Abstract

Seiring perkembangan zaman pentingnya kepedulian wanita akan kecantikan dan keinginan selalu tampil cantik di segala aktivitas, kosmetik menjadi sebuah kebutuhan dalam sehari-hari untuk mempercantik kulit dalam penampilan seseorang. Produk kosmetik Wardah dinaungi oleh PT Paragon Technology & Innovation yang merupakan pionir kosmetik halal pertama di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji peran promosi dalam memoderasi harga dan variasi produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif, dengan populasi yang dilakukan adalah para wanita dengan batasan wilayah masyarakat kabupaten Bekasi. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebesar 58 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer. Teknik analisis data ini menggunakan analisis regresi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1) Ketetapan harga yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan atas produk kosmetik Wardah, dapat memunculkan rasa puas pada konsumen. 2) Ketersediaan variasi produk yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan atas produk kosmetik merek Wardah, dapat mewujudkan keinginan konsumen sehingga rasa puas pada konsumen dapat tercapai. 3) Ketetapan harga yang dilakukan oleh produk kosmetik merek Wardah yang dimoderasi oleh promosi membawa pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. 4) Ketersediaan variasi produk yang dilakukan oleh produk kosmetik merek Wardah yang dimoderasi oleh promosi membawa pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Village officials are one of the elements of the perpetrator villages that have an important role and become a supporting factor in efforts improving the performance of a government agency. The village apparatus consists of from the village secretary and other village officials who are village officials under the auspices of the village head. This study was conducted aimed at measuring and testing how much influence apparatus and recruitment competence has on the performance of the Jayamukti village government apparatus with organizational culture as moderation variables. This research was conducted within the scope of the village government at the Jaya Village Office mukti, Cikarang Central District, Bekasi Regency. Population in this study is the village apparatus at the Jayamukti village office which is probability or already known and done by method Quantitative. The number of samples contained in the Jayamukti Village Office There were 34 respondents, with data collection carried out using questionnaire. This research shows that competence and recruitment are capable Encouraging the improvement of the quality of performance of the village apparatus, while culture organization as a modulator of the relationship of competence to performance shows that moderation variables cannot drive improved performance quality Jayamukti village apparatus

Abstract

ABSTRAK Desa merupakan organisasi pemerintahan yang berada pada tingkat Kabupaten dimana memiliki tanggung jawab atau kewenangan terhadap proses pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi dalam menjalankan peraturan yang telah berlaku pada tingkat desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel Kompetensi dan Rekrutmen terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Desa dengan Budaya Organisasi di Desa Pasirsari Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Random Sampling dengan 64 responden yang merupakan masyarakat setempat dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, rekrutmen dan budaya organisasi tidak dapat mendorong kualitas kinerja Aparatur Desa Pasirsari. Besar harapan agar pihak Kepala Desa beserta Perangkat Desa dapat meningkatkan performanya dalam memajukan Desa Pasirsari agar tercapai tujuan bersama dalam membangun desa yang lebih baik. ABSTRACT Village is a government organization located at the district level which has responsibility or authority over the process of carrying out duties and functions in carrying out regulations that have been applied at the village level. This study aims to examine the influence of Competency and Recruitment variables on the Performance of Village Apparatus with Organizational Culture in Pasirsari Village, South Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency. This research uses the method Random Sampling with 64 respondents who were local people with data collection using questionnaires. The results of this study show that competence, recruitment and organizational culture cannot encourage the quality of performance of the Pasirsari Village Apparatus. It is hoped that the Village Head and Village Apparatus can improve their performance in advancing Pasirsari Village in order to achieve common goals in building a better village.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Inflasi secara parsial akan mempengaruhi harga saham dengan moderasi Return On Asset dan Return On Equity perusahaan PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk periode 2017-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, sehingga sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 5 tahun. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Deskriptif, analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis Uji T yang terlebih dahulu dilakukan Uji Asumsi Klasik. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan Inflasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham. Pengaruh Inflasi terhadap Harga Saham dengan moderator Profitabilitas pada PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk 2017-2021 dapat diambil kesimpulanyang nantinya dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan, yaitu: Inflasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan Harga Saham pada perusahaan PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Inflasi dengan variabel moderasi Return On Asset berpengaruh negatif dab tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan Harga Saham pada perusahaan PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2021. Inflasi dengan variabel moderasi Return On Equity berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan harga saham pada perusahaan PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2021. ABSTRACK This study aims to find out how inflation will partially affect stock prices by moderating Return On Assets and Return On Equity of PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2017-2021 period. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, so that the research sample is 5 years old. The data analysis method used is the Descriptive Test, Multiple Linear Regression analysis by testing the T-Test hypothesis which first performed the Classical Assumption Test. The research results obtained show that inflation partially has no effect on stock prices. influence of inflation on stock prices with moderator Profitability at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk 2017-2021 conclusions can be drawn which can later be used as material for consideration, namely: Inflation has a negative effect on the growth of share prices in the company PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. Inflation with the moderating variable Return On Assets has a negative and insignificant effect on the growth of stock prices in the company PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2021 period. Inflation with the moderating variable Return On Equity has a negative and insignificant effect on the growth of stock prices in PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2021 period.

Abstract

Sektor bisnis, ketersediaan produk dipasar, kinerja fundamental secara garis besar serta brand image Mayora termasuk salah satu saham consumer goods yang tahan banting, artinya saham yang trennya tahan terhadap gejolak market. PT. Mayora Indah Tbk dan entitas anak memproduksi dan secara umum mengklasifikasikan produk yang dihasilkan kedalam 2 kategori yaitu makanan dan minuman olahan. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menguji pengaruh inflasi terhadap harga saham dengan moderator profitabilitas periode tahun 2017-2021. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan data yang diperoleh berupa data sekunder. Data sekunder yang diambil merupakan data laporan keuangan PT Mayora Indah Tbk, data ini juga akan dijadikan sebagai populasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode data sekunder dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada PT Mayora Indah Tbk periode 2017-2021. Rasio profitabilitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Return On Asset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada PT Mayora Indah Tbk periode 2017-2021. Serta Inflasi dan rasio profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada PT Mayora Indah Tbk periode 2017-2021. The business sector, product availability in the market, fundamental performance in general and Mayora's brand image are one of the most resilient consumer goods stocks, meaning that the trend is resistant to market fluctuations. PT. Mayora Indah Tbk and its subsidiaries produce and generally classify the products they produce into 2 categories, namely processed food and beverages. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of inflation on stock prices by moderating profitability for the 2017-2021 period. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative method with the data obtained in the form of secondary data. The secondary data taken is the financial statement data of PT Mayora Indah Tbk, this data will also be used as a population. This research was conducted using the secondary data method with the help of SPSS 25. This research shows that inflation has no significant effect on stock prices at PT Mayora Indah Tbk for the 2017-2021 period. The profitability ratios used in this study, namely Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) have no significant effect on stock prices at PT Mayora Indah Tbk for the 2017-2021 period. And inflation and profitability ratios do not have a significant effect on stock prices at PT Mayora Indah Tbk for the 2017-2021 period.

Abstract

Perubahan tingkat inflasi selama 5 tahun terakhir berdampak pada pergerakan harga saham perusahaan barang konsumsi di BEI yang berpengaruh langsung terhadap penurunan daya beli uang (purchasing power of money). Dengan adanya inflasi harga barang secara umum akan mengalami peningkatan secara terus-menerus, sehingga daya beli masyarakatnya menurun. Hal ini dapatmenurunkan minat investor untuk berinvestasi pada perusahaan sektor ini karena akan mengurangi tingkat pendapatan riil yang diperoleh investor. Data menunjukkan bahwa dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun (2017 – 2021) harga saham PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, salah satu perusahaan sektor barang konsumsi, mengalami penurunan sejak 2017 – 2021 yang signifikan. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menguji pengaruh inflasi terhadap harga saham dengan moderator rasio profitabilitas pada perusahan PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan data yang diperoleh berupa data sekunder. Data sekunder yang diambil merupakan data laporan keuangan PT Unilever selama periode 2017-2021, yang mana data ini juga akan dijadikan sebagai populasi. Populasi ini kemudian akan digunakan sebagai responden dari penelitian ini. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi dengan bantuan program SPSS. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Inflasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan harga saham PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk periode 2017 – 2021. ABSTRACTChanges in the inflation rate over the past 5 years have had an impact on the movement of consumer goods companies' stock prices on the IDX which has had a direct effect on the decline in the purchasing power of money. With inflation, the price of goods in general will increase continuously, so that people's purchasing power decreases. This can reduce the interest of investors to invest in companies in this sector because it will reduce the level of real income earned by investors. Data shows that within 5 years (2017 – 2021) the share price of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, a consumer goods sector company, has experienced a significant decline from 2017 – 2021. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of inflation on stock prices by moderating the profitability ratios of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative method with the data obtained in the form of secondary data. The secondary data taken is PT Unilever's financial report data for the 2017-2021 period, which this data will also be used as a population. This population will then be used as the respondents of this study. Data processing carried out in this study used regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS program. This study shows that inflation has a positive and significant effect on PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk's stock price growth for the period 2017 – 2021.

Abstract

Based on existing data, Indonesia is in the 3rd highest position in the ASEAN region as a society with a level of consumption of packaged sweet drinks. Tehbotol Sosro owned by PT Sinar Sosro, which is a pioneer of packaged tea drinks, occupies second place in the Top Brand Awards distribution of ready-to-drink tea in packs from various other manufacturers affect the ranking and sales of Teh botol Sosro although it has been involved in packaged tea drinks for a long time. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of location on revisiting by mediating satisfaction and taste and price image mediators. The research was conducted within the boundaries of the community area of the Bekasi district. The number ofsamples was obtained by 55 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire and then analyzed with SmartPLS. The research shows that location which is moderated by taste image has no effect on satisfaction, a location that is moderated by price has no effect on satisfaction but the location moderator variable has a direct effect as a latent variable on satisfaction (mediator predictor) while location which is mediated by satisfaction affects revisit.

Abstract

Based on existing data, hair damage experienced by a number of Indonesian people has resulted in a large number of hair washing soaps appearing. Pantene shampoo was owned by a Swiss drug company, Hoffman-LaRoche, until 1985, after which a multinational company from the United States, Procter & Gamble, acquired and started producing Pantene shampoo again. which is one of the pioneers of hair washing soap took first place in the Top Brand Awards, the circulation of hair washing soap from many other manufacturers has influenced the ranking and sales of Pantene shampoo, although it has been involved in hair washing soap products for a long time. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of experience quality on repurchase intention with product quality and price as moderators. The research was conducted within the boundaries of the community area of ​​West Java province. The number of samples obtained was 108 respondents. This research shows that the quality of experience has an effect on repurchase intention, the quality of experience moderated by product quality has no effect on repurchase intention, while the quality of experience which is moderated by price has no effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

The high consumer interest in packaged beverages influences the lifestyle and culture in Indonesia. This can be seen from the existence of a company that continues to compete with other packaged beverage companies to prioritize a ready-to-drink tea product, such as the Teh Gelas, Tehbotol Sosro, and Teh Pucuk Harum. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the location where packaged drinks were obtained on repurchase or revisit which was mediated by consumer satisfaction and moderated by taste and price image of the Teh Gelas drink managed by Cap Orang Tua (OT). This research uses quantitative methods. The population used by the community in Bekasi Regency, the number of samples obtained was 84 respondents. Data collection is done with secondary and primary data. Data analysis in this study was fully carried out with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. Research proves that price-moderated location has no effect on satisfaction, price-moderated location has no effect on satisfaction, but taste image and price have a partial effect on satisfaction and satisfaction-mediated location has an effect on revisit

Abstract

The rapid development of the times has made people's lifestyles prioritize practicality so they prefer fast food and drinks such as packaged tea. The data shows that within five years (2018-2022) The Pucuk Harum occupies the first position in the top brand award of the tea category in packaging. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of location on revisit by mediating consumer satisfaction and taste and price image mediators in Teh Pucuk Harum drink. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The population of this study is the Bekasi District community with a total sample of 55 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and analyzed with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. This study shows that location is moderated by taste image has no effect on consumer satisfaction, location is moderated by price has no effect on customer satisfaction, but the location moderator variable has a direct effect as a latent variable on customer satisfaction and location mediated by customer satisfaction has an effect on revisit
