Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems of food technology that has been growing rapidly at today, including the use of ingredients, which is the vital thing to be considered in its preparation. For Muslim community, the problem that arises is the number of food ingredients, both the main raw material and the additive material, which are difficult to trace their origin, whether they are from halal sources or not.  There is also a public perception concerning the clarity or label of halal food products purchased. It would impact the decision purchase of food product. This study used a case method using questionnaire for Moslem students in UPI Department of Culinary Study Program. Correlational analysis was done to find the correlation of conception on label food with purchase decision making. The result shows that there is  a sifnificant correlation between both respondents or consumers’ conception on label information of food ingredients and their purchase decision making. This is evident in the correlation which indicates the presence of a significant relation (r=0,546). It could be recomended that in any attempt to produce food, especially in Indonesia, food ingredients in terms of being halal and hygienic should be highly considered; therefore the producers should have a halal certificate of the authorities, which in this case Board of Indonesian Muslim Scholars (MUI).

Abstract

The utilization of the stems, leaves, and hulls of peanuts (Arachis hypogea) is not as popular as the seeds. This study aimed to investigate the chemical contents and pharmacological activities of A. hypogaea stems in-vitro and in-silico. This study was also completed with bibliometric analysis. The methanol extract (ME) was reextracted by ethylacetate to get ethyl acetate extract (EAE). The chemical contents of EAE were analyzed by phytochemical screening, Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectroscopy (LC-MS/MS), TPC (Total Phenolic Content), and TFC (Total Flavonoid Content). In-vitro and in-silico studies evaluated antioxidant potency, toxicity, and cytotoxicity toward MCF-7 cell lines. The results showed that EAE contained terpenoids, flavonoids, alkaloids, and phenolics which were supported by LC-MS/MS data. The EAE was categorized as a very strong antioxidant and moderately active in both cytotoxicity and toxicity.

Abstract

The development of technology that is increasing in learning requires teachers to use a systematic model in the learning process that is integrated with ICT. One model that can be used in the learning process is using the SAMR model, which is a model in the learning process by integrating technology comprehensively. This model was introduced by Dr. Ruben Puentedura, a consultant in the field of education. This model uses a hierarchy to describe the cognitive level that can be obtained by using technology as a tool in the learning process. The process of using technology in learning must be understood in the right proportion and according to needs. The use of technology must be able to support the expected goals. The integration of ICT in the vocational education system has an influence on the role of educators and students. With ICT, educators are expected to be able to become facilitators and collaborators in the teaching and learning process so that students can play a more active role

Abstract

The implementation of reading and writing literacy programs for elementary school students is needed because in the modern era there is a lack of interest in reading and writing owned by elementary school students. The purpose of this research is to implement literacy regarding the mitigation of the natural disaster of Mount Merapi for elementary school students. Because there are still many elementary school students who do not know the mitigation of the natural disaster of Mount Merapi. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method in the form of an instrument used in distributing pre-test and post-test questionnaires. Contains 10 questions regarding the literacy program on the impact of the volcanic natural disaster, which is directed to elementary school. This is evidenced through a pre-test questionnaire at the beginning and the average result of 10 students before being given material on natural disaster mitigation is 45%. After students were given material through online learning media, the average results obtained increased by 80%. It is proven that based on the data obtained, most of the students have good knowledge about natural disaster mitigation. The impact felt by students related to the literacy program regarding the natural disaster of Mount Merapi, students are more concerned about natural disaster preparedness.

Abstract

Abstract

New technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), wearable devices, and digital applications are changing the way physical activity is understood, promoted, and practiced. This study was conducted with the aim of assessing the intellectual structure and research trends on the physical activity revolution, especially in analyzing the challenges and potentials of using technologies. The study analyzed publication trends, citation patterns, distribution geography, high-impact journals, and author collaboration analysis. Data were sourced from the Scopus database covering the time span of 2010 to 2024. Network visualization maps were used to reveal collaborative networks among researchers to identify subfields and emerging knowledge gaps. The results found that keywords such as “physical activity”, “health promotion”, and “sports” also indicate that health research has become very popular. Furthermore, the inclusion of modern technologies such as “artificial intelligence” and “virtual reality” show how health research has changed. These findings provide valuable insights into the evolution of research in this field, highlighting influential studies and emerging trends that shape the future of physical activity and health promotion. This analysis serves as a resource for researchers, policy makers, and practitioners to align their strategies with evidence-based practices and encourage interdisciplinary collaboration in leveraging technology to improve physical activity outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the global research landscape on integrating Blue Curriculum with technology to promote sustainable education. The study uses bibliometric analysis methods with the help of VOSviewer and RStudio applications. By analyzing publications from 2000 to 2024 sourced from the Scopus and Web of Science database, the study identifies trends, influential authors, institutions, and research hotspots. The results show a steady growth in research output, with significant contributions from journals such as Sustainability, Marine Policy, and Environmental Education Research. Keyword co-occurrence analysis highlights clusters related to the blue economy, technology integration, and interdisciplinary approaches, reflecting strong alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 14 (Life Below Water). The findings reveal increasing international collaboration and highlight emerging themes such as gamification, virtual reality, and AI-based learning tools in ocean literacy. However, challenges such as the digital divide and limited access to resources in certain regions remain. This study provides recommendations for local curriculum development, long-term impact studies, and interdisciplinary research to address these challenges and enhance technology integration in sustainability education. This analysis provides a roadmap for future research and underscores the potential of the Blue Curriculum to reshape global education for sustainability.
