Abstract

XYZ UMKM is a UMKM that is engaged in processed catfish, especially shredded meat, located in Mojokerto, East Java. UMKM production capacity has reached 20 kg/day however, given the large production capacity of these UMKM, ISO 9001:2015 standardization has not yet been implemented. ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard that implements a quality management system whose activities include quality assurance of an organization or business entity. The application of ISO 9001:2015 standardization is important in achieving quality standards for UMKM because it can guarantee quality, service, and provide customer satisfaction. Standardization of ISO 9001:2015 is a solution to the problems that faced by XYZ UMKM. The forms of activities that have been carried out are training on the application of IS0 9001:2015, assistance in making documents and recordings of ISO 9001:2015 standardization, audits and visits, and ISO 9001:2015 certification. The result of these activities is that XYZ UMKM have been certified to ISO 9001: 2015 and have understood and implemented ISO 9001: 2015 in the catfish shredded business. With the implementation of this standard, it supports a better performance quality management system, improving the quality and service quality of catfish shredded products.

Abstract

Masalah kesehatan gigi yakni karies gigi merupakan penyakit yang dialami banyak orang di seluruh  dunia khususnya anak anak. Di Kabupaten Bojonegoro, kasus karies gigi anak usia 6-9 yakni  kelas 1 – 3 Sekolah Dasar masih tinggi. Hal ini didapatkan dari Laporan Pelayanan Kesehatan Gigi dan Mulut Anak di Kabupaten Bojonegoro Tahun 2019, 2020 dan 2021. Para guru mengatakan anak sekolah dasar sudah  diajarkan dasar - dasar cara menjaga kesehatan gigi karena berkaitan dengan mata pelajaran namun kasus karies masih tetap tinggi. Hal ini dikarenakan anak tidak menerapkan menjaga  kesehatan gigi di dalam kehidupan sehari hari. Hal ini terjadi karena anak cenderung merasa  bosan jika materi pembelajaran disampaikan hanya dengan lisan. Media pembelajaran menggunakan board game merupakan media pembelajaran edukasi yang efektif, karena bermain  merupakan kegiatan yang menyenangkan dan tidak bisa dipisahkan dari perkembangan anak. Tahapan perancangan ini menggunakan metode design thinking yang didapat melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, kuesioner, lalu menganalisis hasil data yang telah diperoleh dan disesuaikan dengan target audiens. Analisis tersebut menghasilkan keyword yakni “healthy teeth, happy life” yang akan menjadi acuan dalam perancangan. Hingga saat ini belum terdapat board game edukasi yang bertema menjaga kesehatan  gigi untuk media pembelajaran Sekolah Dasar di Bojonegoro. Perancangan board game  ini ditujukan untuk menjaga kesehatan gigi sehingga diharap anak - anak, orang tua, guru maupun masyarakat mampu  memahami pentingnya menjaga kesehatan gigi. Kata Kunci: kesehatan gigi; karies gigi; board game; anak

Abstract

Terdapat fenomena warisan budaya yang mulai tergeser karena arus globalisasi yang memudahkan budaya asing dapat diterima dengan mudah. Sebagai upaya pelestarian budaya yang diberikan kepada anak tingkat sekolah dasar dengan strategi dan inovasi terhadap rancangan berupa buku cerita bergambar dwibahasa dengan stiker, kuis interaktif, dan media pendukung. Perancangan ini meneliti tradisi petik laut khususnya pada desa pesisir yang terdapat di Kota Situbondo dengan melakukan sejumlah riset pendekatan metode kualitatif maupun kuantitatif dalam mencari poin-poin penting yang dapat dipelajari dan dilakukan riset terhadap target dengan usia 7-9 tahun agar keterkaitan gaya hidup anak sebagai pendekatan yang dapat menarik perhatian dan adanya keinginan untuk membaca.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan sebuah platform berbasis website yang memudahkan transaksi jual beli catering secara onlinedengan informasi detail dan mudah untuk digunakan. Banyak masyarakat dengan kesibukan tinggi, susah meluangkan waktu untuk memasak sehingga mereka cenderung mencari penyedia jasa catering yang cocok dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis peneltian kualitatif dengan menggunakan 2 metode sekaligus yaitu fishbone dan 5W+1H. Metode fishbone adalah metode yang melihat sebab akibat dari sebuah masalah dengan tujuan untuk dilakukan proses analisis yang dapat membantu peneliti untuk menemukan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Metode kedua adalah 5W+1H dimana analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa rumusan kalimat tanya 5W+1H. Data dikumpulkan bersumber dari buku jurnal dan pustaka digital yang relevan dengan topik yang dibahas. Selanjutnya data akan dikelompokkan dan dianalisis secara menyeluruh untuk menemukan solusi dari permasalahan yang diangkat. Setelah itu dilakukan proses brainstorming untuk menyatukan solusi dari data yang sudah dianalisis sebelumnya ke dalam sebuah desain aplikasi.

Abstract

Sanitary procedures play an important role in achieving food safety. The application of sanitation in the food industry has a standard procedure, namely the Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure (SSOP). SSOP is important to apply, not only in large industries but also in small and medium enterprises. XYZ UMKM is located in Mojokerto, East Java. This MSME is engaged in processed catfish. UMKM XYZ products in particular are shredded catfish meat and spines. There are problems related to sanitation in these MSMEs, such as the use of untested water for production, workers who do not understand the principles of sanitation, the layout of the storage room that is integrated with the production room, to the workers' sanitation facilities that are not properly maintained for cleanliness. This situation can be corrected by evaluating the SSOP in the production process which is the scope of this community service activity. The method of implementing this community service activity consists of internal coordination and coordination with partners, carrying out SSOP reviews by observation and through partner interviews, to evaluating the results of the review and Focus Group Discussion between teams and partners. Data analysis was carried out based on 8 key aspects of SSOP requirements. Observation results are described using tables and explained in narrative form. The implementation of SSOP in the scope of the production area and toilets at UMKM XYZ is in accordance or meets the SSOP of 57.57%. Other SSOP parameters need to be improved by improving the quality of sanitation, through the application of solutions provided according to SSOP, so it is hoped that this evaluation can guarantee quality and increase product competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

Catfish is the result of freshwater aquaculture which is often found in Mojokerto Regency, East Java. XYZ Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) is a business engaged in the processing of catfish, with shredded catfish as one of its products. Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) is one of the factors that influence the quality of food products, but XYZ SMEs do not understand this. One of the efforts that can be made for the XYZ MSME business in improving its products is by conducting HACCP-related education. The form of activities carried out in this activity is identifying hazards during the production process, which includes observation, analysis and determination of critical points, giving advice, and implementing control measures. The results of these activities were that UMKM XYZ was able to improve the quality of catfish shredded production. This is evidenced by the creation of SOPs at each stage of catfish shredded production. The application of HACCP is expected to improve the quality and safety of catfish shredded products.

Abstract

The existence of lighting greatly affects the results of photographic shots. By creating lighting, it can produce different nuances and feelings. Lighting is influenced by light quality, light intensity, and light source. When shooting indoors, the light source can ideally be created using various types of studio lights. This article describes lighting recommendations on flat-lay photography techniques suitable for stop motion. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative through a visual photography experimental study approach. Data collection resulted from direct experiments by applying the Flat Lay photography technique. In addition, literature studies support the experiment. The experiment was carried out in an indoor room. The results of photography trials regarding lighting on clay figure objects must have no shadows or minimal shadows. The virtual line between the light and shadow boundaries should be blurred. In addition, the figure should not be too bright or too dim so that the figure's details clearly visible.

Abstract

Di zaman sekarang website menjadi bagian yang tak lepas dari kehidupan masyarakat modern terutama dalam mencari informasi, Indonesia menjadi penggunanya selalu meningkat setiap tahun. Kalimantan Selatan menjadi penyumbang ketiga terbesar untuk penggunaan internet, bahkan tercatat ada 150 juta pengguna internet. bahkan institusi dari swasta hingga negeri memanfaatkan internet dengan menggunakan website sebagai media informasi dan komunikasi untuk mempromosikan sekolahnya. Dan berdampak positif dan perubahan yang signifikan. SMAS Indocement Tarjun sekolah yang mampu bersaing dengan sekolah lain hingga tingkat provinsi namun mengalami penurunan siswa, bahkan 2021 hanya memiliki 28 kelas X (sepuluh) IPA padahal sebelum nya memiliki 2 kelas X (sepuluh) IPA dan IPS dan dari hasil kuesioner 98% dari 73 responden membutuhkan media informasi yang lengkap dan tersusun dalam satu tempat. Dengan ada nya website di internet SMA Indocement Tarjun dapat menggunakannya sebagai media promosi dan menunjukkan kualitas bersaing kepada masyarakat luas sehingga bisa menarik minat siswa-siswi baru. Perancangan ini menggunakan beberapa metode dalam mengumpulkan data seperti wawancara, observasi dan membagikan kuesioner kepada target audiens, dari data yang sudah dikumpulkan selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode Analisis 5W + 1H dan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif.

Abstract

Non-Fungible Tokens are ownership of digital assets that are traded like physical assets without worrying about being duplicated or even replicated. One of the drivers of this is the sale of works by Artist Mike Winkelmann or commonly known as Beeple in early 2021 at Christie's Auctions. Many people are starting to look at digital works in the form of Non- Fungible Tokens for several reasons, Non-Fungible Token digital assets are recognized for their security because Non-Fungible Token works are stored in the blockchain. In Designing an Animation-Based Explainer Video About Guidelines for Non-Fungible Tokens for Indonesian Artists as an effort to introduce the world of Non-Fungible Tokens for Indonesian Artists. Explainer Video is an effective way to provide information resources and learning tools to the target group in a very short time. Explainer Videos are usually one to three minutes long. Animation-based Explainer videos can help users more easily understand the contents of the guidelines contained in Non-Fungible Tokens.

Abstract

The canteen is a place that we often encounter in various locations, one of which is in educational institutions such as campuses or universities. One of them is the East Java UPN Veterans canteen called "Warung NKRI". According to research results, this canteen has several problems related to the efficiency of the buying and selling transaction process. Existing problems have their own impact on the smooth teaching and learning process. Therefore the authors designed an application based on the e-canteen website to overcome the problems that exist in the UPN Veteran East Java canteen. The design chosen by the author was obtained from research results and adapted to current developments, namely the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Where everything related to life undergoes a digitalization process. The type of application used in this design was chosen based on the results of the author's research, where the research results show that website-based applications are in accordance with the target audience of this design. In this design, we discuss how the author designed the concept and layout for the UPN Veterans East Java e-canteen application.
