Abstract

This study examined the effect of price, service quality and promotion on sustainable purchasing decisions. The sample used was 60 respondents with the criteria of respondents who used Mamochi products in Yogyakarta. The data was collected using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The results of the validity test with the Pearson correlation criteriagreather than 0.254 (r table), showed that all indicators were valid, as well as the reliability test with Cronbach alphagreather than 0.6. The results of the mediation test show that consumer satisfaction mediates the effect of price on repurchase decisions, while the quality of service and promotion programs have an effect on repurchase decisions not mediated by customer satisfaction. As for partial testing of price variables, service quality has an effect on satisfaction, while promotion has no effect. Likewise, the variables of price, promotion and customer satisfaction have an effect on repurchase decisions, while service quality has no effect on re-purchase decisions. For the simultaneous test results, price variables, service quality and promotion have an effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelayanan kepada masyarakat Dinas Pendidikan sangat memerlukan tenaga yang handal, namun kenyataannya saat ini tenaga pegawai sangat minim, dan itupun pada penempatan tidak sesuai dengan profesi yang dimiliki. Hal ini menyebabkan beban kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dirasa sangat berat dalam memberikan pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat. Analisis beban kerjasangat berkaitan dengan penyusunan kebutuhan pegawai. Penyusunan kebutuhan pegawai tersebut terdiri dari tugas pokok dan fungsi, analisis dan informasi jabatan seperti nama dan ikhtisar jabatan, uraian tugas, kemudian analisis beban kerja, kebutuhan pegawai, dan peta jabatan kebutuhan. Kegiatan analisis dimulai dari peraturan yang mengatur adanya analisis jabatan, penghitungan beban kerja, dan evaluasi jabatan. Hasilnya adalah uraian jabatan, beban kerja per jabatan, peta dan bobot jabatan. Hasil beban dari kerja evaluasi jabatan adalah deskripsi kerja, peta jabatan, beban kerja per jabatan, dan bobot jabatan. Semua faktor tersebut nantinya berkaitan dengan standar kompetensi, syarat jabatan, indikator kerja pegawai, nilai dan peringkat jabatan. Waktu dalam penelitian ini selama 3 bulan yaitu bulan Juli 2019 sampai dengan bulan September 2019. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teknik sebagai berikut (Sugiyono, 2011:80): Wawancara, Observasi, Dokumentasi dan Studi pustaka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional atau non eksperimental pada pegawai di Seksi Kurikulum dan Peningkatan Mutu Sekolah Dasar pada Bidang Pendidikan Dasar Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kebumen. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan pendekatan waktu cross sectional yaitu metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi data variabel bebas dan variabel terikatnya hanya satu kali pada satu saat (Notoadmodjo, 2012). Hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa total dari rata-rata faktor eksternal dan faktor internal beban kerja pegawai Seksi Kurikulum Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kebumen yaitu faktor eksternal meliputi: tugas-tugas fisik, organisasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan faktor internal yaitu psikis yang tertinggi adalah tugas-tugas fisik, dengan skor nilai rata-rata 4,12 dan tugas-tugas fisik yang sudah dijalankan pegawai sudah baik dan harus terus dipertahankan dan bila perlu ditingkatkan. Beban kerja pegawai kurang dengan skor nilai rata-rata 3,70, dan harus terus ditingkatkan dengan memberikan bimbingan dan pengarahan. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja juga masih rendah dengan skor nilai rata-rata 3,73 sehingga harus ditingkatkan untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih baik. Dan psikis (faktor internal) juga masih harus ditingkatkan karena rata-ratanya 3,80. Pegawai harus terus mencari cara dan upaya untuk meningkatkan bimbingan dan arahan dan semua pegawai meningkatkan hasil beban kerja yang lebih baik. Faktor tugas-tugas yang bersifat fisik pegawai sudah mendapatkan nilai kategori baik. Faktor organisasi kerja pegawai yang masih rendah sehingga pegawai menangani masalah kompleks, dengan baik dan pembagian tugas dan wewenang sudah sesuai kurang baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kebumen. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kebumen yang berjumlah 120 orang, sedangkan sampel berjumlah 60 pegawai. Instrumen pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya menggunakan bantuan program SPSS for Windows. Data-data yang terkumpul dari hasil kuesioner selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi, yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas. Setelah dilakukan analisis data, diperoleh hasil dan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kebumen (p=0,001). (2) lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kebumen (p=0,005). (3) secara simultan budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kebumen (p=0,000). Budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh 66,5% persen terhadap naik turunnya kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kebumen, sedangkan pengaruh variabel-variabel lain selain kedua variabel tersebut sebesar 33,5%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of productive waqf in the real sector by highlighting the partnership between Baitulmaal Muamalat (BMM) and Ayam Bakar Pak D outlet Kartini, Sidoarjo. This study uses a qualitative approach through a field study method to explore the implementation of productive waqf management applied by BMM. Primary data was obtained through in-depth interviews with BMM managers, while secondary data was taken from internal documents and related publications. Data analysis was carried out using the Bogdan and Taylor interactive model. The results of the study indicate that the management of productive waqf in the real sector at the outlet is quite effective, with the implementation of management functions including planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The benefits generated from this partnership have contributed to improving the socio-economic welfare of the community. However, there are obstacles in the form of a lack of diversification of management sectors and operational challenges that require a thorough evaluation. The implications of this study highlight the importance of developing innovations in Sharia business models and optimizing partnerships in supporting the sustainability of productive waqf.

Abstract

The Islamic finance industry has grown rapidly in global financial markets until 2015 when it experienced a slowdown in 2016 with an estimated value of USD 1.89 trillion. Defaults on sukuk must be able to be overcome or avoided, so through this paper we want to reveal the risks that can arise from sukuk and mitigate the risk of sukuk defaulting. The type of research method used in this research is literature, namely research whose object discovery is carried out by digging literature information. The result of this study, the resolution of the risk of default is one of them by restructuring the sukuk. As for restructuring, namely rescheduling, providing an extension of time, regulations must be tightened, such as conventional bonds continue to use sharia principles at the same time and all Sukuk transactions must be halal, avoid transactions of riba (paying and taking interest), gharar (ambiguity, fraud), and maysir (games of chance), prohibition of investing in products and services that are not in accordance with sharia, need approval from the Advisory Board Sharia. There are two major implications of this sharia principle of dispute resolution. First, the parties are given the discretion to determine resolutions through fair negotiations, as long as they do not conflict with other Sharia rules, such as usury, gharar, and maysir. Second, there is less concrete scaffolding for debt restructuring because the parties can work out a number of solutions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the impact of the physical work environment and work discipline partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees at the PT Pos Indonesia (persero) office of the branch of ciputat tangerang south. The method used in this research is the quantitative descriptive method, the sample used is the simple random sampling technique. The population and sample in this study was a population of 140 employees and a sample of 58 respondents. Research results show that there is a partial influence on the physical working environment and employee performance. Where the simple linear regression equation Y = 18,819 + 0,426 X1, the correlation test r = 0,614, included in a strong catagore, the determination coefficient of 33,7%, the t-test of t counts greater than the table or 5,821 > 1,672 H0 was rejected and Ha accepted. The results of the study that there is an influence between work discipline and employee performance in a partial way. Where a simple lineary regression Equation Y= 14,568 + 0,637 X2, the correlation test R = 0,692, included in the strong catalogue, a determination factor of 47,9%, a t-tone test larger than the t table 7,172 > 1.672 or H0 were rebut and Ha received. The result of the research that there was an effect between the variable of the physical work environment and the working discipline on the employee simultaneously. Where the ratio of the double regression Y= 9,967 + 0,239 + 0,461 X92, the core test of X was heard with the value of 0,751 of the work line, the test could include more than 544%, the physical performance of employee can be determined with the size of a variable work environment.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employe Performance at PT. AWOT Global Logistict Cirendeu branch. Hypothesis testing uses associative research design, statistical analysis methods consisting of multiple linear regression alaysis, partial testing (t-test) and cofficient of determination testing. The results of this tesearch were partial testing (t-test). Shows that the Work Discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance, the Work Motivation variabel together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable, with a value of Fcount > Ftable (43,024 > 3,18) with a significance value of (0,000 > 0,05). And through the coefficient of determination test a value of 59,8% was obtained, meaning that these result show that the contribution of Work Discipline and Work Motivation result to the Employee Performance variabel is 59,8% and the total sample was 55 employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan melihat pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT. Smart Lab Indonesia Tangerang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan PT. Smart Lab Indonesia Tangerang yang berjumlah 80 orang dengan penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu dengan menjadikan seluruh populasi menjadi sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 80 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisisi koefisien korelasi, serta uji hipotesis melalui uji T serta Uji F. Hasil hipotesis secara parsial variabel stres kerja (X1) diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (3,182 > 1,991) hal tersebut diperkuat juga dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05. Dengan demikian stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji statistik variabel motivasi kerja (X2) diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (3,148 > 1,991) hal tersebut diperkuat juga dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05. Dengan demikian motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara simultan diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau (8,737 > 3,12) hal ini diperkuat juga dengan nilai probability signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Maka bisa dikatakan stres kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service program is to increase awareness and ability of local communities in handling organic waste from homes to be composted. Waste that can be used effectively to reduce environmental pollution and improve the condition of agricultural land is called household organic waste. The method used is participatory Action Research (PAR) this activity is in the form of a field demonstration which takes place at the Green House of Bakungtemenggungan village by directly showing the process of making liquid compost in the field. The results obtained in this activity show that the community has increased its ability in terms of handling organic waste and making compost which is one form of organic fertilizer. Community service activities, villagers can reduce the amount of waste that ends up in the environment and increase knowledge and ability in waste management.
