Abstract

The method employed is quantitative with an explanatory research approach. Sampling was carried out using a Stratified Random Sampling technique, yielding 212 respondents whose data were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results indicate that Work Competence has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, and similarly, Work Professionalism also demonstrates a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity. Furthermore, the mediation test results prove that OSH Compliance plays a significant role in mediating the relationship between Work Competence and Work Productivity, as well as mediating the relationship between Work Professionalism and Work Productivity. Therefore, this study concludes that the increase in employee Work Productivity is highly influenced by their level of Competence and Professionalism, and this influence becomes stronger when supported by a high level of Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health standards in the project environment.

When employees feel treated fairly, appreciated, and supported, they tend to contribute more than formally expected. The formation of OCB is influenced by several factors, such as leadership style, work motivation, and organizational commitment. This research used quantitative explanatory research. The population was all employees of the Cirebon BI Representative Office, and the sample size was 100 employees. Data collection techniques included both in-person and online methods using the Google Forms platform. Data analysis used the SEM-PLS method with SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results of this study 1) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the OCB of KPw BI Cirebon employees. 2) Work motivation does not affect the OCB of KPw BI Cirebon employees. 3) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of KPw BI Cirebon employees. 4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of KPw BI Cirebon employees. 5) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the OCB of KPw BI Cirebon employees. 6) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the OCB of KPw BI Cirebon employees. 7) Organizational commitment is able to mediate the influence of work motivation on the OCB of KPw BI Cirebon employees.

Abstract

The study employed a quantitative approach with a causal-comparative design through a cross-sectional survey. A sample of 107 CV. Adi Jaya Mandiri customers was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using an online questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The PLS-SEM results indicate that: Product certification has a direct positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (β=0.343, p<0.05). Product certification also directly increases perceived quality (β=0.632, p<0.05) and consumer trust (β=0.641, p<0.05). Perceived quality (β=0.363, p<0.05) and consumer trust (β=0.279, p<0.05) have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Perceived quality and consumer trust are shown to act as partial mediators in the relationship between product certification and purchasing decisions, with significant indirect mediation effects (β=0.229 and β=0.179, respectively, p<0.05). The research model has excellent predictive power with an R² value of 0.746 for the purchasing decision variable. Product certification is a crucial factor that not only directly drives purchasing decisions but also indirectly by improving perceived quality and building consumer trust. For CV. Adi Jaya Mandiri, proactive communication regarding certification, consistent product quality, and operational transparency are key to maximizing the positive impact of certification on consumer purchasing behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing and lifestyle on consumer purchasing decisions at Coffee Shout Haurgeulis, with income as a moderating variable. The research employed a quantitative method. The sample consisted of 132 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results indicate that social media marketing does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while lifestyle has a significant effect. Income is proven to moderate the influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions but does not moderate the effect of social media marketing on purchasing decisions. The R-square value of 0.307 indicates that purchasing decisions are influenced by the variables in the model by 30.7%, while the remaining variance is explained by other factors outside this study.
