product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions (2) Price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penyediaan air minum di Kabupaten Buleleng dilakukan melalui Sistem Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) dan Sistem Swakelola Masyarakat dalam bentuk Lembaga Unit Pengelola Sarana atau Kelompok Pengelola Sarana (UPS/KPS) ditingkat desa/kelompok. Namun di beberapa tempat di daerah Kabupaten Buleleng layanan PDAM Buleleng belum bisa memberikan pelayanan karena disebabkan oleh topografi wilayah kabupaten Buleleng yang berbukit, pemukiman penduduk yang menyebar dan potensi sumber air yang tidak merata. Desa wanagiri merupakan salah satu desa yang belum terlayani oleh PDAM Buleleng. Dalam tugas akhir ini, akan dilakukan Analisis yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kelayakan Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum yang nantinya diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan maupun alternatif dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan air di Desa Wanagiri. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data yang berupa Data Sekunder berupa Peta Wilayah, Jumlah penduduk, Harga satuan upah dan bahan bangunan serta harga pompa dan perpipaan, sedangkan data primer yang digunakan yaitu debit air, letak Broncaptering, letak Reservoir Transmisi, letak Reservoir Distribusi, Beda tinggi (head), Letak rumah pompa dan Panjang pipa. Data diolah menggunakan metode analisis Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Nett present value (NPV) dan Internal Rate Return (IRR). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Sumber air yang ada di Desa Wanagiri Kecamatan Sukasada layak untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air saat ini sampai dengan 10 tahun kedepan dari perbandingan debit tersedia dengan debit kebutuhan terdapat surplus sebesar 0,57 l/dt pada tahun awal (2020) dan surplus sebesar 0,11 l/dt pada akhir tahun proyeksi (2030). Jika mengacu pada harga air PDAM Kabupaten Buleleng sebesar Rp. 2.130 / m3 diperoleh nilai BCR lebih kecil dari 1 (0,14 < 1), nilai NPV bernilai negatif sebesar - Rp. 1.478.138.750 dan IRR < MARR (7,3% < 8,2%) sehingga sistem pompa yang direncanakan tidak layak secara finansial. Setelah dilakukan penyesuaian harga air dengan harga air sebesar Rp. 3.500 / m3 diperoleh nilai BCR lebih besar dari 1 (4,8 > 1), nilai NPV bernilai positif sebesar Rp. 6.582.216.530 dan IRR > MARR (8,8% > 8,2%) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem pompa yang direncanakan layak secara finansial.

Abstract

Housing in Banjar Mekar Jaya, Pemogan Village with an area of 66 hectares is a densely populated area. During the rainy season, floods or inundations on Mekar Jaya always recur because it is estimated that the existing drainage system is not performing well. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach by applying hydrological and hydraulics analysis to determine the performance of the drainage channel as well as to be able to plan the optimal dimensions of the drainage channel in Mekar Jaya housing. The results showed that there is a deviation between the existing channel discharge and the design flood discharge where the existing channel discharge is smaller than the design flood discharge and the slope of the existing channel tends to be gentle, which is around 0,0002 meters which causes the existing channel to be unable to drain rainwater or community wastewater. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the nine drainage channel segments in Mekar Jaya (segments A – I) have less capacity for the planned discharge that will enter the channel, namely channels A – I where the total capacity can only accommodate a flow rate of 5,480 m3/s while the total planned debit on channel A - I is 5,870 m3/s so it is necessary to make dimensional corrections along the channel. Based on the analysis of improved drainage channel dimensions, it was found that the optimal cross-section of the drainage channel on the section on Mekar Jaya is with a channel width of 3,54 meters and a channel height of 1,77 meters which can receive an outlet discharge of 5,877 m3/s.

Abstract

Pemerintah Desa Tulikup mulai menyusunan rencana penambahan kapasitas pasar dibarengi dengan rencana penataan parkir pasar. Namun dalam rencana penataan parkir hanya mengandalkan lahan kosong di pinggir jalan tanpa melalui analisa pakir sebelumnya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan guna mengetahui seberapa efektif dari penataan parkir yang akan dilaksanakan dengan membandingkan kebutuhan pakrir saat ini dengan rencana ruang parkir yang akan dibuat,dengan adanya penataan ruang parkir akan mengurangi kemacetan dari dampak parkir. Hasil analisis disain rencana parkir diperoleh bahwa parkir sepeda motor mempunyai persentase indeks parkir sebesar 127.69% sedangkan persentase indeks parkir mobil sebesar 30%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kapasitas ruang parkir mobil memenuhi dan cukup untuk menampung jumlah mobil. Sedangkan kapasitas ruang parkir untuk sepeda motor belum mampu menampung jumlah sepeda motor sehingga Pemerintah Desa Tulikup perlu memikirkan lahan tambahan yang akan dijadikan lahan parkir. Kapasitas ruang parkir untuk sepeda motor di Pasar Tulikup belum cukup mampu menampung jumlah kebutuhan parkir yang diperlukan sehingga perlu adanya penambahan ruang parkir agar dapat mecukupi jumlah kekurangan yang ada. Untuk persentase indeks parkir mobil di Pasar Tulikup memiliki nilai persentase dibawah 100% sehingga parkir tersebut masih aman, dimana kapasitas parkir yang tersedia masih dapat menampung kebutuhan parkir mobil.

Abstract

West Denpasar District is a densely populated area with 206,958 people. One of the environmental problems that occur is the frequent occurrence of floods due to the increase in residential areas. One way to overcome this is to build infiltration wells to reduce flood risk, reducing flood volume and discharge. The methods used are descriptive and quantitative. The analysis is carried out by describing the conditions of the study site, then continues with mapping analysis, hydrological analysis, infiltration well analysis, and effectiveness analysis. The analysis results stated that the peak discharge of the 50-year-old flood at the study site was 268. 90 m3/sec. Furthermore, the results of the planning analysis of the application of infiltration wells carried out in the West Denpasar District area, which is included in the Badung River Basin, can reduce flood discharge up to 41. 25%, and for flood runoff, volumes up to 51. 38%. Based on these results, it can be interpreted that infiltration wells have a role in reducing the risk of flood disasters in the West Denpasar District.

Abstract

The hydrological component is the main component in planning water infrastructure. The quality and quantity of rainfall data recorded at each rain post is the most crucial component in hydrological analysis, so it is necessary to analyze the rationalization of the rain station network to obtain an effective and efficient one. This research was conducted in the Tukad Mati Watershed, which has an area of 44,667 km2, with the length of the main river reaching 22,429 km, and there are six rain stations spread across the watershed. Rationalization analysis was carried out using two methods, namely the WMO (World Meteorological Organization) and Kagan-Rodda methods. The analysis using the WMO standard found that all rain stations were less than the minimum density. Meanwhile, from the results of the analysis using the Kagan-Rodda method with a smoothing error (Z1) of 9.069% and an interpolation error (Z3) of 7.989%, it is recommended that four selected rain stations out of six rain stations, namely Ngurah rain station, Sanglah rain station, Sading rain station, and Kapal rain station.

Abstract

Banjar Tegeh Sari, Tonja Village, North Denpasar District, is one of the banjars or groups of residents who have sufficient social capital in waste management. Banjar Tegeh Sari has several activity units directly and indirectly related to waste management, such as waste bank groups, empowered gardens (including bio pore and infiltration wells), and cooperatives. The main problem in waste management at Banjar Tegeh Sari is the need for digitalization and integrated management between the five waste bank groups in Banjar Tegeh Sari and the Manik Galih Cooperative. The aim of integrating and digitizing waste banks is to combine the five groups of waste banks so that recording the amount of non-organic waste becomes more valid and practical while recording the nominal amount of waste in cooperatives. The solution provided is a conceptual model for designing and digitizing waste banks in an integrated manner with cooperatives which will later be called the Tegeh Sari Integrated Waste Management System (SiMaSaDu Tegeh Sari). The target is to integrate and digitize the five waste bank groups into the waste bank management cooperative to make it more efficient and effective.

Abstract

Peningkatan urbanisasi dan konsumsi air menyebabkan air tanah telah dieksploitasi secara berlebihan dengan konsekuensi berfluktuasinya muka air tanah dan degradasi kualitas air tanah. Fluktuasi muka air tanah dan kualitas air tanah merupakan parameter penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya air tanah berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui fluktuasi muka air tanah dan kualitas air tanah dangkal di wilayah Kecamatan Denpasar Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dimana melakukan pengamatan terhadap level muka air tanah dan menguji kualitas air tanah untuk nantinya dianalisis secara spasial dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak ArcGIS. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa fluktuasi muka air tanah pada daerah penelitian berkisar pada kedalaman 0 – 9 meter di bawah muka tanah dan berfluktuasinya muka air tanah tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor hidrometeorologi utamanya adalah musim hujan dan musim kemarau. Kualitas air tanah dangkal (sumur gali) di Kecamatan Denpasar Utara, yang ditinjau dari parameter fisika dan kimiawi, dapat dinyatakan baik atau layak untuk digunakan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan higienis dan sanitasi masyarakat karena nilainya masih berada di bawah baku mutu yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

Groundwater is a valuable resource for meeting the daily needs of humans, which continues to increase along with population growth. Therefore, it is essential to maintain groundwater properly. Groundwater management can be carried out comprehensively in groundwater basins, including determining groundwater recharge areas. This study aims to determine the location of groundwater recharge to conserve groundwater in Denpasar City to create groundwater sustainability. The geospatial analysis uses a weighting and scoring approach (Overlay Weighted Sum) to determine the groundwater recharge area. Retrieval data in the field by observing geological conditions and measuring the depth of the phreatic surface in Denpasar City. The determination of recharge and discharge areas was analyzed using the geospatial method using the ArcGIS 10.8 application using Interpolation Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW). The five parameters used in this scoring assessment are lithology, rainfall, soil cover type, slope, and phreatic surface depth. The highest score obtained from the weighting of the scoring is 46, while the lowest score is 36. The recharge area is found in the weighted value of 41-46, which is in the northern region of Denpasar City. The discharge area is located at a weight value of 36-41 in the southern area of Denpasar City.
